Working full time as a junior doctor and studying a masters degree. Keen to keep a place clean and have a somewhat social household with the occasional shared meal when not working. When not tied up with a rotating work roster or study I will likely be running, playing netball or futsal. I have a great appreciation for both wine and coffee and always up for an outing for said drinks. I would be a polite and respectful housemate and keen to meet up for coffee if you might be looking for something similar.
We're a group of 4 friends who are currently in Melbourne and moving over to Sydney December 29th. We have an East Coast trip planned for the first half of January so will be looking at renting a flat/house from the 20th of January. We will be in Sydney for a minimum of 3 months and preferably looking to reside in Bondi Junction if possible but we are open to other areas nearby. We will all be working whilst in Sydney. We have all been in rented properties long and short term and we are a respectful bunch of girls who are looking for somewhere nice to enjoy our time in Sydney. We love to cook and have pyjama/film nights in and we like to make the most of our days off by checking out the sights and what the city has to offer! If you have a property available that fits us and our budget, please get in touch!

Work Mon-Fri 9-5, laid back, respectful. Enjoy active pursuits such as snowboarding, snorkelling, hiking, rock climbing - anything where I can use my GoPro. Originally from the UK and in Sydney long term. Happy to pay more and stay longer if the fit is right.
Hey guys, I'm an open minded and fun person. But also very tidy and organized. I have 5+ years of experience in living in flatshares and enjoyed it a lot. Therefore I know when to give space and privacy. Because I work for a German company that sent me here for 6 months (maybe longer) I tend to be a little quiet during the week. But on the weekends I like to socialise, do sports or explore the city. I'm looking for my own place or a great flatshare that has no problem with me having guests that are visiting from Germany once or twice. The room has to be furnished. Also ideally the place is close to a train station because my office is in Rhodes. Hope to hear from you guys, Max
Hi everyone. My name is David, I'm a 30yr old Taiwanese boy, currently studying cookery and working to pay the tuition fees at the same time. So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after them self. That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)
Hi, we are a British couple looking for somewhere to stay for the next 4-6 months whilst we save money to travel the east coast. We are extremely clean and respectful. We love to have a chat and enjoy our movies.
My name is Ryan from Indonesia. I'm going to study in Sydney starting FebYFA academy Sydney majoring in filmmaking. I'm pretty laidback and little bit introverted so I won't bother the people that live in the house. I'm also tidy, neat, and independent so I won't ruin the share house that I live in :). I'm planning to move as soon as possible Please hit me up back if you are interested.

I like to think of myself as kind, friendly and easygoing. Isabelle is from Bristol and worked for an Environmental company in Bath for two years. She is a social, fun and outgoing. Hey guys, I’m Sarah! In a nutshell I’m 24 and work in marketing, have been sucked into loving pilates and cycle classes, and am originally from Melbourne so I make a trip home every few months (but Sydney is somehow winning me over). I’ve perfected the art of egg poaching, and probably could moonlight as a cleaner/ Ikea flatpack assembler. I moved up to Sydney almost 2 years ago and have made some awesome friends…which is what I’m looking for in my new housemates (rather than just a group of people living under the same roof…been there!). I love checking out new beaches, being outdoors, sussing out good brunch spots and bars (outside the lockout zone). Drop me a message if you’d like to meet up :)
Hi I'm Joey, I work in marketing in the city. I am a clean and tidy person who likes my own company, but always down for a few drinks. Fairly active in going to the gym and playing sport as well. Looking for similarly chilled out people, as well as a place to live :P
Hello!! I work tuesday to saturday in a spanish restaurant in the cbd as a bartender. I'm very easygoing, reliable and clean. I love cooking and enjoy a glass of wine or a beer on my day off. Hello Guys! We are Christie and Cameron, a 23 year old couple from Scotland! Working west of the CBD. I am a simple guy, newly moved to Australia from India. I am starting a new life and looking to build everything up from scratch. Not much into parties or late night outings; I prefer to spend my spare time with a good book. Social drinker, social smoker. Keep my place neat and clean too.
Hi there, I am Julia and I'm going to stay in Sydney for studying psychology at the University of Sydney from February 2017 to July 2017. I don't like staying alone in a flat, as it is much more fun to have flatmates for occasionally dinner cooking, getting to now different points of views and life stories and just having fun living with other people. I have already some experience in living together with different people as I stayed one year with a host-family and a roommate in India, lived in a shared flat with four other students in my study town in Germany and during an internship in Berlin I stayed also with a flatmate. So I hope it is not to difficult to get a long with me. I am a tidy and clean person. I enjoy going out for a party but also a cosy evening with a movie and some wine and chocolate :) I love being creative, I like decorating things and doing crafts of any kind (I am kind of a homeworker :) and I am really looking forward to exploring Sydney and trying out some new sports. Perfect for me would be a rent from end of February to mid of July 2017, but I am quite flexible. I hope to hear from you soon :)
I work full time in a hotel on Sydney's circular quay so I will be at work most of the time, mostly during the day but sometimes I will get night shifts as well. I love to be social and have fun as much as I love time to myself and be independent. I will respect all house rules, privacy, people's need for time to themselves, but I would also love a home where I can hang out with my house mates :)
Hi! I'm Savvy, looking for a new place as my lease is coming to an end. Im a young professional working in the legal field, in theCBD, originally from Melbourne with a love for sunny Sydney! I love the beach, gym and good company. Love a night out but also chilled times at home with chats and a movie are most welcome. I work 9-5 (usually later...) and am pretty easy going. Oh and I would never say no to a jog/workout buddy or a sneaky drink at the local once in a while :) Cheers!
G'day mates! My name is Coen, 20 years old and a very social empathic easy going guy! Staying in Sydney for a couple of months to work. Looking for a nice place with some good people! Preferabel own bedroom.
Hi I am clean and tidy housemate who is friendly and finds it easy to get along with others. I love cooking and I do not drink or smoke. I would like to find a flat share with just females. Creative, social & extroverted. Like to play the guitar, cook & read. Other passions? craft beer, astronomy, art & philosophy. Prior to Aus, I lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and I've lived in multi-cultural share houses and understand the dynamics of living in share homes. I worked with EY for around 4 years before moving to Aus to study at Uni. Currently, I work for Deloitte in the Sydney CBD. I'm 27 and looking to live in a home with other social, respectful and mature individuals in their mid to late 20's. I'm looking for a large room, preferably furnished. Location is everything, the house needs to have good public transport connectivity. Non-smoking household preferred. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every once in a while but I'm not a party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. I spend considerable time reading & studying music, and I will be doing long hours at work during the week. As much as I like to be social I respect others privacy and need for space.
