Hi, I'm an easy going very chill clean person. I do have an Aussie Bulldog who is way too spoilt. 😊. I work full time and in my free time I love to spend time with family and friends. I do enjoy company but also my time alone. I am looking for someone who is happy to do things and possibly become more friends than just flatmates. I enjoy the occasional drink and never smoke inside (slowly giving up). I would like to find a house where we could have a spare bedroom for guests to stay in. I come with all household items and require a carport but preferably a lock up garage. 😊
Hi there,..I'm seeking private room near town. Must be near public transport, within 15km of city. Not sure of shift times in future,so somewhere this won't bother anyones routines. I am quiet, but always up for a laugh and a beer. No car or much stuff, any furnishings are appreciated. Thanks-Mike *Need internet (light smoker)
Hi everyone :) I'll be moving to Brisbane this February to study my masters in Social Work. I'm 27 (nearly 28), originally from Mullumbimby in Northern NSW, very friendly, down to earth, respectful of others, and a non smoker/drinker (however I don't have a problem with those that do). I've just returned to Australia after living in Indonesia for the last 5 years, and would love to find a sharehouse that feels like a real home, with housemates who are kind-hearted, and enjoy sitting down together for a cup of tea and a good chat. Hoping to find a room in West End or surrounding inner city suburbs. I can afford $175/week INCLUDING bills.
Hello! My name is Georgia and I am a 18 yo uni student. I tend to keep to myself, but can be fun and social! I spend a lot of my time studying during the uni semester, and the rest watching movies, being active, having a few drinks and what not. I am a very respectful and clean person, so you won't have to worry about any mess etc. Typically looking for no more than 3 housemates (negotiable). The max budget of $210 includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet etc.), and I am not looking to share a room with others... So I kindly ask that you don't message me if this is the case. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey, I'm Kim! I'm a 22 year old Primary school teacher looking to move closer to where I work sometime in early Feb. I'm really into indoor plants so you'd have to be okay with me bringing my small rainforest with me. I'm pretty clean and organised (I will want to make the pantry my bitch), I like to watch Netflix and go to the beach/park/movies when I'm not doing stuff for school. My ideal housemate would be someone who's into similar things as me (art/movies/feminist banter/having the occasional beer and d&m/trying to eat healthy but slipping up fairly regularly), and maybe a potential gym buddy. I'm not much of a party gal but I like to go out for a drink occasionally. I might like to invite friends over occasionally, but mostly just to make nachos and watch TV. I'd like to live in a cute Queenslander-type house or a nice apartment that's a reasonable price but big enough for us to have our own space too. I put 6 months on the ad but I am happy to stay longer, it's just dependent on my work contracts. Let me know if I meet your criteria!
Have an adorable desexed boy Shar-Pei named Chester. Very clean and organised. Respectful of people’s privacy but also like have the occasional wine and chat. Pay rent respectfully. Stable employment in Finance industry. I go to gym and do some classes and walk my dog most mornings. Looking for somewhere with a decent back yard and secure fencing. My boy Chester gets along well with cats and dogs and stays outside during the day while I’m at work and sleeps inside on his bed at night in my bedroom. Am preferably looking for somewhere with utilities included in rent.
I'm a 24-year-old doctor, so I'm fairly busy most of the time but love to catch up with friends over a beer/wine on the weekend. I'm a pretty easygoing housemate but very clean and tidy. Love music and gigs, and running for fitness. I'm from Brisbane originally - just moving back for work. Ideally I'd be interested in sharing a new or modern apartment close to the city with 1-2 flatmates, or alternatively a nicely renovated Queenslander with young professionals and/or students in the later years of uni.
hi we are mother and daughter new to brisbane we need acc asap we ave a cat she is friendly we are clean and friendly to hope someone out there is happy to help us im willing to pay 230 perweek
Hiya! I’m Ellie - single female, 28, working full-time as a Speech Pathologist in schools. I’ve just come back from living and working in London for 2 years and am ready to settle back into Brisbane life! I’m looking to team up with someone to find a place with at least 3 bedrooms, so we have a spare room for us to use for guests, etc. Ideally I’d like the Nundah/Northgate/Toombul area. I’m a friendly and social person, who enjoys cooking, watching TV and movies (especially science fiction and fantasy), playing board games (I’ve got quite the collection!), having a drink on the weekend (gin or red wine please!), entertaining friends, going out to explore new places, going for brunch, etc. My friends and I also go to lots of gigs all over Brisbane. I’m a respectful and tidy housemate, looking for someone likeminded. It would be great to find someone who I can call a friend as well as a housemate! My move in date will be around mid to late March. House requirements: - at least 3 bedrooms with 1 as a spare - reasonable/queen size room - housemate around the same age as me (25-35, non-smoker is a must) - back verandah if possible - close to shops/cafes etc Let me know if you’re interested in teaming up!
I currently work full time in fortitude valley, so I'm looking for a place close by to make it easier to get to and from work. I spend a lot of the time at the Gold Coast staying with my partner. I'm very clean to live with and I'm not around a lot of the time.
