**Please read before messaging me - Need two rooms as I am a single mother with a 7 year old son name Liam. Currently looking for a safe environment and place for me and my son to call home. Have separated recently and our current lease at the moment ends early next year. Preferably looking for a female to share with or even better with a couple with kids or a single parent. I am 30 years old and work full time in the city, so looking for a place not too far from the CBD will be preferred. I do have a beautiful Kelpie X absolutely adorable with kids, people and other animals and also well behaved. You will find me very easy going and easy to get along with. Do enjoy a good chat from time to time, I have a lot of respect for others and their privacy as well. I do enjoy cooking and I am also a tidy and clean person. If you are wanting to know more about me please do drop me a message and I would be happy to have a chat to discuss more :)
I am currently a student at La Trobe uni studying bachelor of electronic engineering. I'm originally from the coastal town of Portland, and having been living on campus for last two years to do my studies. I'm a pretty laid back person and easy to get along with. In my spare time I like to play video games, either on PC or a Nintendo console. I don't do any drugs and am a non-smoker. Also not a big party animal, but do like the occasional night out with friends or just a social drink. I don't like dogs, but I'm cool with any other pets.
I'm a clean and tidy housmate. I keep to myself but don't mind an ocassional drink or a meal together. I need to leave my current house by the 15th.

We are both pretty quite, and easygoing and don't like too much noise. We are also very tidy and clean and spend most of the time studying. We are easy to live with as we don't like being nosy and involved in other people's business.
I'm a 21 year old first year Podiatry Student at La Trobe Uni. I'm looking for a place that I can call home, I want it to feel like I live there! I currently work part-time as a bartender in Fitzroy & can make some killer cocktails! I always clean as I go and tidy after myself.
Hello everybody!! My name is Anthony, Italian, looking for a house to share! currently working as a baker! I'm clean and respectful person who enjoy having a chat and a laugh, sociable and looking forward to meet new people. I don't mind to share a drink or a meal at all, but equally respect other people's privacy. Like practice sports, in particular rugby union!, exploring Australia(when possible), watching movies. Thanks!! Anthony
We are a couple moving to Melbourne and we are looking for people to team up and share a house with. We have been enrolled in La Trobe, Melbourne and both of us are students - we will be working as well. We are a very friendly couple who has been together for the last 2 years. We don't have any requirements and we ourselves are very neat and tidy and neither do we have any such activities that would bother anyone. We will mostly be busy with University and work and won't be home for a very long time. We just want a good friend to stay with us, have meals with us, hang out and enjoy. If you feel interested please leave me a message. Cheers!
My name is Dylan, I have lived in Melbourne my whole life. Im not really an outgoing person but i have a fun personality once you get to know me. Im currently studying Game Design which I finish end of this year and as such i enjoy video games. Im not much of a cook but i can cook if theres a need to or if people dont want to cook. I'm happy to move northern or western suburbs. Thank you.
My name is Ray, 30 year old boy from the Philippines. I've been in Australia for over 4 years now. I work full-time for an engineering company based in Heidelberg West. I've been in 2 share houses in 4 years so i know the drill. Spent over 3 years in the first one and just about 7 months in my current place. In both cases, I've had to move out since they are moving in with their respective partners. Gotten along well with both my housemates, male and female. I'm looking for a place since my current housemate is moving in with her partner. I would prefer to live with only 1 flatmate. Long term rental (1 year +) would be ideal since I will be in the country for the foreseeable future. Cheers!
We're two friends looking to find a house in the near future. Ideally were looking for one extra roommate, preferably male, in their twenties. We're both easy going and sociable people but do respect your space. Georgia works full time in marketing and I work casually as a stable manager and study full time at La Trobe. We both enjoy having a couple of drinks on the weekend and getting in on the fun
Hello everyone this is Omid,Who is full time working even sometimes on the weekend too, actually I'm really busy with my work in these days,I'm quiet person and reliable!!on my free time I'd like to catch up with my freinds, relaxing and gym,:)I'm here to move into the new house only for couple of reasons, get rid of from my annoying, talkative as(radio),nosey home mates and be closer to my work place!im so respectful and considerate about my Home mates:)
Hi There, Here is a bit about myself: I work at Woolworth's, recently I finished a course in Business Administration, I am clean/tidy and easy going, friendly and quite empathetic. I am also creative and love art, I am from Melbourne and enjoy catchups with friends and family and having a good laugh !
