Hey, my name is Casey! I work full time and study so my schedule is pretty jam packed. I work pretty early most mornings (usually on weekends as well) so I'm not big on the party scene. I enjoy cooking and the gym and generally keep to myself and am pretty quiet but enjoy a good chat. I like a clean home where I can just relax after a long day. I'd love to live with like minded people, if this sounds like you hit me up for a chat 😊
Hi, I'm Independent, respectful and easy going. I'm an alternative person who enjoys spending time with my house mates but also value my own space and other peoples. I'm clean and tidy, can help out with any garden or house maintenance as i have a back ground in building. Into music, playing instruments, going on adventures, bike riding etc...
Hi, I'm Casey. I'm 19 years-old and a full-time student at ACU studying teaching and arts, majoring in maths and minoring in literature. I work part-time as a waitress on weekends. I moved up from East Gippsland to Melbourne at the beginning of the year in order to study, so a country girl at heart. I'm friendly and love a good chat but I still respect other people's personal space. I'm clean, I know how to cook and I'm not loud. I'm more than happy to help out around the house with cleaning/cooking etc. I'm pretty easy going and enjoy reading in my spare time. Always down for a movie night. I don't drink or smoke, but love a good cup of tea or coffee. Please feel free to contact me anytime :)
I’ve just moved interstate from the Gold Coast - sort of flatmate that says Hi and Bye and has a chat over the toaster in the morning but mostly likes to chill in her own room because I love to vege on tv and internet after working all day.
Hi , my name is Patricia , I'm currently living in Western Australia but will be moving to Melbourne in January for study. I’ll be studying at RMIT Bundoora. I'm a very clean , tidy person, respectful, love the social life , friendly and love meeting new people, love the gym you can call me a gym junkie. I'm looking for a room to rent. A place I can call a home , someone who love cooking , love the gym and don’t mind a lil gossip once in while 😉 and someone who can hold a conversation and also can clean after themselves and very organised. So with all been said I would like a place around Bundoora area. So If you think I fit with your listing then Feel free to message me.
Hello there! I am Manish Kumar Patel, age 26 years and I am about to start as a PhD student at The University of Melbourne. I am an Engineer by passion and easy going man. I do not interfere with other's private life and wish to get the same reciprocation from the mate. I did my masters from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT), Mumbai, India. I am a Hindu by practice and faith. I prefer Veg cuisine but do not have any issue with non-veg. I do not smoke and drink. I prefer to go to running during evening hours daily, sporty by nature. I would also like to explore the nature and nearby places. Positively looking forward to engaging with new friends there. No issue in sharing the room with other students. I prefer accommodation with food arrangements.
Hi :) I am almost 24, I work full-time in Airport West, I have a kitten who I rescued. I am neat and tidy, I currently have been share housing for the last 1.5 years in Melbourne, I am originally from Newcastle NSW, I am easy going and fun. I am looking to find somewhere I can feel at home and relaxed, hopefully make some new friends. I would prefer only 1 housemate but would consider 2.
Hi other Flatmates users! I am interested in starting a team up between myself and a few other nice, outgoing females (aged 18-26) to look into getting our own (relatively cheap) place together and to set it up the way we would like to! I will be moving from Wagga Wagga, NSW to Melbourne around that start of January next year to study a Bachelor of Fashion Design! I’ve had a few offers just figuring out where I would like to study. Looking for some girls who are like minded, either studying or working (or both!) to move in with around that time. I am extremely keen on setting up our own place and making it ours rather than going into someone else’s home, who I wouldn’t know and to feel uncomfortable living under their roof and using their things. I have already got a fridge, washing machine, outdoor setting, kitchen utensils and some appliances and cookware. A little bit more about me... I am an 18 (nearly 19) yr old girl who loves to chill, do regular exercise, I cook and clean around the house all the time and like to socialise with friends as well as get a bit arty and do some painting in the evenings and on weekends too. I also am working flat out full time atm trying to save as much money as I can right now to move and to be able to set myself up in a place I can call my home! Please let me know if you’re interested. I would love to have a chat and see where things could go! Thank you :)))
Hey. I'm looking for somewhere from 1 to 24 December. We're having to move as our landlord is doing renovations, and so I'm looking for three weeks' temporary accommodation until I go travelling for a month. I'm happy with either a furnished or unfurnished room. I moved to Melbourne about 6 months ago after many years of living in London (I'm originally from Adelaide). I'm 43, work as a lawyer, I like travel, music, books, art, film. If this sounds okay, please PM me. Cheers Polly
Hi, I'm looking to move out of where I am into an existing sharehouse (3 or 4 bedroom) Ideally, I would love to remain in the West Footscray area but I'm open to all locations right now. My only real requirement is that I'm near a supermarket, a train station and / or a bus line. About Me I'm in my late 30's and am financially secure. Best phrases to describe me would be computer nerd, tea drinker, worm farmer / composter, a believer in social justice and a cat lover (I have one that would be coming with me). I also come with some house furniture if needed such as a big tv, a freezer and couches but open to getting rid of these if needed. I'm looking to move in the next few weeks if possible If you think we would be a good match, please PM me. Thanks
I'm moving to Melbourne from Noosa at the beginning of next year to study Speech Pathology at La Trobe and need somewhere to live! Close to a train/tram line is a must because I am not sure whether or not I'll take a car. I am looking to transfer my job at Coles so anywhere near a Coles would also be great. I won't be moving until eary Feb 2018 but can pay bond now to secure a place. A furnished room would be ideal but if not I can make it work :) If you have a room or are interested in a teamup, let me know xx
Student; Masters in Physiotherapy at La Trobe. From BC, Canada. Never been to Australia before. I am very easy going, love sports, the beach, surfing, going out and meeting new people. I love to go catch a game or a couple beers. I am very clean, non-smoker and will be studying lots, but I like to go have fun to balance out a stressful workload. Looking for a roommate or two, preferably in their 20's or 30's that are up for some adventures while I spend two years down there.
