Hello I am an international student (online through my American college) on a work and holiday visa. I am an accounting and finance major. I just want a clean, safe place close to the city to stay beginning February 7, 2018 to June 2018 if possible. Desired room: Private furnished room
Very private, quiet and super-clean person. Looking for modern studio apartments in perfect condition with all bills and internet included for convenience. The property will be maintained as if it were my own. Don't mind sharing a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Will hardly ever be at home. Leave early morning and back late at night.
Respectful Courteous Been sharehousing since 2003, so looking for a place of my own. Familiar to many types of sharehouse situations. In the fashion industry. Working professional. No pets Don’t smoke Tend to have only a couple friends over at any time.
I am a working female from the Netherlands. I have been in Australia 5 years now and I am moving from Darwin to Brisbane for work soon. I am clean and organised and open-minded. I like my quiet time. I do enjoy sharing a dinner every now and then, or go out for drinks, but I am certainly not a party animal, and I like to be on my own and have peace and quiet :-) I like to bake, so great kitchen is a must. I am starting a full-time job in Central Brisbane in January, and I have no idea what parts of Brisbane I would like to live in. The most important thing is that it has a good public transport connection to Central Brisbane. I have a lovely special needs dog name Jack. He is awesome, but because of his traumatic past he is not too fond of other dogs. He is good with smaller and super relaxed dogs, once he gets used to them (he just needs some time). I would need a fenced yard. But I would like him to be able to go inside as well, he's very well-behaved inside. He's also an awesome guard dog. I would like to either have my own place, or share with another professional person (non-smoker) where we both have plenty of space.
I will be working as a nurse at LCCH doing 12 hr shift work. I am looking for : -ALL female flats -Happy to pay direct debit for the rent and cash upfront to secure the room. -OWN room but happy to share a bathroom. -Happy to share chores. -Biking or walking distance to Lady Cilento Hospital -move in date is 19th February 2018 and I start work the week after in LCCH. I am currently in Alice Springs for a remote nursing experience then travelling overseas before arriving in Brissy..happy to pay cash upfront to secure the room on my arrival then direct debit for the rent thereafter. I am quiet and can be found in my room reading on my ipad. Will make the most noise at most while skyping but other than that you won't know I'm there.😉 I try to cook only once for the whole week a week and I clean up after. I love going out for brunch and coffee as I don't like going out at night but more than happy to grab lunch or brunch with my future flatmates. ☕
Hi - I am looking for somewhere nice near Brisbane (any area). Mature person 😊 clean and tidy so am not looking for a party house or student digs. Pretty easy going, non smoker but love a glass of red or a beer with friends. Car parking would be required (on or off street). I won't be there all the time as I have a unit on the Sunshine Coast - I can escape fairly regularly. Seeking a nicely furnished room in a share house with 2 or 3 other mature people. Own bathroom would be a bonus. Mod cons. I am in Brisbane mostly because my daughter is having a baby. So life is on hold for just a little while. Thanks for reading this. Regards Kerry
I’m a very clean and organised individual. I am currently travelling on a Working Holiday Visa and have settled in Brisbane to save some money. I have a full time job working in fundraising. I am very sociable and love to go out for the occasional drink/night out, but I promise will never become disruptive.
Hello future house-mate! I am a 33 year old female who is being transferred to Brisbane for work in January 2017 and I am looking for a house mate or two who would like to share a place in either West End, East Brisbane, Kangaroo Point, New Farm, Teneriffe, New Stead. Inner city suburbs close to work (Kangaroo Point). Ideally we would agree on a new place to share, as I have all the furniture we would need. Except your bedroom furniture. I own quality, nice furniture that is modern, clean, simple, minimalist and like my surroundings to be the same. I like home to be a quiet and relaxing sanctuary as my work life can be busy and stressful. Prefer to eat well and exercise, and spend my weekends exploring markets and galleries, but will also head to the Sunshine Coast often to visit family and friends. Likes: Red wine, cafes, food, markets, book stores, wine bars, black coffee, bike riding (just not seriously enough to wear lycra). I would be described as friendly, happy, considerate, a little quiet, but dont mind a laugh. Happy to socialise but also enjoy my alone time. Dislikes: Rude people, weetbix and mushrooms, sweet girly drinks, dance clubs. If you have any questions please let me know, and look forward to meeting you!
I work as an interpreter and translator and also I run my own business ( a driving school). I am a very calm, patient, friendly and sociable person. I would like to live with people who are very sociable and friendly as well. I am a very clean and tidy person and respect people privacy as well. I am very much into Latin dancing and can show you some dance moves too :P
I'm a 21 year old Neuroscience/Biology student from Ottawa, Canada looking for a place to stay during my stay in Brisbane! I will be working at the Princess Alexandra Hospital full-time for the duration of the 9-month stay. I am very organized, tidy, and friendly! I enjoy cooking, meeting new people and I'm a very active individual (i'm often outside of the house ). I'd be great to live with because I respect personal space/privacy, and am super flexible/adaptive.
Hey! I am looking for a room (preferably with own bathroom or ensuite) in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom or 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment or townhouse. Looking for somewhere within 15 minutes drive to New Farm/the city. I am 23 and study law full time at QUT. I also work full time in an office in New Farm. Every fortnight I volunteer as a pro bono law clerk for a humanitarian law firm too so I will rarely be spending much down time at home. I spend majority of my spare time studying but I occasionally head out with friends on a Friday/Saturday night. I try and spend a couple of nights at my boyfriend Rory's place per week and vice versa. I am clean, organised, and addicted to Priceline & Mecca Maxima. I still have a bedroom at my parents place in South Brisbane where I can leave any excess clothes/stuff that wouldn't fit in my wardrobe/available storage. Elizabeth xx.
Hello! I’m from America and will be pursuing a masters at UQ beginning semester 1, but will be moving to Brisbane about a month in advance to settle in. I’m pretty outgoing and love to make friends, especially with my roommates. However I’m respectful of privacy and pretty tidy, relaxed and easy-going at home. In my spare time I love being active and doing things outdoors. I keep pretty busy and usually use time at home to unwind whether that's watching Netflix, reading, or having a chat with my roommate(s). Since I’ll be coming from overseas I’m looking for a place that already comes furnished. I’m looking for something that would be at least a 6 month commitment, but possibly longer upwards of a year as well. Looking forward to connecting with people :)
Hi there, I'm an easygoing guy looking for another young professional (guy or girl) to live with in Brisbane from December. I work with a financial servces company based in Morningside - so either Morningside or Brisbane City with parking would be ideal. Happy to share a new lease. If you are 'normal' and also after someone normal to share a laugh with, it would be great to hear from you..
Adelaide girl working a full-time office job at the Gasworks precinct looking to share a place with people similar aged. Require my own private unfurnished bedroom that fits a Queen bed, has free street parking and no dogs - I'm not a dog person sorry. :( My budget is strictly $200 per week max (inclusive of rent and all Bills). I'm a happy social female whom likes a drink and chat after work. I'm never late with rent, I clean up after myself and always willing to do my share of the chores (without needing to be asked). I'm the youngest in my family and I've always lived in share houses so consideration for others is part of my DNA. Sharing a bathroom is fine with me - I have quick showers!.
Just arrived in Brisbane for a 5 month full-time research project at Queensland University of Technology. I'm a master student from the Netherlands, 26 years old and looking for a great time in Australia. I'm social, easy going but also want some privat time so now and then. In the evening I sometimes go fitness and running to stay fit. During my stay in Australia I want to make some trips in the weekend. For example to gold coast to learn surfing!
