Hey! My name is Sarah! New to WA, moved from Vic. I am working full time, very independent, likes a good conversation and a good laugh, therefore also likes quiet time. I Love my gym!
Hello I'm an older lady with very young mind and views, I have a young German Short Haired Pointer I work full time, very house proud would like a place with some back yard, clean and tidy, I love to cook and am into physical fitness, so always busy. I have an easy going attitude, and keep to myself, honest trustworthy.
Next year, I'll be moving from Perth to Mandurah and I'm looking for a place to live! I'm a full time professional and looking for young professionals to live with as well. I'd like my own bathroom and bedroom, as well as to pay a max of $170/ week (including bills and internet). I'm clean, organised and really enjoy chatting with new friends (or spending time by myself). I'd prefer to move into an established house but I'm open to team ups.
Hey I'm Gavin, a 28 year old guy who works offshore as a ships engineer. I'm currently living in Melbourne but i'm planning on driving back to Perth later this week (I've lived over in WA before - never thought i'd end up preferring Perth to Melbourne but there ya go! Maybe its because i don't like coffee?!) so i'll probably hit town about midweek, assuming the car doesn't break down! I'm a really laid back guy, i reckon i'm quite social but i also like time to myself as well. Enjoy a few beers with mates now and then. I like to get out and about outside as much as i can - I do a bit of motocross (badly), am learning how to kitesurf (again, badly) and usually play some sort of sport - It's been touch rugby and rowing this last year. I've lived in plenty of sharehouses before so i know the drill. I grew up in Scotland so i've got an accent and probably sound like i'm drunk all the time, but in reality it's mostly only about 40% of the time :) I've been doing a bit of study in my time off over the last year - I've got one more unit to go until that's complete, thank god, but until it is i'll probably be hiding away in my room a fair bit trying to get it done! I'm just looking for a laid back place with likeminded housemates.. close to the beach if poissible but i don't have any set area in mind really! I've got absolutely no preferences as to who i live with. If you reckon i sound like someone you could live with, get in touch! Like I said, i'll be in Perth next week and will be looking to move into somewhere as soon as possible (I fly out to work again at the end of the month)! Cheers, Gavin
Hi there! I'm looking to move from Perth to Mandurah around late January/early February. I work as an engineer Monday to Friday with early starts. I will usually be away on weekends. Looking for a furnished room and probably won't bring much additional furniture, if any. Looking to stay for approximately 1 year. Happy to spend time with housemates but also enjoy my own space. I would like to have my own bathroom or to share with one other person only. Currently into rock climbing and painting (not particularly good at either). I like having plants in the house and I like pets. Enjoy casual barbecues and drinks at home but I can do most of my socialising away from home if that's preferred. I don't drink much and only in social settings.
Hey I'm Ben. I currently live in Perth and work as a teacher in the Mandurah area. Looking to move closer to work in 2017. Happy to find a room mate or two and find some suitable accommodation. I'll be staying up in Perth most weekends. I like to keep my residence clean and tidy and I'm always happy to socialise with my room mates. Keen to try a few of the local eateries and bars in Mandurah.
I am a very relaxed, layed back person, i am friendly, caring, polite, tidy and a all round awesome guy. I have my own car and i am more then happy to offer lifts for my flatmates. I am currently unemployed and looking for jobs i can apply for consistently but i can pay fortnightly rent of up to $175/$250. I am originally from Nashville Tennessee in the U.S.A and ive lived in Australia for about 6 years. In my spare time i like to listen to my favourite bands, [ Parkway Drive, Chelsea Grin etc ] have a few drinks with mates and talk about what plagues our generation 😂
Relaxed, tidy, will stay out of your way or will make u laugh whichever u prefer. Im in the Navy and am over here from Darwin for 2 months so just need a place to put my bags and sleep.
I am a quiet but outgoing 20 year old female, currently working a casual position, searching for a second job and looking for a stable room to rent.. I will be starting University next month in which I will be studying Early Childhood Teaching. I am a very clean and hygienic individual and can't stand a messy environment. I am a trusting individual who will always ensure to pay my rent and bills on time. I am happy to share house work and will abide to and respect all rules of your home.
Hi I'm an Australian Caucasian 25 female and looking for a room to rent. I'm currently not working and beginning studies next month (I am looking for work) however I do a lot of house sitting and cleaning as extra income. I won't be home very often as I only have a few weeks that are not booked between now and June 2017 for house sitting. I am looking for a cheap room to rent either at a discounted price or cheap weekly rent, basically somewhere to store my belongings while I am house sitting and sleep while I am not. Preferably around the $80 mark. I will only be using internet and water when I am home. I am a busy person, often hardly home, very quiet, & am a non smoker, I hardly drink and rarely will drink at home. I do some cleaning work and house sitting for a little extra income, as I'm Looking to change profession from a cook and now I chosen to go into study. At the moment my house sitting is allready booked untill mid June and I won't be home at all during the month of May, every other month has a week free give or take here and there. I am always on time with rent payments and am just looking at reducing my costs as I'm paying for studies now. I'm looking in the Mandurah area and am open to all suggestions and offers. Please if you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact me. Kind regards
I'm currently studying and looking for a place I can be myself. I'm easy going, respectful, social but also enjoy having my own space. Looking for like minded people who are wanting someone down to earth and trustworthy to join their household. Ideally I'd like to find a place with no pets and a large room, as I have my own belongings. Hope to hear from you soon!
Currently trying to sell my 5 acre property I own with the ex, has been on the market for a year. My children stay at the property full time and the ex and I swap over weekly. I require a room for my week away from my children. I have a small dog that comes with me everywhere, she is house trained, sleeps on my bed and is a very friendly affectionate dog, very friendly with other dogs. Once my property sells hopefully I will be able to buy my own home, so I don't know how long I will need the room for. The real estate market is dead. I am very clean, I don't smoke, drink or do drugs. I keep to myself and I am very quiet.
Hi I'm a quiet individual who cleans up after themselves, looking for a quiet relaxed place with a room that can fit a queen size bed or if room is furnished than storage for my bed etc. Happy to have a chat or make a cuppa or cook a meal as I also have a small bbq, must have internet and definitely not a smoker or drinker or into drugs other than prescription lol anything else you would like to know just ask me, have a great day. ps. the move date is an approximation only unless I am lucky enough to find a place :)
Usually out most of the time as I attend tafe, just your average teenage girl, except I'm very independent, I enjoy my own privacy, but am very easy to get along with
Im on Centrelink money. I am 17 and im very reliable and will pay rent as soon as possible and rent will always come first. I respect others property and will not steal or damage others valuables. Im tidy and will always help cleaning and cooking. Id prefer somewhere close to public transport and in a safe area. I am originally from Scotland, moved over here 4 years ago and I absolutely love it over here. I enjoy all activities outdoors such as bodyboarding and bike riding.
I'm neat and organised and like to be on time. My work is split shift on a school bus so I'm gone early in the morning getting back around 9am then off again for a few hours in the afternoon. I'm a quiet nerd who loves reading and also veging out with a movie and comfort food. Not the best gardener in the world unfortunately but I like to get creative in other ways like crafting and sewing. I'm just looking for somewhere to call home but being on the low income side of the scale obviously don't have all the money in the world which makes renting on my own not as acessible as I would like but eventually I want to own my own home!!! :)
