I'm a fun easy going person. I equally enjoy a chat and a drink as a bit of quiet time. I'm respectful of others, and mature. I'm originally from Perth so would love to live with people who could become a social network. Happy to pull my weight around the house. I work full time. Mostly looking for a relaxed fun environment!!
Hi everyone! I am looking at moving out of home for the very first time after I return from a trip overseas (August). I am a 24 year old professional who works in Sydney CBD, I am single and very tidy. I love going to the gym, going for walks and staying fit and staying in watching a movie with a wine. I currently live at home and I am definitely interested in finding a place to call my own, I just need a room mate :) I am looking at spending between $250 and $300 a week and am happy to team up in finding a place... Shoot me a message if you're interested I am happy to chat!
Moved to Sydney at the beginning of 2016 and have been living with a couple in an apartment in Sutherland since August. Sadly they've decided to move away instead of renewing our lease so I'm looking for somewhere new to live whilst I finish my course that ends in December (which is why my move out date is quite random, as our lease ends on the 3rd). I try to be tidy and polite and am quite social so like a chat and a drink but I also like my down time as I dance full time at Ev and Bow during the week and work for a children's entertainment company on weekends.
Hi! I've relocated to Sydney after 2 years in Qld and L.A. I work, am very clean, easy going nature, non smoker and very respectful.
Hi, I'm a busy self-employed designer working in the Sutherland Shire. When I'm not working I like to keep moving - cycling, swimming, gym, art galleries, beach and spending time with friends. I've lived in Tokyo and London and love meeting new people. I am calm, practical, and mindful of personal space but happy to socialise and I like a good laugh. I have raised a family, so I certainly know how to clean. I like to cook hearty, healthy food. I'm a non smoker, not much of a drinker, and I'm comfortable around children and pets.
Hey there, mystery reader. My partner Liam and I have been together for three years now, and unfortunately we live on opposite sides of Sydney. It's a drag. He lives in the Northern Beaches and I live in the Sutherland Shire, approximately 52km apart. Now, I don't mean for that to sound soppy, but travel gets really rubbish after that long. We've been trying to find a place to rent on our own for the past 6 months and have had very little luck, as is with real estate in Sydney. So we decided we might try find a place with flatmates instead. We both work part-time, and we're both full-time students. Liam studies psychological science and linguistics at UNSW and I'm a student nurse at UTS. We're pretty simple folk. We aren't messy, but we also aren't going to bust your chops for leaving a dish out or two. We think we're pretty nice and laid back. We read a lot, and enjoy watching TV/movies and playing board games, ie. absolute party animals. We aren't loud, so don't worry about us being too unruly. We're also pretty busy so we're not around much during the day. And you really don't have to worry about us being overly affectionate or argumentative with each other. We tend to be pretty private in our relationship. We've been described as an old married couple. Its accurate. Some bonuses: We come with a Playstation (and yes, we have Crash Bandicoot), a bunch of the original Goosebumps novels, the whole set of Breaking Bad (and a great appreciation for it) and a tonne of top notch records. Another bonus is that I really love to cook and I'm just terrible at judging how much food is too much. We're aware that couples, especially young couples, aren't exactly perceived as desirable roommates, but we'd love to be given a chance. Ideally we're looking to team up with another couple or singular person to help us get into the rental market. Thanks for having a read! We hope to hear from you.
