Hi, my name is Helen. I work as a nurse in a private practice in town. I moved here from Sydney 12mths ago and have had the great fortune of living in Battery Point for this time. I'm not able to move until end of June, this is when the lease is up. When I'm able to move, living somewhere still centrally located would be great.. I work Monday-Friday, so there wouldn't be an issue with me doing shift work and sleeping patterns conflicting with others. I am very tidy and keep shared spaces clean. I am considerate of others and, I feel, very easy to live with. I'm happy to be sociable with fellow housemates, but can also give others their space where needed. I'm not looking for a party house and I certainly wouldn't treat it as such. I have a bed and couch, but can store these if not needed. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Hello. My name is Riccardo. I'm a quiet, tidy, respectful and clean person, who loves photography and traveling. I'm in Sydney now, and i would like moving to Hobart till the end of year for sure. Honestly, before to book a flight i would like having a place where to stay. I'm working like a furniture installer here in Sydney and i did a similar job in Italy for 11 years. For this reason i would like looking for this kind of job there.
We are backpackers from Singapore on a working holiday in Tasmania. As students, we are on a tight budget so we’re trying to cut cost as much as possible. We have many experiences living alone and managing house chores. You can rest assured that we will keep the house clean at all times, in during our stay and even as we leave. Hope to see you in Hobart and share with you about our lives as travellers from another country :-)
Hey everyone, I’m Anita looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months. Currently working on launching a sustainable clothing label ideally I’d be looking for accommodation where I could also work from home 3/4 day a week. I also have a second job down on the peninsula and stay down there while I work, 3 days a week. I love pretty much any form of creativity including art, music, culture, gardening, cooking and the occasional glass of wine. I believe home should be a sanctuary, and prefer to live in a quiet, clean and plant filled space! I love animals, I’m vegan, a non-smoker and would love to share a home with someone who holds similar values :)
I’m from Denmark, studying a semester at University of Tasmania. I tend to feel at home, quite easily and I can’t wait to feel at home in Hobart. I really don’t have many restrictions on how and where to live, I have experienced that things usually work out just fine. I just want to have fun, enjoy the time I have in Hobart, make friends and hang out. I’m used to live with a lot of people so the mandatory "I always clean up after myself, and respect others privacy" is a matter of course. About me; I study Geography, obsessed with the beauty of nature. I do yoga and I am in general fascinated with the practices in traditional Indian culture, I love techno parties and I love quizzes, though I’m pretty bad at it.
Hi guys, Just arrived back after being in the beautiful Northern Territory tropics And currently stopped by Melbourne the past several weeks and Heading to Hobart Tasmania and Looking to find a place or Room to rent in Hobart. A little about myself and what I An looking for to rent, I like to share with a maximum Small amount of people As I have in the past lived in share type of places and from my experience I prefer a more quiet and well clean and peaceful type of environment and where I am able to do my engineering design works on my computer in a peaceful way, Or a more private place to rent would be more preferred if available in my rental price range, A little about myself, I am a West German born living in Australia and passionate about engineering and design, Among prestige furniture design as a personal hobby, In the Engineering side of things my works is more involved in the high end automotive motorsport sector of engineering and parts design. I generally keep to myself and focus on my design works, I do Not Smoke And I do Not Drink Alcohol as My Personal Choice, I do on the other hand enjoy a good meal or grilled foods and ginger ale and Sometimes enjoy a good chat in a variety of different topics, I have also lived in Peru for about 1 and half years several years ago, So I can speak a little Peruano Spanish dialects also. I also enjoy traveling and meeting new friends from all over the world and learning from them new wonders of the parts of the world they are from. And I grew up in a discipline background and tidy and very quiet and concrete of others, And looking to share with housemates of the same that are also polite and friendly clean. In terms of a more private place to rent I am looking for a suitable and low maintenance property that offers a place for private covered parking if possible. Thank you for taking the time to read. Kind regards Mikey, hope you have a lovely day. Thank you.

A back yard to grow veggies too would be ideal! I like cooking and cleaning, im tidy, id be willing to pay the bond and 4 weeks in advance to secure the property, space to do my artwork would be great
I am a full-time medical professional from the UK and currently living in the North West. Previous housemates have said I'm friendly, laid-back, clean and will not make much noise. I usually go to the gym and like travelling and road trips. I also like trivia and pool. I am also interested in art, photography, and occasionally like to dabble with guitar (when I have time!). Looking for a single bedroom, or team up with 1 more. Aiming to move at end of April/first week of May. Hope to hear from you soon.
I've once been described as "the best housemate ever". I'm relocating to Hobart having spent the last 7 years in Perth, WA. I'm (hoping to be) an accountant - but I am by no means boring. When I'm not working, i'm working out, cooking (healthy on most days) and cleaning. During the week, I do enjoy a glass of wine after work, slapping on a face mask and watching MAFS/Bachelor in Paradise. I also have a netflix account, which I'd be happy to share.
Outgoing, sensible, average cook but always keen to try. Work will keep my busy so not looking for a party house. Have a 75" tv and a household of furniture and netflix. Either looking for a room with like minded people or to start a new place together with a person or couple. Females preferred sorry boys however I find them much cleaner and more respectful. Looking to move in around the 18th of April. Thanks Nick
Hey I'm the the easiest flatmate, easy going, love to cook, love art, love a beer now and again, always clean and tidy, consciously considerate and respectful of my flatmate/ friends belongings, space and wellbeing, super young in heart and mind haha to a degree, you're going to love me! Xx
Laid back, easy going and tidy. Studying first year at UTAS, and also working casually, mostly on weekends. Pretty quiet and will respect your space, yet will always be up for a good chat. Looking for somewhere closer to town/uni, as I'm currently having to travel a lot.
