Moving to Brisbane or surrounds in early March from Tassie. I am very easy going, hard working and organised. I spend most of my time working, socialising or at the gym/keeping fit and spend very little time at home. I love to travel and often plan to go on adventures on my days off, love to meet new people and try new things. As a housemate, I am extremely respectful of personal space, being neat, tidy and reliable. I have a few friends in Brisbane, but am excited to make more and hoping to find either one or two awesome housemates who share the same interests as me! I am certainly not a party animal, but do love a social drink and love to cook!

I'm an young, aspiring architect from the Gold Coast looking for a place to call home in Brissy. I'm both a student, studying a Master of Architecture, as well as working in the CBD in the field. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so cleanliness is up there on my priority list. I play guitar and dig indie music. Also love making coffee! A crazy cat lady house will suffice. I will supply memes free of charge.
Hey everyone, I'm a 23 year old post-grad writing student at QUT. Going to Scotland for a few weeks and I need a place for when I get back! I like chasing waterfalls and pop culture references. I do not like the gym, festivals and clubbing. I'm a tidy housemate, but I'm not up-tight about it. I like living in a pretty relaxed house, with social people who'll have a chat or a drink, but respect that we all need space too. Send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit in your sharehouse.
I am liberal minded yet mature and experienced but somehow also manage to be young at heart. Happily, unsmugly married and very independent, I do believe strongly in family, love, inclusion. I'm on working holiday from UK where I've lived/worked/loved for 22 yrs, originally from Newcastle,NSW. Also lived in Sydney &Melbourne & have travelled heaps. Extremely proud to be Australian. I'm clean & tidy but, as a Bartender, I don't mind a bit of organised chaos. I'm quite partial to a Single Malt, once or twice a week at most.

*(I will only be able to do viewings from 16 Feb onwards).* Hello, I am an engineering student on exchange from Istanbul, Turkey. I will be studying in QUT in the next semester. I am quite friendly and I will try to do the best I can in order to enjoy a nice exchange semester; I will try to travel as much as I can while in Australia. I am up for hanging out and going out. I am always available for big brunches and everything related with good food! What else? I also enjoy reading, coffee, sports (trying to be fit-ish) and nice music. Sometimes I will need some alone time, in order to catch up with my hometown and recharge. I am looking for a furnished place with utensils, as I am coming from overseas. It doesn't matter if I share bathroom / bedroom, although I would prefer a room of my own. I am tidy and clean, and will do what is needed with chores for the common areas. Also, I want to cook some meals during the week, I am trying to learn how to cook :D I am planning to work part-time also. I will be leaving sometime between the end of June and the end of July, but I will sign a 6-month contract if the bond is not weekly, being aware that weekly bonds may not be the case. Looking forward to meeting you, future flatmate!
Part time worker and uni student from Sydney looking to move into a new place with one or a few people, who enjoy being sociable yet also able to do their own thing.
I am a friendly, easy going, honest, reliable and respectful person. I enjoy having a night out every now and then and socializing, I also enjoy my down time to re charge. I am a full time worker (Monday-Friday office hours) and head to gym after work. I am a clean person and always clean up after myself. I have lived in Brisbane for just over a year now and feel there is still so much to see! I am always up for a laugh and an adventure. Looking for an unfurnished room, preferable with own bathroom - In a happy, trustworthy, respectful and comfortable place.
Hi!! My current housemate and I are seeking a new place to live. We're both full time uni students at QUT (I'm studying visual arts, with her studying creative industries.) I'm easygoing, friendly, humorous and with respect for all people. I'm organized, clean, decent with a good sense of humor. I'm a Brazilian guy in Brisbane to study English and I have a part-time job. I´m looking for a minimum stay of 6 months, if we get along, we can stay flatmates for a long time. Hi everybody, I come to Brisbane to do my PhD (Chemistry) at QUT. I'll start on February 27 and I'll be around for three years, firing the laser in the research lab until the last unknown details of photochemistry are uncovered ;) In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, cycling, surfing, sailing, fitness, hiking, live music ... (I don't publish my entire life, but feel free to contact/ask me whatever you wanna know). Philipp PS. I don't smoke. I like both cats and dogs, except when it's raining cats and dogs.
