Hmm... What to say, what to say... I am a 32 years old jewelry artist. I am invited to Sydney by an art school to teach, share my knowledge and see Australia at its best. I don't smoke, I don't drink. What I do: I drive a motorbike, observe stars, take interest in astrophysics and philosophy, play chess, listen to hard rock, run everyday, listen to people, think, sculpt, paint, draw, read, do other artsy stuff... I am easy to live with and very respectful. Sometimes I tend to be quiet, sometimes chatty and from time to time I need my space, as all introverts do. I love animals (except spiders....). I will land in Sydney on the 2nd February 2018. This will be my first time in Australia. As I come from Poland (and it will be full winter time in Europe), I am slightly considered about the weather in Sydney.

I work full time doing customer service in a call centre. I'm from the Central Coast, but want to move down to Sydney to be closer to work. I'm easy going and respectful. I'm reliable, pay my bills on time, and am not a party animal. I do like loud music and video games but I've got headphones for that.
Hi, my name is Betti, I am a 24 year old Veterinarian student from Germany. Currently doing placement at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital in North Ryde. I only need accommodation for a few weeks. I am a polite, friendly, clean individual and the room must be furnished. Doing some dogsitting job for less rent would be the best option for me! :) Thanks :)
Hey. I'm a relatively chilled guy looking for a room in the Hornsby area. I'm sociable, a great cook and enjoy a beer or two, but tend to head to bed early. I work in surveying, which means I leave for work around 6am. I work in a different location pretty much every day. But I'm keen on the Hornsby area because it's close to mountain biking & easy to get out of the city for adventures. I currently live with my fiance, who is moving to Brisbane to be closer to our families. I'll be following her in the next 6 months once I find work up there. So I'm hoping for a room that's available for 3-6 months. I'm generally tidy and respectful of your privacy and possessions, so I'd like to find housemates that are similar. I'll probably be away in Brisbane almost every other weekend so you'll have your space. Would be nice if my fiancee could stay with me once in a while too, but not a deal breaker.
I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. I'll be working full-time in Sydney until at least October 2018. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, drawing, programming, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).
I'm a second year student at UTS and need somewhere to live as I'm not able to live with my parents anymore. I have a small dog named Yuki who hardly sheds. I'm happy to live in most places in Sydney as long as public transport to the city is easy enough.
Hello there, My name is Hamaka and I am looking for a place to stay in Sydney CBD and or surrounding suburbs. About me: ⬛ Maori/Croatian/Irish ⬛ Single: career driven. ▪ Cyclist ▪ skater ▪ long distance runner ▪ muso ▪ book worm ▪ wanderer ▪ prone to losing my train of thought. ⬛ Barista/bartender/sales ◼ I drink on very rare occasions so will likely be writing, hiking, cycyling or skate boarding. I am currently living in Liverpool, Western Sydney, and am staying with friends - I would like to secure a place to stay which is closer to work. I manage a non-for-profit café for a company which manufactures games; Aristocrat technologies. I commute to work each day, which happens to be a 2 hour trio each way. I would like to cut that commute down significantly by moving closer to where I work, haha. I arrived in Sydney 2 weeks ago so am still finding my bearings. I am from a small village in New Zealand located in the Waikato region, specifically, the Coromandel Peninsula; located in the North of the North Island of NZ. I would like to move into a place immediately for then I can comfortably settle into Sydney and start exploring. I treat people the way I would like to be treated, with kindness and respect. I am considerate and empathetic in relation to living in shared accomodation. The peak annoyance will most likely be singing in the shower, haha. I do not rehearse or play any instruments at home for it is too loud and disruptive. I hope that gives you a general idea of who I am. Thank you so very much for your time. Kindest regards, Hamaka Murray
I work successfully in my own business. Respectful of flatmate and environment Clean/tidy - kitchen, bathroom and my room Intend on being away every third or fourth weekend
I am a 23 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my second year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker, but please don't take that to mean that I'm not friendly. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet, we generally study and play games together], but otherwise I don't party at all or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I know that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and follow a "clean as you go" mindset, and always clean up when I'm done. I also always pay my rent on time! I've been living independently for ~7 years, so I like to think I'm a bit experienced with sharing spaces with others. Anywhere within a ~10 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line is ideal, or within walking distance to MQU. I do have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room - I have a double bed, a desk and a bookshelf. I can supply all of my own things like towels and plates/bowls/cutlery if needed, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Please feel free to get in contact with me and ask any questions, I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. P.s unfortunately due to work issues, I've had to postpone my move date, although I still welcome any interest. Clare x
I have shared accommodation with different types of people male and female. I always get on well with who I have shared a property with and enjoy meeting new people. I unfortunately an unemployed but on a special pension to help me to afford a room to live in. I am clean and tidy and can even help in the cleaning of the accommodation where I would stay.
