I'm 21, easy going and working full time and training through the week. Will be out most weekends and if i'm not i'll just be hanging out. I'm nice and friendly, clean and tidy. I'm just looking for a roommate who shares my same qualities, isn't to serious of a person who can have a laugh and live easily with.
I'm a single scientist/health professional/student with a very sweet cat looking for an established share house to move into. I'm a full-time post-grad molecular biotech researcher at QUT plus work in a sleep clinic part-time. I'm fairly nerdy and love board & video games, watching horror movies, fitness, cooking & baking, traveling and enjoying a few ciders. I'm hoping to move in with people I get along and can hang out with but I'm also respectful of privacy and like to have my own down-time. I've lived in share houses for a while and I am tidy without being obsessive and appreciate open & honest communication. Ideally I'm looking for a long term home and to sign a lease. My cat Pepperoni is a senior girl who loves to snuggle and be around people but can be shy at first. She gets along great with other animals if they're also laid-back and are happy to give her space if she needs it.
My name is Mackenzie and I am about to make the move from Sydney to Brisbane. I am a full-time journalist with a love for cooking and staying healthy. I am generally a pretty neat and organised person. I'm a little bit of a homebody also enjoy heading out to a good pub for live music or a comedy gig.
I'm Jorden, a 19 year old second year QUT Business & IT student. I'm quiet, clean and tidy and usually keep to myself although I also love to hangout, chat and have the occassional beer or two with roomates! I'm looking for a cheap private room that's close enough to QUT and preferably to live with other students or people of similar age.
I am 27, a part-time teacher, part-time circus performer/gymnastics trainer. I come with a ginger ninja cat (Chester). Much of my time is spent training but also enjoy relaxing at home, cooking, gardening and being creative. I eat a mainly plant based diet and enjoy going to the local markets on the weekend and going for walks. I am pretty independent, tidy, environmentally friendly, and enjoy being social as well as quiet time to myself. I am not into party houses and would prefer like minded people in their late 20's+ (am LGTB+ Friendly too) If you'd like to know more about me, ask away! :)
I'm an easygoing and friendly chick 😊 21 years old, study fulltime and work parttime 30hrs/wk - both in the CBD Happy to be social with you but am also laid back and will respect your personal space. Very clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! Usually busy throughout the week with work and uni, and most weekends I stay over at my boyfriends place or am out and about with friends Looking to move in with like-minded and friendly housemates with positive fun vibes around mid-end September into inner-city Northside/Westside fringe suburbs Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match 😊
I have just graduated from QUT and have recently started a full time job in the city. I have lived in share houses for the past 3 and a half years so know the value of personal space but also having a good relationship with those you live with. I am friendly, easy going and tidy and looking to live with someone who is similar. In temporary accommodation at the moment so looking to move in somewhere soon.
Key points: - I have two wonderful fur-babies, Molly and Finn my two kitty cats! So potential housemates need to at least be able to tolerate cats! - I’d preferably like to share with one other only, but happy to go up to a maximum of 2 other housemates - I’d love a place with a dishwasher (see below!), a bath, and an outdoor area for the cats - Bedroom needs to be unfurnished. I can bring just bedroom/bathroom items OR up to a 1-bedroom worth of furniture (lounges, TV, display cupboards, desk, spare single bed, kitchenware, etc.) Although I’m quite the introvert, so require quite a bit of time to myself to recharge, I can actually hold a conversation with anyone about pretty much anything! Some like to call us extroverted introverts - I really don’t like labels to be honest - basically I’m pretty quiet, like to chill on my own or with my fur-babies, but equally like to chat with housemates, or share a wine or a meal from time to time. I am very tidy! I wouldn’t say I’m a clean freak at all - e.g. rental property MUST have a dishwasher! - but I do like a tidy, quite minimalist living arrangement. I’m the opposite of a hoarder. Speaking of that, I can move into an existing share-house with as little or as much furniture as needed. I’m actually thinking of selling the majority of my stuff, and just moving what I need for a bedroom/bathroom and to cook and look after my cats. My goal for approx. 