My name is Harl Towne and I have just completed grade 12 at St Mary's College in Cairns and been accepted into QUT. Because of I need to find a place to stay in Brisbane preferably close to QUT. I am a quite person who has no problems cooking and cleaning for himself and is fairly easy going so you should have no problem getting along with me.
Hey there, i'm a quirky international student from Viet Nam. I'm an ambivert so that's mean I can be quiet but also I'm fun, friendly and creative. I clean after myself and i'm a person who is honest, reliable, and understand everyone personal space. I love watching movies/series and listening to music. Bonus point, i know how to cook ;)
We both work full time, Chloe in a cafe and Lee in construction. We love yoga, bonfires, beers, Netflix, hiking and Chloe is always cooking something. Lees super handy and will give fixing anything a go. We are looking for a large room with an ensuite ( something that can fit a desk in as Chloe will be studying a bit) and house mates that clean up after themesleves as well as help with the rest of the house and yard. (Cleaning up is always funnier with friends and beers) We are also early risers, so other people that work early would be nice to live with. Other then that we are chilled, up for a chat and down to earth. Chat soon :)
Hi Guys, I'm Grace I am an Executive Assistant and work in the valley so I am wanting to stay close to my work and I love the New Farm area! I am fairly quiet during the week and go to the gym most mornings.I enjoy relaxing and having a couple of drinks or trying a new bar or restaurant on weekends I enjoy meeting new people but also love time to myself. . I visit the Gold Coast on most weekends to see my friends and family that live down there. I would like to find two like minded people to live with who are ideally happy and relaxed and take pride in their home. I have pretty much everything to set up a house/apartment except for a fridge. Please message me if you have any questions! I look forward to hearing from you!
27 year-old journalism student at UQ searching for housemates around my age to live with who are fun, independent and socially like-minded. Although I work crazy hours as well as study through the week, I'm always up for being social on weekends. I'd like to think I'm well-travelled having lived in the United States for close to 10 months just recently. Look forward to hearing from you soon! Cheers, Rhodezy
Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals/good vibes, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd
I'm a 22 year old uni student, going into my final year of journalism and public relations. I'm a super friendly person and am always up for a chat but am super respectful of the other people I live with and also need my own privacy. I'm working casually at typo and also volunteer reading the news at 4ZZZ, hoping to get my own show this year! Because of this I'm looking to live anywhere between Kelvin Grove and Chermside(suburbs listed but anywhere else near the northern busway is fine) I'm a pretty social person but am not into going out all the time or having parties, though I do occasionally like to have friends over for pres or just a couple of drinks. Because I'm in my final year of uni I'm looking for somewhere to live for at least this year, and definitely need to live with people who will respect that I need my space and time for study as well. I'm a very clean person, always clean up after myself and often find myself doing other people's dishes just cause they're there. Usually will clean the entire house when I'm doing my own room. I'm experienced in sharehousing from small to large numbers, prefer to live with larger numbers but don't mind smaller places. I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to live with animals. I'm also interested in possibly doing a team up, potentially with my current housemate Julie, we have a whole house worth of furniture we can bring along!
