I'm a student currently studying at UNSW and working at Coogee Care Centre part time. I am a friendly, easy to get along with gal, laid back and quite low key during the week (busy with uni and work), but love to have a couple of drinks on the weekend. Would be open to sharing a flat with boys and girls or teaming up to apply for a place with one or two more people :)
Heyy !! We are Philippine and Julien, a french couple who is travelling the world since 8 months. Now we would like to settle down a little bit in Sydney and finding a flat share will be a great start. We are simple, happy to live, helpful, sporty, love great food and wine, party but also chilling... We hope our profil will interest you and if you have any questions just ask, it will be a pleasure to answer you ! Thank you, Philippine and Julien
-- PLEASE DON'T MESSAGE ME IF YOU'RE A MAN -- Hello! I'm a full time digital illustrator who works on children's storybooks and television, looking to room in a women-only apartment or sharehouse. As such, most of my work is freelance and I often work from home, so my only requirements are a space to put my work computer that won't be in the way. I'm quiet and clean-- and while that's not much fun at parties, it does make me good at living with other like-minded introverts. My favourite dishes to cook are curry and stew. I'm definitely looking to move into a place with flatmates who want to live together as a community and talk to each other over dinner from time to time, rather than four different people living separately in the same house and never seeing one another. I'm fine with animals, though I love cats the best :). My hobbies (when I'm not drawing) are reading, writing, and pilates! Gotta keep that core strength up. I also have a car and am more than happy to drive non-car-owning flatmates around, but I do need a space to park it. I'm also very handy around the house and can build/fix most (non-electronic) things, and I'm good at sewing and fixing up clothes. Look forward to hearing from you! Peace :).
Looking for a place ......... Thanks for all the supportive people I've met upon returning and looking for a place. It's always difficult to return to an area after a long break or move somewhere new. It takes real integrity for people to be nice and welcome you with their smile and generosity of time. Thanks so much - especially Coogee, for making me feel so Welcome! I hope somebody returns the favour some day and makes you feel just as Welcome! I think about that little Basement Flat, Writer's cramp and Claustrophobia - and wonder how anything good: lyrics or music could ever be written here about Wedding Cake Island and the Red Sails. Then I look to the Sunset, remember those memories and meet some genuinely beautiful people in a local guitar shop - whose radiance beams out through the leadlight windows, making sure you're LOOKING EVEN BETTER before you even step into their warmth, abundance of wisdom and sincere kindness and then I think that the Writer's cramp has to go for another Surf! I'm Back... (The Midnight Oil ... is Burning!) I am not a Conformist. I am an Artist, Writer and Musician, Songwriter and Composer. I Teach Art and Music. I've studied to AMusA level and I love it!!! These things are what I love doing and the flip side is my interest in Exercise/ Fitness and exploring Preventative and curative measures Naturally for Health. I will be working on an album with some of my friends soon.....ish and returning to my love of Art through designing CDs and Drawing and Painting. I am writing an Autobiography at the moment ..... It goes a little something like this ..... Sometimes the Beastie Boys Ignore you, they laugh at you, they lie about you, they fight you, but ... You Win!! So, that leads me to this - I am also working on a PhD/ Project, which I have been working towards for the past Five Years. This will result in an International Performance Exhibition one day. I am really excited about that!!! :) With her Hair Flowing down in Blue Cascades, she makes a turn to Newtown to meet with the Beautiful Inner West Folk and search for some Soulmates. Because it feels more like Six years, instead of Six months in a Leaky Boat... in Search for that Perfect Place on Earth - and there is No Utopia! There's Maggots everywhere... (Whilst Thirsty Merc have Repaired their Split Enz!! You have beautiful hair by the way!) Always returning to the Beautiful People of Newcastle, where Yoga is made into a Designer God, whilst talented Musicians play their love in the not too distant Studios - Philosophising about how Money isn't Everything... with True Words of Wisdom how we practically can't live without it! Newcastle, Newcastle - how I love you Novocastrians!! (All Dancing around that Silverchair!!!) I am a Kind, gentle and caring person. Creative and Charismatic. Very Ambitious, but not to anyone's detriment. The Truth is Always Told. Like leading a simple life - but I also enjoy beautiful things, especially if they are