Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student who will be commencing studies in Brisbane, in July 2018. I am also a full time employee (overseas) who will be undertaking the 2 year study as part of my training and employment requirement. I keep myself neat and tidy and am always respectful of others space. I'm pretty quiet but very easy to get along with. Always in control of everything bills wise and like to be organised. You will find me busy during weekdays with studies and all but should have a little free time during the weekends to chill out. I prefer bills and internet to be included in the rent. En-suite is preferred. Looking for accommodation that will be available by June 2018. Message me if you need more information. (Note that my mobile number is not functioning at this time so if you need to contact me, get in touch through the message system. I will update here if my number is back online). Thank you...
Full time worker, part time uni student, with an easy going personality. Non-smoker, clean and considerate. Social but not a crazy party animal. Happy to answer any questions you might have.
Hey Guys I have been living in Brisbane City for almost 2 years, currently working full-time in a bank as a business analyst which keeps me busy on weekdays. On weekends I usually go to a cafe to enjoy coffee and read for a couple of hours. Sunday is tennis day for me. If i still have spare time I'll probably spend it reading books. I am a pretty easy going and tidy person, often happy to help out my roommates and share with them. I am somewhat introverted but not too much . I love to chat and enjoy a beer over the weekend but also enjoy a bit of time by myself and will respect your privacy. Looking forward to meet you.
Hey guys! I'm Jaide :) I'm 24 years old and currently working and studying full time. Living south side at the moment, so hoping to make the move a little closer to work and uni. I'm generally a pretty easy going person. Love getting out and about on the weekends, but enjoy a lazy day around the house just as much. My weekdays are usually pretty busy between work and uni, so I'm rarely ever around the house (or I'm cooped up in my room trying to study!), however I also like to be relatively social in my down time and always down for chat or a casual drink. I've never lived in share-housing before, so it'll definitely be new to me, but I'm pretty down to earth and enjoy meeting new people so hoping to find some like-minded housemates!
I'm wanting to rent a room for approx 4-6 weeks as I'm transferring locations with my job and start working in Taigum on the 9th of April, and the friends I will eventually move in with aren't ready to get a house until may. I'm very easy going and sociable, but do enjoy alone time. I like to keep my living space tidy but am not a clean freak. I love animals, music, the occasional Netflix binge and a cheeky beverage every now and then. Hope to find some like minded individuals to share a space with but honestly will make anything work 😊
My name is Magda, I have moved to Australia with my boyfriend Maciek 3 months ago. We are both engineers from Poland, working in Spring Hill area. Both of us are very friendly, like cooking and keep the apartment tidy. We respect our and our flatmates' privacy, but also enjoy a chat or a beer together We are looking for a nice and clean place. Proximity to the train station (up to 5 min) is our priority.
Hey everyone! I moved here from Europe a year ago. So far loving Australia, I'm hoping to stay here permanently. I'm just looking for a new house to move in to. The housemates that I live with now are all moving out so I figured I might as well too... Get a fresh start, meet some new cool people all the jazz... I work in retail in Westfield Chermside. I am quite socially awkward I'm not gonna lie lol. I'm just not the most chattiest person and I love my own space to peace out. That being said I would love to meet new people and gain a couple of friends, I could sure use someone to go out more, maybe even go clubbing and stuff. I am a huge fan of social media and my list of favourite TV shows is never ending. Ideal (Friday) night is just a bottle of wine and good company. I do love my wine. A lot haha. Also, I am vegetarian so.. if you are too, I already love you! HMU! P.S. I am gay and would love to have gay housemates cause I have never had them before, but in a prefect world right? Obviously you need to be LGBTI+ friendly tho lol. Also just FYI I am a smoker if that's an issue for you. Obviously I don't smoke inside but yeah.. Just heads up.
I have a cat!!! If your still here that’s great! I’m 32 and young at heart! Very social, mature, friendly and down to earth. Work full time As a contracts manager in the city. I work long hours and do Saturday work as my job is very demanding. I’m not a party drinker!!! I rather dinners and social cooking classes over clubbing til 3am gross! Wanting to move 21/04/18- as I need to be closer to work. Only willing to pay 2 weeks bond! My cat loves the outdoors and it’s sad that I never see her but they all grow up sometimes and I can’t bare to part with my rescue kitten. I’m honest, down to earth and love to relax.
Looking to move back to the Chermside area to be closer to work. I am very tidy. Pride myself on keeping the living area and shared areas (including bathroom and toilet) clean. I am pretty busy with work as a Manager in Hospitality. My days off tend to be during the week. So am rarely home on weekends. Do forget to take the clothes out of the washing machine occasionally if i had to say a flaw. Preferably looking at teaming up with one other. BONUS: If the place has a pool and close to Westfield Chermside. I spend my free time at home listening to music, watching TV series and movies (all normal stuff i hope)
I'm an artist who works part-time in hospitality to pay my bills. I'm a very relaxed housemate, clean and friendly. Very happy to hangout and make friends, but am pretty busy so I'll be out of the house a bit. Looking for a nice housemate/s to make a nice home with :)
I like my own space, but like to have a chat when others available. Looking for a clean, quiet house. A room with an A/C possibly. Maximum of 3 people or less including me would be ideal. Need 2x off-street parking spots for my car and the trailer. Not looking a party house. Working full time in Brisbane airport. Happy to pay upto $260 for a good accommodation. Would consider all options, even renting two small rooms, so I can use the second room for study, TV and to store some of my boxes if its ok with you.
