Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
Hey future flatmate(s)! I’m a single 24 year old looking for a place in the inner-west to call home. I work full time in the CBD as an enviro scientist, so a place within walking distance of a train station / light rail is preferable! I also do a lot of site work as part of my job and therefore need my car, so available street parking (or garaged space) is a bit of a must for me. I’m a pretty chatty, social person and looking for people who can be a flatmate and a friend (I’m always up for wine and a good movie), but I also like to have my space and privacy respected. Sadly I’m allergic to cats, but would absolutely and most definitely be open to a place with a dog or other pets. I’m a non-smoker who will always keep kitchens and bathrooms clean (no one likes two week old butter chicken in the sink and hair clogging the shower drain). I’d like to room with some fellow females between 20s and mid 30s and up to three other flatmates is ideal for me. LGBTQ+ friendly place is a must! I usually like to get out and about on the weekend (which usually involves wine, hiking, eating or d) all of the above), and like to gym and cook during the weeknights and will invite the odd friend over for chill dinner/drinks. You’ll usually catch me reading, Netflixing or attempting to cook something new. I’m looking to move out around the end of May / early June, and aiming to find somewhere I can stay on a more permanent basis. Hopefully I can find a place / people that will be a good fit for me (and hopefully you too!).
Hi Guys, So i'm fairly new to Sydney. Moved here to begin my career as a Project Manager in the construction industry. As such, I am usually pretty quiet during the week, working full time. I have been living in Dulwich Hill pretty much since I moved. Love the area (though keen to test the waters of the east provided it's near a train line) and the place I'm at but I am wanting to move to be around younger flatmates (say under 30) who are a bit more fun and who help try keep the place clean. Basically after flatmates that I can socialise with in and outside the home, yet I'm also mindful and respectful of one's quiet and alone time as I also like to sometimes just chill out too. Ideally someone into trance, edm, house music so we can crank some tunes on the weekend! I'm over living in a quiet unsociable house. Also a garage of some kind would be ideal as I'd like to build a racecar at some point ;) If you're into cars too, then awesome. I'm also into going out for a few drinks and finding people to explore/hike with. Used to be real into my gym/MMA too so it would be great to have a potential training partner as a housemate. Don't mind male or female flatmates. Ideally, both would be preferable. I like a bit of balance :) Currently paying $280pw all bills except electricity included. This is for a nice modern apartment in a great location with underground secure garage parking. So my budget will be according to that. If I could get something with all bills included that would be great too.
I am quiet, friendly and stable, and neat and tidy. I respect your time and space but am also happy to have a coffee and a chat. I am out and about a lot and cook simply when home. I am a keen swimmer and go to the beach most days. I am active and also into yoga. I have travelled overseas and have had a variety of roles in my working life so get along with a variety of people. I am looking for a homely environment with interesting mature people. Females only.
I'm David, a 31 year old currently working full-time at a not-for-profit in the CBD. I’m pretty positive and outgoing by nature, though not to the extent of being an insufferable d-bag that doesn't appreciate the need for occasional quiet time. At home I’m fairly laid back, though still careful to keep what needs to be tidy in good order. Am also generally interested in the world and in other people, have travelled a fair bit, and otherwise have a shamefully predictable collection of Inner-West type interests, revolving mainly around food/wine/taking inspired photographs of turmeric lattes (mercifully, that last one is a lie).
Easy going, like a clean house. Will do my own thing most of the time but also happy to spend time together. LGBTQI friendly. I'm working full time and pay on time always. Primarily looking for a new/ near new apartment or house that is already furnished with the private room unfurnished as I have my own king bed. Built in robe, prefer own bathroom or ensuite and would ideally like to live with 1 other person or couple/ 1 other max. Parking would be great also. If this sounds like the room you have on offer, please contact me! I do not have a strict moving date but hoping for somewhere before the end of May. Would like bills included in rent up to $300 max.
I am currently attending the national art school. I'm generally a pretty chill sort of character to live with. I respect others space but am also always down to have a chat or do something social. I usually spend my time finishing school work, working on projects of my own, skating or seeing friends. I'm into many creative pursuits and love good music and films. Usually I will have music on at a reasonable volume and nothing at ridiculous hours. As school is quite demanding I cannot take on much work and so my budget is certainly no more than 220 per week including bills. I will sometimes have a cigarette but never inside and I rarely buy tobacco which is why I've listed myself as a non-smoker. Looking for somewhere convenient, clean with cool people! Not too wild, but not too chill either. Please message me if you think you have a place that might suit! Thank you! - Felix
I am clean, tidy, precise and respectful. Very social, young look, dynamic and same time very discrete. I don't spend much time at home, I need internet and going to move overseas soon so I just need a quite space to get myself organized. Also I don't like to waste energy or water.
Full time associate in property investment group. Seeking affordable but nice place to live to keep expenses down for personal investment purposes. Where I am living now is a great price but there are two adult dogs being left here by the owner of the house who are completely non toilet trained and after 1.5 years of cleaning it I am seeing what else is out there. I have lived and am currently living with women comfortably. Don't have to be worried about me being a creep. - Quiet but social - Hard worker. - Stays tidy. - Competitive sporting background and getting back into gym after 1.5 years of 7 days a week work - Mature professional who can have a laugh and a glass of scotch once in a while - Broad interests. Bit of nerd deep down. - Intelligent - Conversational but like my own space, especially after stressful days at work. - Occasionally a goofball. I can provide references: - Work - Previous places of residence - Personal / character
Hi my name's Gen I'm looking for a room on the T3 train line. I'm pretty quiet, love a beer after work but mostly keep to myself on week nights. I work in child protection so can have long days. I hang out at home on the weekends or go to pilates, bushwalks or I'm out with friends probably at the pub.
Hello! I'm a clean minimalist who works full time in the city. I'm looking for a new place to shorten my current commute to work and generally enjoys rock climbing, yoga, reading, and a wholesome Sunday brunch. If the place is right, I'm happy to sign on to a longer lease!
I'm 22 years old and about to finish my undergraduate Marine Biology degree at UTS. Really easy to get along with and a super tidy person. I play basketball in my spare time and also enjoy video games. Love to relax and have a beer with friends but am also quite happy to just keep to myself and chill out (watch a bunch of Netflix) at home after uni/work/sport.

No sub-lets! 26 year old working for a non-profit. Sociable but like my own time as well. Not looking for a party house but also want to have cool, chill, respectful flatmates who don't mind hanging out every now and then. I play guitar and sing, enjoy a beer and snorkel a lot.

I often try to keep my life as simple as possible. I am a non-alcoholic, non-smoker and don't have any pets. I am a vegetarian except for fish (but I don't mind living with meat eaters, smokers, wine lovers, or even party animals). I would consider myself being flexible, tolerant and resourceful. Gender, nationality and culture is of no relevance to me whatsoever. What I look for in a share house is nice easy going people whom I can live with (hopefully long-term) without dramas. I have a good rental history that can be proved. At present, my weekly budget for rent is $180-$250/wk. I am flexible with the move in date. Please feel free to message me if you want more information. I am more than happy to meet up for a quick face to face introduction. If you decide to send me a message via the website, please have patience (since it is not always convenient for me to respond to messages instantly, especially during business hours.) Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
