Hi, my potential landlord, I hope to become your expected flatmate ! Why do I need a flat? I am a Chinese and I used to be a social worker and trainer in Macau for team building almost 20 years. Since this August, I have been working as a training manager in a collage in CBD. And most importantly, I have granted a 4-year working visa and have a full time work. So, I am a reliable tenant. These are my daily habits , hope suits you : 1. I can be NO TV, video games but definitely l like listening soft music or background music while reading and dining. It makes me feel relaxed and focused. 2. No alcohol or smoke. I am intrigued by sports and healthy cooking. For instance, sports like cycling, running, workout and swimming are my favorites. Therefore, my place has to close some nature and enough cooking space, I like making Asian, Japanese or Western cuisines from now than then. Sharing food with good friends or friends also bring me lots of enjoyment. But I am definitely NOT a party person. 3. I am so sensitive by noise and dirty place. Therefore, I will do my best to live in a quiet, green and clean area. 4. I I like to mingle with my flatmates. Some people like staying in their rooms for a whole day either we can't see each other for a week. It is not my motive to live in a shared house. It is a blessing that we can share, cook, or go for a walk together. Why do I need to have another flat? I currently live in Canterbury. It is only 1 major reason : My room is very close to the train station. The train noise keeps waking me up during my bed time. I current rent out my flat in Macau so I truly understand having a reliable and respectful tenant is a crucial. I sincerely hope that I am the one you are looking for! Sam HUI ( I am free for an inspection during 6-8pm or afternoon during Weekend. My expected moving date is 21/9/2017. Once my current flat has been taken, I can make my move right away. )

My partner Logan has recently got an apprenticeship with a large company in balmain, we have had to relocate for this job. I am currently a labourer working long hours. We need a place to rest our heads and cook our meals. We are not big partiers and prefer to keep mostly to ourselves. We are still friendly people though and don't mind a quiet drink and a chat.
My name is Jake and i'm a 24 year old Electrician. Im easy going, respectful and out of the house a lot, enjoy socialising but if its not what the house is about then I'm happy to keep to myself. Also am more than happy to divide up the house responsibilities and since I'm a tradesman ill be good to have around the house for general repairs. . Cheers.

I work in research support in a local university and I'm looking for a short-term stay (12 Nov - 23 Dec 2017). I'm very outgoing, considerate and friendly. I enjoy my job because I work with researchers and academics and it's an absolutely interesting and eye-opening environment to be in. At home, I'm very neat, tidy and clean. I clean up immediately after cooking, and clean the house and bathroom every weekend. I teach English as a second language on the side. I also love languages. I speak Bahasa Indonesia, French, Mandarin and Welsh. I absolutely love cats! In my pastime, I play music and read.
I am a very friendly, trustful and peaceful person and these are very important for me. I love to share a good and healthy meal having a great conversation. I like dance, books, calm musics and outdoors activities such as bush walk. I am clean and organised.
Hi, I am Sachit, I currently work and live in Adelaide. I will be moving to Sydney mid November to work as a Civil & Structural Engineer at an engineering design firm called Arup. After work I enjoy playing soccer and usually try and get to the gym. I also play the violine (Although I might be a bit rusty as its been a while since I last played at a social event). Nothing beats a good Louis Theroux and/or David Attenborough documentary! Also a fan of The Office (uk), Peep Show and The Inbetweeners. I enjoy a few drinks on the weekend and look froward to exploring parts of Sydney and its surroundings. Should you have any questions shoot me a message! Hope to hear back regarding accommodation (The suburbs listed in the profile are just some of the places that seemed close to where I'd like to live but anywhere else within a 40min bus/train ride from the CBD would be fine!) Cheers, Sachit
Hi potential roomie! I am looking for a place to move into ASAP so if I seem a little eager don't be concerned! A little about myself so you don't feel uneasy, I'm 23, pretty chill and talkative. Previous housemates can vouch how great it has been the last five years! Unfortunately we're all going our separate ways and I am looking for a new place to call home! I work in radiology in Parramatta and I'm friendly but respectful and I would say I'm mature for my age! Love a glass of wine and am always out and about travelling and eating! I am looking for something long term hopefully! Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks
I'm a carpenter from England been living in Australia for 7 years but only been in Sydney a year! I train Brazilian jiu-jitsu 4/5 nights a week so I'm not in most of the time and work weekends! Not a massive drinker but do enjoy a beer if I get a free night. Feel free to ask any questions about me you have! Look forward to hearing from you!
So it's kinda awfully difficult to just jump into telling somebody why you're fun, or like, are you supposed to tell them that you're not fun so that they're more likely to give you a place cause you don't party? #justsharehousethings I'm Toby, I'm a professional musician/tutor and I love a house that smells like Jazz first thing in the morning. My hobbies include listening to hip-hop and wondering how somebody as ethnically ambiguous as myself could have turned out so white, looking at memes and trying to understand the whole "why" behind wine. I'm not the sort of guy who really throws party (legitimately have like 5-10 friends max and I work a lot, but most of them are really good looking and if not, they definitely have nice hair) but I really like going to parties though, so am totally fine if you ever have them going on :) I do also have dope speakers for if a party is ever to be thrown! And a few Cards Against Humanity expansion packs/drinking games. Mostly spend my time at home listening to music/practicing but I can do all of that with headphones on so it won't disturb anybody. Also super into low-budget true crime documentaries on Netflix where the twelve year old children are played by very adult men. I'm a big fan of most animals and totally LGBTQI+ supportive so lowkey please don't ask me to live with you if you're hella transphobic/homophobic/sexist etc. because I'd like to live somewhere I feel comfortable taking my friends back to. No tea no shade, it's just really not my vibe. Kind of a prerequisite that the place has parking available; musicians have an awful lot of gear D: My move in date is pretty loose; I'd be looking at around 3-4 weeks after making contact ideally so that I can give ample notice at my current place :) Pretty strictly limited at $270 a week so if your place costs more than this, please only message me if your room is the size of a small airplane hanger or you wanna barter music lessons for discounts in rent. Kinda joking but mostly not really. Re teamups: I'm v keen! But I'm looking for somebody who would sign the lease with me so teamups with exchange students might not be a vibe I'm afraid :'( But yaass, hit me up <3 xoxo Gossip Toby
Single, laid back, sporty person who loves the great outdoors and sunshine and time with my puppy Gatsby. Weekend BBQs and a quiet household during the week due to a hectic workload as a Physiotherapist. I run my own business and also contract work where available. I am social but I also respect others privacy and need for space. I like to be clean and tidy. I am looking for a nice relaxing home to live in with nice friendly/clean flat mates.
My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
Young professional, laidback and easy to get along with. Keen to chill out, chat and have a few drinks with flatmates in front of the tv or outside the home. Respect people's space, privacy and alone time. Clean and respectful and always tidies up. I am someone who enjoys a chat but also my alone time so I get along well with most. Keen to meet new people as I have just relocated to Sydney to start my career please no share rooms lol and would also prefer to share with a maximum of 3 others

