Relaxed friendly clean. Like art, sports, music, gardening and pets. I'm pretty easy going but not an early bird. Like to cook maybe share a few dinners and glass of wine. Work part time as a visual merchandiser, like to paint, garden and swim in my spare time. I'm originally from Melbourne and moved to Brisbane a yr ago. I have a 16 yr ok daughter u who would visit a few times a yr. I love all sports especially AFL abducted enjoy going to see live music. I also have a beautiful 9yr old dog , golden retriever / samoyed who I hope to bring up from Melbourne. She is quite friendly well trained and generally just loves company and to just hang out and watch the goings on of the house. Would love a chilled vibe with no dramas.
I make breakfasts that Ron Swanson would be proud of and always do dishes. Studying film at Griffith, delivering pizza, looking to live with a bunch of people who like to make cool stuff n talk about feminism n watch Broad City.
I work as a management consultant in the Brisbane CBD and am an easy going, clean and considerate housemate. I enjoy hanging out with friends, relaxing in my room, watching AFL, and exploring Brisbane and the coast on weekends. I'm looking to room with clean and considerate housemates of similar interests. I am travelling to Japan in early February for a short holiday and will be back mid Feb. I will be looking for new accommodation shortly after I return. If you are interested in rooming I'd be happy to meet you for a beer or coffee, please feel free to message me to organise a time to meet.
Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals/good vibes, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd
Hi! I got back from the obligatory gap year in the UK in late 2016 and have been busy re-adjusting to life back in Brisvegas. Currently living in the northern suburbs, but I'm keen to move closer to friends/work/civilisation. I'm currently working full time in the city as an Executive Assistant. Likes include: - Cooking - Eating - Binge-watching the latest tv shows - Pyjamas - Reading with a cup of tea in hand Dislikes: - People who don't replace the toilet paper. I do actually have a social life - I promise! I play social netball, hang out with friends most weekends and generally like to balance out my lazyness with fresh air. I like my home to be a comfy retreat (clean and calm) and looking to live with others who feel the same. It would also be great to have housemates who are also friends, though I'm not needy and happy to have time to myself. I have almost no furniture, but looking for an unfurnished room (I will buy stuff). Ideally looking for housemates who are non-smokers and no cats (dogs are fine). I don't drive so I don't need a car park, but I am looking for somewhere well connected to public transport. Want to know something else? Ask.
Im Kayla, 21 years old. I work in a law firm full time, studying and nearly finished my business management degree. i love to eat, have a good laugh, I'm a laid back person, love a gorggg glass of wine and I am a spontaneous person. Im a pretty clean person and super easy to get along with! I'm looking for a room with my own bathroom, and air conditioning. ciaaaooooo
Hi, I'm a French student taking a year off my studies to gain some professional experience. I have found an internship in brisbane and am therefore looking for a place to stay. I'm used to travelling around (I've lived in South Africa and India) and meeting new people so I'm quite easy-going. I am tidy and respectful of others and their privacies.
I'm clean but relaxed. I try my best to be the best I can be. I'm enrolling in tafe for this year so I won't be around all the time but when I'm home I wouldn't mind some good conversations.
Young french medical doctor coming to Brisbane to have a trainee in RBWH. I am looking for a room with some nice roommates to share about our experience. Very easy going and tidy but also like to have some good fun with friends!
Hi! I am a barista working full time so I'm usually up and out early and quiet at night during the work week. I love animals so living with pets is no problem for me. I don't mind drinking on occasion and will get to the beach at any opportunity. I have lived alone for the past 2 years so I am reliable when it comes to bills and house commitments :)
Hi! My name is Laura. I'm 24 looking to make the move to Brisbane from SA. I'm into a healthy lifestyle, not much of a party head this days. Respectful, tidy and can keep to myself but also looking to make some friends! Sorry I'm allergic to cats.
Full time Nurse at RBWH and full time university student studying Creative Industries at QUT. Usually keep to ourselves during the week, but love to be social with good food and vino over the weekend. We are clean and tidy individuals who are respectful of others belongings and space. Looking for a place with nearby public transport and hopefully air conditioning! Both have a car so a carpark or space to park is essential. Love to cook so expect lots of baked goods and other tasty treats to eat. Not a couple. Just two gal pals looking for 1 or 2 more people to move into a house with us. We come with a collection of vinyl records to twirl around the house to with glass of pinot in hand and some pretty cool vintage furniture, rugs and plants to deck out the house with. Also have the cutest 3 year old little tortoiseshell kitty named Olive.
