Hi! I am a 28-year old Estonian girl and have been living in Melbourne for a year and a half. Before that, I lived in New Zealand for 3 years where I enjoyed the nature, hiking, found my love for an active lifestyle, health and nutrition; and worked for a charity organisation. I am currently studying Leadership and Business Management and working at a restaurant in Ivanhoe. I am looking for a new home, as my previous flatmates have just moved to Brisbane from Alphington. I am not just interested in finding a room but a place to call home. I am very clean and do not mind doing house chores. I am friendly, open-minded, enjoy a good conversation but also value my own space and privacy. I spend my free time running and exploring Melbourne. If I sound like a good fit to your home, please do not hesitate to contact me :)
Hey I'm Steph, I work in retail. I'm pretty chill, enjoy a drink and chinwag. I like my housemates to be my mates so we can go do things together every now and then. I'm a bit nerdy, Iike a good Netflix binge. I'm social but respectful, I enjoy being around considerate, mature people who are happy to socialise. If you have any questions, fire away. Cheers, Steph

My name is Sofie and I'm 27 years old from Adelaide. I've lived in Melbourne for the past three years and absolutely love it, but find myself needing new accommodation. I work full time (9-5) in community outreach and education in the CBD (which I love), and study full time after hours, so I'm pretty busy most of the time. I also work as a freelance live music photographer, usually on weekends. My general interests are live music, digital art, travel (cliche I know), and trying to learn to be a better cook. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but by no means antisocial. I enjoy having a chat or dinner with housemates from time-to-time, but value my privacy, and the privacy and boundaries of others. I'm very tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I have a preference for the north, but would also be open to the inner west or east. Must move in by the 18th of November. Happy to answer any questions anybody may have :)
Hi , my name is Patricia , I'm currently living in Western Australia but will be moving to Melbourne next year for study. I'm a very clean , tidy person, respectful , love the social life , friendly and love meeting new people, love the gym you can call me a gym junkie. I'm looking for a room to rent somewhere in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
i'm from a small country town on the south coast of new south wales and have recently moved in with my sister in Richmond while looking for my own place. i'm really into art and try to go to music/comedy gigs whenever i can. definitely a foodie and would be keen on cooking for everyone every now and again.I'm a pretty chill and responsible housemate. i'm working as a waiter in the city at the moment and am planning on studying in the near future. Always down for some catch ups over bevo's and that sort of thing but enjoy my own space as well.
I am easy to get along with and enjoy a good cup of tea and can provide unlimited internet. I work in child care in Armadale. I lead a pretty quiet life but do like a a drink every now and then. I have rented before and understand the responsibilities of sharing a home. I am environmentally friendly and love a good recycle bin and indoor plants.
Hi everyone! I am working full-time in a manufacturing company close to Roxburgh Park and I am looking for private room ensuite accommodation in Glenroy, Craigieburn and Greenvale. I am friendly, calm, tidy and funny. I am usually quite busy with work on weekdays but always up for a chat and a very outgoing person. I love working out and a big foodie who always likes to experiment with different cooking styles :)
Isabella - Full time student studying Law at Deakin, been working part time at a warehouse for 2 years now. I've lived on campus for 3 years and been slumming it up with my parents for the last year or so to save that $$. James - apprentice plumber working all over Melbourne, loves footy, cricket and having a couple beers on a Friday night. Super chill and easy going. Living with us would look a lot like me doing shift work 3-4 times a week, and with James working during the week and being out on Saturday playing cricket. We're both habitually clean but aren't anal about mess. We're probably looking for another couple to live with as it's usually easier that way. We also have a border collie puppy, she's an outdoor dog and is super friendly and quiet and will need some what of a backyard.
I'm a veterinarian (i.e. loves animals) that works completely random hours/days. When I'm at home I tend to keep more to myself but am always up for a chat, to watch a movie or share a meal! I'm fairly new to Melbourne so am in the process of discovering everything still.
I'm a live-and-let-live adult with an interest in the arts. I pay by direct debit, I'm cool with animals and smokers and I'm looking for a sanctuary to come home to. I'd prefer somewhere that isn't surrounded by traffic noise. I'm on the DSP....oh horror! I hear you say. But I've been renting longer than you and have a police check and references and I'm out as much as possible. Speaking of being out - I'm moving from the Bendigo area to work on getting off the pension through gigging. I'm a singer with a major in stagefright so I'll be working on that amongst other things. You - would be someone who doesn't muck people around, unlike say, I don't know everyone on this site....? Have a sense of humour and a degree of intelligence. I'd rather not share to be honest but it's that or build a Tiny Home. I'm still weighing up the lesser evil at this point. Other than that I'm pretty quiet and accommodating, if you'll pardon the pun. I don't do prejudice which makes me a damn rarity on this site and I don't do Political Correctness either. Remember Brains? It was a 90's thing, but yeah, I have one of those. So, Millennials beware.
Hi. I am a writer and teacher. I own a home in Alice Springs. I am easy going, reliable and responsible. I am also creative and open minded. I love to cook and garden. I am peaceful, into being healthy and thoughtful and kind. I am independent and low maintenance but also love conversation and social interaction. I own a home. It's just interstate where I lived for a long time. I have moved back to Melbourne to do a phd and be closer to my family.
