Friendly, clean and Quite and like own privacy
Hello my names Liam and I'm 24 years old :), Iam just about to start a full time job on October 1st in Huntingdale Monday-Friday and I'm looking for a good room to rent nearby or close to nearby train stations. Iam very easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour and I'm looking for a place with housemates who are easy to get along with , have a laugh and still respect their quiet time at the same time. Im very clean and will contribute to the cleanliness of the house at all times. I'm born in Brisbane and moved to Melbourne last year and I enjoy music , sports and social aspects in life.
Hey. We are Isabelle and Salvy in mid 20s. Isabelle is beauty therapist who works in chemist and Salvy is a booking manager. We both are open minded, easy going, responsible and clean. Like to have a drink, good conversation & play boardgames, but are also respectful to privacy (sometimes we will just want to stay home and watch Netflix 😋). On weekends we like to go out to the city, beach or somewhere far and catch up with friends. We would like to start a new home, next to the train station, preferably with ensuite, with no more than 2 people. Feel free to message us if you want to know more. 🙂
I'm looking for a room to share starting this December. My wife and I will be moving to Melbourne and we are looking for a temporary place to live in before we settle. We are thinking about a year to stay in your place if available :D
Hi. My name is Richard. I'm 20 years old and a student. I am easy going, cooperative and looking for great flatmates, with whom I can be friends with for life. I usually like to cook and "Netflix & Chill" when I'm not working. I like to the house neat and tidy, and I respect everybody's privacy.
I have 5-years experience share-housing. I am truly clean and quiet. I am focused on study and sually asleep by 22:00. I take responsibility for my share of the work around the house. I am respectful of shared items and general house rules. I am confident to communicate, and also to listen - that's how share-houses stay harmonious.
Nice, tidy and quiet couple looking for a furnished room to rent around Monash area for one to two months with possibility to extend. Both of us are working temporary in Mulgrave and we'd like to shorten our commute. We are working in shifts between 6AM and 6PM. Ideally, the place would be located near to public transport, since we don't have a car. Clayton, Oakleigh, Huntingdale, Mulgrave, Springvale or around. Our budget for the room is between 200 and 280 dollars per week. Don't hesitate to contact me, if you have a room available. We would be moving in ASAP. The length of stay varies and at this point it is hard to say how long the job will last in Mulgrave's office.
Hi there, I am a Sales Engineer working for Car Stacker organisation based in Prahran. I am very quite who loves to read in free time and spend with my family and friends on weekends. Other days, I respect my housemate privacy and also make sure I keep my room and my surroundings clean. At the moment, I am studying for Project Management certification from PMI.
I'm a university student originally from semi-rural South Australia, studying at Monash Clayton. I'm generally quiet, although I do play musical instruments. I cook a lot, and I keep common areas clean. Aside from studying, I sing in the choir at church and I conduct a community choir based in Malvern. I would prefer to live in a girls-only sharehouse. Please message through flatmates rather than texting.
Hey there, my name is Sam. Anyone would enjoy living with me! First and foremost, I am a kind and friendly person. I get along with everyone, I am helpful and supportive, and treat people with respect. I'm a pretty chill, easy-going person, and I love to have a chat and laugh with others! I'm very easy to live with. I'm tidy, I clean up after myself, and I barely make messes to begin with. I do my duties around the house, and I'm quiet and considerate to my housemates when required. And finally, I consider myself a fun person! I'm a huge movie and TV buff (The Sopranos is the greatest TV show of all time!), and I enjoy a good movie night, either at home or at the cinemas. I'm passionate about music - I enjoy karaoke (though I'm not good), playing guitar (again, not that good), and going out to live gigs if others are keen. I'm pretty flexible with having adventures with others: going exploring, hiking, visiting new places, etc. I work in retail part-time (roughly 20+ hours a week) and I'm most likely going back to uni next year to study. Feel free to ask me any more questions if you have any!
What makes me great to live with ? I have a stupid sense of humor and can see the ironic side of life. I've been known to navigate a dishwasher and there have been verified sightings of me with a broom in hand. I can regale you with tales of how 90's music was better and come with an assortment of old, weird movies that I would love to watch with you in awed silence. I'm also a proud leftie and greens voter. I would like to not just live with housemates but as part of a family.
Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live(bills included) with easy going housemates and no pets preferably. I keep everything tidy and clean and expect the same from my housemates. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term as well.
I'm 24 years old, working full time in research at Monash. I'm planning to start my PhD in philosophy/cognitive science next year, so I'm looking for a quiet and relaxed new home to settle in to. I've been living in a share houses for the past few years, so I know how to keep tidy and be respectful of others' space. I enjoy socialising over food or the occasional drink. My weeknights are generally pretty low-key (research keeps me busy) but i like catching up with friends and family over the weekend. I have no pets but love to live with animals. Please get in touch if you have any questions :)
Hi there, I'm 26 yrs working as a full time nurse (shift worker). Looking for a place closer to my work at Monash Medical Centre in Clayton. I am an easy-going person, love keeping my place tidy (a bit of clean freak) and definitely not a party animal but can enjoy a drink or two every now and then. I'm quite a social person and like to be around people so looking for a more social flat with family vibes, if your place is the kind where everyone keeps to themselves I probably won't be a good fit. Thanks Also im happy to team up as well if anyone wants to get a place together! Just flick me a message :)
Hello, we are a couple, both students of Monash. We are looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. We are either working or studying most of the time. We don't party or smoke. But cleanliness is more important to us. We are looking for something with an attached Bathroom.
Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for 4 months. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignments. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with 1-3 bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 4 of August 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)
