-Escaping the rat-race of Sydney and moving to Perth for work! -I will be working full time (standard office job) -Hoping to move in somewhere between 2nd to the 5th May (ish) -Furnished would be ideal as I'm moving from Sydney I am friendly, bubbly, love to cook (and eat), love meeting new people, will rarely turn down a glass of wine but I am not a party animal, pretty active, non-smoker. I enjoy being social and being able to have a chat and a bit of banter with the people I live with, but I also enjoy down time/quiet time in bed with a book and a cup of tea. Always respectful of others, very clean and always happy to help around the house and pull my weight.
Im easy going and friendly and will be a fantastic tenant as I am clean and tidy and will take care of your space as if it were my own. I love shopping and browsing the internet. I also love going out for dinner and trying new restaurants.
Hey guys! Self-introduction seems rather cringe-worthy but I’m going to try my best to introduce myself as realistically as possible. I’m Kiara; 25 and I’ve been in Perth for the past 4 years. I’m currently pursuing law at Murdoch and working as a professional at one of the CBD law firms. I’m pretty flexible with location and wouldn’t mind living closer to the city if it's with the right group of people. I would love a respectful, clean, place with open-minded, well-spirited company & groovy tunes. I’m happy to move in or team up with 1/2 people. I’m focusing on leasing decent sized house or apartment and I’m intending to stay longterm. I am keen to find like-minded individuals that I can hold stimulating conversations with as opposed to the obligatory hello at the corridor. A party house isn’t suitable for my needs as I start work really early and I would appreciate not having loud music while I’m trying to sleep. Clubbing isn’t really my scene as well but I wouldn’t mind having a night out at a cosy bar if I’m with the right crew. That’s right I just called you my crew. However, I’m willing to help if you guys need me to pick you up after a night out or be there for you when you’re having a crazy hangover the next morning while fixing brekkie for the both of us. I love cooking and baking - so I’d probably surprise you at times with muffins/cookies or even apple pies ** (my speciality) when I’m in the mood for it. I wouldn’t call myself a gym junkie but I enjoy cycling very much. When I’m not locked away in my cosy room punching out assignments like a machine, I’m curled up binge-watching Netflix in my room or heading to the beach to have coffee and watch the waves. My idea of a fun night probably entails stimulating conversations couple with wine/cocktails. I’m great with animals as I’ve had them all my life! I’m all for festivals and road trips so I’m hoping to meet like-minded individuals that I can form friendships with & engage in like-minded activities. If you’ve got up to this point -I’ve definitely not bored you to death and you may potentially be what I’m seeking in a housemate. Hit me up if possible :) Cheers x
first year marketing student at curtin university. i like to think of myself as an extroverted introvert, i don't mind the occasional chit chat and company but would love to wind down and relax mostly on my own. i take a little while to warm up to others but when i do, i am very comfortable to be around with. i appreciate a quiet and relaxing home and look forward to living with others who respects that and know their boundaries and responsibilities. I am looking to get a big room for myself with the attached bathroom/ensuite as I am not comfortable with the idea of sharing my bathroom with others. i've had some horrible experiences living with inconsiderate, dirty housemates who constantly bring their boyfriends/friends over everyday and late on rent/utilities payments in the past and i'd rather not have that. i enjoy going to the gym, reading, online shopping and eating lots of food! i'm hoping to find one (or two) other housemates that are similar to me to share a living space together for the next 6 months!
Easy going and social being who will always stop mid run to pet a dog. I'm looking for a room to rent closer to the city as I work full time, and flatmates who are keen to grab a drink after work and hangout on weekends.
Hey my name is Chris, 26. England born, moved to Perth at in 2010 and have also lived North of Joondalup but looking for a change. My boss keeps inviting me back every Monday so yes I work Full Time. I Work Monday - Wednesday and Saturday - Sunday. My hours are flexible but do work over 60 of them most weeks. Ok me - Coffee, Travelling, Gym, Food, Socialising, Music but generally try to concentrate on being a stand out guy :) I tend to be a straight edge pretty boring guy in the week, only to immensely back track to square 1 by the end of my days off. Balance right? I’ve been in a share house for the past year but looking to move closer to work and the City. I have to be out by August so no rush. Please help us out! Looking forward to meeting you over a coffee / beer or whatever floats your boat. Cheers! Chris
I’m a Legal Secretary and law student, part time studies and part time work. Single, clean and respectful. I’m looking for a place to call home for awhile, if we have a great connection that’s a bonus but am easy being just housemates as well. I don’t smoke or plan on entertaining at home but dont mind if you do.
