Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hello potential future housemates! After graduating uni last year, I went on an overseas adventure for a few months. I recently returned and currently work a couple of casual jobs as an occupational therapist, which is fabulous. I like to live a balanced lifestyle, enjoying a bit of work, exploring hikes, going out for a dance, doing yoga, relaxing at the beach or at home with good company. I appreciate being able to hang out and have a chin wag with housemates but also appreciate quiet, chill time. Hoping to find a home with like-minded people and preferably close to the train line. Feel free to send a message if you think I would fit what you're looking for. Cheers!
keen gamer, social but not a big drinker, non smoker, relocating back to Adelaide from QLD to resume studies
Easy going. keep to myself. Clean and tidy. Respectful. friendly, trustworthy, reliable. dont smoke/do drugs/drink only on occasion rarely, dont party in the house. Love the gym and variety of gym activities indoor and outdoor. Work part time in retail. Study online health and fitness. Would have my child (primary school aged) part time. Will be 1st time rental (lived with childs father 12years since leaving home). Pets are 1 medium outdoor dog, 1 python, 2 frogs. Can find alternative arrangements for them IF really needed to (with friends/family). Dont like cats... Prefer 2 rooms one for myself, one for my child and when child isnt at the house - for study. Share with FEMALE only. Someone else with 1 child is fine.
Hey my name is Jess I've recently had to move down south for work and have been staying with family but now looking for a fabulous place to rent near the sea near Seacliff or Brighton.. I'm looking for someone who is interested in signing a 1 yr lease with me which includes going half in the bond for a cool house for approx $450-$500pw so max $250 each.. plus internet, bills and food ect. A little about me.. I work full time in product management and am in a relationship so my boyfriend will be around the place approx 2-3 times a week. I also have a 5yr old boxer cross who loves attention. I enjoy fitness but also enjoy being sociable and a glass of wine to wind down. I have a whole house of furniture so all you will really need is bedroom furniture or we could combine if you also have some cool furniture. I am a house proud and respectful woman who has lived in many share environments and would love to meet someone who is in a similar situation and looking for the same type of house.. a awesome summer pad. I love the idea of bbqs and ciders at the beach on the weekends. My ideal place would have polished floorboards, gas stove, a garden, good size bedrooms, ideally a 4 bedroom place with storage and heating and cooling. I am not looking for someone who also has a pet because I am allergic to cats and my dog although he loves people does not get along well with other dogs. If your interested in meeting up for a drink to chat further please let me know!
Ive only recently returned to Adelaide from Queensland after a relationship break up. So starting completely over trying to find housing, employment etc. Crashing at my folks atm while there on holiday but there due back soon!!Looking to move asap. Im neat and clean to live with, always prompt with rent, expenses etc. Keep to myself so I make a great housemate
My boyfriend and I are looking for a nice place to stay while I finish my studies. We are a quiet couple and wouldn't be behind on rent. I may be 17 but I'm mature for my age and pull my weight around the house
I am looking for a decent place to live in for atleast two years, near Flinders University. I am an international student from India who doesn't have any preferred gender to be their house mate as long as they are understanding and decent. My expected month of arrival is in July. I am a clean and organised person who respects other people's privacy and in return asking the same. I am okay with pets.
I am a 21 year old who works full time as a carer, almost completed my enrolled nursing course (hoping for city hospital jobs). I have recently slip from my fiancé. And we own a beautiful modern 2 story home that unfortunately we need to sell because of the situation. The house isn't on the market yet so the selling process will take abit of time. Thinking around November December. I would like to live in a modern clean house. I am very clean myself after looking after my own home for a year I know how it all is done. Also my job requires a high level of house maintenance and cleanliness. I like to keep to myself but love a good chat at times. Party life isn't me I don't smoke and I barely drink. I have a few furniture items after we slit everything also :) Don't hesitate to message me.
Hi, my name is Daniel. I am studying social work at flinders uni. I have been in Adelaide for a year and I would love to meet and talk with people. I am a pretty self-regulated person and I would fully respect other's time, privacy, space and property. I firmly believe that every person has lots of stories to share and learn from their previous experience. I sincerely hope that we become friends when having the chance to go through a journey together under the same house
I am easygoing and outgoing. I'm a personal trainer and I love bodybuilding, cycling, trekking. I love dogs and cats so I don't mind to live with them if you have one. I will keep my space well-organized and clean all the time.
I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Also my moving date is actually a little later than what is suggested in my ad but that's only because it wouldn't let me post the ad without an earlier date. So if you want to know when I am available just ask.
I am a 27 year old health professional and will be starting my postgraduate in Adelaide. I love exploring other countries and cultures, baking pastries and have a good glass of wine with a good chat. I am fairly environmental friendly. In my live I have lived in enough student homes to know how to behave, respect everyones stuff en have a good chat now and then-while I do like my moments if peace since I have been livin on my own for the past two years.
