Hello :) I have moved down to the Hobart area from South Australia. I am currently working in construction and loving it! I am looking for a place that is only temporary eg 4 weeks or so, just whilst find my own place to live. I will need my own room, unfurnished will be best for me. I am a very neat, quite and personal person so that means you don't have to stress about me being a party animal, bring people over or being very loud. I do drink alcohol every now and then but I won't get wasted. I am a smoker as well but upon request, will only do it outside. I don't have any pets and no children. I have a good rental history and will pay my bills on time. I would like for the bills to be included in the rent so it will reduce the stress on both ends. WIFI would be great but is not necessary. I am a very easy person to get along with and even better person to live with. If I'm the person you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hello, I'm Maggie and I'm from San Diego, California. I will be moving to Hobart to work as a nurse in October. I was lucky to have lived with my best friends in the past 4 years, and I hope to find a easygoing person/couple that I can become friends and hang out with. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to share, preferably close to CBD because it's close to my hospital and I don't have a car yet. Looking to move in early/mid November. About me: -I'm a down to earth Californian girl, outgoing and full of positive energy. -I traveled extensively through North, Central American and Asia, and I'm very respectful toward other culture. -I like to have time for myself and I respect others privacy too. But I would love to hang out when we are both available. -On my days off, I like to try different restaurants and bars and travel around to see different things. I LOVE the ocean and spend a lot of time on all sorts of water sports (paddle boarding, scuba diving and sailing). -I don't leave mess around the house, and expect my roommate to do the same. Please message me if you think we are compatible. I would love to have coffee and see if we can work something out. Thank you!
I am easy going, love to keep my surroundings clean, respect other peoples' privacy and love an occasional chat with my housemates. I have recently moved from Melbourne and have completed my Masters degree from Monash University. I love cooking and don't mind sharing food with others. But I also expect people to give me my space respect my personal time. Looking to meet like minded people.

Love socializing, playing sport and relaxing. Spend a lot of time outdoors and always doing stuff. Enjoy down time in the afternoons. Will be working and studying uni online next year. I come with my loving dog Roly and cat Nala both of which live inside and outside but this can be worked around. You can often find me playing netball, football or with my boyfriend. Looking for somewhere longterm and need to move before the 19th of October!

I'm a writer, designer, musician, artist and galoot. I was a Lifeline Counsellor, so I'm a good listener. I love to cook and I'm sociable without being like an overexcited terrier. I'm reliable and housetrained. I love dinner parties, live music, art exhibitions, travel and hanging out.
I lived in sharehouse for 2 years and I moved out once as the host dont wanna continue the sharehouse. That means I abide by sharehouse rules very properly and the hosts were satisfied with me as a flatmate. Im originally Korean so very neat and as Im a student and going to work part time, it can be a good point.
