We are migrating to Australia Permanently on a Skilled Work Visa with our 7 year old son. We are non smoker, non drinker, clean , tidy and easy to get along people. We respect others privacy and their beliefs. We would prefer a room with own bathroom as we have a small kid. He is very well behaved.
We are a young family that would love to have somewhere safe and comfortable for us to call home. My partners name is Luke (29) and our son who is 6 months old :) We are looking for something asap and somewhat flexible with length of stay however the more permanent the better.
Clean, respectful, easy going and quiet. I own my own business driving a car carrier 6 days a week (most weeks), and spend most nights away, sleeping in my truck. I need a room for the odd night I am home and on (most) weekends. When I am home I usually go to bed fairly early as I get up very early for work. I am recently seperated from my partner. We have a 5 month old daughter together. My ex obviously looks after her full time and I will travel to visit her. I am currently saving for a house and I am dedicated to working hard to acheive this goal. I am not a party animal. I won't be out at all hours of the night and coming home drunk. I will not be bringing people over. I am social but I also enjoy my own company and being a bit of a recluse. I am very adaptable and easy to get along with and I respect the needs, privacy and wishes of others. I clean up after myself and take pride in a clean and tidy living space. I am polite, well spoken, well travelled and have good manners and think I would make a great flat mate.
I am a Quiet person who believes in common courtesy and being respectful of others, I am an old school gent, who likes a beer after work. and my sport. I mainly keep to myself and spend most of my free time with my dog. I like to do yard work and cleaning up after oneself.
Very chilled relaxed and respectful of others. I'm a self employed lawn mowing gardening busines when im not working i enjoy getting away in the bush or beach 4wding and camping. I'd like to find a property house share with some acreage something where it's not so residential that bathrooms overlook the neighbors pattio . I love to cook and enjoy people from all walks of life and can socialize comfortably. I'm looking forward to meeting my new housemates.
Im currently looking for a room to rent from the end of this month (June) when I get back from visiting my family 😊 I work as a babysitter and I start full time study on the 14th of July. I’ll also be on work placement with this. I’m very independent and have been renting places on my own until recently. Just looking for an easy going place to live with friendly house mates! I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself most of the time, enjoy spending time with friends and my partner. I love dogs! sadly allergic to cats though. Non smoker/drinker if it’s important 👍
Hi I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and will be studying a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood at USQ's Springfield campus commencing Feb 2019 and am looking for a place to stay near by. I work casually for Goodstart Early Learning and I am putting myself out here early to check out the options available and to also see if I can find people in the same boat to find a place with. I have a pet Bearded Dragon named Calcifer who I adore and who will be moving with me and I would like to have the option to have a parrot, cat or dog at some stage as my course is 4 years long so an animal-friendly household is preferred. I am single, straight, an omnivore, I don't have any children, am a non-smoker, don't do any sort of drugs and don't really drink much. I am a tidy person but certainly not a neat freak. I have pretty basic morals and respect and I will be studying so a quieter more laid-back environment would be nice. I would prefer to find other uni students. I am not fussed with the number of people or age/sex/religion of the people I live with, just the way those people treat each other and each other's property. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with nearly everyone, I haven't met a person I haven't been able to relate to in some way as I have a lot of interests and have had a lot of good and bad life experiences and enjoy most hobbies. I love camping, fishing, bush-walking, boating and exploring; but also love gaming, reading, show and movie bingeing and being a lazy bum. I love most genres of music and you could probably find any song ranging from Disney soundtracks to metal and I'd know it. I play piano and guitar and started when I was 9 with my dad and self-taught from then on. I am a massive animal/insect/arachnid creature lover and have a reptile, native bird and mammal license and have raised, rescued and captive bred then released a number of wild animals. I grew up pretty rural and have always had a decent number of animals around (my parents have cats, rats, mice, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, doves, turtles, snakes and fish to name a few haha). But I have always had a passion for working with children even when I was one. My close friends and family would describe me as a bit geeky, dorky, bogany, princessey, hippy-ish, goth-ish, and a hopeless romantic. I have always been on both ends of the scale and fit equally into pretty much every personality genre but not fully into one. On the same token I am pretty predictable and have a normal routine. House/unit wise I would like to have an en-suite but shared bathrooms are fine, a double bedroom is required because of Calcifer's enclosure and my double bed and study area. Wireless internet is essential for studying and phone reception as well. If you will have a room available or are someone looking for people to rent a house with around Springfield in January-February 2019 and think we would get along please feel free to contact me :)
I am a quiet and tidy individual. I enjoy my own space but don't mind having a drink or chat with roommates. I work around 30 hours a week. I have one cat. He spends most of his time outside.
