I'm a 26 year old data scientist recently moved to Sydney for a full time job working regular hours in the CBD. I enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home and am tidy, friendly and respectful. I like keeping fit, socialising with friends and catching up over a quiet drink with housemates!
Hi there! I’m Theresa, working as an Architect in the CBD and like to keep active in my free time with yoga and social events. Unfortunately the leasing is ending of my share house in Newtown, that I have to look for a new home in the beginning of May. Cheers, Theresa
Hi we are both looking for somewhere to stay as we settle to work in Sydney. We are both good fun and outgoing people but also work hard! Would love to find a place with like minded people. We both very tidy and understand people’s privacy when needed!
Full time working professional who is laid back and social but also enjoy my personal space. I work in the city and spend a lot of time with friends and family. Watch and play a lot of sport and enjoy reading.
25 years old, Just moved over from the UK with Work and am looking to be in Sydney for 2 years. Clean, Easy to live with, great friendship group based from Sydney. Working from Monday- Friday. Likes sport, going out, chilling and exploring the city.
Howdy y'all. My name's Aaron, I'm a 21 year old from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. I'm currently a student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and I'm super excited to head out to Sydney for the summer to work! I think I'm a pretty chill guy. I like going to concerts (primarily indie and rap), relaxing with a brew, and hanging out with friends. I like meeting new people and am always down to explore and do cool stuff. Some of my hobbies include playing guitar (but I'm not obnoxious about it), playing video games, working out, and snowboarding (spent a gap year in Jackson Hole, Wyoming). I hope to get into some surfing and hanging out on the beach, even if its a little cold.
I have been travelling from the past 7 years for study or work. Been with variety of people in USA, UK, India and Now in Australia and places. I am very easy to get along with and too considerate of others. I love dogs and kids, So, if you have them.I would be glad.I think they are stress busters! I will make sure to say a 'Good Morning' or 'How was your day' when i see you. Apart from that I respect others privacy :) I love to stay with multinationals, I think that is fun to learn new cultures and new traditions! and Languages.Cherry on top I like to cook for myself and others around me. ^_^ Rest assured ^_^
Hi there! I'm a 23-to-be Chilean girl who has lived in Sydney for about 4.5 years. I'm a USyd graduate, currently in a gap year before starting medicine next year in Santiago. I work at the uni as a RA and in an OOSH in Lane Cove. I'm into fitness and have a well-balanced lifestyle. I'm a morning person who struggles to stay in on a sunny day, always keen for the beach and adventure time! I'm a very independent, responsible and mature individual who is weeeell experience in house-sharing (i.e. very clean, tidy, respectful, etc.) since I've always lived in shared houses. I'm looking for a place where I can feel comfortable hanging around the house as I generally cook my meals so yeah, you would see me around, always keen for a chat! I have an extrovert personality, sociable and good ice-breaker (I hate awkwardness). Very mindful and respectful, clean freak with common areas (I really hate when people don't clean up the kitchen straight after cooking and eating so I always -and I mean always- clean up right away). In terms of furnishing, I have my own double bed and side tables, and my ideal room would have an in-built (or a decently sized wardrobe available to use). I have car so I need somewhere to park it. If you have an off-street car parking spot that would be absolutely awesome! I'm flexible with my moving date but something around the 6th of May would be ideal. Message me if our needs meet! PS: areas I'm interested: 1. Lower North Shore 2. Inner West (Marrickville and surroundings, Sydenham, Alexandria, St Peters).
My name is Lauren, I'm 28 and currently doing my postgrad studies in psychology (unfortunately I can't read your mind - I'm sorry!!!). I am pretty easy going. Looking for somewhere that definitely feels like a home and everyone can feel comfortable around each other. I've really enjoyed living in share houses in the past where we can come together and chat about anything and everything, have tv viewings ( I really love Atlanta and Black Mirror but also love just absolutely shit TV) and cook together from time to time. I would like to live in a house that feels lived in with people having friends over, but not necessarily a raging EDM party house.
Hi! I'm looking for a place for about 6 mos or longer. I'm from the states originally but have been in Australia for 4 years. I work full time in the city during the week. On weekends I like to go with the flow and chill out... love a coastal run and beach sesh along with some chilled drinks in the eves. I come with a beautiful cat named Laila - she honestly sleeps most of the day and can stay in my room! :) I prefer to have my own bathroom if possible - easy to take care of laila that way. I'm looking to move in Bondi/Tamarama/Bronte areas.
I have moved from Canberra to Sydney to pick up work on the Sydney Swans media team. I am a sports nut and also love playing board games. I go to the gym, run and love attending live sport on weekends. I am a very friendly person who is very clean and easy-going and don't make a lot of noise.