Hey guys! I'm Tahlia! I'm currently living in a share house on the north side of Brisbane but I'd love to move out and get closer to the city. I'm looking for a housemate that's probably between the ages of 21 and 25. I'm 21. I'm a very quiet and reserved person but I love to have a laugh. I'm a neat and tidy person, I like having a clean house but my bedroom does tend to get a bit messy, I do a clean on weekends when I'm not working. On one hand I'm quite the hermit, I'll happily sit at home and do a Netflix Marathon all day but on the other hand I love to be outside and exploring new places or going to the beach. I'm a non smoker and rare drinker, I don't like to party and I go to bed early. I'm a musician and a beginner pole dancer. I love food, books, photography and videography and if there's an animal around, there's a 100% chance I'll talk to it rather than any humans nearby. I have a pet - you'll need to be open minded because she's a rat. I know I know, a rat definitely wasn't my first choice of pet either but she was so darn cute I couldn't resist! She IS strictly an outside pet though but she comes inside for cuddles. I also have a gorgeous cat called Turtle who lives with my parents - I would love to bring her up to live with me if it's at all possible but it depends on the living situation. I need to move into a place where I can put my car under cover or in a shed and I have a jewellers bench that I also need to put somewhere - a shed is ideal for that too. I would prefer to be able to spread out my belongings throughout a house as I have too many things to keep in one bedroom. I would love to live much closer to the city, 15 minutes or under would be amazing. Travelling to work from where I live now is getting super expensive! I'd also prefer to move in with just one person. If we team up, I would prefer that we find a 3 bedroom place so that my parents, and friends, have a place to stay when they visit from NSW. I ask that my new roommate doesn't smoke please! If i sound like someone you would like to live with, feel free to contact me and we can meet up for coffee and chat sometime!
Originally from Canada I moved here 6 years ago. I am clean, reliable, friendly and fun to be around. I work as an exercise physiologist in my own practice as well as subcontracting for another company.
I am a student going into my 3rd year of studying criminology. I am very social and love meeting new people, I work at boost juice so I can make a mean smoothie. I'm clean, well spoken, respectful and easy to get along with, just looking for some like minded people to live with and have fun while doing it
I'm a Journalism student at UQ looking for a room. Non-smoker, neat and I have all my own furniture. I don't have any pets but my parents do have a dog that might occasionally come to visit. I own a car so a spot to park it would be great! My move in date is flexible, but I would prefer to find somewhere before Uni starts!
Moving to Brisbane or surrounds in early March from Tassie. I am very easy going, hard working and organised. I spend most of my time working, socialising or at the gym/keeping fit and spend very little time at home. I love to travel and often plan to go on adventures on my days off, love to meet new people and try new things. As a housemate, I am extremely respectful of personal space, being neat, tidy and reliable. I have a few friends in Brisbane, but am excited to make more and hoping to find either one or two awesome housemates who share the same interests as me! I am certainly not a party animal, but do love a social drink and love to cook!
I'm an young, aspiring architect from the Gold Coast looking for a place to call home in Brissy. I'm both a student, studying a Master of Architecture, as well as working in the CBD in the field. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so cleanliness is up there on my priority list. I play guitar and dig indie music. Also love making coffee! A crazy cat lady house will suffice. I will supply memes free of charge.
Friendly and clean Social Work student looking for one other female to find a place with. I love yoga, gardening, and drawing and would like to create a relaxing and tidy space in which I could do these things peacefully. I am an outdoorsy, nature loving, and health conscious person :) My share of the rent and bills are always paid on time, and I take a lot of pride in having a clean, calm, and welcoming home environment. I also come with all the necessary furniture and utensils for starting a new place I will be doing full time placement so I will be very busy, and would therefore like to live with someone who is super clean and reasonably quiet on week nights after midnight :) I'm not looking to live with a party animal, and prefer to live with people who don't drink heavily, smoke, or do drugs Please feel free to contact me if this sounds suitable to you, as I will be inspecting two bedroom units soon - I'm only looking to live with one other person :)
Hey everyone, I'm a 23 year old post-grad writing student at QUT. Going to Scotland for a few weeks and I need a place for when I get back! I like chasing waterfalls and pop culture references. I do not like the gym, festivals and clubbing. I'm a tidy housemate, but I'm not up-tight about it. I like living in a pretty relaxed house, with social people who'll have a chat or a drink, but respect that we all need space too. Send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit in your sharehouse.
