Experienced in the flatshare universe and moving back to Melbourne to work after a few years working in regional Victoria. Fairly easy-going, quiet engineer, enjoys Travel, Hiking and Cooking. Not looking for a party house, though happy to have a quiet beer or wine with housemates on occasion. I'm happy to provide rental receipts, house inspection records etc. as required, and would be happy to go on lease.
Hi there my names Rob and im looking for a place to rent, im a 43 year gay guy who pretty much loves to have fun and be happy, im not looking for anything fancy, just somewhere which has a good atmosphere and great housemates. tbh id probably prefer gay females as housemates as ive found theyre the easiest to get along with and live with :)
Hey! So I'm Lili, studying and working part time, I consider myself a little more introverted when I don't know people, but certainly come out of my shell once I get to know people. I'm super considerate and pretty quiet most of the time, love to have a bit of fun as well, and really just want to move out and get to know some awesome new people!
Hellooo :) I am looking for a great place to stay long term for a small friendly dog and myself. My dog is very loving but stay around me mostly. I am interested anywhere around the western suburbs. I work full time Mon-Fri/9-5. I love to go hiking, reading, and socialize. Give me a holla if think we'd make great housemates :)
Looking for long term stay. Easy going, respectful and friendly. Prefer a clean space to live in and will contribute. Lived in Melbourne, northern suburbs, my entire life. 6 years in share house's. Looking for work at the moment, receiving government payment, very conscious with paying rent and bills on time. I hope to be employed asap. Spend my time studying online, playing computer games, and visiting family. Occasionally ride my motorbike so a garage would be a bonus. Looking for a social household that also respects time to themselves. Pet friendly. Social drinker. Non smoker.
I am a quiet tidy mature age student who enjoys cooking, dancing, watching dvds, reading, watching AFL (I am a diehard Saints supporter) and although I enjoy socialising with others, I also enjoy having time alone and quiet moments so I can study, read, etc. I respect your privacy and belongings, but expect the same in return.
I'm friendly and will usually keep to myself. I really love animals and would love to adopt one or more in the future. I work only 1 day on the weekend at the moment, but I am actively trying to find suitable full-time or proper part-time work. I am currently in a relationship, so I may end up not being home for a few days at a time or he may stay with me a night or two occasionally. He is easy to get along with and quite a bit more extroverted than myself. I am an open-minded kind of person, so I'm generally okay with anything. I don't smoke or do any type of drug.
Myself & my wife both are Australian Permanent Residents, overseas nowadays but coming to Melbourne on 5th July early morning. I am Computer Engineer by profession & my wife is an MBA finance, we both are well-mannered & civilized persons, respect others' privacy, don't have any kids or pets & we both don't smoke/drink. We are looking for some studio/granny flat/1 br or even some shared accommodation with a private room with double-bed and private bathroom in Melbourne and ideally close to Melbourne CBD. Initially we'll need the property for at least 1 to 2 months and after then we may extend our stay and sign a lease of 6 months or more. Waiting for some kind and positive responses ASAP.
Me and my friend Katilyn are two 20 yr old small town girls trying desperately to move to Melbourne. We are bloody good chicks ,very friendly, full of energy, up for chats and drinks but mature and respectful of personal space, very reliable and all that stuff. We both work in hospitality and have plenty of savings so rent wont be an issue! We are ready to move by 10th july. We love adventures, exploring and trying something new so if you wanna be part of our next one chuck us a message😊
Hi! I am looking to move out for the first time, as I am working in North Melbourne and currently live in Berwick. My budget is $180 including bills. I am looking anywhere around the northern suburbs, but the closer to North Melbourne, the better! I would prefer to live with just 1 other person, or a couple, as I am a very private person. If I am not working I generally stay in my room playing playstation, so I will not be a very disturbing housemate. I am definitely not the party type, so you wont have to worry about anything like that, if I want to see friends I will generally go to their houses. I am very reliable with money, although I don't have any references seeing as I am moving out for the first time, I would love to be given a chance :). Thanks!
Hey, Me and My brother are looking at houses to move out, but unfortunately a friend who is meant to move out with us can not anymore, so we are looking for someone to join us to move out. we don't know exactly where we are going but somewhere in Taylor's lakes or Keilor and we hope to move out in the next 5 weeks. The place with most likely be 3 bedrooms unless we find a cheap 4 bedroom place. the rent will be no more then $140 each as I am a student and don't have that much expenses. so a bit about us haha Im Jess and I'm 19, a student at Vic University. I'm very social and love to have people over, our place wont be a party house but defiantly have people over once in a while. I work late nights and start early in the morning. I will also most likely be the person you will share a bathroom with, and I like to keep it neat and clean. My Brother on the other hand is 31 and has a 7 year old son who will be staying with us every second weekend. he only works couple of hours a day as his got back problems and is on work cover, for now but does hope to get back into work soon. we play volleyball some nights a week so we are out late and like to come home and cook dinner and shower, so we don't mean to disturb you if your asleep, but of course will have respect for you. we are looking for someone -fun -neat and clean -sociable -someone we can have meals with, watch some movies and have a laugh. -reliable -TRUSTWORTHLY we would love to meet you before we give you and answer, so we would like to go for coffee or a meal??
I am easy to get a long with, I am a clean and tidy person who respects others. I generally like to practice yoga, spend time at the beach, hang out with family and friends. I live a fairly quiet life, I love being with community but also need my own space to reflect and unwind. I work full time as an Admin/Warehouse Manager. I have been told that I spread a lot of joy and am a caring person. I have a 10 year old staffy which I'd like to bring with me.
Very genuine, go out of my way to help other, clean, have 2 indoor cats, looking for a room, think you can only really get to know someone by speaking with them and feeling whether they are a suit to what you are looking for. I'm flexible and tidy and would like to have a chat.
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
26 year old guy who works full time. I'm a massive animal lover and Vegan. I have a toy poodle who is 3 years old. I am environmentally friendly and do my best to save power, water, waste ect. I am gay so would be really good to have a flatmate who doesn't have anything against that. I'm very accepting and considerate of others. Any questions hit me up :)
My names James... Or Jimmy! I'm 31 yrs old, work full time in the transport industry- Most days i spend 10-12hrs driving a truck... Most mornings I'm leaving home in the dark, then return whilst the sun goes down 🌥 My family/friends would describe me as pretty easy going, down to earth guy with a great sense of humour. In my spare time i like to get out & catch up with friends, otherwise I'll happily lay low at home. Enjoy having the occasional drink, although I'm hardly ever drunk 🍺 I have a 4yr old Maltese Shih-Tzu that shadows me wherever I go, so currently on the search for someone who's easy to live with, also pet friendly 😎 She loves playing with other dogs (or neighbouring cats), also well trained inside & out. I'd prefer to houseshare with a female, as they've always seemed more clean & tidy, which helps me maintain a good lifestyle.