Hey! My name is Zoe and I am 21 years old. I work 3 different jobs while also studying Primary Education at ACU. I'm easy-going and enjoy winding down after a long day by watching tv or having a chat with my roommate. I'm reliable, clean, cooperative and easy to get along with. If you have any further questions. Please feel free to message me!
I'm a 27 year old student from Brazil. I have been living in Brisbane since August 2017. I'm a pretty easy going, social, tidy e clean girl. I work part-time during week and in the weekend, I'm looking for a calm place with friendly people. My school is in City, so I'm looking for a place with a good public transport to and from City.
I’m a full time worker who is currently living on the Sunshine Coast. Have had an amazing opportunity pop up for me and that’s why I’m moving to Brisbane! I have lived with roommates before and am still very close with them even though we don’t live together. I’m tidy, will keep to myself but also like to have the occasional glass of wine while eating or watching tv. I love to cook even though I may not be the best at it, love my occasional Netflix binge watch but also love going out to dinners with my close friends.
Nusta dog and I are looking to team up for a rental house. I have furniture including 2 queen size beds, chest of drawers x 4 , bed side tables x 4, washing machine, dryer, fridges x 2, tv, dining room table and 4 chairs, reclining couch and 2 x reclining chairs, outdoor table and chairs. Nusta and I are very friendly, kind and clean.
LOOKING FOR A NORTH-SIDE HOME FOR ME AND MY DOG FUR-BABY (our picture is when we did the million paws walk.. please don't think the face harness is for aggression.. it was just an aid to keep him close with so many new dogs around).. I may be a touch over protective.. but gram-ma says he's just a sook! LOL I’m a project administrator; working Mon-Fri. I'm a clean and tidy person who loves to share a few beers on a Friday afternoon after work. I'm outgoing and friendly but respectful of personal space. I have had renters in my home before so sharing living space isn't an issue for me. - Will be arriving (from Townsville) 21st May 2018.. only 8 weeks to go :D - Would prefer storage space and bills inc. if rent cost is $180 (I own a property in TSV that has solar so I'm electricity conscious and this rain will take us off water restrictions for the first time in MANY years so conserving water is second nature). No need to worry about excessive bills! - Will be bringing my dog (who is animal and people friendly, quiet, and well behaved)
Hi, My name is Leisha. I am 26 and work full time as a teacher. My current lease is nearly up and I am looking for a roommate. I moved to Brisbane 2 and a bit years ago from NSW. I am very clean and tidy. I am easy going and am happy to keep myself or hang out and have a drink. May be able to move out a bit earlier if required.
Hey :) My name is Caity and I'm currently studying a Dual Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource Management and Psychology at QUT (Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point Campuses). I also work part-time at a Psychology and Psychiatry Clinic in the city (mainly paediatrics). I love to cook and bake and am pretty active; swim, play tennis, do Hot Yoga, learning to play golf. Non-smoker, heterosexual but obviously completely non-judgemental of any persons LGBTQI. I keep a pretty clean room and don't mind cleaning shared spaces at all, plus not opposed to people who smoke (outside). Used to live with 7 guys in the UK so don't mind live with guys or girls. Keen to make friends but also pretty introverted so don't mind keeping to myself - whatever works for you guys. I have a car so street parking would be preferable :)
ATTENTION: In Desperate Need of a Private Bedroom in a Sharehouse, With Mostly Females :-) Hello Everyone My name is Melanie, I am 21 turning 22 in April and I currently work part-time in a retail department store in Brisbane City. I have been working in the retail industry for over 5 years now and enjoy communicating with people and helping them to find what they are looking for. My cultural background is Sri-Lankan and Indian, and I was born in Brisbane. What makes me a great person to live? I respect peoples privacy and space, I am an independent individual that is responsible and will pay the bills and rent on time. I don't drink or smoke and I am not a party person, so you wouldn't need to worry about that :-) In addition, I enjoy a good chat and would love to get to know my housemates over dinner. What do I like to do for fun? On the weekend I love to catch up with friends over coffee or go to Southbank. I also enjoy spending time on my own watching Netflix and going for walks to clear my mind. P.S The maximum I can afford is $185 per week including all bills, please only message me if your post is under $185 or under and includes all bills:-) Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you soon
I am moving back to Brisbane from the sunny coast the week before Easter to start a new job as a Paralegal for a large CBD legal firm. I love the outdoors and exercise daily. I eat and live a very clean and healthy lifestyle. I’m a whole food cook- I don’t buy any processed pre packaged foods.. I make everything from scratch. I have a small bar freezer as I tend to pre- prepare many ingredients. I have my own bedroom furniture. I like a quiet atmosphere and I'm a bit of a workaholic. Ideally I would like to stay around Nundah or Northgate as my elderly mother lives at Boondall. I would like to share with only 1 or 2 others and a bit of space for my camping gear would be great or I can leave at my mums. I would need a good amount of pantry and fridge space. Most weekends I will be back up the Sunny Coast where I have lived for last few years. I practice Yoga regularly and like to socialise but also like my home to be a quite haven. I would be away from the house week days from 5am to around 7pm.