Clean and usually keep to myself. Studying nursing full time while working part time at Coles. I enjoy beach trips and road trips and adventures! Currently live at home and would love to move out! My ideal place would be with 1 or 2 house mates, a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom. I'd love to start cooking again so a nice kitchen is a must for me
Hi my name is Kyra, I've just been accepted into uni and will be starting soon so need to find a place to live. I am seventeen and from the Sunshine Coast, while at UNI I will be studying social work full time, as well as working part time. I am tidy, respectable and super fun to be around... I don't know many people in Brisbane so keen on meeting new people :)) I will be attending ACU so anywhere around that area would be great.
Part time worker and uni student from Sydney looking to move into a new place with one or a few people, who enjoy being sociable yet also able to do their own thing.
Hi!! My current housemate and I are seeking a new place to live. We're both full time uni students at QUT (I'm studying visual arts, with her studying creative industries.) We are both very easy going, sociable girls, who still need individual time for study. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions. - Shanae
Hi everybody, I come to Brisbane to do my PhD (Chemistry) at QUT. I'll start on February 27 and I'll be around for three years, firing the laser in the research lab until the last unknown details of photochemistry are uncovered ;) In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, cycling, surfing, sailing, fitness, hiking, live music ... (I don't publish my entire life, but feel free to contact/ask me whatever you wanna know). Philipp PS. I don't smoke. I like both cats and dogs, except when it's raining cats and dogs.
Hey there, i'm a quirky international student from Viet Nam. I'm an ambivert so that's mean I can be quiet but also I'm fun, friendly and creative. I clean after myself and i'm a person who is honest, reliable, and understand everyone personal space. I love watching movies/series and listening to music. Bonus point, i know how to cook ;)
I'm a 22 year old uni student, going into my final year of journalism and public relations. I'm a super friendly person and am always up for a chat but am super respectful of the other people I live with and also need my own privacy. I'm working casually at typo and also volunteer reading the news at 4ZZZ, hoping to get my own show this year! Because of this I'm looking to live anywhere between Kelvin Grove and Chermside(suburbs listed but anywhere else near the northern busway is fine) I'm a pretty social person but am not into going out all the time or having parties, though I do occasionally like to have friends over for pres or just a couple of drinks. Because I'm in my final year of uni I'm looking for somewhere to live for at least this year, and definitely need to live with people who will respect that I need my space and time for study as well. I'm a very clean person, always clean up after myself and often find myself doing other people's dishes just cause they're there. Usually will clean the entire house when I'm doing my own room. I'm experienced in sharehousing from small to large numbers, prefer to live with larger numbers but don't mind smaller places. I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to live with animals. I'm also interested in possibly doing a team up, potentially with my current housemate Julie, we have a whole house worth of furniture we can bring along!
Hey! my name is Isobel, i'm looking to team up with 2 other people around the same age as me at the start of February. I've already teamed up with 1 guy named Jacob, he's 19 pretty laid back and funny! He goes to UQ and studies Zoology while working part time and is an awesome cook! We are looking for a modern 4 bedroom house around Kelvin Grove, Paddington, Alderley, Spring Hill, and Red Hill/ anywhere close to the city really. We are also looking for a place that is pet friendly, we don't have any animals yet but in the future we might! I'm 19 and I study at QUT full time (Bachelors of Business and Fine Art (Interactive Visual Design) and I work part time in hospitality. I'm fun, easy going, creative, very clean and respectful. I'm quiet social and love hanging out but I understand personal space. I love watching movies/ tv and love to cook healthy meals. Send me a message if there's anything else you want to know about me or Jacob! :)
Hi, I'm from Germany, my family moved to Brisbane Australia when I was a wee baby. I grew up in Byron bay until returning to Brisbane and have been a local ever since 2000. What I do I work as an addictions counsellor and community educator for an NGO. Previously a designer and barista at cafes. For fun (and adventure) I spend my weekends with good friends, family, picnics, cafes, outings I have a mild book addiction, work on my business, visit family and the beach in my home town often, take my surfboard with me in summer. Love bushwalking and adventuring Addicted to learning, and hearing new perspectives I love getting engaged with like minded people in our community and am passionate about many topics.... Few! I'll save the rest for a face to face meeting Why I'm great to live with I really value a clean and respectful home, and love sharing good food, conversation, and occasional drinks. Also time to myself every now and then. send me a message!