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
I am single, friendly and easy going, work Full Time, Mon-Fri in the CBD, and currently live alone in a one bedroom apartment in Hawthorn close to Swinburne University. I've lived in the apartment for about 5 years. I am open to two options: 1. To share my existing furnished apartment with the right person, ideally a working professional looking for a furnished place OR 2. To start a new lease or move into an existing share house offering a private room in the inner suburbs closer to the CBD. I prefer to meetup in person for a coffee to discuss further. Kindly get in touch if either option suits you.
Hi everyone! I'm a newish fella to town, having recently moved from interstate for a job opportunity. Looking for somewhere around the (but not limited too) Collingwood/Fitzroy/Richmond area, preferably with a car space. About myself, I'm a pretty happy chappy - like to meet new people and laidback. I am 21, but I look like I'm 28 and have a mortgage and two kids. Like having my surroundings tidy (though not super anal with it). I work for an airline and get super cheap tickets to travel around, so solid chance I'll be away on some of my days off. I work 24/7, so I can be working at any time. I am super quiet getting up during awkward hours though! Thank you! Ryan
Professional female working in the communications and marketing, looking to find a cheaper place than my current unit. I have a great sense of humour (quirky), fairly neat and tidy sort of person, good with money and enjoy films, books, and art and culture around Melbourne. Can also cook! Would like to share with a similar sort of professional female, not really into the party scene any more but wouldn't pass on a good night of wine etc. every now and again, and am dog friendly too (allergic to cats unfortunately). Like my own space, including cooking etc., but also would like to share with someone friendly to catch up on the week/day :-) I have a large-ish queen sized bed and matching sides and tallboy so would need larger room rather than smaller.
Re location -Looking for places close to stations along hurstbridge train line. I've got stable employment as dietitian in health promotion in Eltham area. I'm really easy going and enjoy cooking, gardening, being sociable, being active, getting away and being outdoors! I'm just returning from working holiday in NZ back to hometown of Melbourne (I grew up in Ferntree Gully) and looking for some really cool fun like-minded community-orientated people to live with! I'm hoping to start an into to horticulture course soon so ideally would be great to find somewhere where I can have a small veggie patch/vertical garden!
I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I enjoy watching movies, shopping, cooking/baking. I work in a primary school but currently going through a career change, studying Vet Nursing which I am loving. I do have a dog (cavalier) who is just loving, sweet natured and snuggly, and obviously I would love it if he could come with me, however if I have to leave him at my parents house to get a place then I accept it may have to be that way.
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)
Looking to create a new share or join an existing share with other positive, balanced, responsible flatmates who can cook a little, garden a little, are clean and dont take themselves too seriously. Cashed up as I work five days a week and also have a scholarship which funds my postgrad studies. Enjoy living in a decent home environment where everyone has their own lives and interests, and sharing an occasional meal together. This time around I'd like to live with people who are interested in creating a home environment and who also have a community outside of the home. I want to live somewhere with people who have their act together and expect a pleasant home environment together with mutual respect. After a larger unfurnished bedroom for QS Bed, plus a desk OR to bring furnishings into the living spaces if creating a NEW SHARE. Fridge washer microwave etc- most of the basics. Alternatively could look at storage if joining an existing share. Cat owner so after a place with an enclosed yard, not in a busy street and would prefer some room to grow us all veggies or at least a few potted herbs. Both myself and The Furry One would need a long term standard lease agreement. Bond and references available. Fitzroy North, Clifton Hill, Carlton North, Northcote, Ivanhoe East, Elwood, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Brighton, Hampton preferably, but within about 20mins of the CBD.
Hey, my names Joe I work in mortgages at a bank in the CBD I'm into music and photography Love exercise and any form of outdoor activity be it hiking, running, swimming, yoga, and sports of all kind. I'm a huge Premier league fan and play soccer regularly Weekends usually involve a nice big meal followed by coffee and hanging out with close friends. I do appreciate quiet personal time so not looking for a party house. I'm also a very clean person and like to keep a tidy living environment.