Hey there, I'm a 38yo teacher recently returned from two years working the The Netherlands and travelling around Europe every chance I had. I have a 4yo hound called Billy, who keeps me moving and giggling. He's a staffy cross koolie. I like to swim, garden and get to the beach. Netflix is a winter weakness and white beers and G&Ts my summer achilles. Love to live somewhere with friendly people who like casual convos but happy to give lots of space too. I'm tidy, financially savvy and respectful. Cheers, Katy
Hi! My name's Sam and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I’m a 29 year-old male working in tech support and studying physics at RMIT (not to be confused with psychics… I cannot tell the future, sorry in advance). I keep pretty busy during the week, but love to come home to hang out, share a meal (pumpkin pesto pasta is my specialty), have a few drinks, listen to some music or binge watch a TV series or two (currently obsessed with Stranger Things). I also apologise in advance for getting too emotionally invested in the footy. I’m really considerate and clean, especially of all the shared spaces in the house. I’ve lived in share houses before, so I’m pretty comfortable with all the unwritten rules of housemate life. Ideally, I’m looking at anything from $500-760 p/month. Location wise, inner city is good but mostly it’s about finding great housemates who can become great friends. If you’ve got a spare room, or know someone who does, get in touch. Cheers Sam
Hi all, Friendly easy going 30 year old gal here :) Im currently looking for a place to live and am wanting somewhere that would be a longer stay, hopefully 7+ months. I come with 2 beautiful ferrets but don't you worry, they mostly stay in their cage unless its playtime or time for walks. Im a cheerful person that enjoys art, singing, baking, cosplay, gaming, roller derby and on the odd occasion LARPing(live action role play) I also like to have good hangs with my friends or potential new housemate(s) but not so much into the whole party scene anymore. In saying that im not one to object to the odd party here or there.
- Generally tidy and love decorating my space - I work school hours and will likely be out of the house a fair amount with roller derby commitments - I have a male indoor cat named Merlin, he is pretty chill and he's very friendly but not great for people with allergies - I have my own furniture from my current apartment - I am looking for a queer* friendly share house
I’m quiet and keep to myself but also talkative sometimes, work early mornings so I’m never up late. Mainly just hang at home watching Netflix, I also have a pet dog and bird. dogs name is dash, He’s a little cavoodle that loves people and is super friendly! My birds name is mango and she’s a green cheeked conure :)
I'm still living in Hoppers Crossing but have plans to move out late November-December. Just a little about me, I'm an 18 year old student (well, just graduated), looking at studying at university next year in the city, I've currently held a part time position since I was 15, and am looking at moving into full time work over the summer. I'm a very respectful, social person and easy to get along with, best and tidy. I spend most of time when I’m not a work, with my family, playing tennis, trying out cafes, watching movies, cooking, swimming and going to the beach. Send me a message 😁, Thanks! Liam.
Available: Feb 2018, open to paying earlier for the right place. :) Hello! I'm Phy, 29 y/o Photographer/Creative from S'pore looking for friendly housemates who are keen on staying together along the tram 86 route (yup, I'm starting my postgrads in La Trobe Uni in the coming year) in the CBD/Fitzroy/Northcote/Bundoora areas. The plan is to study full-time while taking on freelance photo/design jobs. I might have the occasional visitor or two who might need to crash on our couch for a coupla days so naturally I'm opening to having your guests over too. I guess mutual respect goes a long way. :) Ideally, I'd love to share a 3 bed/2 bath apartment with you, so we can have a spare guest room/office/music room, and our own bathrooms. A little bit about myself, I love music (a major plus if you play any instruments so we can jam at home) and might bring my keyboard/guitar/uke along. I also enjoy cooking and am a major nerd so if you enjoy gaming/nerding out, we'll have a really good time together! I've done quite a bit of backpacking around the world so I'm pretty easy going and open minded. I'm independent and can clean up after myself. I enjoy private times as much as laughing our heads off over silly things. There are also plenty of really nice apartments/townhouses for rent along High Street (Thornbury / Northcote) so I'm open to teaming up to start a new house share! You know what, just hit me up and we can work out the details. Cheers and God bless!
Hi there! My names Holly I'm 23 and a very down to earth, friendly, clean and respectful person looking to find a place to stay here in Melbourne. I'm currently venturing away from home and excited for this next chapter. I work as a fashion model and do promotional work but I'm also looking for something else part time. My interests include watching movies, eating out, going for walks (I love to exercise) and going to the dog park (I don't have a dog but I like to pet the other dogs). I'm quite social but also enjoy my time alone and giving everyone the space they need. I'm always up for a drink and a chat. I enjoy cleaning and tend to automatically tidy up around me. I do my dishes and won't play loud music at 2am or cause any trouble. I'm super friendly and just looking to live with a nice bunch (or couple) of people I can get to know and become good friends with. The only real downside to me is my Gluten intolerance but that means more delicious bread and beer for everyone else haha.
