Hey my name is Billy. Looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. My son will be staying with me every second weekend. He is 7. I am single, social, clean and I respect privacy and boundaries. 0422522813
Me and my mate work interstate and come to Sydney every weekend or every second week to meet with our peers for the project we are working on. We are very open minded to team up with or to take the whole place if within our budget. We love staying in and reading or watching tv after work. A room with ensuite toilet would be perfect, however we are happy to explore other options. No visitors and no dramas what so ever :)
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
Love travelling. Was originally based in London for almost 10 years. I do graphic design for a living fulltime. Quite chilled out, a cup of tea in front of the couch is an ideal night in. I enjoy baking and cooking quite a bit.
We are a Colombian couple, we are students and part-time workers... We want to live with international people because we want to improve our English. We are very tidy and responsible, we are social and we love to know about other cultures
I am quiet, friendly and stable, and neat and tidy. I respect your time and space but am also happy to have a chat over a wine/coffee/tea or dinner :). I am out and about a lot and cook simply when home. I am a keen swimmer and go to the beach most days. I am active and also into yoga. I have traveled overseas and have had a variety of roles in my working life so get along with a variety of people. I am looking for a homely environment with interesting mature people. I prefer to share in a female only and pet free household.
I'm generally quiet and like to keep myself to myself. Shy at first but when I get to know you I am more outgoing and sociable. I'm a veterinary nurse from the UK. I enjoy Netflix binges, going out for vegan food, outdoor activities and pole and aerial fitness. I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces and easy to live with.
Hi there, I'm Taylor and I'm a singer/songwriter and child-care worker, currently living in Marrickville. I'm a HUGE animal lover, and the only reason I'm looking to move from my amazing current house, where I rent, is because I am looking for a dog-friendly place to live. My rescue dog passed away 2 months ago and, although I'm still grieving, adopting another rescue doggy is definitely on the cards, so I'm looking to find a home where this option could be possible. My current house is filled with memories of my old dog, so it's getting more and more difficult to live here. Anyhoo, I'm friendly, efficient with rent/bills, very tidy and clean (I'm not a stickler, but I will definitely do my part, trust me!). I'm always happy to chat or happy to keep to myself, I listen to music, watch Youtube videos, I enjoy films, am laughing often and can poke fun at my daggy self (but I'm not down with poking fun at others). Happy to chat and discuss options if need be :) Thank you for reading and have an amazing day!
I am a first year USYD psychology student from regional Sydney (near Wollongong). I love Sydney city and I have found the 3 hour return commute to uni quite exhausting (!!!) so I'm looking for a place to call home closer to uni. I'm looking to move in mid-late January 2019. I'm friendly, tidy, and accepting of everyone. I love a chat and would love to share with students my age and make some friends - however I'm also very mindful of privacy and personal space. I love books and animals and spending time outdoors. Although I don't have any pets of my own, if my flatmates have pets I'd be very pleased.
I (Nathan, 25, Australian, engineer) and Jule (21, German, hospitality) are looking for a place around the inner west, to call home from late November. We hope to find a find a house of like-minded friends where we can feel comfortable and relaxed, especially through the week. On the weekend, Jule and I like to be active and social, spending time at the beach and going on nature hikes. We hope to have a friendship with our housemates, while respecting each other's space.
I’m 38, work part time and will be going back to uni next year, I’m also a freelance writer and I occasionally edit others work. I’m quiet non intrusive and very respectful of others property and space. Please call.
Hey guys, Looking for a place surrounding the CBD. NO SHARE ROOMS pleaseee. I am a 25 year old Journalism student, working at a news website and studying part time. I am VERY tidy, love cooking for people and having a wine, getting stuck in to a hectic netflix series and relaxing while I'm home. I am quite social in the way that I go out to eat and drink often, so would not be home as much as most people. Would love to hear from you if you think I'm right for you :)
Hi! We are looking for a place to move into pretty soon. He works full time as a locksmith apprentice and I am a student, working part-time. We have our own furniture, pay rent on time, clean up after ourselves, are sociable but also keep to ourselves. Keen to hear back from you :) Any inner-west location is great!
I'm a veterinary student from Stockholm, Sweden. Currently in final year of university and doing some rotations at the uni teaching hospital. I love animals, cooking, exercise, studying and getting to know new people from all around the world and of different ages. I've previously lived with a homestay family, by myself in a flat and in a share-house. If you think we might be a match then I look forward to talking to you and getting to know you more!
I'm looking for a place near a train station, and close to the city. (One flatmate only.) I work full-time, like to cook my own food, and go to the gym. I'm sociable, clean, quiet, and considerate.
