I am looking for a convenient place where I can focus on my studies and organise my life where I am able to fit in workout, study, and rest in a manageable. Hi all, I am currently working full time close to the heart of the city so I am keen to move in a little closer at least for the next 3 to 6 months while I look at plans to make the move a little more permanent. I am easy going, respectful and clean and prefer to relax with a book, Netflix or gaming and prefer a relaxed/chill atmosphere. I am keen to find a social household to help open up my social circles a little and certainly wouldn't say no to doing things as a household or trips down to the pub. 3-4 people total in the household seems like a comfortable amount. While I am a smoker, it is more of a social thing and something I tend not to do on a day to day basis or while at home. I am also able to move ASAP, but there is no rush in needing to move.
Hi! I'm a design/innovation consultant working in the CBD. I'm a big creative at heart so I'll be out most of the time working on one project or another in design and illustration. I'm easy going, tidy and I enjoy a good beer and banter anytime. Looking for a quiet room, probably long-term, anywhere near public transport. I hope to hear from you soon. J
Hi guys! I'm Juliana, a chilled and down-to-earth girl in her mid-twenties. I'm coming back to Sydney after some time in the motherland to do a master in environmental engineering and for work. I've done the house sharing thing a dozen times (meaning I'm house-trained) and now I'm really looking for a place to call home as I'm in for the long term. I'm a friendly, social and respectful person. I do my parties outside and at home, I'm more relaxed. I'm expecting to be very busy with Uni, work, and stuff but I'm generally always up for a chat, a shared meal or/and beers. My general interests include going to the movies, festivals, beach, hiking, running, eating (yes, it's a hobby), TV shows, wine, craft beer, meditation, renewable energies and so on. I like to try and do new things and I'm open to anything that can make me a better person. I also used to be an avid gamer in my good old days but can't seem to find time for it anymore. Anywho, I'm looking for like-minded people who appreciate their household, have individual lives but are also happy to socialise with housemates. Ideally the place must be well connected as I rely on public transport, not carpeted (allergies :/) and the room, big enough to fit a double bed, a desk, clothes rack and a two-door wardrobe (built-ins would be great). I'm not big on smoking but if you do it outdoors it's no issue for me :) I can go up to ~300/wk with bills included, but preferably looking for something cheaper. If you have any questions or know of/have a spare room that would be suitable, please do message me. Thanks for reading this far. I promise I'm more fun that this profile let it shows. Cheers Juliana P.s: love pets of any kind, except tarantulas. They scare the hell outta of me :X

Hi everyone, I'm in search of a nice quite and spacious place to call home. I currently reside out west but now looking for somewhere closer to the city. I am a full time professional working in the transport industry. It's predominantly Monday to Fridays with the occasional weekend work. About myself: I'm responsible, kind, considerate, genuinely laid back and very helpful towards others. In my space time, I mostly enjoy being outdoors. Whether it be a bush walk, day at the beach or eating out over a beer or wine. I am generally fit as I like playing all different kinds of sports but in saying that, I sometimes find myself eating chocolate while dreaming about going to the gym. I do have furniture to furnish a home and happy to store what I don't use. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks, Adrian
Working in Management consulting in Sydney CBD. I'm friendly, respectful and clean - what else could you ask for in a flatmate? ;) May occasionally be traveling for work (not at home during the week). Would like to find a place which is modern and clean, and close to a train station. I require my own room, unless it's very big. Ideally North Shore or around CBD area. Would like to find at least one flatmate to share costs - friendly and responsible (clean), the rest I'm not too fussed about! Moving all my stuff is a hassle so I'd prefer a longer term rental haha! PS. I have a dog (which I will most likely leave at my parent's house), but if you have a dog yourself and are happy to have another dog at your place PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I would love to keep him with me if possible!

