Hello! I'm Flo and I'm moving down to Brisbane in the new year from Darwin to begin a Bachelor of Nursing at QUT. This is my second degree, so I've lived in share houses before and know the ropes :) I'm clean and organised, I like to cook healthy food, and whilst I'm not a big partier I do like a cider and homemade pizza night. My interests include running, swimming (basically anything active outdoors), reading and writing (my last degree was in English Lit), music and hanging out with friends - I've never lived in Brisbane before so friends are a priority! I'd like my housemates to be people I can live with easily and have fun with, and be around the same age as me (I'll be 24 in April). I'm moving down in February, first for a family holiday in the Gold Coast from the 1st - 9th Feb and then I'll be staying on for good! During that holiday period I would love to come and see some places and potentially move in or organise a move in date pretty quickly after my family head back to Darwin. I am happy to do any pre-interviews over Skype before I come down because my search will be pretty time sensitive (happy to show you my existing place during the interview so you can see that I am actually tidy/normal!). Let me know if I sound like someone who would fit in with your place :) Thanks!
Hey, I consider myself to be a respectful and considerate person who is looking to move to the city for study purposes.
Recently graduated from the QUT BFA Drama, vegan, loves rollerskating and vintage aesthetics. I am the busiest bee in Brisbane and you will probably hardly see me at home. Currently working out at Woodford Folk Festival and looking for somewhere near QUT or the city (Petrie Terrace or Paddington ideal) to move into mid January - got divorced a few months ago and all my things are currently in an expensive storage shed. Would LOVE to live somewhere with artsy young people like me.
Hey, I’m 24, from Hungary and will be in Brisbane from approximately 10/02/2020 till 07/2020 as a study abroad student. I am hoping to find a place with own bathroom/ ensuite, near the center, or at least within 20-25 minutes by public transport. I like to keep my things organised and would look after the flat. I consider myself an outgoing person although I’m not that big of a party animal:D Looking forward to explore Queensland besides my studies. :)
Hi there! About me: I’m an easy going housemate, who is very tidy/cleans up after myself, enjoys either time alone or cooking together/wines after work. I work full time in accounting. I do overtime quite a bit, but in my spare time I like to read, gym, cook, drink (ha) or see friends out and about. I’ve recently just finished post graduate study. I get along well with others, and have lived in a number of share houses over the years and have experience in being respectful of others. I currently own a lot of furniture, so can either contribute goods to the shared areas or put my things in storage. What I’m looking for: I’m currently looking for a sharehouse arrangement from now. For around a 6-12mth lease (12mth preferred), around $160-$250 per week price range. I’m flexible on number of housemates, but would prefer own bathroom if available. I’d love to live with social professionals or students too / like minded individuals. Let me know if any of the above suits what you’re looking for.
I am a master student of QUT, looking for a nice environment to live and study in this school year. I love to travel and can speak multi-languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Vietnamese), and also know some Tarot Reading. If you want to know more about other culture while hope to have your own space, I would be a great flat mate to live with :)
I'm a single fella, somewhat flexible with no concerning habits that come to mind. I'm a quiet, vegetarian who likes the odd, socially awkward interaction here and there as jumpy as the subject of this footlong sentence, along with classical Indian music. I study heart pumps for a masters degree when I'm not at home, play badminton and fly aircraft in simulations in my spare time, if I ever have any. Unfortunately I have asthma so I don't do well with pets T_T. Hailing from the windy highlands of Wellington, New Zealand, I look for at least a furnished, air conditioned room to call my own in a house of at most 2 others. Ideally it would be a place with vegetarian housemates, close to QUT Gardens Point campus or QUT Kelvin Grove campus. If I find the right place, I'd be keen to stay there for at least a year and a half!
