I am currently second-year Law/Commerce student at Monash! I work part-time at a cafe in Doncaster. I am a super friendly and sociable person who enjoys having a good time with others! I love attending gigs and painting.
Hello! I am moving down from Brisbane to Melbourne around the 10th of May. I'll be moving down to start a full-time position, so I won't be around during the day. I also expect I'll be a bit busy as I settle in. Otherwise, I'm quite laid-back, very clean and respectful. I do enjoy sharing a meal, or relaxing with roommates but I'm also conscious of other's space and privacy. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, watching movies/tv and reading. I'll probably also spend time exploring the city, and catching up with friends. I don't currently own a car, so I do need to be within walking distance of particular train stations and a shopping complex, with Coles/Woolies. I'm looking for people who are social and don't mind hanging out, but not always. I would prefer those with similar expectations in terms of cleanliness, privacy and shared responsibilities. I realise it's a bit tricky because I'm currently in Brisbane, but I am happy to chat/call/Facetime! If you think I'd suit your household, I look forward to hearing from you :)
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
25 years old. Work full time as a receptionist in a vet clinic. Love to keep active doing cycling, hiking, swimming, running. Enjoy being outdoors, reading, watching a good tv series, hanging with friends and travel. I'm respectful of others privacy, responsible and neat and tidy. I'm friendly, down to earth and open minded. I am looking for a nice home that I feel comfortable coming to after work. Hopefully can make some good friendships with my house mates as well :) LGBT+ friendly, no pets (but would love if you do!), non-smoker, have a car.
I'm Sam from Launceston, Tasmania, about to start my Master of Teaching degree at Monash University Clayton and I'm looking for a place somewhere in that area. I'm a pretty sociable person, love food and am always up for trying new things, moving to Melbourne being one of them! I'm generally a clean and tidy person, particularly in shared areas, I like to cook so wouldn't be against making some meals together and also love a good drink with my friends. I also love dogs so if there was ever a place with one thats a bonus! I'm hoping to meet some great people to live with, get a long with and hopefully make great friends out of.
Hey, my name is Carolyn. I'm just starting my PhD at Monash Uni, Clayton (plant ecology/evolutionary biology), and I also teach. I'm pretty introverted and often busy, but I want to get to know my housemates and hang out during spare time. In free time I like hiking, reading, gardening, checking out different cafes. I'm clean and tidy, and keep my own things to my own space.
Fun professional person who is quiet in the week, and likes to be social at the weekend. Once a year I go to India for 4 weeks to see family - you get house to yourself! (I'm an outdoor smoker, with no problem with pets)
I’m a pretty laid back sort of gal, I love hanging out with friends, getting active outdoors and binging on a good book or DVD. I generally keep to myself but would like to live with people I can say hi and have a chat to. I work two part time jobs, which equate to over full time hours and train competitive cheerleading as well. I grew up in a big house so have learnt to be clean, tidy and respectful of others and their space. Would love to find some friendly people to live with :)
I am a quiet, very clean and tidy person who is also very friendly and easy to live with. I am an international student from Sri Lanka. I study nursing at Victoria University, so most of the time I will be studying and going to part time work. Also I am very flexible with sharing the facilities of the house.
self-professed nerd and lover of all things electronics who also works full-time as an Engineer and happens to refer to himself in third person in awkward self intros....I could go on about my many fascinating qualities to show that I'm the best roommate but here's the important bit, I'm an easy going quite dude ,I clean up after using common areas and like to keep things tidy and most importantly I pay my bills on time. Contact me if you are interested. Live long and prosper :)
I’m really chilled and friendly and usually make friends with my roommates so are happy to share meals together and watch a show together or what not. I’m always on time with rent, currently finishing a diploma in hospitality so once I’ve finished that I should have a full time job and are currently saving. Would love to find a place sooner rather than later and are quite flexible with living options as long as I have my own room. Make me your new roommate ✌🏻
Hi, I am currently working in a full time, stable job that keeps me very busy. I am a very tidy person myself and don't mind cleaning. I do have a very busy lifestyle so would be out during the week quite a bit. I currently don't drive so do require access to public transport, or a place located close to Chadstone shopping centre. As a person I am a very relaxed, and easy going,I enjoy socialising, as well as having some alone time too. I enjoy a good netflix session, as well as some quality conversation. I am very respectful of others, and their property. Though young I consider myself to be quite mature and responsible.

Please help me. I'm desperately trying to find some where to move due to renovations happening at the property that I am at. Im currently 22 years of age studying to become an electrician. Ive had to move around a bit over the past couple of months due to landlords wanting to start renovation and I'm keen on finding somewhere long term where I can focus on having my head at work and being able to relax in the free time instead of having to worry about where I'm going to live. On my time off I usually spend it just relaxing as I work full time. However I'm happy to join in with events, do movie nights, food dates. Im a bit of a work-a-hollic due to moving from Coffs and not knowing many people in Melbourne.
I'm easy going, friendly people-person who's down to earth and chilled. I work long hours, full-time in retail so I won't be around much during the day. I love to go out with friends but I'm just as happy spending time in my room with a good book. I am tidy but not a neat freak and believe all chores should be shared
International fashion student, fluent in English, looking for a place to share in inner South East suburbs, that’s close to the train station, so that it's easy to get to the City (my uni) and Chadstone (where I work) I am looking for a medium to large sized room, as I need enough space for my things. My budget is up to$200 with bills included. Preferably around $185. Please contact me if you think I would fit in or if you have any questions at all.
I am a really outgoing and sociable french student, I would love to make my super flatmates some french food when i get here. I have lived with flatmates for 4 years now, so I am very clean and respectful of others privacy also. I will work full time but I am always up for a beer or pizza and series with my roomates :)
I'm easy-going, clean, organised and charismatic! I love to read, and, generally speaking, I get along with everyone. I study Arts at Monash University with hopes of getting into an honours program, and for fun, I love watching TV, catching up with friends and going to the beach. Would prefer it if the utilities are included in the rent.
Hi, I work as a IT Support in Melbourne CBD. Me and my partner are looking for a quiet place to live. we are easy going people and respect everyone's privacy and freedom.
I am seeking a room or studio to rent around mid May for 6 months. I have as full time job working on the level crossing removal project and would like to work to the completion of the project. To live with, I'm clean, friendly, considerate, reliable and easy going person. I do like my own space to relax and unwind. Don't mind and happy sitting together and have dinner or watching a movie on the couch or if you need to vent about work, life I'm a good listener. I have a puppy called Hope. She is a French mastiff. You will be adored by her love and company. Ongoing training and puppy school will be kept on top of. I am a smoker and I only smoke outside. I'm only a social drinker on occasions, not a party animal but once in a blue moon I'll have a big night out.
