Hello people. My name is Kate, originally from the emerald Isle (Ireland). I've been in the land down under for 2months, Tasmania, 2 weeks. I'm on the hunt for a furnished room in a delightful flatshare. I'm easy going, friendly and I enjoy a good chat over a cup of tea. I work in the food industry which makes me a lover of good food, wine and bascically anything tasty that I can shove in my mouth. I'm clean and professional, am up for a chat but can also respect other peoples' space (I love my own). I'm a keen outdoorist so enjoy nature and all things green; hiking & mountain biking. I'm into music, art, people, flowers and I love bed time. I look forward to hearing from some like-minded peeps to share a home together. Kate:)
We expect to pay a premium for short term rental. Looking for a Furnished room in Central Hobart for just for the first week of Feb 2016. We are a professional retired couple and used to having others stay with us.. Looking to pay up to around $600 for the week. (In fact 6 nights)
Currently studying third year psychology in Launceston. Love socialising with friends, running/gyming, reading, camping, the beach & exploring. Would need a quiet environment for studying, but also a very social person :) ideally located in walking proximity to UTAS and Hobart CBD but negotiable.
Hi :) I'm Hannah, 27 and was born and raised in Hobart! I am currently staying with my parents in Geilston Bay as I recently moved back from Melbourne. Things didn't go to plan so now I am looking for someone to share with preferably by the 1st of Feb! I have a beautiful indoor trained cat called Nahla who is super friendly and affectionate! She has been staying with a friend for 1 month but unfortunately I have to get her by the end of January. My parents have two cats so she can't come here, sadly. I am easy going, honest, tidy and considerate. Very respectful when it comes to privacy. I have lived with quite a few people in the past so definitely used to being around others. Looking for someone likeminded and mature. Interested in team ups but no time wasters please :) I am looking for someone who has or is looking for a place to call home. Looking forward to hearing from you :) Hannah
I’m a dance teacher from Melbourne relocating to Hobart to study my Masters of Clin Psych at UTAS. I’m moving into our new house in New Town at the end of March, however urgently need a room to live in from mid Feb. Anyone out there able to offer a short stay room? I can cook Japanese and not fussy with the tv remote. Absolutely love dogs, especially big breeds. Love a good chat & wine but also need to study so won’t be in your hair too much. Also keen to make a good group of friends in tassie 😊 Hope to hear from you, Emma
We are Miguel and Paloma, a friendly couple from Argentina. We are looking for a place to stay in Kingston or near Huonville for the next month! We are fast learners, animal lovers and have a good command of English. Both of us are university graduates in Arts and have knowledge of photography, music, movies, theatre and literature. We are fun to talk to!
I am clean (though not pedantic), friendly, a bit chatty (but not to the point of irritation), academically successful (but I don't like to boast) and I'm flexible with bills and associated costs (but I will never miss a payment). Importantly, I have always respected personal space and won't ever touch your food.
Hey wonderful people! I'm Arad, a 4th year medical student studying in Hobart. Looking for some chill, tidy, and easy going person/people to live with next year. I'm neat, respectful, and friendly. I'm from Adelaide and like hikes, cooking, soccer, and chilling with friends. I start uni again on the 29th of Jan, so something before that would be ideal :D. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey! ☺️ My name is Skhay (Pronunced as ‘Sky’). I’m 18 years old and am looking for a room or place to rent. (Only females). I am starting a Bachelor of Law degree at UTAS, and will be studying full time. ☺️ I am a chill, tidy easy-going person so I’m able to get along well with people and am good at maintaining a clean house. If you have any further questions about me , just flick me a message. ☺️
Hi! I'm new to Hobart to study Natural Environment, which im super excited about. I'm 26, independent, well travelled, creative, on the quieter side, clean, and enjoy beers with friends. Im looking for a sharehouse with good vibes, but also have a balance of introversion to help me feel at home in my new city. I love the outdoors, cycling, creative writing and reading, ocean swims and mountain hikes, cooking, and music. My trade, I guess, is farming and market gardening. So being connected to the land is important to me. Originally from Melbourne, but keen to become a Tasmanian.
Hey! I currently live in Perth but am planning to move to Hobart in February to study at UTas. I'm friendly, very easy-going and love meeting new people, yet I'm also pretty independent and enjoy alone time! I look forward to hearing from you, Leah
Hi, my name is Nancy, 22 years old. I am originally from Indonesia and I have been living in Melbourne for 5 years. I will be studying nursing in University of Tasmania starting in Feb. I'm looking for a place that is close to my uni. I am friendly and easy going.
I am a down to earth, friendly, easy going and sociable person. I appreciate my quiet time and I will respect your privacy. I am tidy, and I have a steady source of income from my PhD funding. I have diverse hobbies which include amateur astronomy (you get to see my telescope!) and going to the gym to be fit and active. I generally keep to myself, but I do not mind the occasional dinner or two.
Gday~ I am studying at HERC to be an enrolled nurse. I am tidy, don't smoke, enjoy a drink or two with others and I'm a pretty sociable person. I am a very friendly person and enjoy a good laugh. I have my P's as well so i can help out with taking flatmates places or picking them up~
Hi Friends! My friend Bree and I are looking for a house to move into in January/February (either new lease or join an existing one). We would like to find a third (and possibly fourth) person to help us create a home in central Hobart. We enjoy sharing meals and wine/beer from time to time but we aren’t looking to host huge parties. Our future housemate(s) would ideally value and respect a tidy and clean communal space and want to be part of a sociable house while respecting each other’s need for alone time :). We are keen to find someone with similar lifestyle to ours (probably meaning similar age - 25-35). A little about us: Bree is originally from Melbourne and has just begun a fulltime PhD in marine science. I moved to Hobart from Perth a couple of years ago and work as a physio. We both enjoy camping, hiking, and being outside, and appreciate good food and beverages of the caffeinated and/or alcoholic variety. Feel free to get in touch if we sound like the magical housemates you have been looking for!
I'm a conscientious and friendly person. I'm very clean and tidy too. I've lived in a lot of shared housing, so know how to cohabit in a peaceful and cooperative way. I love a good belly laugh and a good meal. I've recently moved down to Hobart to reconnect with good friends and to pursue some inspiring music projects... and, of course, Tasmania is very beautiful too! I look forward to settling into a new home. All the best, Mark

Hi, I'm Vash and I'm 22 years old. I'm moving from Brisbane to Hobart this year to study at the University of Tasmania. When I'm not working or at Uni, I love to exercise, read books, cook, or go out with friends. I'm outgoing and friendly, but I also enjoy my own space. I've lived in a share house before, I'm cleanly and considerate, and I think very easy to live with! :) Looking forward to the year ahead.

Hello! I'm recently returned to Hobart after some adventures around the world, and looking for a place to live. I'm a web developer, mostly working for museums and festivals, and I will be working full-time in Hobart from February until at least July. I like going out to gigs and good times but when I'm home I'm pretty quiet, mostly messing around on the computer or reading.
Hello, I'm Baxter. I'm in my final year of my Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Tasmania. During the week I am either studying at uni or am at work. I also often work on the weekends. I am a clean and active person that tends to be busy and always on the go.
