I've come to Parramatta for a short term project. Rather that get all my stuff out of storage from out of state, I'm seeking shared accommodation whilst I'm working. I'm quiet, but enjoy an occasional conversation. I'm looking for a place to park my bicycle, my head, and suitcase. I don't smoke. I'm very clean and tidy.

Hi everyone, I’m a fun exciting person from South Australia. Been living with friends for 4 months here in Sydney and think it’s time to change. I’d prefer to live with minimal females due to having to live with many for my whole life so I’d like to stay somewhat clear; unless they have a dude-like sense of humour and can hang out with me and have a conversation. I work pretty hard so I’m basically Houdini because of the hours I work which is generally 12hrs 5-6 days a week. I’d love to live with layed back people who can have fun, respect boundaries and clean up after themselves. I’m young and living in a beautiful city so I want to have fun which doesn’t always mean drinking; but definitely just enjoy myself. Obviously respecting boundaries and noise but I’m not here to be treated like I’m living with my parents 😄😄 I love to clean, I am a Chef, straightforward, honest and very loving to those I care about; so straight up down to earth house mate, in return I’d love to get to know you and have a great time before I leave for the states in June! Hope I hear from you and hopefully become house mates! ❤️❤️
Hey there, I'm a 20 yr old qld girl moved up to Sydney, looking in any area really, I do work full time as a flight attendant so somthing relatively (nothing over 1/1:30hr) away from airport, to call home!. I'm a fun gal, easy going, like to hit the town, also like to stay in, Uber eats it up and spend the night on Netflix. I like to keep things clean and tidy as long as your not living in your own filth I'm more then happy. Ready to move asap, :) ruby

Friendly, non smoker, clean up after myself, reliable with paying rent/bills on time. Enjoy going riding, kayaking, sport, music. Simply NOT interested in sharing a room. Prefer to be staying near a beach or along a river (eg. Parramatta river) Parking available, but not essential if regular services of public transport to City. If room unfurnished: Need to be able to fit a queen bed. Cheers
Hi all! Ivan and I are two mates originally from Canberra and are looking for a place together in Sydney. We have both finished our studies and will be working full-time. (Both of us in Finance). We both have many years of house share experience and have never had a single complaint or bad experience. We're both really neat, tidy and clean people and so easy to get a long with! But we also understand respecting people and their privacy. We're looking for a place to call home and not just somewhere to crash at the end of the day. We're not party people but we do enjoy hanging out and having a drink whenever theres time. Both super chill and open-minded guys having done plenty of travel in the past! We are looking for 2 separate rooms.
Hi, I'm currently living in Melbourne but am relocating to Sydney to work full-time at a job I commence in April. I'm looking to move and get settled in prior to starting my job - so ideally I'm looking to move in by around the middle of March. I consider myself to be very easy to get along - I'm largely a people person. I'm respectful of those around me and take ownership for duties. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and going for a run (rarely), or unwinding watching a movie or light reading. I sometimes cook, I enjoy going out and meeting new people.
I am looking for one or two people to team up with at the end of feb/start of march and create a fun but clean and respectful living environment. I am currently renting but my lease is ending and I am looking to start a new share house. Im super considerate, like my own personal space and am very respectful of others space and super tidy! I tend to stick with myself but love to chill and have a good chat now and then. I'm currently studying and working so tend to be very busy. I've been living out of home for a while now and have a lot of furniture for an unfurnished place which will save a lot of hassle. I'm looking for one or more persons who are willing to put the effort into beginning a new 2 or 3 or 4 bed house and creating a friendly environment and sharing responsibilities. I also like to live in a spacious environment as I hate to be caged in. If you are interested feel free to get in contact!
I am a 32 year old female who moved to Sydney from the UK a couple of years ago and am now looking for somewhere new to call home. I am very sociable and easy to get along on with but also completely appreciate that everyone needs their own space at times and somewhere where they can enjoy their own down time :) In my spare time I love exploring more of what Sydney has to offer with friends, as well as travelling (when I can!) enjoying good food; wine; socialising and keeping fit. I own a 2 year old rescue cat called Millie and so am really hoping for somewhere pet friendly so that I can take her with me :) Millie is sooo well behaved though that she really would fit in well with any new home! I am ideally looking for a furnished property with a balcony / garden and possibly a pool (getting greedy now I know!) either to rent on my own or with another housemate or 2. If you think you may have something suitable for me then please do get in contact and I look forward to hearing from you as well as meeting you soon :)
Hi! I'm a chill 26 year old IT professional that loves sports, music and movies. I'll be moving to Sydney from Melbourne on the 25th of January and would like to secure a place really soon. A little bit about me: I'm easy to get along with and am friendly, though I don't mind keeping to my self from time to time. When I'm not outside playing sports (most likely Tennis) or hanging at my friend's, you'll find me watching Netflix or fooling around with my PS4. Ideally, I would like to live in a clean and safe environment with easy going housemates whom I can also consider family. I am clean and tidy and respectful of shared spaces so no worries about that :) I'm looking for a private room at Homebush near the train station cause I like to keep my travel time short. Message me if you have a place so we can work something out. Cheers! Greg
PLEASE READ MY BIO AND CONSIDER MY BUDGET before messaging me.Please note I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM. Hi future flat mate, I'm an early childhood educator. I love working with children. This should justify the fact that I am very tolerant, fun and responsible. I’ll be going back to uni from March to pursue my career in social justice. I love to paint when I have time and cooking. Friendly, chilled out early 20’s girl. Wouldn't mind having a drink or two over the weekend and chat.

Please contact me if you have any questions. Kylie 🙂
During the course of studies, i have lived in Germany (5 yrs), Spain (2 yrs), Sweden ( 1+ yrs), Switzerland (5 yrs) and United States (2 yrs). I am from Nepal. I am a flexible, open and clean person. I will start my postdoctoral fellowship in Westmead (University of Sydney) from Mid Feb/March 2018. For that purpose, i would like to list myself as a prospective guest. PREFERRED LOCATION- Westmead area or a location from where Westmead Hospital can be reached within 10 mins with public transport. I never had any problems staying in homestays or shared apartments in so many different cultures and countries. I am a positive person who likes easygoing people. I adapt to any surrounding. If you are multi-cultural, have traveling experiences or if you want to know such a person, it's great. Thanks, Kedar PS. If the place is well-located and situation-allowing, i can stay longer too.
Emergency services employee/shift worker, looking to move in to new apartment or townhouse with another shift worker or full time worker. Must be ok with pets - I have a very friendly chihuahua and a cat (hence the townhouse- small backyard would be preferred). Dog is house trained, cat is litter trained. I clean up after myself. I like to go out for a drink or 2 but quite enjoy a night of Netflix as well.