Hi I'm Japanese female on working holiday visa. I'm looking for own room which is maxmum $160 /pw. I'd happy to live a place close to some grocery store which I can walk. I'm tidy, responsible and very quiet. I like to watch movies very much. I may study English or look for job at home around clock, beacause I'm not going to language school and, I'm an unemployed now. I can stay maxmum 3 months. If you are interested in me, Please feel free to contact me!
I'm a PhD Candidate (doing my research about culinary tourism/social media and marketing). Apart from doing my PhD, I also work part-time (a few days per week) as a consulate officer in the CBD. I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. Well I like to think that I'm pretty easy to live with - however I am such a clean/neat freak and a minimalist. I really like something that's marble, woody, white or rose-gold! If the bedroom is unfurnished, that's totally fine since I have got some ideas for my Pinterest-inspired bedroom. Obsessed with all the candles, Aesop products and etc that can make the home is a place to unwind. I would say I prefer to keep the house organised and clutter-free. I mostly cook at home but as a foodie I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out and catch up with foodies. Although I love cooking and baking (everyone says I'm pretty good at baking anything about matcha) at home, I do use electricity wisely so we can save money and help protect the environment.

Hi! I'm moving to Brisbane from Perth for an Engineering job in the CBD. I'm easy going, sociable and a tidy person. Happy to have a few drinks, group dinners and just generally hang out etc. but I'm also respectful of other people's space. I like spending my time outdoors and am keen to explore Brisbane and QLD being new to the city. Ideally would like to live with 2 or 3 other similar people either to team up to find a place or a room to rent in an existing share house. Not really keen on an apartment/unit. I'm staying with a friend when I first get to Brisbane and can stay there until around the end of Feb so I'm flexible with a move in date but would rather get somewhere more permanent sooner rather than later.
Hi! My name is Eliza and I am looking for a room in a share house with some lovely, fun and sociable people! I'm 20 years old and study Drama at QUT. I work as a casual in retail and I'm a pretty active person. I love hanging out with my roommates and don't mind a drink or so but also understand and enjoy my own personal time. I have lived in share house for the past 2 years so I understand the dynamic of the housing situation and respect everyone's space and belongings. I'm available to move in immediately or as required. I'm looking for a place with people similar to my age but am open to slightly older. Unforunished as I have all my bedroom stuff and a non smoking house hold. The North side is my aim due to my studies and work in the CBD. If there is anything else you'd like to know about me please send me a message!
Hi, I'm a professional working in the Brisbane CBD looking to find someone to share with one or two others in a central location. I'd prefer to meet someone to find a place together, but happy to move into an existing property if the fit is right. Selling points for Michael include: - Clean and tidy, no stranger to a vacuum cleaner; - Produces baked goods for you from time to time; - Can bring along a high quality lounge suite; - Friendly, but happy to give you your space; - I won't always be just hanging around the house; - Comes with access to his Stan subscription. I'd appreciate meeting one or two like-minded, reasonably tidy people to share with. Let me know if you'd like to discuss this further, I'm happy to meet for coffee/apartment hunting.
Hola future flatmates, I am currently looking for a place to live in Brisbane, preferably long term, after having just returned from spending six months in the UK studying abroad and travelling. I am looking for a laid back house with friendly flatmates who are happy to have a wine and a chat or the occasional shared dinner but who also respect each other's privacy. I'm studying business (PR & Marketing), am easy to get along, tidy and friendly. If I'm not working or studying I'll most likely be catching up with friends over brunch, exercising or going on adventures! I'm also not opposed to the odd Netflix binge. I've lived both in share houses and on my own so understand the importance of equally contributing to cleaning and general upkeep. I'd preferably like to move in early-mid February however am flexible with these dates. Looking forward to hearing from you! Ashleigh

Hi all! I'm going to be studying a science degree at UQ this year and am looking to find accommodation (under $150/week incl. bills) by early February. I'm sociable (but also enjoy some recharge relax time), tidy, reliable for rent, and would love to get the chance to meet some new people! Always willing to contribute to chores and love to cook my own meals (veg.), plus I am good with organisation and living on a budget, and find it easy to get along with absolutely anyone. I'm always down for socialising or hitting up a club or two, but also don't mind some quiet chill time and keeping to myself. Overall just fairly easy-going and am hoping to find a place asap, so feel free to message!