I am a quiet yet friendly housemate. I respect ones need for privacy but would like to get to know my housemates. I like to live a healthy lifestyle by cooking good food, riding my bike and swimming. I am domesticated too - I am neat, clean and tidy! I am a kind, considerate and warm person. I work in Border Protection, have a passion for cycling and have lived in the Northcote area for most of my life. I love what the inner city has to offer.
I am Harvey Randhawa, I am 20 years old and coming to Melbourne for my Higher education. I am a extrovert person and fun to be around with. I like to travel on motorcycle to unknown roads and love to play football. Hygiene is my top priority and love to have a clean surrounding near me.

Im a masters student at Melb uni. Work part-time at a late night pharmacy. Would prefer a quiter household, in saying that I do enjoy an occaisional gathering. I like horses and ride regularly at a riding school. I love harry potter and dont mind a game or 2 on the ps. Open to moving anywhere (not just suburbs listed) that has fairly easy access to public transport as i travel to uni in the city most days. I have a dog, her name is Applejack. Known as Jaks. Shes a bear coat sharpei, totally adorable. Shes 5 but doesnt act it. She's 100% toilet trained and fairly quiet dog inside, though loves to play (soft toys and tennis balls) and occaisionally gets the zoomies. She would love a yard with some grass (doesnt need to be big) and would be totally keen on having another doggie friend. She can be a bit wimpy and is terrified of beeping noises. Haha. I also have a cat. Her name is Nang (trust me once you meet her you'll understand). Shes a Ragdoll x, dog savvy and definitely in charge. She loves to sit on people (laps, heads, legs, backs, anywhere) and an excellent cat masseuse. Loves to talk and appreciates any pats whatsoever. Especially on her tummy (she will roll over).
Hello. I work as a nurse during the week, and enjoy mountain biking and other outdoor activities over the weekends. I have two mountain bikes and need a secure garage for safe storage.
I'm a quiet, solitary type, give me a room and an internet connection and I won't disrupt you very much. Of course if you are up for a chat, that's fine too, I love chatting about the boring topics in life, politics and history. I'm originally from rural Victoria and I had to move down to Melbourne to complete my Honours degree in Geospatial Science. Essentially I make maps. Now that I am done, I want to stay down in Melbourne and get established in my career. Housework wise, I clean up after myself, do my own dishes, cook my own meals and I'm more than happy to do my share of the house work. Happy to do gardening if there is one too. And I don't own a car at this stage, so no need for garage space. I prefer to walk and use PT anyway. Not too much of a party goer, or a drinker for that matter, I'm pretty plain in that sense, so you won't have to worry about me knocking in the door at 4am with a half eaten HSP spilling on the floor and a trail of vomit from the curb.
Hi there, I'm Nat from Japan. I've lived in Melbourne for about three and half years. I usually work as a fashion retail sales assistant or a wait staff. I'm friendly, honest, respectful and easy-going.
Hi! I am looking for somewhere to live over the summer from November to February. I am friendly and enjoy meeting new people and spending time with friends. I am tidy, independent and work a couple of casual jobs. I moved from Sydney in February this year and am currently in my first year studying occupational therapy at La Trobe University. I play squash and love yoga and generally try to be healthy but I bring home a lot of sweets from work. I think I'm a pretty decent cook and am always bring home extra food from work to share! Looking forward to hearing from you! :) Ellen
We are two friends (males) age 25 . Recently we have finished our uni and working full time. We are looking for 2 bedrooms and good flat mates with whom we can have good bonding and few beers on weekends
I'm hardly ever home and I'm clean. I have enough good quality furniture to fill a 2 bedroom apartment. I come with 2 very friendly Burmese cats. I have 2 jobs so I'm not home much. I am a smoker and don't pry into peoples lives. I respect privacy but i am friendly. I also prefer off street parking.
Friendly, clean, reliable and responsible person. Engineer by profession and currently working in Preston. I like to be social and meet with new people. Outside of work, I like to keep active by walking around and going to gym. Additionally, I also enjoy watching movies/tv shows, going to the beach, bars and social gatherings. I like to keep things clean. I am respectful of other person's property and space. If you have any questions, please feel free to text me :)
We are fun down to earth very easy going, we get along with anyone and everyone, we clean and quite and most of all we repect those that we live with.
I generally keep to myself but am happy to go out with a house mate for a drink. I am straight and prefer a straight flatmate. I keep clean and have always paid my bills in time.
