My name is Carolyn, a non smoker and I’m 21 years old originally born in Hong Kong, moved to Sydney when I was a couple of months old, then to Melbourne when I was 10; I am looking at relocating to Sydney the sooner the better. Current occupation is full time receptionist work at Domayne Furniture. I have a bubbly demeanour, I like to have a great time with anything that I do whether it is having a quiet night in watching movies or going out to a bar, mostly I enjoy listening to music on Soundcloud and self reflect. I also enjoy reading Nylon online and keeping up to date with day to day lifestyle blogs. Reliable housemate, on time with rent and open to have a conversation and interact but also respect some privacy and alone time.
Hi :) - Looking for either just myself or with my boyfriend. - We’re both quiet, relaxed & love travelling. Not social animals but happy to watch TV & have a drink together. - Will keep the room/house tidy. - We have 2 cats. They’re sually outdoors during the day & indoors at night (will have a small cat litter box in our room that we’ll change daily so there’s no smell, & vacuum daily so no hair build up). - Both shift workers so hours coming & going will vary. Adam works full-time, I dropped down to part-time as am going back to uni July 2018. - Hoping to stay somewhere for 1-2 years from May 2018. - Happy to share with anyone regardless of age/race/gender/religion/etc. Only musts would be non-smoking house due to asthma. - Both have cars but can park on the street.
I'm from Manila, Philippines but will be moving to Sydney in July to take my Masters in Macquarie. I would love to live in a clean, modern and secure house with friendly and accommodating housemates. I would prefer to have my own ensuite, or at least share it with just one other person. Since I don't have a car, a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk will be ideal. I am very organized and I like to keep things neat. I'm very conscious of other people's personal space and belongings and I hope to be extended the same courtesy. I like to cook and bake and wouldn't mind sharing my skills for nice housemates. :) I love dogs so I wouldn't mind living in a house with pets! I am a sociable introvert so I would love to have a glass or two of wine, or eat with friends, but will need some personal time after. :)
I'm a primary school teacher working full time. During the week I'm pretty busy with work, but can always make time for a glass of wine or a Netflix binge. I usually spend my weekends catching up with friends and family. I also often travel during school holidays when I can. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others and have lived in shared places before. I moved back from London 12 months ago and have been staying with family, so definitely keen to find the right place to move into sooner rather than later.
Hey all, I plan to move to Sydney in late April and will be working full time. I am very clean, tidy and most importantly, reliable. I'm a sociable person and love to have a laugh, but I can also appreciate alone time. I love to explore different cultures and have fun! I plan to have about two jobs, so I wont be home much during the day. Message me if you’re interested :)
Hey! I recently relocated to Sydney from Perth. I'm currently doing my masters and working to kickstart my startup at the same time. I'm super chilled and easy to get along with. Love to meet new people and go out on the weekends. I make it a point to keep everything in the house clean and tidy. Definitely someone who respects the privacy of others. Also a huge fan of soccer, travelling, technology, social entrepreneurship, reading, music and movies! Room preference - Looking for a private room with my own bathroom (en-suite). Since I drive, I also need a parking spot. And most importantly, decent internet!! Please let me know if there's any additional information you'd like to know!
Hello ! I am Patricia , I am a international student studying make up and special effect in Central. I will be graduating in May. I am working in David Jones at Town Hall. I am looking for a room near Epping area. I am friendly to everyone and sometimes I get a little too chatty. I like to clean and tidy up, so there won't be problems with me messing the flat. I stay home most of the time unless going out with friends. I am not a party person, but enjoy glasses of wine at home. I love animals so having pet is also ok for me :)
Hi, my name is Saif. I am from Pakistan. I am currently studying at UWS for business and i work part time, I will probably be busy most of the time between these two. I am social but i respect personal space. I pay rent on time and i will treat your place like my own. My last landlord was very happy from me but he had personal issue which is why i have to move now.
Heeelllooo there! I'm looking to form a team up! I'd like to start a lovely share house with 3-4 others. I'd love a garden, as I have a dog and want to grow veggies! I study remedial massage part time in meadow bank and work at Eastwood hotel. I mostly work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and study 2 days during the week. I'd love a chill, but close share house where we can hang out, cook dinner for each other and enjoy each other's company :)
I'm a busy, full-time primary school teacher. I often drive to the Central Coast on weekends to visit family. I'm a tidy, respectful housemate who likes to be social but also likes time to myself.
I am a PhD candidate of geography at the university while working as a tutor and lecturer. Unfortunately I did not arrive in Australia by birth but I've been here for nearly a decade. Formally did sub-letting and Airbnb few years ago so I am a respectful tenant as well as observant to house rule. At this stage, I am quite busying with my teaching and research. I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 3 months. Longer term preferable if we get along well. I am a healthy eater, non-smoker, social drinker, theatre buff, never used drug in my life, open-minded but with my own principles.
Hey there! Just graduated as a Registered Nurse. Currently working as an assistant nurse at the SAN until I start full-time work in June. Looking for a place that would be suitable for me, preferably a self-contained granny flat or private room with ensuite. I tend to keep to myself and would love a place that would allow a small dog :)
Hi! I'm friendly, clean, don't take up much space and i'm house-trained. I work full time as a nurse, and I often work weekends. I am mostly looking to team up as I have an apartments worth of furniture. Looking to move around the end of April/ beginning of May. I would prefer a more long term living situation. I like my own space but I also dont mind spending time with housemates if the time calls for it.
I am a health-conscious and hygienic person and always prefer to keep my living space clean to bring positive energy in the house. I am an IT professional who is easy-going, friendly person who can easily make friends wherever I go with people of different languages and culture at the same time i respect others privacy.
Hi people i'm Danny, i am in Sydney by myself and i am working full time, i usually work anywhere from 50 - 65 hours a week so i am usually never home during the day, i am looking for someone that cleans up after themselves and is easy to get along with. Work is really important to me and i'm not really into the party scene anymore so it would be good to find someone that is a workaholic like me and doesn't make too much noise. When i'm not working i like cooking, skating, sleeping and the beach. I don't really like the idea of living with lots of people so i'd like to live with 1 or 2 people max.. long term preferred.
I’m a mature professional working in the cultural sector. Seeking solo accommodation, a granny flat would be ideal. My references are excellent, my demeanour friendly and outgoing but I value privacy and mutual respect. I have high ethical standards and appreciate good design in architecture and gardens. A properly owner myself I have a tenant in Queensland but seek a Sydney rental for my position in Meadowbank.
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying a Bachelor of Ancient History full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in late April/early May, until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Am happy to wander down the street to do it if smoking on the property isn’t permitted. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)
