I'm very clean and tidy. I've been a Super host on Airbnb for over two years with 5 star rating for cleanness. I developed a high level of cultural awareness and I believe I can get along with most people from different backgrounds. I'm also a good listener, deep thinker and can make a very good friend. I love going out and trying new food. If you enjoy a drink or two on the weekend or heading to the local pub for few beers, we can be good mates. We'll also find a lot in common if you are into dogs or soccer.
Originally from the US, will be working full-time in North Sydney. Would welcome an opportunity to practice my Portuguese or Spanish at home. Ideal situation would be to live with other young professionals (and potentially a cat) in a space easily accessible by public transportation with good internet. I appreciate straightforward communication and folks who share my main loves - chocolate and the beach.
On behalf of my friend who is moving to Sydney next week. He will get initial 7 days accommodation from his Company but after that he needs to find a flatshare/granny flat for short term till he finds his own. He is married and has a 2 year old daughter. Very cleanly & tidy couple from India. Has his PR in Australia and is moving for good.

*Please read first to see if we're a good match before contacting me* Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I work 2 IT jobs: 1 full-time in Randwick and the other I work from home (very quiet). The 3 main things I need are: 1) Gay-friendly. No special treatment, just tolerance, acceptance and respect. 2) Cat-friendly. I need a home for 2 cats or this is negotiable to 1 if you already have a cat. Any dogs will need to get along. 3) Quiet, peaceful and has privacy. A quiet street with local traffic, not an arterial road - I check this on Google. No hearing people through walls, very quiet after 10pm and quiet neighbours are all essential. I like to socialise sometimes but also have some privacy and time to myself. So if you have lots of different people over often, it won't work with me. My main interests are fitness, video/board games, hiking, trivia, science-fiction. Also important: * The room needs to be at least queen bed size . * Quiet, respectful, considerate, sensible Australians/UK/Canadians aged in their 20's - 40's. * Must be non-smokers. * I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise (or at least want to) * Available long-term - at least 1 year - to avoid the hassle of moving again. * I may need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/has plenty of space (mainly freezer). Or we could negotiate on sharing certain foods to reduce space. *Fast, unlimited internet My budget is including bills and internet. Ideally I want to live in the Shire, North Shore/beaches or Eastern suburbs but will consider other areas. I will live with dogs if they are quiet and well-behaved/don't jump me.
We're 20 something young professionals looking to move somewhere new in sunny Sydney. I'm Alycce and working full time as a Marketing Coordinator while studying a masters part-time. Tristan is studying a masters of physiotehrapy while working part time at a kombucha factory (beer factory would have been preferred but oh well, at least we're healthy, kinda). We're very outgoing and love a clean tidy space. We've been living in a share house for nearly a year so are well equipped with the unspoken house mate rules. :)
Hiya, I'm Lauren (obviously), and I'll be moving to Sydney from the United States, Arkansas to be exact, in early January or potentially sooner. Bit keen, I know, but nice to get feelers out there. So a bit about me: After collecting pointless degrees in far-off cities, I've decided to collect yet another one (Law at USYD), and hopefully it sticks. Outside of being a serial uni student, I'm getting into the fitness new wave of obtaining an impossibly large back side and trying to convince myself I like the gym as much as I like beer. So if you're looking for a housemate who is also keen on the gym, I'm probably mediocre support at best but I'm definitely up for a workout! I'm ALWAYS down for an adventure, and totally excited to explore Sydney and Australia in general. I love going out with friends, meeting new people, and baking. Oh my god, I love baking. I'll be happy to share my sweet treats with the house. I guess now is when I talk about what type of houseshare is on my wish list. I'm really keen on finding people who are interested in being somewhat sociable with each other. It's kind of bizarre living in a house with people you don't really know, right? So hopefully you'll be up for grabbing drinks, having a meal together occasionally, and watching television together sometimes. Obviously this doesn't mean we're getting bunk beds put in the lounge, but it would be nice to be friendly with each other. Oh and I'm quiet, clean and tidy, and all the other things you say when trying to convince people to inhabit a space with you. Anyway, if you're down with the hot mess of an advertisement above, message me! Super excited to hear from you soon :D
Hello, I am looking for a home to share, preferably 12 months. I am from Sydney and work full-time as a marketing manager in the CBD. Laid back, clean and tidy with lots of experience sharing. I am looking to move end of October/early November. Ideally I would like to find a place with just one other housemate. I have a little white Dwarf bunny called Lily who is toilet trained and incredibly clean (and cute). However, if the right home is strictly no pets, my sister can take her.