Hey! my name is Isobel, i'm looking to team up with 2 other people around the same age as me at the start of February. I've already teamed up with 1 guy named Jacob, he's 19 pretty laid back and funny! He goes to UQ and studies Zoology while working part time and is an awesome cook! We are looking for a modern 4 bedroom house around Kelvin Grove, Paddington, Alderley, Spring Hill, and Red Hill/ anywhere close to the city really. We are also looking for a place that is pet friendly, we don't have any animals yet but in the future we might! I'm 19 and I study at QUT full time (Bachelors of Business and Fine Art (Interactive Visual Design) and I work part time in hospitality. I'm fun, easy going, creative, very clean and respectful. I'm quiet social and love hanging out but I understand personal space. I love watching movies/ tv and love to cook healthy meals. Send me a message if there's anything else you want to know about me or Jacob! :)
Hey lovelies! I'm 21 years old Finnish girl and i have been in Australia about a year now. I'm really positive, open and outgoing. For me it's really important to have people around, i love talking and hearing about other's adventures. I consider myself as a tidy person, and i like to keep things in order. I try to do yoga and meditation regularly, but sometimes it's quite hard, i'm pretty easily distracted. Back in Finland i used to teach dance and i was an actress so i hope i'll get back to that soon, i think my best side shows when i can be on stage and dance or act. I love animals and back home i have heaps of pets. I would take a dog or a cat instantly if my life wouldn't be this unstable. Because i'm on my working holiday visa, i'm not sure can i stay here more than year, i hope i get sponsored so i could stay longer but you never know, life is full of mysteries. I have one sister as well and we are hoping to find a place together. We still want own rooms but it's always nice to live with your sister. She's the most chill and cool person you would probably ever meet so i'm pretty sure you will love to live with us. She's studying and working at the moment, and hopefully looking for a sponsorship within a year. Since we both work in the city, would be amazing to find a place which is in walking distance from the city, or some place that has good public transport connections to city. We are also interested in Teaming-Up and starting a new share house.
Hi I'm Japanese female on working holiday visa. I'm looking for own room which is maxmum $160 /pw. I'd happy to live a place close to some grocery store which I can walk. I'm tidy, responsible and very quiet. I like to watch movies very much. I may study English or look for job at home around clock, beacause I'm not going to language school and, I'm an unemployed now. I can stay maxmum 3 months. If you are interested in me, Please feel free to contact me!
Hi I'm Anna, I'm from Melbourne but in Brisbane until the end of March for work. Ideally looking for something i can move into ASAP and vacating around the 31st of March. I'm easy to get along with, not OCD but pretty tidy. Like to be social but also like to be a couch potato.
I'm a PhD Candidate (doing my research about culinary tourism/social media and marketing). Apart from doing my PhD, I also work part-time (a few days per week) as a consulate officer in the CBD. I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. Well I like to think that I'm pretty easy to live with - however I am such a clean/neat freak and a minimalist. I really like something that's marble, woody, white or rose-gold! If the bedroom is unfurnished, that's totally fine since I have got some ideas for my Pinterest-inspired bedroom. Obsessed with all the candles, Aesop products and etc that can make the home is a place to unwind. I would say I prefer to keep the house organised and clutter-free. I mostly cook at home but as a foodie I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out and catch up with foodies. Although I love cooking and baking (everyone says I'm pretty good at baking anything about matcha) at home, I do use electricity wisely so we can save money and help protect the environment.
My partner (24) and I (20) have just been notified we have to move out within just under a month and are very worried we will soon become homeless! We are into living a healthy lifestyle but sometimes over indulge when enjoying a movie night in. We aren't huge party goers as we both work 25-38 hour weeks and are exhausted afterwards, in saying that we don't mind a couple of wines / beers every now and again. We are both commencing study this year as well. We are very friendly, tidy and laid back, if you think we might be a good fit please message me so we can discuss things further / meet for a coffee!

We are a planning to work part time while studying. We both are outgoing and friendly. Likes to hang out with friends. Please let us know if you have a place to rent for us 😊 Have a good day. Sandali and Kanishka
Hi! I'm moving to Brisbane from Perth for an Engineering job in the CBD. I'm easy going, sociable and a tidy person. Happy to have a few drinks, group dinners and just generally hang out etc. but I'm also respectful of other people's space. I like spending my time outdoors and am keen to explore Brisbane and QLD being new to the city. Ideally would like to live with 2 or 3 other similar people either to team up to find a place or a room to rent in an existing share house. Not really keen on an apartment/unit. I'm staying with a friend when I first get to Brisbane and can stay there until around the end of Feb so I'm flexible with a move in date but would rather get somewhere more permanent sooner rather than later.
Hey there, I am Priscilla, 24yo from Sydney but I have lived in Brisbane for the last 10years. I work full time for an online retailer. I love to read, watch movies, cook, go to the beach and, most importantly, spend time with my dog. We're looking for a place to live for 6 months - 1 year where he will be welcomed indoor and outdoor.