Hi! I'm Ashleigh, 34 from Northern Ireland. Recently moved to Perth. I am a hard working professional who likes to have a drink some weekends to unwind. (the Irish in me!) I am clean, tidy and very house proud. Ideally I would like to make friends that socialise and go on random road trips exploring Perth and greater areas. I have a keen interest in food, from cooking and going to food shows. I love animals and the great outdoors! I would like to spend some times exploring the great outdoors with housemates!
Hello! My name is Eden, and I am a registered nurse from Canada. I am easy going and social, and am looking for a sweet flat mate for my few months in Perth. I am quite friendly, tidy, and am looking for someone similar. Being a nurse, I’m also looking for someone who understands shift work and gets my wild sleep schedule (aka sometimes sleeping during the day). Outside of work I enjoy keeping active, hiking, surfing, and love cooking.
I am a friendly, warm and likeable person who is extremely clean and tidy, I love making friends but do very much value my alone time. I work a lot (basically every day) and love to socialise but not much of a partygoer. I don't spend much time at home, I always like to keep busy out and about. I am looking for an all female house who accepts my boyfriend to come around occasionally. I'm not looking for a long stay because I am expecting to move overseas for a while shortly (but not guaranteed), I'm looking for somewhere affordable with bills and internet included and fairly close to the cbd.
im 25 and work full time for a commercial solar company, easy going and social, I train most arvos so after that I like to just chill out. I won't be a problem anyway so hopefully can find a friendly house to take me in. Cheers
Hi folks, My name is Edward, I'm a non-drinking non-smoking guy in my early 30's. I'm self aware and respectful of others. I am cheerful. I like helping out and creating a good atmosphere. I'm diligent with house duties and am mindful of noise. I am currently pursuing film studies in Northbridge. So somewhere close nearby would be perfectly suitable! Cheers.
I'm a friendly, 34yr old Dog Trainer who loves all things animal behaviour related :0) I have a female 10yr old, very sweet, cushion-on-legs (aka Ragdoll) cat called Frankie. I love the outdoors, and am rather mad about AcroYoga. Am flexible with my moving dates and length of stay. :0)
Hey there, I'm looking for a place to stay. I'm a Metallurgical Engineer from Manila, Philippines. I'm a responsible and cool guy who loves to travel, watch movies, hangout with friends, play video games and read scientific researches. I like sports like Tennis and Badminton, and I like to listen to classic to mellow kind of music. I'd love to sing for you if you want me to. Oh and I love cooking Filipino foods! :)
Hi there! I'm Clayton. I am a tidy, friendly person looking for a place to live and study. Great flatmates would be a huge bonus. I'm a postgraduate primary teaching student and will be out of the house a lot with uni, study and school. I can share cooking, cleaning, shopping etc or operate independently, either way is fine. I enjoy a quick chat and a cup of tea or coffee, and then getting things done. I like an upbeat, functional, efficient home and hopefully you do too. I'm ready to move ASAP. I would love to hear from a similarly motivated individual or household. I like efficiently doing chores, cooking, playing guitar, cafes, yoga, reading, walking, etc. I have some time to hang out but mostly I’ll be studying or doing my own thing. Looking for a place where everyone gets a good nights sleep and gets things done, and is happy that’s how things happen: by applying a certain level of effort.
We're two friends looking to move into a house-share that's fun but chilled out. We are in our early twenties, both work full time, and while we love to go out on the weekend and have a dance, we like our quiet downtime as well. We are very different from each other so you're guaranteed to get along with at least one of us!
Hey there! I am a 29 year old full-time Web Developer looking for a minimum 6 month stay - probably staying up to a year. Ideally, I'd like to live with only one other person so it'd be important that we also get along :) A bit about me: - Very tidy - Responsible but fun - Small bars > clubs - Good sense of humour (at least I think so. People laugh at my jokes, but they could be faking :| ) - Huge movie fan - Loves travelling - Conversations range from the deep and philosophical discussions to laughing with friends at fail videos on YouTube - Non-judgmental vegetarian and a not-too-shabby cook - Hobbies include Jiu-Jitsu and Latin Salsa So yeah, I guess that's my entire personality boiled down to 9 bullet points! Also, although I like the occasional beer or glass of red, I am not a big drinker at home and I would prefer to live with people similarly minded. I am social with my friends, but I tend to leave the house to meet them, so it would be very rare when I have people over. So if you want to live with someone who is friendly, fun, and responsible (i.e. someone who pays the bills on time and cleans up after himself) send me a message on here or Facebook and let's see where it goes. Take care :) Bryan
I'm a freelance journalist and writer looking to move back to Perth. I've lived in multiple share houses in my time, so I know the drill. I'm chill, sociable and clean - just as happy hanging out as I am being tucked away in my own room. Writing, movies, music and beach sports are what I spend most of my time doing.
