Hey guys, I am social sporty guy working full time in the finance-admin area. I like sharing with others but also respect private spaces.
Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
Details about me includes: - name: James Ray; - date of birth: 10/10/1992 (age 24 as of March 2017); - occupation: technical support engineer at Sungrow full-time, and learning C++ and other programming skills to use for local electricity trading with the blockchain; - industry: renewable energy; - Background Nationality: Australian Citzen (born in Katoomba, grew up in Springwood and Winmalee, been in Sydney since I started studying in 2011—finished B Eng in 2014) - days and times for meeting, discussions and viewing: preferably on weekends. I don't drink or smoke. I'm a vegan. I try to avoid imposing my views on others, especially if they don't seem like they'd be receptive or interested in my views. (Doing so is generally a waste of time, I would be better off working on changing myself). I do my best to be friendly and get along with others. As of the 25th of March 2017, I'm working full-time as a technical support engineer at Sungrow, and will probably continue working full-time for the next few months. I'm also learning C++ to use for development of local electricity trading with the blockchain in my spare time. My work days at Sungrow previously varied between two, three and five days per week, depending on demand and staff availability. I do my best to follow Self-Realization Fellowship teachings, meditate and go to a chapel every week (or a few times per week) in Surry Hills for group meditation, listening to a service reading, and chanting. For more information about me, visit Sustergy.co. Currently I live in Surry Hills. I want to live as close as possible to work at 61 Lavender St, Milsons Point NSW 2061, and so that I can live somewhere that is quiet. I'm looking for a place to stay for the long term. Here is my wishlist for a place (most are preferred and not a requirement, althought the more wishes are met the happier I'll be and the more likely I will be to stay long-term!): - have a furnished room with a single bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. I'm open to sharing a room so long as the rest of my preferences are met; - have storage space for two bikes (I may be able to get rid of one); - be quiet (ideally no speakers with TVs, computers, music, where tenants use earphones or wireless headphones); - be clean (no problems with pests such as cockroaches, ants, etc.), in reasonable repair (e.g. no leaking roofs, flyscreens so that mosquitoes don't get in), and secure; - have access to a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and free laundry (i.e. not a washing machine where you put coins in); - have fast, reliable internet that has a data limit that is always higher than the data usage (I don't use a lot of data as I don't watch many videos, download music, or play games); - have some bare soil to put two compost bins on (I make sure it doesn't smell by using a lid and covering it up with leaves or the like, and I don't put fecal matter or urine in) and have some gardening space; - have access to sunlight; - be less than $250/week; - have a landlord who is courteous, willing to do repairs if needed, or failing that, to let tenants do repairs or minor retrofits (like adding flyscreens, wall bookshelves, ceiling fans, external roller blinds, hooks or screws in walls or furniture to hang things); - sharing with spiritually minded, meditative, non-smoking, non-drinking, vegetarian/vegan, conscientious people; - be preferably close to Milsons Pt. Surry Hills is also OK, however Milsons Pt is preferred as of March 2017, as that is where I work; - payment available by bank transfer. Payment in cash only is something that I do not prefer due to tax evasion, inconvenience and insecurity. - have flatmates and a landlord who is OK with letting people use common areas, kitchen, bathroom and WiFi, trying them out at first with them being supervised. I am open to finding a vacant place to rent with suitable people who are also looking for a place.

I'm a 26 year old young professional. I work as a management consultant in the city and I am looking to move to a fun/vibrant area closer to work. During the week I am busy working but I do like to try and keep fit and maybe squeeze in a cheeky drink. On the weekends you will find me on some sort of outdoor adventure or at a bar. I am easy going and like a chat but also respect other people's personal space. If you've got a spare room that you think is suitable for me please be sure to reach out :).
I'm really easy-going. I like being an introvert but I'm always up for hanging out too for movie nights or something! Basically I'm a sociable hermit, who enjoys socializing but also enjoys being holed up at home :) I just moved to Sydney last year from New Zealand so I'm still settling in. I currently work at Priceline North Sydney and in my spare time I like to do illustration, as well as play my Playstation 4 or go out exploring a bit more of Sydney. My PS4 does come with Netflix and Foxtel Play too 😆 I also know how to clean, I'm a pretty good cook but I'd say I'm a better baker. I make a really good banoffee pie...just saying. I'm good at chores as well, my Mum taught me well! Hope to meet my new future flatmates soon :D P.S: I'm definitely not looking to share a room with anyone so please don't message me about a shared room you have available.
Hi I am 30 yo I work fulltime the classic 9-5 monday to friday. I love relaxing on weekends or maybe going on adventures and visiting new places when the weather is nice
We are an enthusiastic and outgoing American girl and French guy! We are looking for a lovely place with 2 seperate bedrooms for our long term stay in Sydney. We love living in a clean and tidy environment! We both work full time at a medical device company. On the weekends we like to explore and meet new people. During the evenings on the weekdays we enjoy occasionally eating out, or having a chill night at home. We love enjoying a good movie, video games, exercising, and so many other things!
Hi there, I am a Sydney local and have been for most of my life. I work full time in the insurance industry in the CBD and am also currently doing my MBA part time. I am quite bubbly and energetic but also treasure my down time which everyone needs once in a while! I am a keen runner, love my food and wine and also really enjoy cooking =) I am quite sociable so love a good chat but enjoy couch and tv time also. basically, I am your typical 28 year old girl who loves fashion, food, wine and cheese! Always keen to watch a footy match also! I am not a party animal and work and study keeps me busy during the week, love a good brunch and dinner (with a few wines of course) on the weekends. I am very tidy and independent and am looking for a room to rent in a share house with like-minded people. I do value the importance of getting along with the people you live with and it would be great to hopefully become friends!
I am originally from Melbourne (don't hold it against me :P) and relocated to Sydney 5 months back. I am an engineer currently working in sales/strategy for a Healthcare Consultancy...this means that I can fix things around the house, and get us mad discounts because I am a relentless haggler. I am a very easy going, reliable, flexible and sociable guy. In my opinion, living with a flatmate is more like sharing a home, as opposed to living in a hotel. This means that I am more than open to occasionally dining together and sharing groceries where appropriate. I will also, however, have the utmost respect for your personal space. I work relatively late during the weekdays so I try to get out of the house during the weekends. I enjoy outdoor activities and going for bike rides. Please feel free to message or call me directly if you would like to get in touch. Omkar

I like to socialise and go out with friends but I also enjoy spending quiet time at home. I'm looking to move into a place with housemates that are happy to hang out with me but where I can have my own space too.