HI! My girlfriend and I are moving over from the UK (Isle of Man) and looking for somewhere to live. I am moving to play Rugby League in the Cronulla area and bringing Bethany along with me for the ride. We both will be looking to get full-time work once we get there and settled! We both enjoy keeping ourselves fit and healthy, as we both play sports, but being into footy we of course love to socialize and have a few drinks with friends! We are both easy going, clean and tidy, and could get along with anyone whether we share the same interests or not. Our only requirement is that the place is clean and tidy, apart from that we are not fussy at all! Cheers! :)

My name is Patrick. Im 23y old and am employed as a year 1 electrical apprentice. Having arrived in Sydney from QLD , I need to find a great place and location to live. I am a quite type of person who generally keeps to myself.I enjoy a tidy peaceful surround where I can relax and feel at home. I have previously shared in Newcastle and been away for months at sea working as a cadet marine engineer. I am looking for a place where I can park my car and even better garage it. Ideally I would also like to be within a short walking distance to a rail station. I work around the city anywhere from Gosford to Kiama to Lithgow in the west. I do much prefer tea over alcohol at home ,but having said that I sometimes have a beer at a pub or club. Im just not a big drinker. If you have a room or a small granny flat to rent you may wish to contact me. Im looking to move in July. Having said that Im interested to hear from anyone with a good place and situation Regards Patrick
Hi everyone, my name's Jess. I'm a 24 year old shift worker. I'm friendly, clean and respect space and sleeping hours. I like gardening, baking and outdoorsie activities. I'm also more than happy to do my share of housework. I'm originally from a small country town and a lot of Sydney is quite new to me so I'd love to live with people happy to show me around. I'm looking for somewhere with a stable and friendly feel. I love animals of all kinds so pets are not a problem! I do have a cat, Roy is friendly litter trained and quiet. If cats are not an option I have family who will take him. I would love to have him with me but if this isn't possible that's ok.
Hey potential future housemates! My name is Katie and I'm a flight attendant. I'm a clean person so you won't have to worry about any mess. I'm also a friendly and socialble person with a great sense of humour. I have a gorgeous adopted cat called Minty so please only send me messages if you're OK with having a cat. She's very friendly and affectionate. Also toilet trained so no mess around the house. I am a respectful person as there will be times that I'll be so tired from flying as it ranges from overnight flights where I'll be getting home at 7am or there will be times I'll be awake at 3am to be ready for a early start. Besides that I'm always down for a conversation and glass of wine. I have a Nintendo 64 so I'm into my old school gaming. If you'd like to know anything more about me please send me a message :)
just a quite, non smoker, non drinker, a go-low kind of person, i mind my own business, clean and tidy and just love to have fun.. i'm not home most of the time which may make it easier for whoever im living with
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I work M-F around 8-4. I'm looking for peace, quiet and privacy. I don't want to hear others, neighbours, planes, traffic or barking dogs from my bedroom. In a nice suburb (not Western Sydney) The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. For housemates, 20s-40s is good. People I can play board games with and/or watch sci-fi tv/movies. People that have an interest in health & fitness ie regular exercising. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures. I think 2-3 people is enough with at least 1 other male. My budget of $320/w is including bills and internet I will consider more areas than I have listed Cat-friendly would be a bonus. I have to give 2 weeks notice.
I am in need of a room in a house with a yard or preferably a granny flat for myself and my 12 month old pup Chino. Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to continue residing where we are. I am currently on a break from full time uni however I am now possibly looking at having to defer for full time work. I also have a lot of side qualifications and skills which I do on the side for work. At this stage I'm looking at roughly $200 p/w give or take a little either side would like bills to be included however happy to discuss or negotiate. I need to be in the st George area or Sylvania/taren point. Looking to team up with a couple girls or couples to find a nice place with plenty of room and privacy for eachother. I come bearing a Netflix and Stan account, full house furniture ( dinning - lounge room - kitchen - laundry ) and unlimited internet if I can move it. I would like to look at this as a subsidy in my share or other arrangements can be made for team ups.
Hi! I am an easy going, respectful, clean and reliable young female. I am family orientated and love my friends. I love to cook so you'll always be full and there will most likely always be some kind of baked good on the bench or in the fridge! I have an indoor cat that is litter trained and loves belly scratches. He won't bother you otherwise. I enjoy quiet nights in and also a good night out with friends and family. I am not a party animal and I am a non-smoker. I work full time Monday to Friday and some weekends. I usually have plans in the afternoons e.g yoga and bootcamps (not a fitness freak but eat way to much food otherwise haha). It would be great to get to know you!