Hi, I am originally from Western Sydney, the last two years I have lived in Germany. Upon my return, I am seeking a new adventure of moving into the city, finding a new job, living in a new area and making new friends. I am searching for a friendly flatshare where we can have spontanous dinner / wine /movie nights together. I am a clean tidy person, I enjoy socializing, being outdoors, cooking, and im always up for trying new things. I am easy going and very adapable to different environments.
I am moving back to Sydney after living in Canada for the past two years and Brendan is coming to brave the spiders from Canada on a Working Visa. We are both very friendly, fun, clean people who love a glass of wine. We love cooking and sharing our food with friends and bonus Brendan is 6'5 so he can reach all the top cupboards. I work in Media an have been working for a Radio station in Vancouver for the past two years so will be looking for something similar when I get back to Sydney and Brendan is in marketing and will be looking fo the same when he arrives. Looking for a fun, friendly environment to call home.
Looking to either find a good unfurnished room in a great share house or find cool, like-minded people to start a new share house with. Originally from the UK, I'm moving to Sydney after five brilliant years in Brisbane. I am easy-going, creative, love my music and really looking forward to getting involved in what Sydney has to offer once I start my new job at USyd in Autism and Mental Health research. I like to live with people who all put together to make a happy household and share in the cleaning, the occasional meal or drinks together as well as sitting down to watch a good TV show or movie at the end of a long day every so often. Looking to live with people who eventually become friends. I have lived with housemates' cats and dogs over the years and love it.
Easy going, bubbly person and can also be funny - or so people said. Love to cook, trying to be the next masterchef. Although I am more on a savoury side.. yes, I know. And no, I dont feel like Im missing out ha! Not afraid to eat out either or ubereats for those rainy netflix days. Wouldnt mind sharing a few glass of red and meals once in a while. Kick back and enjoy a good laugh. Home is a safe haven for me. A place where I can have some downtime. I do enjoy my own company but there are times when I need to hit that 10K words/day. I enjoy reading and binge watch shows. Neat and tidy. Being respectful of other people's boundary and personal space is big for me. Did I mentioned I love animals??!
We are a couple, who always do our best to make other laughing, and keeping a good atmosphere. We achieve this by playing quitar, making jokes, listening to you :) I love a clean house, so I love to clean. We work full- time and Peter goes to school and works. We don´t smoke and we do not accept smoking in the house (outside it is fine). We will stay here at least till September 2019 so we search for a perfect rent (for a long term the best).
I am a friendly, creative person. Travel a fair bit for my work as an events organiser and working full time in Pyrmont at a magazine. Love a good glass of wine and a chat. Very easy going and looking for somewhere that feels like home. I'm not a big party person, more of a homebody tbh.
We are a professional working couple (I am a university lecturer, my wife works in 5-star hotel management) needing a room or unit for 4-6 months. I'll be travelling for much of that period, so my wife would be the primary tenant. We are quiet, clean, and responsible tenants and are looking for the same.
G'day, I hope this finds you well! My name is Harry. I'm 25, working as a writer and an English teacher, doing after-school and weekend tutoring. I’m an experienced renter, with a strong belief in respect and responsibility. I’ve rented three houses – two in Newtown and one Petersham – over the course of three years. The households I’ve been part of have all received full bond repayments. My experience as a renter has helped me understand the balances and compromises that come with sharing space. I am more than happy to openly discuss responsibilities, especially if that means improving my understanding of house dynamics. In my most recent household I took charge of scheduling and delivering the rent payments (which were all delivered in advance), gas payments, as well as remaining in constant communication with the real-estate agents in the case of repairs and renovations. I also took on a large share of house and garden work. The property was left in a better state than when I arrived. I would be glad to provide you with a character reference from a roommate, as well as a letter of reference from my real-estate agent to attest to my behavior as a tenant. On a personal note, I'm a huge fan of video games, and come equipped with a Nintendo Switch, and a PS4. Looking forward to meeting you, and having a few rounds of Mario Kart. Take care and all the best, Harry.
I’m a 27 year old teacher with a 10 year old Labrador. I’m looking to rent a place while I save up for my own place.
Hi! My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to F45 / the gym, playing video games, reading, watching movies (especially horror and action) and drinking the occasional Guinness. I am down to earth, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a big party / clubbing person either. I currently live at home with my parents in Mosman, but I am looking to move out next year. I am considering getting a few cats or a dog when I move, but if this causes an issue, I can wait until I live alone. I am a big animal lover and I currently own a dog which would stay with my parents, so it would be great to meet a fellow animal lover. I am easygoing and enjoy a laugh, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies.
We are two young students currently studying, working and living in Sydney. We are both neat and tidy and respectful of others space. Usually busy with work and uni but love to socialise, catch a movie or head to the beach in our free time.
I’m very tidy and clean. I’m a Brazilian girl who is always happy and positive! Definitely not a party girl.Sometimes I go out for dinner with friends.I’ve been studying and working hard last few months and might be in the same routine next year!
