Music instrument teacher who likes long walks on the beach and talking about commitment. I'm a gamer, so If you need a buddy on that 2nd controller I'll be there. I'm not much of a drinker, don't smoke and don't do drugs. I'm pretty clean and tidy, you can count on me to pick up after myself. I do some music and video recording, so may potentially make some noise, but I'm more than happy to work around my flatmates e.g. record when others aren't home.
Hello! Teagan and Luke here and we are both 23 years old. I (Teagan) have currently just finished my Nursing degree and I am looking for a place to move near the Austin Hospital, where I will be commencing my graduate year. Luke is moving from Gippsland and is studying/looking for work. We are both very friendly and easygoing people, who are always up for a chat or a drink. We are also very clean and considerate, so people with the same attributes is a must. I will be working shift work, so the people I live with must be ok with this. We are preferably looking for somewhere very accessible to public transport - preferably on the Hurstbridge line. We have furniture to contribute to a house if need be, but we are also open to a furnished house if furniture isn't needed (excluding own bedroom). We both have cars, so either housed or off street parking is a must. We are preferably looking for no more than 2 other housemates. Another couple would be awesome, but we would also be happy with two people who wouldn't mind living with a couple. Feel free to message us with any questions you may have :)
Hello, my name’s Phoebe. I’m a quiet, clean and tidy person (though my room can get a bit messy). I can get a bit tired of the world sometimes, and so for me, home is a quiet place where I rest and retreat from the world. I am friendly enough and will say hello but I’m otherwise not interested in being social at home, sharing meals or activities together. I’m seeking a place where there is no expectation/obligation to do that. I want us all to feel free to approach each other for help with things around the house and to negotiate/discuss any issues etc. I’m sincere, matter of fact, plain talking, considerate and thoughtful. I’m fairly private/introverted in nature. I care a lot more than I appear to. My interests include reading, writing, animals and nature, personal development, listening to music and health. I work part time and have various other commitments throughout the week. I can always pay rent and bills on time. I have my own bedroom furniture so need an unfurnished room. I also have a bicycle that I need to store securely undercover. I eat a lot of meat, I cook outside mostly and need access to a power outlet for that. I dislike cooking smells and I greatly appreciate when my housemates ventilate the kitchen during and after cooking. If you have any questions, please do ask.
I am a very friendly and bubbly person! Always clean up after myself. I work in childcare and study social work at Uni ☺️ I receive a good pay from work and the government which means I always pay rent and bills ontime. I have two amazing references from my previous houses also! I’m also very social but also extremely respectful of privacy considering i also like my privacy sometimes. I dont want any other suburb than these ones ... look forward to hearing from you 😉 OH and I’m a busy bee so I’m rarely home😌
hey I’m Georgia! I’m going to be in Melbourne from 20th November on a WHV. I am from the UK. I’m friendly and always up for a chat and meeting new people and socialising. I’m always up for new experiences and exploring. I am clean and respectful of other people. I enjoy cooking (can make some quality dishes), hanging out and going to watch the cricket (my guilty pleasure. I’m from a little village that lives and breathes cricket so was hard to avoid haha) but also want to get a bit into AFL and see what it’s all about whilst I’m in aus!
Moved to melbourne 4 years ago from interstate. lived in student accomodation for 2 years followed by 2 years in a shared house with friends from university. Enjoy spending a bit of time outdoors and having a chat when people are around as well as the occasional night out, but equally enjoy my own time and space. looking for a place not too far from Bundoora as this i where i spend most of my time.
I'm a 48 year old male looking for permanent accomodation. I'm easy to get along with, I love a chat but also respect people's privacy. Excellent with housework, don't have any pets however love all pets. Don't mind a social drink, non smoker but don't mind other smokers.
Hi! My name is Joanne and I'm currently living in The Netherlands. After finishing law school in February, I'm coming back to Melbourne to work full time. I would describe myself as fun, caring and tidy. I'd like to have my own private room, preferably with own bathroom/ensuite. If you are someone who’s looking for a teamup, please shoot a message!!
Hello Flatmates. Retired Pensioner. Always pay. Easy to get on with. Considerate. Quiet. Open to all inquiries and suburbs near those I have listed. In particular I would like 12 months, or even more, in a stable and pleasant household. Are you a fellow pensioner looking to cover some costs or self funded retiree looking to make some extra funds. Maybe you are younger than that and simply need a balanced person to share, be reliable with rent and bills and good to get on with. However all inquiries welcomed from all parties with a view to securing friendly accommodation from a person with a great reference from my last long term landlord....12 years. Cheers and Regards.
