I'm currently a college student in China and I'm going to study in UNSW for master degree.I'm an easygoing guy who like to socialize while respect other's personal space and time. I like music, outdoor activities and fit in gym... I cook Chinese food from time to time and I LOVE BBQ and most of the western food. I will arrive Sydney on 19/Jun/2017, Sydney is a strange land for me since it's my first time to be there. Accommodations near UNSW are desirable and I prefer to live with students or young professionals.
Very mature and responsible girl looking for a new place, preferably all females around their 20's-40's! Also looking for something long term, I work full time in Bondi junction so you'll only see me floating around between shifts!
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha..
Hey, I'm moving to Sydney from the UK in July to study at UNSW for a year. I'm quite active, love going to the gym and to the beach etc and am super easy going.
I am from Philippines and have been living here in Sydney for 1 year and 4 months now. I'm studying in TAFE Ultimo, and working in Shangri-la Hotel Sydney. I am very particular with cleanliness and very organized with my things. I would like a place near train stations for ease of access.

I am a British student doing a 3 month placement at ANSTO starting mid-June looking for a place to live. I have lived in houses of 6+ with other students so know how to live as a collective, as well as looking after myself/my space. I take pride in keeping myself and my space clean and tidy, as well as communal areas as it makes the world go round! I am always on-time with payments and would like to live with locals or people who know the area would be great so I can gather my surroundings before I venture out by myself. I am looking forward to starting my new journey in Australia, Cheers!

I am looking for a place to stay for 6 weeks from the 1st of July for my training, but this could however lead to longer. A little bit about me: I'm 21 years of age Final year Uni Student studying Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Early Education and Primary I am friendly, easy going and tidy I am active and love going for runs and walks I like to let my hair down occasionally but would never say no to a movie night

I am a very easygoing guy, I like to talk, go out sometimes and I'm moving to Sydney all by myself, so that would be great to meet new people from any corner of the world. Hey, I'm Clo and currently studying International Relations at UNSW. I'm an International Student from Indonesia but been living in Sydney for a year. I'm planning to move somewhere close to uni since my current lease will ends in Mid July. I have bubbly and cheerful characters. I'm also friendly and enjoy socialising but like to have my own privacy and time too. I'm clean and tidy as I have allergy with dust so don't worry about having a messy roommate. I'm an animal lovers especially dogs so I don't mind if you have pets. I spend my time either with studying at uni, pole dance (no I'm definitely not a stripper I just enjoy the workout and the community), underwater rugby, gym, hangout at the beach, going on nigh-out occasionally or just stay at home watching movies or cooking or playing music/games, etc. I would like to find a private room preferable with built-in robes and private bathroom but I don't mind sharing bathroom. My max budget is $400 which includes bills and internet. I have my own stuff for the bedroom so I don't mind if the room is unfurnished. My minimum stay is 6months but can stay longer.