Hey my name is Steven, I am a down to earth guy with a lot to offer. Very sociable but also enjoy my own free time. A professional interior decorator working from Mondays to Fridays. Most evenings you will find me in my yoga studio or out going to live music events but occasional I do enjoy a good Netflix binge. I am looking for a place I can call home as well as meeting new and interesting people along the way. I would love to hear back from
In our minds, living together and sharing together the most important thing is to work in a team, respect each other and enjoy the stay to the fullest. We are tidy, communicating, we like to have fun and we are up to spontaneous ideas. In a short sentence we would like to be good flatmates and meet new peeps.
Hey I'm Hayley I'm 24, working full time in Human Resources and looking to start a team up with 1 or 2 girls of a similar age and interests in the Eastern suburbs. I am available to move within 3 weeks, and need off street parking. I am clean, reliable with bills and rent and want to be living in a social house. I have some furniture that I can bring along. During the week I work long hours and am in the final year of my degree, on weekends I’m usually out horse riding, doing coastal walks, around Bondi or having a few drinks. I have a cat who is really quiet and house trained so will need to live with someone that doesn’t mind having a pet around. You will hardly ever notice her as she will most likely always be asleep in my room! Send me a message if you are interested in starting a team up preferably around Bronte/Clovelly/Tama/Bondi.
Hello future housemates, “Looking for private room, no shared room”. My name is Lily, I am 23 yrs old, working full time as quality assurance lab assistant in Alexandria. I am Chinese Australian, grew up in North Queensland. I’m able to communicate in English and mandarin Chinese. I would like to find a place that is; 1. No party, or frequent visitors in the evevnings. 2. Quiet household and neighbourhood. 3. No couples, and sharing with less people is preferred (less than3). 4. Room furnished with double or queen size bed. Has windows. 5. Walking distance to The Grounds Of Alexandria, OR, easy transport to Green Square Station. I work full time Mon-Friday and I go out on Sundays to attend a sketching group, I’m pretty busy, so when I have time I like to relax and sleep. I’m trying to live a healthy lifestyle and lose weight, so somewhere close to the gym would be great. I need to give two weeks notice to my current landlord if I decide to move. I’m moving because where I live now is inconvenient to get to work. Thank you! Lily
My name is Stephanie and my partner name is Jared. We are both looking for a place in the inner west to stay! We currently live in Newtown. Jared is a photographer and I am a social work student who works in retail as well :) Love to hear from you :)
Hi, I'm Stefan, 28 years old, born in Austria - and I just moved to Australia to start a new career in an IT startup. I'm guess I'm easy-going, I like going out for a drink or two, I like to keep active, so I do sports like running and snowboarding (which will change to surfing now ;) ), I watch way too much Netflix, and I travel a lot. I'm already in Australia and currently stay at AirBnb(s), so I'd love to find a permanent place ASAP.
We are Damien and Paul, and we are looking for a new home. We have been in a relationship for more than 5 years, across different continents, through different study and employment stages, and life stages. Damien works as a lawyer, but is also a very caring and friendly person. He teaches piano, and has a small piano in the home. Paul is a talented designer, currently balancing working remotely for an overseas company with developing a career locally. We like exercise, weekend trips, good food and RuPaul’s Drag Race. We also like to sleep 7-8 hours a night so no weekday parties. We don’t do parties anyway, but prefer dinner with friends, or to go out to a bar and maybe have a dance. At the moment we are living in Canberra and without housemates for the first time. We take a lot of pride in our home, we have some quality furniture and and we aim to make our next home as ‘homely’ as this one. We have many years of sharehouse experience, and through this we have learnt to be respectful of others, to deal well with conflict, and to know how to take care of ourselves and those with whom we share space. We are looking to find a place (either 2 bed + study or a 3 bed), with relatively modern fixtures. We have a car and a few tools (because we are handy around the house), so we would ideally like a garage or shed. We would love to live near to the beach or the harbour, or somewhere central to the inner west, although we are flexible. We have seen some good places as far west as Concord, and we would also consider as far north as Lane Cove to Castlecrag. Perhaps as far south as Wolli Creek / Turrella and Maroubra. We are looking to share with either one or two others, depending on the size and price of the properties we find. We are open to who we live with (students / employed / etc). Please get in touch if you think you might like to live with us, and we can see if we could get along. Paul & Damien
Hey , I’m a fashion Business student who will be working full time , looking for some people in their early 20’s to share with and hangout with too. Not looking for a party house.
Hi possible flatmates, I'm Marcin, 28 years old and I'm from Poland. I'm looking for a room close to the train station (~10 minutes walk) with cool flatmates included in the price. It's gonna be my first real accommodation in Sydney and i hope you can help me with that to feel happy and comfortable. I came here to study and work with a plan to stay at least for one year to improve my English, get some international experience and meet cool people all over the world. I'm easy going and open minded person, clean, friendly, maybe not perfect but i try as much as i can ;) In free time i like to do everything i can, means eating and watching Netflix.. Ok, but sometimes also sports, walking in the nature, good conversations, parties, having fun in general, but I'm not party animal, no worries. If you have a cool place for me ready for moving in let's meet for inspection. Now I'm staying in the hostel in Newtown, waiting for your answers. Cheers :)