I'm a full time student at QUT looking for a great sharehouse to move into. I'm fairly easy going, clean up after myself and have lived in sharehouses before. I enjoy going to markets, travelling and baking (though I am definitely an amateur). Let me know if you're interested! Thanks, Lucy
Hi there, I'm currently building my private practice in Fortitude Valley as a registered counsellor. I've lived in shared housing since I was 19 so I'm okay with taking care after myself and doing what needs to be done for the house to run smoothly. Basically looking for a home in nearby suburbs close to direct train or bus routes. I'm very much a quiet homebody, content at working on my goals and keeping to myself. I don't drink alcohol, smoke, go clubbing or to church, and try my best to follow a vegan lifestyle. I'd say I'm a frugal health nut but in saying that I respect how other people choose to live as long as they show the same. Generally I'm up early around 6 am and head to bed at 10 pm. When I do make the time to watch TV I like shows such as House, Vikings, True detective and South park. In my other free time I like to exercise, research and enjoy some peace. Looking for other mature and respectful people to live with.
Im a 23 year old female. I am a shift worker at Brisbane Airport. I do not drink or smoke and am very clean. If im not at work you'll find me at the gym, in my room or by the pool. I would prefer to live with females only and garage parking please
I'm a full-time student at QUT studying science, in my 3rd year now with one more year to go after this. On top of this, i work 4 nights a week at a cocktail bar in the valley. I'm fairly quiet when I'm home, keep my stuff clean tidy and self-contained. I rock climb around 2-3 times a week. Looking to set up a new place ideally in the inner Brisbane region.
I am 28 yo male, living on me own and after a shared accommodation relatively nearer to city. I am full time working professional (engineer in constructions) and moved in Brisbane 5 months ago but settled in Northern suburbs because my work place is also in north. Now, I want move nearer to city as now has my own car. So distance now no more an issue. This I believe will resolve my issues of expensive living and eliminate stress which I had to bear for past six months by living on my own. Even if your place is not furnished, I have my own stuff for room and even some common utilities stuff, like TV, fridge, washing machine etc.. and wont mind sharing with my flatmates. My preference is to have own room but hopes, will find an very friendly atmosphere in a place I could feel home. I love to chat but not a very exciting chatter and love too cook food (occasionally not regularly). Food I cook tastes more if cooked on gas stove. Place with a garage or reserved parking would be an additional plus. Place somewhere nearer to tunnels or expressways that can take me to northern suburbs back to my work place with ease. Yes afterall, need a good night sleep, so a relatively quieter place in working days. Weekday, I don't mind noisy nights. I don't smoke at all, do not drink (except socially, if had to) and most of the days, at work. Love to spend weekends outdoors. Loves swimming and playing indoor games, watching movies and serials. I wish, that I could learn a new language (as always been my passion) and nothing better than having multi lingual flatmate. In short, after a place, where we can meet friends and experience the life of this very cultural city. If you think we can group up for leasing a place or can fit me in, please get in touch.(only texts pls)..... We can get to talk further details from there.
Friendly, easy-going guy. Studying full time (Early childhood education and care). Looking for a quiet, relaxed household with open-minded and friendly flat mates; either close to or with good transport to Spring Hill and the city for study. Prefer to live in a clean and tidy environment and happy to do my share of the work. I am an Open, honest and reliable person.
Northern Irish girl studying at QUT Kelvin Grove, working at Zara and a singer guitarist. I have been in Australia for over 5 years. I like to focus on university otherwise I would fail, so when I am stressed I'll be out of your way and probably living at uni. I am a musician so I am busy with my gigs now and again. I am clean and respectable of my current roommates, so I won't be in your way all the time. I like to do social activities at the weekend whether it's going out or having friends over, so it'd be cool to be living with people who are sociable with one another, but like to give each other space at times. I also love to spend my time at the beach, and I try to keep healthy and enjoy my fitness. Other times when I am free, I like to head up to the Sunshine Coast to visit family / friends. If you think I'd be a good candidate for your household, definitely shoot me a message. You won't be disappointed by my entertaining accent, and my amazing cooking (avo & toast) :')
Here's a little bit about me: I'm about to start studying at UQ, and I'll be studying a bachelor of psychology honours full time! Whilst studying, I'm working part time in sales, but I also have youth allowance due to being a student - so I have more than enough for rent and my own expenses! I just moved to Brisbane on Boxing Day, and I'm wanting to move so that I am a little bit closer to my work, uni, and dance classes :) I love dancing, and I will often dance twice a week either at a class or a social night (but I'm always quiet when entering back into the house!). I also have a background in theatre, so I love learning about different theatre cultures and techniques in my spare time :) I also sometimes do some modelling on the side for fun, and I learn Spanish! As a housemate, I am always on top of rent, and my share of the house duties. As I would be likely moving in to an already established space, I would be happy to accommodate to any systems my housemate(s) have in place :) I am all for being mates with my housemates, but I also have great respect for each other's personal space! If you have partners/friends over during the week, I am absolutely fine with that, and will even say a quick hello to be friendly! I will most likely be out on random times of the day depending on when work calls me in, but I will also be spending some days at home to study!
I work as a barista/waitress on a part time basis. I love me some netflix in my spare time. I am a quiet person to live with and I keep to myself a little, but I do love to have chats/housemate hangs as well. My perfect place would be a modern apartment with a queen sized room. I’d also like to live in an all female flat with one or two other housemate. I’m not fussy about sharing common area and a bathroom. My current lease ends on the 28th of January, so I’d like to move a couple days before then. I have all my own bedroom furniture, plus some common furniture such as: 6 seater dining room table Dryer Tv cabinet/stand Tv
