I am moving back to Sydney after living in Canada for the past two years and Brendan is coming to brave the spiders from Canada on a Working Visa. We are both very friendly, fun, clean people who love a glass of wine. We love cooking and sharing our food with friends and bonus Brendan is 6'5 so he can reach all the top cupboards. I work in Media an have been working for a Radio station in Vancouver for the past two years so will be looking for something similar when I get back to Sydney and Brendan is in marketing and will be looking fo the same when he arrives. Looking for a fun, friendly environment to call home.
I'm an America here for 2 more years (I wish more, but tell that to immigration, womp womp), trying to find my way back into the inner west. I have yet to give my notice at my current location, which is 3 weeks, so the place I'm looking to move into needs to be available around the first week of December. I keep to myself for the most part but I'm social enough that you won't worry about there being a dead body in the room and I'm certainly open to recapping the week over a wine or tea, I clean up all my messes (and I have too much experience cleaning up other people’s messes), and I always pay rent on time. Heck, even early if I can't pay on the scheduled day. I just won't suit a large sharehouse--I find things tend to stray into chaos when there's more than 3-4 unrelated people living under one roof. Currently I live with a married couple, renting a room in their recently acquired apartment. It's new and snazzy but it's expensive and in a sad, bleak part of Sydney. They have been great to live with (the best people I've ever rented from), but I need to find a cheerier place. Thanks for reading and lemme know if what you've got fits! PS: My budget is listed as 280--for me this means all up, all bills, up to 280/week. Additionally, as I am a foreigner, I would GREATLY prefer a furnished place, at least just with a double/queen bed--I don't want to be stuck trying to sell off furniture. PPS: Feel free to ask me about the time I used to live in Glebe with a hoarder who managed to infest the house with fleas while we had no pet. I noped out of that fast and lost so much money in the process. It would explain to you how much of a legend flatmate I am and my perseverance in times of adversity. But really, please, no bug infestations.
Hey everyone! I'm a student making the big move from Canada to study at the University of Sydney this January (flexible date), and am looking for a new place to call home! I will be in the USYD dental school program, so any other dentistry / med students out there especially - let's chat ! But of course, I am open to meeting others as well. I am excited about this new experience and am hoping to make new friends to go explore the area with! A bit about myself: I have had the experience of living in a shared accommodation (private room/ensuite; shared general areas; males & females) during undergrad and I understand the responsibilities and dynamics that come with it! I find living with cool people that I vibe with, a lot more fun and enjoyable than living on my own. I'm a flexible, easygoing, social, trustworthy, and considerate person. I love going out and having a good time with my friends, and value the chill days in too. I appreciate independent time and also respect others'. I am always down for an adventure and a good time and like to joke around and laugh a lot. With that said, I also know when I need to buckle down and hustle - aka the study grind! As your housemate, I will: pay my bills on time, clean up after myself, respect your privacy, respect our shared space, share, be generous in the kitchen (I'll be happy to share what I cook or even cook together), remember to communicate , be understanding and considerate, and contribute to a positive environment. Other random things about me, I also like to: go to the gym, go to the beach, read a good book, toss a football around, binge on tv, watch football & hockey, go to sporting events, go out dancing, go to concerts, go on hikes, go for brunch, check out new cafes/bars, try new things, travel!! Oh and I love (and is almost always) listening to music! && You can trust me to 99.9% of the time - have a fresh pot of coffee brewing each morning. I'd like to meet flatmates that are like-minded; honest, socially active, fun-loving and values a well-rounded work-life balance and responsible work ethic in school. To sum it up, if you're a good person and I sound like someone you'd be down to live with, then shoot me a message! I'm super excited to hear from y'all :)
Hi my names Darcy and I am from the Gold Coast, I am looking to move in the first week in January. I am someone who is easy to get along with and can also respect others space. I'm also quite tidy, and do not possess any annoying habits or hobbies that would irritate others. Although I am young I am not a regular partier but am generally an all round good time & bloke.
I'm returning to Sydney in December (currently in Hong Kong for work). I'm a tidy person who cleans up after myself. I like socializing, always up for good chats over a glass of wine. I value my privacy and respect other people in the house.
Hi ! I'm Kevin, I'm 21 and I'm French. So, like all the french people, I'm bad in English (And too in the sign langage). But, if you speak slowly, I'm sure i can understand ! =) I got a degree in a Business School in France, but before to start my professionnal carreer, I decided to travel in australia to discover a new culture, and to upgrade my english level ! I will be among you on the 13th december, and i think to stay in Sydney for one year, because I have the visa WHV for one year. I practice sports, especially soccer, running and fitness. Arriving from the states in January. Looking for a place preferably by the beach! Not interested in sharing a room and will need a furnished space as I'm only bringing suitcases. I don't have work yet but am intending on working closer to full than part time with enough spare time to explore and adventure!

Easy going, fun and caring individual looking to live and work in Manly or Bondi on a working holiday visa for the summer. Just want to have fun and live with sociable people. I’ll be back in Sydney on the 8th December. Like to keep a flat clean and like cooking!
I'm an 18-year-old Uni student studying nursing down in the city. I'm generally a pretty quiet person, I tend to spend my time reading, studying, watching netflix and playing the occasional game. I'm Blue Mountains born and raised and I'm looking to move slightly further down the mountains or (ideally) in Western Sydney. I work in Aged care including night shifts so I work some weird hours, between that and Uni I won't be around constantly. I'm looking for easygoing people like me, being LGBTQ friendly is a must :)
I work full time Monday-Friday and Spend my afternoons at the gym so I’m not home much. Love having a drink or two, wether it be out at a nice bar or at home with a glass of wine, movies and snacks! Easy going and like to keep my home neat and tidy. Respectful flatmate who likes to live a proactive and healthy lifestyle!

We are a couple that has lived and traveled in many parts of the world, we have shared our lives with more people and we never had any kind of problem. We like to contribute, we are respectful and orderly.
Really down to earth, friendly, accommodating and love to make my household feel like my family. Very clean and love to be sociable on the weekends. Will not hesitate to bring up issues in the house but also look to resolve them ASAP though this rarely happens. I am working full time after finishing uni in Canberra in the cbd. I love sports, music, video games, exercising, gym, books etc. and generally pride myself on being very easy to get along with.
Hello Everyone! Originally from Wagga, I moved to Sydney to study engineering and I have been share housing in the Inner West for a few years now. Living within walking distance to a train station is ideal but not necessary. I like to cook and meal prep as well as clean my dishes! I am looking for a room to rent in a house that is relatively chill, I consider myself somewhat of an introvert and I value housemates that respect privacy and study time. When I am not busy with uni work, I'm more than happy to chill. I don't drink much (student budget) but I won't say no to a free beer!
