Moving to Newcastle in August for a full time job for at least 6 months. Am a fairly organised, easy going individual and a striving minimalist. Only looking to move in with all females, no pets or parties and the likes!
Both of us are full time students at Newcastle University and work part time. Brad would only spend a few nights a week in Newcastle, as he likes to spend most of his time on the Central Coast with family. We are neat and tidy people who enjoy casual banter as well as time alone to study. Neither of us are big drinkers or party goers however will enjoy a casual night at home on weekends. Ideally bills and internet included in rent, off street parking would be nice but not necessary. We are going on a month holiday in June/July and are looking to move after we get back. Thanks :)
Easy going, like to keep things nice and tidy. Live an active and beach lifestyle, super chill, and enjoy social drinks on weekends. I'm studying at the university of Newcastle and also working part time. Ideally looking for a place close to town and very short drive from the beach.
I am looking for a potential sharehouse in Cooks Hill, Newcastle, the Hill etc. with one other person, either 2 or 3 bedroom, shared or 2 bathrooms, I have a large budget but rental companies won't rent to me as an individual! I am a shiftworker so I work a rotating roster which gives housemates and myself a chance for alone time. I am fairly active but love to chill out in the backgarden and play with my pet rats (absolutely LOVE any kind of animal) and don't mind a cheeky beer. I don't even own a TV so I keep myself busy in other ways! My perfect housemate would be someone who keeps the common rooms tidy, is relaxed and social but not a partier in the house, wants to be nice to the environment that loves animals and can be respectful when I have to sleep during the day after nightshift (only 2 days every 8). I have a fully equipped kitchen set up (microwave, fridge, coffee machine and cooking utensils etc.) brand new washing machine and that's it! No lounge or tv but some floor cushions! These items don't have to come with me but the option is there. I compost all my veggies to use in gardens etc. active recycler and nature lover, love the outdoors and am obsessed with travel.
Hi I am looking for a room in a quiet house, preferably with one or two females but not strictly. I would like to live with mature people who are working or studying and enjoy some quiet time at home. I am very tidy (I don't have an OCD though) and I like to live somewhere where the common areas are tidy and clean. My plan is to be working and keeping busy and going home to eat, shower, read and watch films in my room or on a TV if you have one. I am not anti social but I am not looking for a place to go home and drink and listen to music loud, I've had many shared houses before and this is where I am at in my life now, just want to relax and not worry about noise and bins everywhere or people inviting all their mates everyday to party. I don't smoke or drink and I am a vegetarian but I don't care if you do all that and eat meat as long as you respect my lifestyle, it's all good! If this sounds like the kind of way you would like to be as well at home then feel free to contact me :-)
Hi there, I'm Michelle, a 26 year old female. I'm currently teaching full time at a high school in Newcastle. I've lived in Sydney and overseas previously, and have been living at home while finishing studying at UoN. I've been house sitting in Merewether for 5 weeks, enjoyed it too much and am looking to move out again. I spend my time at the beach, getting outdoors, listening to music and watching debatably bad 90s shows on Netflix. Love travelling, adventures etc. Enjoy a variety of things from a good book, good glass of red, going to gigs and the occasional night out, but also like my down time. I'm a tidy and considerate person, and would like to live with some like-minded, friendly people.
I am full-time health worker -junior doc moving to Newcastle. I've always lived in share houses so I know the drill. I keep common areas tidy and respect privacy. I'm easy going and social :) Would love to have flatmates that I can be friends with. I love cooking, watching movies and swimming. Looking for a place -preferably near John hunter hospital that's quiet enough for me to do some reading at night and is also relatively clean. Looking for a room that's large enough for a double bed and a small study desk. The ideal place would be a room with an ensuite or only sharing the toilet with one other person. PM me if you are keen to start a share house or have a place available.
I am looking for a place closer to work for my dog and myself. I work long hours 6 days a week for a Real Estate agency in Newcastle, train every day, and walk my dog every day so i will rarely be home. Tidy and keep to myself but happy to socialise too.

Hi there. Im a 20 year old female uni student, looking to move out into a 2 bedroom apartment/house within close proximity to Merewether/Cooks Hill area. I want to find a suitable housemate first before going ahead and applying for properties with real estates. If you're a friendly female between the ages of 18-25, and are clean, organised, likes to be active, willing to learn to surf and are motivated in general, i'd love to meet you and discuss the future possibilities of being roomies. I'll be looking for a modern property with 2 bedrooms, between $280- $380 ( split in half ) a week Send me a message if you're keen and would like to have a chat! (i'm a fast replier) Looking forward to hearing from you all :')
I am an upbeat, cheery and french person :) I just arrived in Newcastle and I'll be working at Uni until the end of July... I'd like to get the know the people around here, and a little bit more of Australia. Apart from that, I have lived for five years in different flatshares, I am respectful and can be quiet :) I love italian food, but I'm better at eating it than making it ! Cheers, Manon
I'm from not so sunny England and loving life in Newey! I'm looking for a place to stay at short term until my current employment ends in early June. I'd certainly be keen for a short term arrangement between 4-6 weeks if possible. I've lived with dozens of people over the years and consider them all good friends. I like to think i'm a tidy and respectful housemate (i've only got a backpack after all) and will be making every effort to be outside enjoying Australia while i still can!
Clean, friendly and laid back. Currently living in sydney but want to make the change back to Newcastle. Studying zoology online full time. I'm quite social and don't mind a drink or two with mates :) Feel free to ask if you'd like to know more!
Hi, I have been working full time as a training manager until this year when I started full time study in visual arts as a means of a career break. I've been working part time too as a consultant/trainer. I'm friendly and sociable and love a good laugh, but am respectful of other people's space and enjoy doing my own thing too. I'm house trained and can operate most appliances like vacuum cleaners and dishwashers ;) I enjoy staying active and some of my favourite things to do include kayaking, SUP, boxing, beach and photography. I am looking for a home that is clean, tidy and super quiet at night, close to town with a lovely flattie who is friendly and respectful of my space. I also need a car spot (street parking ok) and it would be fabulous if there was room for a 2m kayak but not essential. It would be perfect if Hunter Street was within walking distance, but as long as good public transport is near by this is ok too. I'm looking for a room that will fit a queen bed, tall boy and desk with a built-in included.