handmade. Enjoy yoga, running, keeping active and pursuing one's Dreams. Don't Believe that people are ever too old to pursue, focus upon and achieve their Dreams - whatever they may be! I Believe that Self-worth is one of the most important things and that it's extremely important to live amongst kindred spirits who are kindhearted and genuine. I love Flying on a Big Jet Plane - but they're from the other side of the Bridge. (But lovely Stones!!) I love Languages and different cultures and would like to live with gentle, mindful, aware and caring people. I am passionate about Music and love most Genres: especially Classical and Rock. I love Art, Languages and Health. Would love to start a Veggie garden and be able to ride a bike everywhere, alongside my two beautiful dogs - and leave the car at home :) (No puppy dogs yet!) I am always considerate, reliable and respectful and enjoy living where there is mutual respect and true camaraderie. Would be amazing if you appreciate the important things in life, including Music and Art. Without these things, I don't believe that the World would be as Valuable! I don't do drugs, but I do do Creativity and Fun!! Big Love x HAPPY SUNDAY!! Don't be Blue ..... there's another Future waiting for you :) (By a Tame Impala!!!!) Please don't be Sad - everything is okay in the End! Just keep Smiling. :) "May you be filled with Loving Kindness May you Be Safe from your Inner and Outer Dangers May you Be Healthy in Body and Mind May you Find Peace and Be Truly Happy."
Thanks for checking out my profile! I'll be in Sydney for 4 months- from late September to late January 2018- doing a show with Sydney Theatre Company and I'm looking for somewhere to lay my head, relax and rehearse a little bit. I'll be riding my bike around so somewhere within 15km of Dawes Point is ideal. I won't be bringing any furnishings so a furnished room would be top priority but unfurnished isn't something I can't work with. I'll be relocating from Melbourne so I won't have a lot of opportunity to inspect in person, really happy to Skype/Facetime an inspection. Happy to get to know you over the phone. I'm 26 years old, my favourite things to do are bike riding, chilling out watching YouTube, listening to music, playing my piano, playing some video games, cooking and juggling. Have you ever eaten koshary? You're gonna. It would be nice to move into a place with a sociable someone with similar interests, but that's not a deal breaker. I'm a conscientious person who keeps tidy. I do tend to generate a lot of noise but am very aware of when it's appropriate and when it's not welcome. I'll be working days during September-October while we rehearse and nights when the show season starts in November and that'll continue until the end of January. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I'm 30, full time working professional, and have house shared for many years. I am mature, easy going, and honest. I am respectful and will treat your home like it's my own. Happy to take turns cleaning regularly. I enjoy cooking, playing football, boxing, relaxing at the beach, Campos coffee, meditation and exploring this beautiful country. Weekdays are pretty low key between work and the gym. Over the weekends, I'm out and about during the day catching up with friends. I'm a homebody and prefer to relax at home in the evenings. I can sell my furniture of your apartment is furnished: front loader washing machine, tv, entertainment unit, and kitchen equipment.
Hi! I'm Kristy and I have just moved to Sydney from Brisbane to start my dream job working in the music industry. I am staying with a friend for a couple of weeks but am available to view properties and can move in to the right place straight away. I am a tidy and considerate housemate and would be looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom preferably in inner West Sydney. I am friendly and generally pretty quiet but am happy to have a chat over dinner/drinks. I've lived in my current apartment with housemates for nearly 7 years so would like to find a place I can call home. I like to cook/bake, read, listen to music and go to gigs. I will be looking to explore Sydney on weekends so would love any recommendations for adventures :)
Hello :) My name is Siobhan I am a 22 year old full time podiatrist working in a Sydney hospital. I am outgoing, fun and social. My hobbies include cooking, fitness and surfing. I have recently moved to Sydney from the north coast and I am looking for a shared house to meet new friends and hang out on the weekends. For the past four years I have lived in shared houses and really enjoyed the company and friends I have made.
I'm clean, quiet, tidy and responsible Japanese female. I'm working in the fashion industry. The room I'm after must have timber floor (or tile, I mean not carpet), big built in wardrobe, a bed with mattress, a proper study desk and a chair. The house need to be within walk distance from train station and less than 4 people live in.