Hiii, I am 19 years old and am starting uni in July at USQ in Springfield. I am looking for a place that isn’t too far away from there or somewhere on the train line (not too fussed though). I work in hospitality so occasionally have a few late nights but am quiet coming home, I swear! I am clean (not overly anal about it) and I am quite sociable if I am comfortable. Also if you're a good cook, bonus because I need someone to teach me haha. I’d prefer to live with people who would like to be friends and not just housemates to make the place more fun and comfortable to live in, although as a student I do respect down time :)
I am an easy going down to earth honest 55yr woman looking for someone about the same age to share with. I moved myself and my 9yr old kelpie from SA a year ago for a new start in life. Currently looking for work.
Hey There, Potential Housemate! So you're looking for a someone to share your place with? Look no further because you've found her! Here's a little bit of information about me. I'm one the most quite people you'll ever meet. Probably. I do sometimes sing in the shower. Previously lived with a shift worker, so I know how to stay quite during the day. I like to read, walk, and occasionally talk. During my leisure time I can usually be found enjoying the words in a good ol' paperback, attempting to knit, or trying to veganise Jamie Oliver's latest recipe in partnership with Coles. I don't drink or do drugs, so , y'know, that's a good thing. I'm not going to toot my own horn, but with my great sense of humour, mixed with amazing housemate qualities, I won't last long on the market! Get in quick before you miss having the greatest housemate of your life! If you're having doubts feel free to contact me via message or phone and I'll put your doubts of being housemates to rest! The only downside to me is I am currently on Centrelink because I'm unemployed. I currently live down on the Gold Coast but want to move up closer to be near family. (Who won't be visiting) TL;DR - I'm a broke student, looking to live as cheaply as possible because I don't yet have a job and Centrelink only stretches so far.
About me: 30 years old, non smoker, non drinker, Australian male, no drama, always pays rent on time, clean and tidy. Very friendly, easy to live with :) I'm looking for a place that: - is not on a busy road or train line - does not have any smokers or past smokers (I mean no offence, I'm allergic to it so can't take the risk sorry) - has a ceiling fan in the room - is $200 per week or less (including all bills). Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach, broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)
Hi i'm Jack, i'll be moving to Brisbane for a full time graduate position after completing my degree in engineering at UNSW. I'm looking for a place to live for the duration of my 6 month placement starting in August. I like keeping fit, mountain biking, photography and going to the odd music festival. When i'm at home I like to relax by watching TV shows and movies. I'm easygoing, like to keep my living space clean and am respectful to others.
Hi our names are Nav and Lani. Lani works full time as a Registered Nurse, Nav works full time as an Enrolled Nurse. We are a very private couple who like our own space. We are neat and tidy. Due to being shift workers we are looking for our own accommodation separate to others. Due to being nurses we get along well with anyone, we are flexible, respectful, neat and tidy. Looking forward to finding a place! We are looking at no more then $200 together, so $100 each.
I’m mature, respectful, clean and tidy. I’m also easy going and down to earth. I’m social and friendly with a good sense of humour and like the odd glass of wine. My weekends are spent catching with friends and family, exploring new places or just chilling at home.