6 years time (significant birthday!) is to be living in a ‘tiny home on wheels’ preferably somewhere on the Sunny Coast or Northern NSW - think Kingscliff. I usually work full-time for Queensland Health - in the past far too many hours - however, right now, I am on some extended paid leave. Therefore I am at ‘home’ more often than I normally would be. I love my fur-babies, chocolate, coffee, food, reading, movies, cryptic crosswords, yoga, sunshine, sunshine, sunshine, a comfy bed and a nice lie-in, discovering a great new cafe (with fingers crossed amazing coffee - few and far between lately), and just generally aiming to travel through life as relaxed as possible*. *Note: this is a work in progress! If you’ve read this far, you may not have a lot of questions, but please contact me if you do, or if you think you might have a suitable living situation for me! Cheers. :-)
Hello! I'm Kitana. To make things easy, let's do it like this. --Who am I?-- - 20 years old - 3rd year university student (QUT - studying Maths) - part-time tutor and tennis coach - Brisbanite - enthusiastic pancake eater --Why am I looking for somewhere to live?-- I've been living out of my family home for the past year and a half, and have been living in a few different places in that time (with my best friend, and currently in a share house). In mid-November, I will be working at a ski resort for five months, so ideally I would like to find somewhere short term for the two months I have left in Brisbane. --What do I like to do for fun?-- - playing the piano (I have a keyboard of my own + a piano at home) - I'm willing to give almost anything adventurous a go, whether it's climbing the Glasshouse Mountains, camping, or embarking on a spontaneous escapade in the middle of the night (in which I quietly return home) - occasionally play tennis + often play table tennis - Fun fact: spent three months working as an English teacher full- time in China (four word summary of my trip: cheap food, google translate)
In my spare time, outside of the ordinary, I tutor university students on a private basis, trade online, read and occasionally unwind by playing games. During summer I’m always keen to get outdoors and down to the beach, I certainly love backpacking overseas too. I’m clean and happy to put into the house I’m a part of but most importantly want to get to know those around me – Being a part of a house with a somewhat social atmosphere would be cool. Overall, I’m wanting to move into a place that is a bit better value for money than where I am, while still being within riding distance to work, with some (hopefully) great people!

Full time professional looking for an easy going respectful household with great mature-minded housemate/s near CBD I am very active, love fitness & outdoors, easy going & up for a good chat. I'm also pretty easy to live with as I take care of my environment, not a party person & prefer a quiet/relaxed home vibe. I'm very independent, also like being friends with whoever I share roof with as it makes life a lot easier. If it sounds like a good fit send me a msg and we'll go from there.
Hey I'm a 27 year old full-time uni student and work casually so i'm mostly out during the day. I'm looking for a place somewhere close to the city or Southbank. I have a pretty simple and an active lifestyle. Don't tend to have a lot of possessions and reeaally easy to get along with which is to say i can be pretty sociable .I'm very respectful of all cultures, values and personal space. Always clean up after myself (for real). So basically i'm the ideal housemate (overselling?)
I'm British-Australian, very sociable, and enjoy being able to befriend the people whom I live with. I am a composer and photographer. I have no issue living with animals, in fact it would be a bonus. I would prefer to not pay over $175 a week (preferably including bills and internet in the rent) though this is negotiable depending on the quality of the house. Queenslanders and pre-war properties go to the top of the list.
Independent, quiet, clean and tidy, Dilligent. For the room I only need a double plus size bed with clean mattress and a desk, wardrobe and draws for clothes. I don't smoke but have a few quiet beers at the end of each day. I have a set of free weights that I would need room for to use and a mountain bike.
I know CPR. I have lots of cool cooking implements. I'm quiet. I'm pro hugs. I can do math in my head. I can make gnocchi and pasta from scratch. I don't have a kitty or a pup but if you have one I'll feed it and let it sleep with me when you're not around. I'm easily impressed.
I’m a 34 years old Brazilian guy who has spent years living abroad chasing dreams, experiences and especially great food! A chef, an entrepreneur, a student and someone you can call friend! I’m a very calm person, clean, organized, social with a great sense of humor and respectful at the same time. I’m looking for a decent place I can call HOME! I’m looking for happy and friendly people to share my life with, make new friends and have a good time.
