Recently finished my degree in human services and planning to start my masters of social work this year down at Sippy downs. Very friendly and easy to get along with! Keep to myself a lot of the time, however I don’t mind being social and having a couple of drinks. Currently work at big w but am in the process of applying for jobs that fit my degree...
Hi, I'm looking to either rent a studio or granny flat by myself or start a new share house with others. Needs to be somewhere pet friendly as I have a small indoor dog who's house trained and well behaved. I'm very clean and quiet, looking for someone who is similar. I’m almost finished my nursing degree so I’ll be spending most of my time out on placement at the hospital and I also work weekends :)
I'm a full time Nutrition student at the University of the Sunshine Coast. I'm a mature age student so I am not interested in living in a party house, in saying that I'm quite a relaxed person and enjoy a beverage every now and then. I'm very tidy and respectful of others. I love to cook and listen to music when I have down time. As a housemate I will always be polite and up for a chat unless you don't want and in that case I'm happy to keep to myself. I'm hoping for a granny flat or spacious room with ensuit as I do like my own space. Seeking a place for my partner and I, he works as a full time concreter but is leaving for the army this year. He's also tidy, respectful and very nice.
Respectful, clean and trustworthy. I'm a full-time student and part-time worker (including night shift). Looking for a quiet place that's close to SCUH (short bike ride) and conducive to study and sleep. I don't mind socialising with housemates as long as we remain respectful of each others quiet time. A party house won't suit me. I would prefer a long-term agreement if possible. Rental references available. Granny flats, studios or share house with 2-3 residents :-) Please message me if you think your place is suitable. Thanks
I'm Marcus - 26 next month, and I work as an Environmental Engineer. Work is sending me to the Sunshine Coast as of 22nd Jan and I plan on being there for at least a few years, so mid-long term rental suits me well. Flexible with move in dates as work will put me up in an apartment until I find somewhere but probably looking more towards mid-Feb. Looking ideally for a room with ensuite/own bathroom, close to the beach (please do not contact me if your place is >1km from the beach) and between Caloundra and Alexandra Headlands. A bit about me - I'm from the Gold Coast, enviro engineer, extremely health conscious, do my best to be as eco friendly as possible, vegan (though I'm super chill about it). I am usually out of the house from 4am-6pm Monday to Friday and will likely be travelling home to the Gold Coast every second weekend. During the week I would say that I'd be pretty solitary, given the hours I work I tend to only really be home to eat and sleep. I am very quiet and respectful, clean and tidy and pull my weight. Not a party person by any means. Outside of work, I spend as much time at the beach as possible, exercise daily, go hiking as much as I can, and photography as a bit of a hobby (feel free to seo , might give some more insight as to my personality!)
Easy going domesticated guy, clean and tidy to live with. Fairly active person i enjoy surfing, swimming, 4wding,fishing, hiking and of course camping. Just a simple easy guy to get along with hoping to find someone cool to share a place with.
Hello Future Housemates! :) I will be working full time as a pharmacist intern at Maleny in February and will have to relocate to the Sunny Coast, preferably on the last week of January (*urgent, asap*) Location: Bells Creek, Aura Estate, Buderim and others. (Prefers modern - new housing estate) Not longer than 30 minutes drive up to Maleny Chemmart. House: Modern - minimalism. Furnished. Absolutely clean and tidy. Housemates: Non-smoker, quiet and pleasant, would be even better to have christian like minded housemates and an ALL FEMALE shared house/apartment/unit. Preferably sharing a unit with a working adult. Also, preferably have to be comfortable if friends are coming up from bne to the sunny coast to visit me for a day or so. :) Drop me a message if potential accommodation come by.
***Now looking for couple place*** James and I work FIFO in WA as Paramedics on a 2:2 roster so would only be there half the time (if that). I am hoping to find a share place with fairly cheap price as we still have to pay for own flights to Perth every month. I also have a second job that I do casually on time off in Brisbane. We absolutely love the beach, so would like to live as close as possible to the beach! We both enjoy keeping up our fitness by going to the gym and going on walks up mountains. Note: in a rush to move just seeing what is out there and prices.
Hi! I'm currently living in Wodonga, Victoria but I will be travelling up to Queensland to visit family and for a bit of a working holiday. I would be planning to move into a place anytime around the start of March and stay for about 6-10 months. I will be looking to get as much work as possible as I have just finished high school and will be having a gap year to prepare for university, so I won't be home too often. I love music and playing heaps of sports. I would say that I'm a pretty chilled out and easy going person who likes to have fun on the weekend and meet new people! Also, I'm very organized, clean and tidy. So that's pretty much me, hopefully, we can have a chat and you'll consider me to be your flatmate in the near future!
Hello! I am looking for a place to stay preferably a room. I will be arriving next year 23rd of Feb. I am currently unemployed and will be looking for a job. I am an Architect by profession, easy going, reliable, trust worthy, clean and a friendly person. Looking forward for someone who can share a unit with me :)
I am looking to move up to the Sunny Coast from Brissie! My partner has always lived up there and I have finally made the decision to move and I can't bloomin' wait! I try to surf and fail miserably, but I give it a red hot crack - I own a jetski and am a qualified water skiing instructor sooooo that's always a fun time - I love afternoon wines, even on a school night AND I absolutely love animals so a pet friendly place would be ideal (don't have a pet but would love one). I work for the gov at the moment but looking at a potential career change - I have a teaching degree so thinking I will put that to use up on the coast.
I'm a 25 year old doctor, moving to the sunshine coast from Alice Springs in January 2018 to work at the new hospital. I will be working full time with a year long contract. I love hiking, surfing, and generally being outdoors. I am quite social outside my home, but I also enjoy my own space and am looking to either live on my own or with someone who is interested in renting a larger property with me in a great location. After a long busy day it would be lovely to have someone to share a meal with and have a chat. At the same time I am very respectful of others space and like to do my own thing! I require unfurnished, as I have my own furniture.
Hey I'm Tyler I am from Canada, I work shift work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off so basically just looking for a base. Most the time I go overseas on my days off so I would rarely be there. I am 33 , clean and respectful.
Hi my name is Marshall I'm 41 male. I am a country boy at heart, hard working and reliable. Recently separated with 2 children (living with there mother) I also have a dog that will be coming with me. I enjoy camping up the beach any chance I get and im not a bad cook so ive been told. Thanks
Have great references from past rentals. Very neat and tidy. Love pets and gardening. Just moved from WA to Qld to be nearer to family. Will be spending time helping my daughter and three grand children who live at Dicky Beach. Love music and dancing, yoga and meditation, keeping fit and healthy.
I am innovative, friendly, homely, creative, musical and try to be authentic and kind. I’m one of six kids that grew up in a good Tasmanian hard working family. I’m studying health science online and in between jobs as we move inner start. I like cooking and I don’t mind mess sometimes but I’m big on being very clean. I don’t smoke or drink at all. My son, Crusoe (age 7), is a problem solver, loves mathematics and a good chat. He’s insightful and responsible (does house jobs for pocket money). I like to encourage him to be adventurous with sports and travel. We would like to rent a room to share (doesn’t have to be big). We like to have a good laugh with any body but also need space sometimes to recharge so we believe and act on healthy boundaries :) Thank you!