Friendly little Malaysian that enjoys painting and cooking but don't worry, I always clean up after myself! Generally a laid-back individual that enjoys a chat over a coffee or some whisky. Always open to new things and cultural exchange.
Hi Everyone :) My current flatmates are packing up and heading o/s, hence I must start the Flatmate search again. I'm 32, easy going gal who works for an airline...so shift work. Ideally would be looking at something that does have multiple bathrooms, or even the ensuited bedroom - just means I won't wake anyone up when I'm slapping on some make up at ridiculous hours of the am for work. I currently live in Newstead/Bowen Hills area. I am open to moving anywhere Inner North. Would love to have some sort of outside area/pool to keep cool. Air Con would be a godsend, but is not a complete must..I would settle for a ceiling fan! Due to the shift work, you may not see me at times. But I am very social, so do like to get along with who I live with, catch up over some wine and dinner, but then on the flip side, I love to kick back and just chill. On days off you'll find me down the coast! I'm getting in early - I'm needing out of my current pad Mid April. So if you have something or would like to look together - please get in touch xx
Hi! My name is Eliza and I am looking for a room in a share house with some lovely, fun and sociable people! I'm 20 years old and study Drama at QUT. I work as a casual in retail and I'm a pretty active person. I love hanging out with my roommates and don't mind a drink or so but also understand and enjoy my own personal time. I have lived in share house for the past 2 years so I understand the dynamic of the housing situation and respect everyone's space and belongings. I'm available to move in immediately or as required. I'm looking for a place with people similar to my age but am open to slightly older. Unforunished as I have all my bedroom stuff and a non smoking house hold. The North side is my aim due to my studies and work in the CBD. If there is anything else you'd like to know about me please send me a message!
Hey guys, I'm looking for a new place to live! I love friendly company and always up for a chat. I also love a glass or two of wine 👌🏾 I work full time so I'm usually on the go, I also love to sit at home and watch movies and a bit of netty. Feel free to message me on here, my current housemates have decided to part from our current home so I'm looking for another beautiful home :)
Hi, I'm a professional working in the Brisbane CBD looking to find someone to share with one or two others in a central location. I'd prefer to meet someone to find a place together, but happy to move into an existing property if the fit is right. Selling points for Michael include: - Clean and tidy, no stranger to a vacuum cleaner; - Produces baked goods for you from time to time; - Can bring along a high quality lounge suite; - Friendly, but happy to give you your space; - I won't always be just hanging around the house; - Comes with access to his Stan subscription. I'd appreciate meeting one or two like-minded, reasonably tidy people to share with. Let me know if you'd like to discuss this further, I'm happy to meet for coffee/apartment hunting.
22 -year-old recent graduate working in Marketing. I'm social and I love a chat with wine, but I'm not a huge party animal :) Looking for a room in a modern house with other working professionals.
Hola future flatmates, I am currently looking for a place to live in Brisbane, preferably long term, after having just returned from spending six months in the UK studying abroad and travelling. I am looking for a laid back house with friendly flatmates who are happy to have a wine and a chat or the occasional shared dinner but who also respect each other's privacy. I'm studying business (PR & Marketing), am easy to get along, tidy and friendly. If I'm not working or studying I'll most likely be catching up with friends over brunch, exercising or going on adventures! I'm also not opposed to the odd Netflix binge. I've lived both in share houses and on my own so understand the importance of equally contributing to cleaning and general upkeep. I'd preferably like to move in early-mid February however am flexible with these dates. Looking forward to hearing from you! Ashleigh
Moving from the Sunshine Coast back to Brisbane as I've started a 2/3yr Interior Design degree. I quit my FIFO job in September of 2016 to pursue something I've been putting off for far to long. Chasing dollars instead of happiness. I'm pretty chill to live with, sometimes I make cookies and drink whisky. I've enjoyed living with people previously and have had one long term roommate (6yrs - we're best friends). I like to go to the gym and train hard, there was nothing else to do when I worked FIFO so I focused on fitness and personal improvement. I recently returned from a fitness holiday in Thailand where I trained at Tiger Muay Thai (if you haven't heard of it, give it a google - best thing i've done this year). You'll know if I've had a bad day because I'll start cleaning, so I guess that's a win for whoever I end up with. Ideally a spot in the Valley would be sweet, but am happy with anything within a close proximity. I'm still looking for work but it shouldn't take long to pin down a part-time gig. I have savings to get me through this transition phase. Keep it real Anna.