Hi there, I'm Ness! I'm looking for a place while I continue (the seemingly never ending journey) of saving for a house deposit. And no, I will not sacrifice smashed avo. I'm single and have a pretty good balance in life. I'm housemate trained after share housing for a decade or so, including basics such as: - keeping communal areas tidy - 'clean as you go' kitchen habits - pushing a vacuum cleaner and other weekly chores - replacing toilet paper and other household items - Netflix binging - kicking back and having a chat with a drink in hand or over dinner - respecting/ giving you space I highly value staying active, healthy and happy, which means I'm busy during the weekdays with: - exercising (boxing, running, gym, indoor soccer, walking, or other) - working full time in health and community care (including some travel) - spending time with mates Weekends are for adventures, events, and sometimes relaxing. Things I'd like to do at any time? - travel. I just got back from trekking to base camp Everest which (probably needless to say) was incredible. Diving somewhere is happening for the Easter break... - eat. I love eating, particularly anything fresh, or on a brunch menu, but I certainly don't discriminate. - spend my time outdoors doing everything and anything. - spend time with animals- I've done volunteering in this space before and if you have a pet I'll love it like my own! I'm looking to move to a place: - preferably mid Feb - for 6 months or more - with max 3 housemates - unfurnished bedroom - with carpark (on street parking is fine) - close to the city (walking distance preferably) I'd be looking for housemate(s) who are positive, enjoy wit, predominantly sociable, and enjoy what they do. Anything else you want to know? Feel free to message me!
Hi I'm Bryce, I'm a 29 year old Australian guy originally from near the Sunshine Coast, and I have close American friend John (Colorado) who is arriving in January on a work visa. We are currently looking for 2/3 bedroom house or unit to move into around the beginning of February. Not opposed to moving into a place with another person to make it 3 people, within reason (i.e. relatively large place). I work in the oil & gas/mining exploration industry, and I also have a small scale GIS business on the side when I'm not working away in the field. John has just finished 12 months working at a research station down in Antartica and will most likely be working for the exploration company I work for early next year. We are all fairly well travelled and love to have a chat! If your place sounds like a perfect place for us to move into and around the time we are looking at, please hit me up!
Hi there ! I am a fun and caring person that is moving to Brisbane once I find accommodation for myself and my 9 year old poodle X. I am a dental assistant by trade currently and want more out of my career, so nursing here I come. I enjoy company of others but also like my time to myself. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions :)
I am a funny, type of person who enjoys the company of others, I can cook, and keep things clean not afraid of cleaning and keeping things tidy. When I have spare time love the outdoors and exploring new places to visit. I workout most days and studying a lot with Batchelor of Health Science in Acupuncture. I am a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner dealing with muscle aches and pains and other health issues. Looking for a quite place not wanting to be in a place that parties all the time as studies are important. I like to socialise and meet new people.
*(I will only be able to do viewings from 9 Feb onwards).* Hey, I'm Kai! I'm a 22 y.o. from Singapore who's going to study in QUT for 2+ years in 2017 and so I am searching for a place to call home in Brisbane. :) I'm friendly, open and laid-back so I'm easy to make friends with and hangout. :) Some days I like to have a quiet evening by myself and other days I'll be down to hang . I will respect your personal space and hope you do the same for me as well! I have done an okay amount of travelling, mostly by myself staying in hostels and so I have no problems with socialising and sharing (although I'm looking for a room all to myself). I am a responsible, clean and tidy individual so you don't have to worry about dishes left in the sink uncleaned or toothpaste smeared on the basin. I like the outdoorsy stuff especially surfing (I'm a beginner and am hoping to surf more!); video games are also my thing and I'm trying to learn the guitar. If not, I'll just be lazing around. 8) I'm looking for responsible, good natured and sociable flatmates who wouldn't mind making a new friend! Looking forward to meeting you! :)
