Hey im a film student in my second year of uni. Would love to find a place with really friendly and welcoming people. Im a bit socially awkward so im quiet. Hope to talk soon <3
Come from Hong Kong FT student. Looking for friendly room mates who know how to be clean and are already in a habit of washing up their dishes straight away, and just keeping a house tidy in general.
I’m a laid back, friendly and considerate Brit who is in town for a year to work on a new animated tv show and I’m looking for a relaxed friendly place to call home. Having lived with myself my whole life I can honestly say I’m a pretty good housemate
Hi! My name is Camila, I work full time at a child care centre. Interests include food, cooking, music, latin dancing and sport/exercise. Looking for easy going housemate that is organized and love dogs since I have a very friendly dog that will spend weekends with me. I’m a happy, respectful and social person who works hard. Looking forward to meeting you.
Hi there! I'm an occupational therapy student (and an arts / psych student in the past), from Melbourne, moving to Brisbane in January. I volunteer in disability support and will be working part time when I get to Brisbane, while studying full time at ACU in Banyo. I'm quite studious but also enjoy drinks and a good party on occasion. In my spare time i'm usually dabbling in some art and crafts, trying a new recipe, reading, meditating, playing tennis or pottering in the garden. I'm a reliable and adaptable housemate. Apart from requiring basic hygiene and tidiness, I'm happy to go with the flow of your already established house arrangements. I always pay rent and bills on time. I'm vegetarian but don't mind if others eat meat. I'm looking for a home with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where housemates keep an eye out for each other even while maintaining their independent lives. If you have a room that might be a good fit please get in touch. Thanks!
Looking for a large room in Brisbane, ideally for a three month commitment that may become 6 months or more. I'm friendly easy going and get on well with everyone. Enjoy getting out and about and enjoying all that Brisbane has to offer but also looking for a flatmate that I can get on with when I'm at home. I work in film and television industry and generally work from home 2-3 days a week.
I'm a 21 year old Brazilian girl studying at a University in Brisbane. I'm looking for another students to share a place with :) I'm friendly, pet friendly and very tidy. I'm trying to find a place in New Farm, South Brisbane or West End. Please, DO NOT MESSAGE if your available place is located somewhere else.
I'm a relaxed guy who enjoys surfing, making art, and doing yoga. I'm studying architecture full time at QUT. I don't like to have late nights very often. I'm working part time as a construction labourer so I get going early and finish usually by about 4pm. I'm very independent and easy to get along with and I'm open to all kinds of people with all kinds of interests. I love to cook but I cook mainly vegetarian food so if youre someone who also doesnt mind to cook and enjoys vego food, thatd be sweet.
I'm Ash, 26, working full time as a graphic designer in a little design studio in Kelvin Grove. Outside of work hours I'm usually working on freelance and personal design projects, finding somewhere to hike, hanging at the beach with my dog or researching my next travel destination. I have a lovely 7yo border collie cross named Lilly who is super friendly and gets along well with other animals.
I've just finished a science degree and am taking a year off to work full time and save up some money. When I'm not slinging out coffees at work, I'm your typical 20 year old - I love going out for brunch, binge watching Grey's Anatomy and long walks. Oh, and my preferred methods of procrastination are baking and cleaning, making me the ideal housemate :)
Hello! My name's Ray! I'm 22 and I work full time in biomedical research. I'm pretty easy-going but also tidy and repsectful. When at home, I'm usually pretty laid back and quiet - if only you would ignore my terrible guitar playing. I live (trying) an active lifestyle and usually to spend weekends socialising or watching endless repeats of The Office UK. If you think we'd make a great team, please feel free to send me a message!
Patrick and I (Nikki) just moved to Brisbane from Seattle, Washington to be closer to my parents and siblings for a few months. We are looking for a place in Brisbane for a month. We are relaxed individuals who work part-time and enjoy adventuring when not working. I am a biomechanist for a medical distribution company and work remotely and travel on occasion. Patrick is a performance coach and sports scientist, programming online and at various gyms in the area. We enjoy our alone time but like to hang with friends and have a beer on occasion. Our favorite things in life: coffee, food, adventuring outdoors, working out, and having a drink with some mates.
Hi, I'm Salome - I'll be starting my Master's next year and I work part-time at an outdoor store. I like trail running, hiking, gardening and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I'm a fairly quiet person, but I like to share a relaxed meal or a drink and I'm always up for a chat over a cup of tea. I would love to live in a house with a garden (or potential for one) with respectful and friendly housemates.
Hey! My name is Sammy and my boyfriend is called Sean. We’re both 22 from England on working holiday visas. Both full time chefs working in Southbank. We have been in Brisbane since late August. We plan to leave Brisbane on the 15th of February. Unfortunately our current landlords lease runs out in January so we will be moving out on the 28th of December and will be looking for a new place for the last 7 weeks of our time here. Would need a room fully furnished. We are a tidy, respectful couple to live with. We love to make new friends and love to travel. Hope to hear from you soon. Sammy and Sean!
Hi potential roomie! My name is Shae, I am moving to Brisbane from Adelaide for a graduate job mid-Jan and am looking to team up and find a nice apartment with another girl close to the city and public transport. I have lived in a share house with two other girls for the past 2 years and 5 years previous in boarding style accommodation so I have a good idea of share house living. As I will be new to Brisbane, I am looking to become friends not just a roommate. I like socialising at home but also know everybody needs a bit of space and alone time. I am usually up for most activities, I love enjoying some wines, cooking, going to the beach and keen to do some weekend trips too! Give me a message if you are interested in teaming up and we can have more of a chat :)
I’ve lived in a share house (3 housemates) for the past couple of years. It’s been a great time and I would love to continue, but I’m really keen to move somewhere to get a dog. So I’m looking for some like-minded easy going, clean (not too OCD) housemates that I can continue my journey with. My lease is up in the first week of January, but may be flexible to move sooner before Christmas if this suited. I’m all for making sure I’m the right fit and vice versa so it’d be great to spend some time together maybe grab coffee or lunch before we agree on moving in. Hit me up if this sounds like it may work for you! ☺️ Good to knows: - I have a car that I like to keep garaged - I am looking to get a pug at the end of this year so pet friendly is mandatory - I travel for work on and off (and have places for my pug to go on these weeks, unless you are a mad dog lover in which case you’d also be welcome to look after) - I have a dining table - I have a huge washing machine (probably too big really so potentially would look at downsizing) - I have a TV - I have a small fridge - In my spare time I like to play piano (I have a digital piano as well) - ‘Trying’ to get into riding my bike to work - I’m fun, but responsible (except when it comes to adulting... that shit’s hard) ✌🏽
I am planning to stay in Brisbane for a trimester abroad at Griffith University and therefore look for a place to stay. I'd love to stay in a private room in a shared flat so that I can get in contact with other people/students quickly. I am currently living in Münster, Germany in a shared flat with two other girls. I am clean and tidy and love to hang out with people, play boardgames or have a coffee or beer together. I hope to be able to go to the beach often and engage in different kinds of sports such as swimming. I am happy to receive any kind of tips or offers :)
Hey there! I'm currently an OT Master's student at UQ and looking for a long-term home for the upcoming 2018 year. I am a tidy, friendly and studious person, who enjoys playing sports and binge watching Stranger Things. I'm easy to get along with and love getting to know new people.