My name is Chris. I am 26 years old. I am a friendly down to earth guy with a good sense of humour. I don't smoke but I don't mind if anyone does. I like a beer but I'm not a party animal (those days are over ha) I enjoy watching movies, sports and love the outdoors. I'm a sociable guy so be good to live with people who are similar of course. Thanks Chris
British working trainee looking for a room around Melbourne whilst i study, gain experience and work within the Plumbing sector. Looking for neat and tidy shared Studios, Households and Flats to join or to rent private. I am an avid Gamer and Techie being so i spend a decent amount of time enjoying my hobbies so similar people are always welcomed although anyone friendly and nice to get on with is just as good, I am a quiet person but can also join in on community or group activities happily. I would prefer to be in a house without smokers (I do not smoke myself) and although i love animals/pets (My family currently owns 3 German shepherds and a Boxer) i would rather not share living accommodations with any bigger animals while living in a smaller/shared space. I will upload a picture of myself soon. Thanks for reading. (:
Hi. My name is Joe. Currently working part time. Looking for a short term stay. Quiet guy who loves to get up early. Enjoy walks and runs and the great outdoors. Don't mind having a chat but just as easy keeping to myself. If your looking for that quiet person, I'm your man. Love to hear fom you.
We are Dominic and Rachael, a couple of nature loving, dumpster diving, odd sock wearing rascals and we are looking for a happy home with the good vibes, from about mid-late November for medium to long stay. Ideally in the North but would consider elsewhere if it was the place for us. We are social and community minded but also like our own space for being creative- playing music, writing, reading, making things and playing games. Dom is an incredible cook and a feeder- like in a loving grandma way and he loves to share so our future housemates would be in for many treats. I am fabulous at eating but also have other interests like dog watching, travel, camping, yoga, cycling, hiking and going on random adventures. Doms other interests include cycling, playing Chinese chess and philosophy. He is a talented musician and plays classical guitar, violin and drums. His luscious hair and extensive collection of patterned shirts are a feast for the eyes but our future housemates will not be so superficial ;p We arent huge into drinking or partying but always up for fun times and a boogie. We are looking for a place with a garden where we can grow veggies and have chickens, that is animal friendly with other like-minded, respectful, creative and socially conscious individuals. If you know the place for us please let me know!
F, 23 years of age, vegan and working full time in the CBD as an environmental engineer, I am sometimes sent out to site on adventures. When I can I cycle to work and enjoy yoga, and gardening. I am respectful of others space, but would love to have housemates who are keen for wine and chats here and there. Looking to live with relaxed, friendly housemates with a similar lifestyle (working full time or engaged in post graduate study full time). Ideally hoping to find a larger home with 3-5 other people, which may/may not include couples. Of course LGBT+ friendly....and open minded/chilled out about the lifestyles of the people I might live with generally :) I am fairly clean, and am looking for a share house where it is understood that shared areas should be kept reasonably clean and everyone should clean up after themselves - i.e. no make up on the sink, no significant amount of dirty dishes in the sink for more than a couple of hours, clean up any mud or dirt walked into the home etc, common sense and mutual respect are key! I have lived in a few sharehouses, currently in a sharehouse with some great housemates but trying to find a nicer house, as this one is a bit drafty. So I am looking for a nice home to settle into, ideally well lit, spacious, and a decent sized backyard space. Also hoping to find somewhere that is decently insulated, has central air conditioning, maybe has central heating and hardwood floors.
Well dressed, very clean and tidy, respectful of others. Moving houses to be closer to work, currently working full time as an Operator in Computer Security, twelve hour shifts. Four year old Maltese Shih tzu, extremely well trained. Smoker, but smokes outside, doesn't use drugs. Ideally wanting to team up with another individual or two to put our name on the lease, and really make it a home, but am still open to just renting out a room if I'm unable to find a team. Ideally looking for a location close to Ivanhoe, as that's where I currently work.
Hi! My name's Kristy, I'm 24 and I'm working full time in Brunswick (on Sydney Rd) and am looking for a place, ideally close to work. I would describe myself as being an "extroverted introvert", I love socialising and going out but also really enjoy my down time. I'm really into yoga and meditation, I play a bit of guitar but probably not enough for it to be annoying to my new roomies. Although I like things being clean and tidy, I'm not crazy about it and won't lose my mind over a bit of mess. I guess I'm just pretty chill and relaxed when it comes to a lot of things and think I'd be really easy to live with. But yeah, if you want to know more or think I'd be a great fit to your household, let me know :)
just finished my studies and newly qualified as a Naturopath. Into sustainable, non toxic living, organic food, yoga, meditation, peace and harmony. I do eat some meat, though not a lot. Even though my full on party days are well behind me I like a little boogie now and then and still go out to gigs and pubs from time to time. Love a good laugh and I like a bit of silliness just for the sake of it. Looking for a like minded and easy going person We can possibly share cooking and shopping duties but not really fussed. Would love someone I can sit around and have a natter with over a cup of tea. I share care of my 6 year old son 50/50. So would have him several nights in the week, some weekends and school holidays. I also have an 11 year old dog (kelpie x lab x ridgeback) that I would dearly love to have with me, but I understand that this may not be possible and my ex will just have to pick up the dog care duties if it isn't. But she is great, gentle company, a great guard dog and you generally wouldn't even notice she was there.
Hey there! Myself (Steph) - Makeup Artist & Ben- Concreter, are a happy, clean & house trained couple urgently looking to move to the Preston/Thornbury/Northcote area! as our lease runs out by the end of the week. I (Steph) have lived in Thornbury previously and we both absolutely love the area. We are very easy going, laid back and clean people. We are both Gym junkies and live a healthy lifestyle (although a drink on the weekends isn't uncommon) . Preferably looking to share with 2 other people tops, otherwise it will probably be a bit crowded for us. Looking forward to hearing back from some cool people :)