Hi there, I'm Demi :) I'm a cleaning enthusiast (usually makes people happy!) I work full time for a pet sitting company and I'm studying to be a vet nurse so my life is very animal oriented! I'm a sociable person but I also enjoy my own space. I am very respectful, tidy and friendly :)
I am Australian born Engineer, working full time in the city, from 8.30-5 and I have recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane. I am looking for a private room, in a place with unlimited and reliable internet as I do like to game online on the weekends and some weeknights. I will require a furnished room including a desk, as I have my own computer. I enjoy watching sports, like NRL, Formula 1, MotoGP, and playing sports like touch footy, squash, soccer. I do enjoy cooking (though I'm no pro), and will generally keep my area, and kitchen clean. I occasionally enjoy a drink socially and I am a non smoker. I also have no allergy problems, so pets (as long as they are nice) are okay. I also have a cousin, who is a 24yo female marketing professional and is also looking for a room, and we are also looking for places with 2 available rooms. Will require some form of parking.
I'll be doing some tutoring and lecturing in philosophy at Sydney University starting August and am looking to move somewhere closer to the university. (I put the 31st of July down on here as a moving date but I could do earlier or later.) I spend a lot of time reading, writing, and researching, so I'm a bit of a homebody, though I do like outdoors (and social) activities too. I'm friendly (though fairly introverted), easy-going, considerate, and reliable. For fun, I like to ride my longboard (the skateboard kind), play pool and snooker, read, watch movies/TV series, spend time with friends, play games (computer, card, board - any kind really). Not much of a drinker if that matters to you. Oh, and I really love animals, so pets are a plus if you have them. (I don't have any myself.)
Physiotherapist, recently graduated. Currently I have a commitment to my sport which makes me very busy. Friendly and respectful person. Looking non smokers. I have a car, street parking is ok, as long as it's not too busy. Feel free to message me for more details.
Friendly and respectful housemate looking for next move as me and my current flatmates all embark our separate ways! I work in the city, I'm fit and healthy but always have time for a glass of wine or a lager. Clean and considerate of others and don't play my music loud in the house! Looking for somewhere I can call home, relax and unwind and hopefully with like-minded people. I like to do my socialising outside of the house rather than in. I'm interested in sports, training, bush walking, beaching, dining out. Useless cook to be honest :)
Moving back to Sydney to work full time in accounts within a Real Estate. Looking for a place where housemates are clean and tidy enjoy socialising however, also respect each others privacy. I enjoy playing tennis the beach and love travelling.
Hey guys, I'm Mark. Own my own business and also work a second job so I'm always on the move. At times I'm away more than I'm at home, and when I'm home I'm usually working anyway, catching up with friends and/or keeping fit (motivation dependent ;p ). Looking for a base in Brisbane in a tidy share house with easy going housemates. I'm easy to get along with and respectful of others.
I'm a chill, easy-going person currently working and studying full time (so I'm pretty busy at the moment)! I'm generally a homebody that likes to chill out and watch Netflix/read/listen to music etc. I do like to go out too, but I wont be throwing random parties on a Wednesday night or something. While I do like down time by myself, I also like to get to know my roommates and hang out with them. I feel that it's really important to get along. I'm also very particular about cleanliness- I HATE mess/clutter. I'm very much the type of person that cleans as they go.
I am a mature 24 year old young professional originally from Scotland and have lived in Sydney for 2 years now. I work in sales in the financial services industry and I'm career focused therefore during the week I usually work until 6ish then go to the gym. I started a new job last month and I've been sent out to Hong Kong for a couple of months to learn the ropes but will be back around mid-August. Boring bit out of the way... I play in a football (soccer) team, I'm a sociable guy and I would say I am easy going with a decent (although sometimes dark) sense of humour. I wouldn't say I have OCD when it comes to cleaning but my place does have to be clean i.e. I can't live in a sh*thole. If you have decent banter, like to socialise at weekends and are easy going then we will get along. Probably looking to share with people older than myself and not with students/backpackers. I won't be able to come see places until I'm back but happy to have a chat to begin with so fire me a message!
I am an UNSW student from Canberra. I am looking for a group of energetic and friendly people to share houses together. I like sunshine, beaches and outside sports, such as, skydiving, climbing, travelling, scuba-diving and sailing. I love to talk to different people and make friends with them. I just have done my east-coast travelling recently. But if you are outgoing and looking for expending the outlook. I am more than happy and always keen to arrange again a travel time with you.