I am an American student who will be studying at QUT Gardens Point from February-June. I am looking for a room in a house/apartment for this time. I am very easy going and can get along with almost anyone!
Just a chill person looking for a place to crash and study. I am super easy with anything, clean and pretty quiet. Looking for somewhere close to QUT Kelvin Grove. I love to have a chat, hang out and have a couple of drinks. Need a place ASAP! would love to hear back from you guys!!
I´m tidy and I like order. Respectful and good listener. I think I know how to respect the other´s space. I´m friendly and I like to share cultural curiosities. I like to cook when I have time. I´m sporty. I have studied Journalism and Teaching at Spain, and I´m in Australia to improve my English and live a great experience. I hope you could be part of it! =)
Hi there, I'm Ness! I'm looking for a place while I continue (the seemingly never ending journey) of saving for a house deposit. And no, I will not sacrifice smashed avo. I'm single and have a pretty good balance in life. I'm housemate trained after share housing for a decade or so, including basics such as: - keeping communal areas tidy - 'clean as you go' kitchen habits - pushing a vacuum cleaner and other weekly chores - replacing toilet paper and other household items - Netflix binging - kicking back and having a chat with a drink in hand or over dinner - respecting/ giving you space I highly value staying active, healthy and happy, which means I'm busy during the weekdays with: - exercising (boxing, running, gym, indoor soccer, walking, or other) - working full time in health and community care (including some travel) - spending time with mates Weekends are for adventures, events, and sometimes relaxing. Things I'd like to do at any time? - travel. I just got back from trekking to base camp Everest which (probably needless to say) was incredible. Diving somewhere is happening for the Easter break... - eat. I love eating, particularly anything fresh, or on a brunch menu, but I certainly don't discriminate. - spend my time outdoors doing everything and anything. - spend time with animals- I've done volunteering in this space before and if you have a pet I'll love it like my own! I'm looking to move to a place: - preferably mid Feb - for 6 months or more - with max 3 housemates - unfurnished bedroom - with carpark (on street parking is fine) - close to the city (walking distance preferably) I'd be looking for housemate(s) who are positive, enjoy wit, predominantly sociable, and enjoy what they do. Anything else you want to know? Feel free to message me!
Hey I'm Marama, just moved over from NZ, looking for an apartment ideally so I can move out of my aunties, need my independence so I can do my own thing. Working full time in the city, still figuring out the area so would prefer to stay central or near the city! I'm clean, friendly, respectful, chill. Never late on bills. Keen to connect with someone and look for maybe a 2 bedroom apartment in a central suburb even?? Also need to note, I have 2 brothers who work and live in Kilcoy and will likely come visit me on their days off, maybe crash over. If that's not cool with you, neither am I. :)
Hi I'm Bryce, I'm a 29 year old Australian guy originally from near the Sunshine Coast, and I have close American friend John (Colorado) who is arriving in January on a work visa. We are currently looking for 2/3 bedroom house or unit to move into around the beginning of February. Not opposed to moving into a place with another person to make it 3 people, within reason (i.e. relatively large place). I work in the oil & gas/mining exploration industry, and I also have a small scale GIS business on the side when I'm not working away in the field. John has just finished 12 months working at a research station down in Antartica and will most likely be working for the exploration company I work for early next year. We are all fairly well travelled and love to have a chat! If your place sounds like a perfect place for us to move into and around the time we are looking at, please hit me up!
Hi there ! I am a fun and caring person that is moving to Brisbane once I find accommodation for myself and my 9 year old poodle X. I am a dental assistant by trade currently and want more out of my career, so nursing here I come. I enjoy company of others but also like my time to myself. My poodle is house trained and he is well behaved. I have house shared before so I know what to expect with a house of different personalities. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions :)
