I am a 25 year old R&D Chemist from Newcastle and originally Scotland. I have started a full time chemist position located in Gladesville. I am looking for a spare room in the Ryde area. Most weekends I will be traveling to Newcastle to stay with family and sometimes work a second job. I like reading, exercising, travelling and spending time outdoors. I am a non-smoker, easy-going, friendly, and clean person. Happy to answer questions you may have, thank you.
Hi I'm Christian, Currently working 9-5 in the automotive industry as a Marketing Manager. I like to describe myself as laidback, easy going, respectful, helpful and social. Some of my interests include photography, music, hiking, cooking, and trying new things. I enjoy spending time with others just as much as having my personal space. I'm very clean and like keeping things neat and tidy. Ideally, I'd like to live someone that's likeminded and easy going. If you'd like to know more feel free to send me a message.
Hi I'm a friendly man who is happy to clean up after myself and likes to keep my room fairly tidy. I'm fairly busy doing my own thing but also am pretty social when I'm in the mood. I'm a fairly good cook as I studied to be a chef . I'm working in a French restaurant in Mosman and also selling clothing . I like bbqs and going for walks and to local restaurants and bars . I also have a bicycle and a car. I like reading and watching some tv . I'm not a big party person and fairly quite . Thanks from Jim
I’m respectful of privacy but also happy to have dinner and hang out. Being a nurse I work rostered shifts so you will probably get nights alone to yourself. I enjoy hanging out with my dog, seeing my friends but also being able to relax at home.
Hi, I am Jean Pierre (french origin), I have been living in Australia since 1998. I work full time at Sydney ferries, from Circular Quay and often start work from Balmain ship yard hence why I would like to find a place to live in the near vicinity. I am quiet, mature and responsible person, interested in art (outside work I am a photographer) and other hobbies.
I'm a super considerate full-time psychology student also working part-time with a stable and steady income. When i'm not working or studying i'm usually going out being active or catching up with friends. I'm definitely not looking for a party house but don't mind being social in the house with my flatmates.
I’m an easy going half Aussie half Brit IT professional. I’ve moved back to Sydney from London recently for a Tech job in North Sydney. I enjoy swimming, reading and weekend avo’n toast brunch :) Relaxed and always up for a chat.
I cook! Though not a clean freak, I like a clean house, especially the kitchen (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores - a vege' patch? Currently working as a Sydney Harbour tour guide on the TallShips as well as The Blue Mountains with the company based in Gladesville. I love the smell of Real coffee anytime ..... Sport interested and active. Training for the Masters Games next year. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting - in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture. Am into education, having just finished studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. Looking to do something (??) at Ryde TAFE next year. The above photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show that I did for the Tallships. I am offering "useful and encouraging" words to the Captain. Hope this helps TIA - Keegan
Hello, I am originally from Colorado, USA but I fell in love with Sydney while here on a working holiday and now I am back working on my masters degree at Macquarie Uni and working as a nanny part time. I currently work as a live-in nanny but I am hoping to find a nice flat with good flatmates so I can transition to a live-out position. Between work and school I have a pretty busy schedule, while I am at home I usually spend my time either studying or relaxing and watching TV or reading a book with a glass of wine. Outside of school and work I enjoy finding fun things to do in Sydney and enjoy a wide variety of activities but especially love a nice day at the beach or wandering around the city and nights out with my friends. Due to my time as a live-in nanny I consider myself an incredibly respectful roommate, I am generally quiet and don't often have guests, I am clean, friendly, and mindful of the people around me. I would love to find flatmates that I get along with and enjoy spending time with watching TV, chatting, cooking, and doing things together but I am also quiet happy to just enjoy a space of my own. The main thing that I look for in a flatmate is someone who cleans up after themselves, asks before borrowing my things or coming into my room, and is not excessively loud.
I am Open minded and friendly, i don’t mind sharing house with anyone. I’m very respectful when it comes to privacy so i expect the same from any housemate. I can cook stirfry 😂 i am clean and tidy as a person and also very organized. I love being active and going to the gym so it would be really nice if there is any gym close to the place ill move in to :) I am a registered nurse, working full time so i do shift work. I’m not at home most of the time but i do like staying indoors in my days off. But i don’t mind hanging out. I love food and beach! So u can take me anywhereexciting and relaxing 😂
23 y/o male law grad moving down from Brisbane. Commencing work in a law firm at the end of Feb. Easy going, clean and easy to live with.
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business. I moved from Brisbane a year ago for my work and I'm not sure how long I will be here for although it will be for at least another 6 months minimum. I'm looking for share accommodation for the next 6 months and possibly longer if the place is suitable. I would prefer to share with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of up to $300 including or excluding any outgoings. My suburb preference is in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Wareemba, Five Dock, Russell Lea, Chiswick, Rodd Point, Leichardt, Burwood and Concord and would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking.
I'm a young professional who has just turned 30. Easy-going person. Love being social but also like to do my own thing. I am looking for like-minded people who are responsible, considerate and clean. Someone who I can watch TV with occasionally or go for dinner with / have a cheeky drink but also do our own things and enjoy our own space.
Im a respectful clean social flatmate ,i work 5-6 days a week in hospitality. i love to cook and clean when i'm home so the house will always have a nice aroma of international sweets dishes and the occasional soy wood candles. now i have a two year old kitty called conor who is house trained only ever goes in his litter box or on the toilet like im currently training him to do, all vaccinations up to date desexed and chipped honestly is a beautiful friendly soul who gets on well with other animals including dogs. we would be more than happy to call you're home ours and create awesome memories wherever we are.
I live an active and healthy life, im easy to get along with, driven with my goals and looking for a room to rent which is closer to my job within Sydney CBD. My hours of work can be between 7am and 10pm. I enjoy cooking and cleaning at home when i have time as i keep a busy lifestyle however I am still always clean and tidy. Unfortunately i have a high allergy to cats so am not able to live with them if they are in doors. I'm looking to move from the end of Jan until the end of Feb so im fairly flexible.
I am a Dutch student and for my study for physiotherapy I need to take an internship. My internship is in Five Dock and I have to go to my internship for only 24 hours per week. So the rest of the time I want good company to get to know Sydney better and to do nice things with the people I live with!
In early 2018 I will be taking on an engineering position and need to relocate closer to work. I am a tidy and respectful person who always cleans up after cooking, etc. It would be preferable to share a house with like minded people. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy kicking back from time to time with a quiet drink. I respect the privacy of others and will be out of the house regularly. I can teach you Swedish for bonus points!
I am a fresh Macquarie uni graduate, looking for a nice place to live. Having stayed in a university accommodation for two years, I have shared houses with students from all over the world. I am an easy going and tidy person, and a great housemate to live with.
Im clean, respectful and social. Ive been living in share houses for 5 years + and have remained friends with all of my previous housemates. I work full time for the State Government and work on a rotating roster so you can basically guarantee youll have most weekends to yourself. Im reliable with rent/bills. I like to live in a home and not just a room. I can cook and love to share a beer with my flatties but I also understand personal space and boundaries. I am also interested in starting a new houseshare in the canada bay/concord areas. I dont have much furnature apart from my bedroom stuff but im willing to contribute. My move out date is the 19th of Feb.