Hi! My name is Marlin, my 2 housemates and I are looking to move into another place as our lease ends here on the 21st of March, we're looking to move into anywhere that is willing to take in 3 people, or even move into a place with others who are also looking to share. I'm a waiter at two places, one of the other housemates studies and the other one has just finished University; so we have a group of very solid, great and reliable people who love to meet new people and get to know them. If you're interested or know of places that are available or OTHER people that are interested, please don't hesitate to contact me 24/7. Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Marlin.

I also like staying fit and the outdoors. I'm easy going and am happy to socialise but understand alone time to recharge the batteries :) . I have lived in Sydney for 28 years. I am a "physically small", easy-going, kind and considerate person. I weight approx. 55Kg and my height is 164cm. I would almost consider myself as a "Metrosexual Male". I am a non-alcoholic, I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind having flatmates who do. I am a vegetarian except for fish (I am happy to live with non-vegetarian flatmates). I live a "less sociable" lifestyle and it is very unlikely that I will intefere with other people's private/social life. However I would love to have some friends to have a chat with, and go out shopping at the supermarkets every so often. I am very respectful of other's privacy and belongings. To prove that I have a good rental history of paying rent on time, I have kept all the rent payment invoices from my (Licenced) Real Estate Agent over the past 6 months. At the moment my weekly budget for rent is $250-$300/wk. During weekdays, I cannot get to a PC during business hours, so if you send me a message via the website, please be prepared to wait until the evening for a reply. Please note that during busy periods, I may not logon to the flatmates website for a few days. If you are interested, we can arrange to meet for a quick face to face introduction. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
Hi! I am a 27 year old student at Macquarie studying to be a secondary school teacher. I am looking to find a place to live that I can share with at least one other person. I will be studying for 6 months and then re-evaluating my living situation. Look forward to meeting some like minded people.
I consider myself a chill guy who don't get offended easily and over small things, I love to hang out and talk to get to know people but also respect their privacy when needed. I marked myself as a smoker but fully understand and will not smoke inside the house if non-smoking rule applies. I don't currently have jobs right now so I would totally help out with choirs if I can. Cheers!
Hey Flatmates, I just got a new job in Sydney and need to move out of Newcastle. I'm easygoing, self sufficient and clean. Non-smoker. Looking to move ASAP as I start in a week :)
I am a 19yo student starting a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology at USYD and working part-time as a medical receptionist, so will be paying rent on time like clockwork. I love to socialise, but am reportedly mature for my age and can happily entertain myself with reading, cleaning, enjoying a cup of tea or going to the gym. I’d be looking to stay long term, and make it home while I study. I've been living in sharehouses in Sydney since early last year.
my girlfriend and I are looking to move close to each other, either in the same house or houses close by, she's a student, I'm in real estate, we like to socialise whenever possible really, we're easy going people, I don't really mind what kind of housemates we get, as long as you're relatively tidy.
Hi All! Let me cut to the chase and tell you about me: - I work full time in the city, so prefer to be near a train station - Love to keep a clean warm home - Love air conditioning - Love to cook (and adamant about leaving things how I found them) - Like kids and pets (esp dogs and cats) - I'm accepting and can have a good chat while respecting people's privacy and personal space - Down to move in with like minded people Let me know if you'd like to know anything else :)
Currently I have a great flatmate but unfortunately she is returning home to Italy. I am in my upper 30s and from the US. I work full time in Business Intelligence. I'm social / private and everything in between. Currently I am experimenting with vegetarianism but don't mind if your not. I love watching and playing sports, although out of the shape at the moment :). I have my own social life but would love to have a flatmate that I get along well enough to hangout with. I believe home should be a comfortable situation for both, which includes respecting each others down times and using common sense. I'm clean and tidy but not over the top so hope to find the same.
A little about me : I work in North Sydney for an IT company as ITSM, currently living in Parramatta and want to move to wentworth point. I hardly cook so no messy, i am organized and clean. I wouldn't mind an occasional glass of wine or a game of UNO.