Hey! My my is Aria. I am super easy to live with because I am respectful of other people's space and privacy. I like to go out but I'm not much of a party host, so I will not disturb housemates. I enjoying cooking and I clean up after myself. I'm a musician, so I tend to jam in my room and i'm looking for people who don't mind that (or enjoy it). I've got a sense of humour and i'm quite social. Hit me up :) :) :)
Hi. I've lived in Sydney for 2 years and work for an airline. I travel every couple of weeks back home to Perth or to Melbourne (to visit extended family). I am very clean, considerate, honest and quiet. Easy to get along with. Looking for something that has carparking :-) Hope I find my new home soon!
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.
I am a 32 year old female working full time in the community sector with disadvantaged youth. I'm looking for a place that feels like home and where I can share/store my 10 or so odd indoor plants that I'm tending too. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen (sometimes it's a hit or miss, but it doesn't stop me) and would appreciate living with others who also enjoy and appreciate food, but don't mind if we're not sharing meals all the time as I understand we all have have different schedules, tastes and budgets. I enjoy being social and getting lost in interesting, challenging and not so challenging conversation, but at the same time, sometimes after a day at work, I'd just want to chill out and read a book, watch a movie, doco or just take some time out for myself. I've lived in my fair share of sharehouses and am pretty clean and respectful. I'd like to live with others who share similar values.
Hello :) I work full time in HR and love what I do. I am looking for a home and decent house mates. I have my own life but I don't live in my room so looking for a place with relaxing common areas to hang out in. Don't mind things like sharing a meal, going out to coffee etc. with a house mate but not looking for anything to clingy... :) I am relaxed but like clean neat and tidy homes. I am looking for a place now because my current house mate is selling and moving interstate. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hi... you can Call me Ian. I'm Fijian by origin but I reside here in Australia. I work in construction. I'm easy to get along with and very easy going. I like to keep fit and enjoy rugby. I also enjoy going to the pub most days of the week.
I am tidy and easy to get along with and enjoy having a good conversation. I am a first year Aviation Apprentice at Sydney Airport. I have been living in Sydney for about six months now as I moved from Brisbane for work. My main interests would be cars, video games and listening to music.
I am a musician and artist, though I don't make too much noise or mess. I pay all my rent and bills on time, and am easy to talk to. I work every day in Chatswood, so I tend to be out around midday and back home late. I am neat and tidy, but not in an OCD way. Looking to share with friendly people, but not in a 'party' house, if that makes sense.