Hi there, I'm Benji! I am 27 and I'm currently working full time at a high school in Camberwell as an admin staff and general tech whiz! I'm also studying part time on the weekends to be a dog trainer, my course ends in January next year. I've just been told by my landlord that she will be demolishing the property I've been living at for the last 4 years and I need to find new accommodation before December 27th (merry Christmas, y'all!). I would be like to be out by the end of November ideally, but happy to work with you on a date depending on the property. I'm also pretty easy on location, so long as I can get to work in Camberwell in under an hour, I'm stoked! A bit about me: I love animals. I have two dogs named Squish and Nibbler. Squish is a 4 year old male Rottie X and Nibbler is a 2 year old female Kelpie X. They are both desexed, have been obedience trained, crate trained and I take them for regular walks. They are the dynamic duo and A-team! Squish will do anything for a treat and Nibbler lives for the ball, so they're good fun! I would also be bringing a 3 foot aquarium with me, but would be happy to keep it in my room if there isn't space elsewhere. It's a tie between coffee and TV for my drug of choice. I also love art, music, books, comics and Game of Thrones! I also like to build things...for example, I built a dog bunk bed and a couple of film sets (spaceships!) I'm currently living in a fully furnished house with all the trimmings, so if you think I could add anything of value to your house as well, I'd be happy to oblige! The rest will likely end up in the skip or in storage. Things like: 3 plasma TVs, stainless steel fridge, bar fridge, Nespresso machine, washing machine, vacuum, SEVERAL couches, desk, dining room table and chairs, lawn mower, whipper snipper, lots of tools, an outdoor gas heater, a media centre pc and several terabytes of movies and TV shows! I have lived in houseshares before and would like some people I can hang out with, though I am respectful of other people's space. I clean up after myself and, obviously, my dogs. I'm pretty easy going, so hit me up if you think you'd like to meet me and my pooches!
Very chilled, easy going housemate, partnered with Atticus, my 2 yr old Maremma pup. Grew up in Melbourne, went to school in Kew and work in hospitality as a barista. I genuinely love people and a social, healthy lifestyle. Travelling and seeing the world is my biggest hobby, recently arriving back from India and Thailand. Hence the urgency for finding new place to live. At home, I'm very respectful of the house, cleaning and helping out with dinner is my forte! When cooking for myself, always make sure that I make extra for the house in case anyone else is up for a feed. In saying that, I love sharing a meal and going down to the local for a beer/wine. At my last humble abode, I had an amazing 3 yrs with my housemates. Always having a laugh and helping each other out. I genuinely end up caring about the people I live with and like to create a chilled, homely environment, stress free. My pup, Atticus. Being close to 2 yrs old, he is extremely well house trained, well mannered, outside and inside dog. Literally never acting up and mostly looking for cuds, loved by all he comes across. As for his breed, the Maremma, also non-allergenic, they are used protect penguins on the coast (If you've seen the movie Oddball). Of course I take him for 2 walks a day and you'd be more than welcome to join or take him for walks yourself! He's even great company to take down to the local cafe or pub with your friend's. As for having people back at the house, I generally make most of my social activities out of home. As most of my friend's are mature, in their late 20's to mid 30's. My hobbies include, guitar, jumping on the Ps4 from time to time, watching Netflix, walking Atticus, cooking and catching up with friends/family. I'd be able to bring a lot to the home, as I'm currently keeping most of my belongings in storage, which include - Fridge, washing machine, couches, kitchenware, outdoor setting, BBQ, flat screen T.V & home theatre system, bookshelves, decorative pieces, art and more. Of course any of this would have to be agreed upon, otherwise I'm very happy to leave it where it is. If I meet your criteria for a new housemate, I'm happy to come and check out the house at your convenience! As I'm on the hunt for a home after travelling. Ready to move asap. Rent and bond is in hand. If you'd like anymore details, feel free to let me know. Thanks for your time, Lachie
Hello! With several years experience within house sharing I vow to not steal your food, leave my dishes lying around and to only ever pay my rent and bills on time or in advanced. I furthermore vow to always share my baked goods, engage in riveting small talk and answer the door to your guests with the most welcoming smile. I am young, creative and would like to call myself a fun person to be around. My hobbies include arts & craft, visiting the local farmers markets and exploring the wonderful city that is Melbourne.
