I am coming back from an exchange in Amsterdam and I need a new place to live while I complete my final year of university! I am studying sustainability and environmental management at Deakin, Burwood. I had a casual job at McDonalds which I'm sure I will be able to get back, but if not, my centrelink payments and savings are more than enough to pay for my rent until I find a new one. I have lived in three different share houses since moving out at 18 and have always paid my rent on time. I am a very organised and clean person and I would like to share a house with just one, two or perhaps three housemates that also know how to clean up after themselves. I also have a pet snake, I always keep her enclosure in my room. I know that not everyone is comfortable with the idea of living with a snake, and if so I promise you will never have to see her.
Hi All! Originally from a small country town, I've been living in Melbourne for 4 years now, and am currently working full-time in Real Estate. My current housemates and I are all going our separate ways so just looking for a new place to call home! I'm pretty tidy and as I've been living in shared accommodation for the last 4 years I'm pretty equipped to deal with shared chores etc. I'm a pretty relaxed housemate and when I'm not cooking up a storm or seeing friends I'm usually watching netflix. Happy to team up, so feel free to contact!
Hey guys! I'm currently at RMIT studying Conservation. I'm really mature, easy going, clean living and very respectful of others. I have a strong passion for the environment and sustainability, and with that, I also have heaaaaps of plants. I love the outdoors and being active, either exploring parks, going to the coast, or cycling across Melbourne. LGBT+ friendly households only, I'm gay and I like to do drag. Dressing up and putting on a show with some wine is a great way to spend a Friday night! Or just watching Netflix in PJs ;) I usually keep to myself but will happily socialise with others. Looking for like-minded, chill people I can feel comfortable living with :)
Hey I’m Jesse, 27 year old Apprentice Plumber. I’m pretty quiet through the week and I’m very clean and tidy. I’m a fairly active person so I try and get to the Gym at least 3-4 days a week. I enjoy cooking, reading, playing guitar and the occasional social drink.
Hey, I'm a PT at Chaddy (on a salary - reliable income). Interests: food, naps, exercise, outdoors, adventures, relaxing ….. Me: shy at first but happy to share a meal/movie/drink/chat with housemates now and then and also happy to do my own quiet thing
Girl in her early 20's, moving from the country to Melbourne for study and career opportunities. I am neat and very considerate of other peoples personal space. I can cook and love to garden and keep house plants and I am quite handy around the house. I have a friendly 2 year old male German Shepherd named Finn who loves people and fetch, I am more than happy to introduce him first. Finn will need a reasonable sized back yard with good fences to keep him safe. Finn is house trained, but will only come inside if it is in the interest of all occupants. (I have a very good vacuum!). I am also open to living with other people's animals, as long as they are well cared for. My hobbies include art, gardening and I play a couple of instruments for fun when I get the time. I would like to live with people who love animals, and who I can become friends with and hang out with in some of our spare time as I am a social person and like to make connections. I love to go to gigs and meet new people, I only drink occasionally. I like to stay organised with my finances so bills will always be paid on time. I would prefer at least one other female occupant. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me!
I'm Roberta from Vilnius, Lithuania. In February I'm coming to Melbourne to do my traineeship, so I need a cozy space to live for three months. I am friendly, easy-going, neat person. I don't like to party in my living space, but would like to meet interesting people to talk with. I like travelling, reading, cooking. I do not smoke, do not own any pets but could live with them :) I'd need a private, furnished room to live.
Hi our Names are Tyler and Khaleah, I work casually at an event hire company. we both are quite and keep to ourselves, tidy and well mannered My Partner Khaleah is a smoker but I am not, we very rarely drink. we would usually watch netfllix and or stan and sometimes go out. myself I am into gaming.
Laid back, easy going, clean/neat, works full time in cbd, pays rent/bills on time, relatively quiet and keep to myself but happy for the socialisation too. Have 2 dogs that I share “custody” with my mum so have them Weekends and holidays. Theyre largely indoor dogs who sleep in my room at night. The people I live with must be dog lovers. I’m open to living in other areas in the east - other than what I’ve listed. Also open to living with 1 or 2 other females! It all Really depends on the house and people! Ideally wouldn’t want to pay more than 200-250 give or take per week for my share (excluding bills) so looking for houses that are 380-480 per week roughly *looking for TEAM UPS ONLY as I have a A lot of my own furniture but happy to negotiate with someone who may also have a lot of their own stuff as I realise it feels more homely when you are surrounded by your own things!
Hey guys, im a Footballer, full time uni student at deakin and work at a restaurant where ive held down a position at for the last 5 years. Im looking to share with some young people that will be happy to chat about sport and be able to respect when i wish to be alone.
I work long hours 6 days a week so I'm barely home. Not a great cook so I won't be messy cause cheese and pasta aint a messy dish to cook. Not a big partier I do snack a lot . Just looking for a relaxed place with nice people to enjoy it with.
I'm an international student from the states studying to be a vet at Uni Melb, but don't want to live near the CBD. Been in Melbourne for a year now, have a love/hate relationship with public transport (need to be near a train station if possible). I spend a lot of my free time exploring parks and beaches all over the city, would love to find flatmates who are equally social and like their alone time. I also foster cats/kittens! I'm really easy to get along with, very respectful of others' things, and keep common areas clean. Non-smoker, I don't drink (fine if you do!), don't party.
Hello possible future housemates! My name is Jess i'm a 21-year-old female who is currently living in Bendigo. I'm about to begin a Bachelor of Environmental Science at Deakin University so therefore must migrate away from the country to the big scary city! I have already completed a bachelor degree while living in Bendigo so am not new to the studying world. I currently hold a hospitality position in Bendigo but will be looking for another job in hospitality or retail in Melbourne once I move. I am a very easy going individual who likes to maintain a neat household. I love traveling, reading, binge-watching netflix, playing board games and having a bev or two. I'm a fairly social individual but definitely respect the need for alone time. Looking to join a fun loving, laid back household that is equally as happy to spend the night playing board games and watching netflix as they are hitting the local bar.
Hi! My name is Alina, I'm 19 and I'm from Adelaide. I'm starting my Bachelor's in Oral Health at Charles Sturt University. I'm an easy-going person, I enjoy art, going out or just chilling at home watching Netflix. I'm looking for a place that is close to Holmesglen Tafe.
Hi there I'm Behnam, 33 year's old professional moving to Melbourne in late January. I am very friendly and easy going and enjoy having a chat or watching a movie together, but mostly you'll find me studying or coding in my room. I'm also a neat person and clean after myself. Since I'm just moving to Melbourne a furnished room in an established house would suit me better, yet I'm open to team up for a new place. If I sound like I could be your new housemate pls send me a message.
I’m looking at moving into a home with some friendly, open minded, easy going housemates. I'd ideally like to live close to Deakin University (Burwood Campus), but I'm super flexible with the location if it means living closer to public transport. Budget is $180-200 pw (incl bills+internet) but anything lower would be ideal. I'm 24, and a respectable housemate and will definitely contribute to keeping things clean and organised. I play footy for the Saints VFLW, which takes up a lot of my time when I'm not studying. I also have my own art business on the side which is a nice go to when I need to mellow down from everything else. I'd love to live with people who are just as easy going as I am. I'm extremely respectful of privacy as well, but I'm always open to conversations or just hanging out in the backyard drinking wine. :)