Moving for new job in Haberfield. Shift work but generally between 8am to 12am. I have an 8 yr old dog named Bella who is a shy girl and gentle soul who seems part otter as she love the water and often joins me on my paddle board and kayak. I like to unwind with a few wines and BBQ. Would love to find a place near water and need space to store my paddle board and kayak and scuba gear.I'm neat, tidy and share house trained. No drama and looking for a long term home. I have a long wheel base hiace van kitted out as a camper and a Honda CR-V so parking of some kind is important -on street unrestricted is fine. Like to hit the road with the dog when I get a decent break from work. I have accumulated some furniture and lots of kitchen stuff as I love too cook. I can bring it with me or keep in storage. I’m an outdoor smoker and happy to avoid common and shared areas outside if in use by those who don’t smoke. Looking forward to making a new set of adventures and friendships Cheers👍

I'm a Software Engineer working for a Startup in Pyrmont. I'm married with no kids and my wife will be studying in the city center. We are both non-smokers, organized, quiet and chill at home kind of people. We enjoy going to the gym in the evenings, cooking dinner and relaxing in front of the TV.
Hi, I'm a ballet and contemporary dancer currently living in Moscow, Russia, but will be moving at the end of December to Sydney for a new job. Grew up in Alice Springs, Australia. I previously studied and worked in Germany and Russia for 6 years. I like going out for social events or dinners/drinks with friends, but I also like relaxing at home after a long day of work. Looking for a place with easy travel to Ultimo/Central station and now and then Circular Quay/Wynyard due to work. I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Hi, My name is Dylan from Thailand. I am a postgrad student at UTS. My course takes 2 years and I plan to work in Sydney for another 2 years after my graduation. I am looking for a private room as I need some space to study. I am sociable, but not a big party person. I love to hang out with friends, as much as I love watching Netflix at home with slices of pizza. No share room or short-term stay offer please.
Hi! I'm Stella from the Philippines, and I'm moving to Sydney for my masters in Hotel Management! I'm an ambivert, a gymrat (#gymislyf), a gamer, health conscious, quite funny, and i'm very open-minded in everything because I've traveled a lot. I'm quite business-minded; I'm an entrepreneur in my country, and I've had advanced courses in Finance and Accounting. If you like nerd talk like talking about the economy, you have me! I don't smoke or do drugs or any of the funky things. I'm honestly quite messy (we all are c'mon :D) but I always keep it to my room. I respect personal space, and i'm very easy to get along with! LOTS OF LOVE, MESSAGE ME YOUR ROOMS OR IF YOU WANNA TEAM UP
PRIVATE ROOM ONLY I'm a 23 year old female, super friendly and chill! Would love to live close to the city for work (Acting). Born and raised in Australia :) Would be awesome to live with fellow creative people but not a requirement! Pets are a huge PLUS, I would be so excited. Must be at least one other female living in the house, an all female house would be my preference but I don't mind at all if boyfriends are there!! I'm happy to live with people who want to keep to themselves but also happy to live with party animals too, I honestly don't mind, I'm pretty adaptable and will fit in either way. Happy to move in ASAP but can wait for a while if required. Would need to be okay with my boyfriend coming over because I LOVE HIM :D He won't be living there though! Also I am LGBT+ friendly.
