Hello! My name is Holly, I am a very understanding, clean, polite and friendly natured individual whom loves the arts, gardening and reading. I have an easy going personality and a very open mind! I love to talk to people but I also enjoy spending time in my own space, doing my own thing. I adore all pets, so animals are no issue! I think that my warm, mature nature would serve as great company amongst any household situation : )
Hi! My name is Jane, I just moved from Russia to study my Masters in Artificial Intelligence for the next two years in Sydney at the University of New South Wales. I'm a young professional that has been working full time for the past 3 years, in a renowned software company back home. I am a friendly outgoing person who likes making new friends while I focus on my current studies. I'm generally a clean person, who almost never will cook in your kitchen, who doesn't smoke, don't own any pets, don't mind living with either a girl or boy and I already love the great outdoors of Australia :) This is me!!! Thank you for your smile:)
Hi there! :) I'm a recent graduate coming from the US on a Working Holiday Visa and I'll be staying in Sydney longterm; finding full time work as soon as I arrive. I'm tidy, very respectful of other peoples' space, and very used to living with a lot of people since I am one of seven kids and I've lived with ten friends before (though we were all strangers before we moved in together). I love traveling and meeting new people, which is why I'm coming to Australia but I definitely enjoy having a peaceful, stable place to call home. Can't wait to meet you!
Hi there! I'm Grace, 23 and from the UK. I have the working holiday visa and am looking for somewhere to live in Sydney after my East Coast travels. I'm easygoing, sociable, tidy and like to go out. (Also desperate to get out of hostel life!) Very keen to meet new people. I'm planning on getting a job during the week x
Very friendly, easy going and neat. Have experience living in a share house previously. Looking for a place close to work. Lead a pretty busy lifestyle but also love cooking and having some down time at home! :)
Hey my name is Sarah. I'm a 25 year old registered nurse working full time. Looking to share with only one other female flatmate. I need an unfurnished room with a built in wardrobe. I'm friendly and easy going. I like socializing but also my quiet time. I tend to keep to myself mostly, but I also enjoy company at times and sharing the common areas. I usually spend weekends at home, seeing friends or outdoors. I want my home to be a relaxing and quiet place. However, I do like having drinks on the occasion. No parties unless arranged together. I like to keep a tidy place and always clean up after myself. I'd like to share with someone who is like minded, respectful and considerate :)
Young corporate professional working in investment banking, looking for a place that is convenient for travel into city perspective and has a good local vibe. I usually keep to myself and most days work late. Keen on exploring new places, have my own car and usually spend the weekend out of the house. Open to share some exploring with flatmates. I'm very particular about cleaning and like to keep my stuff tidy, love cooking and going rock climbing on weekends.
I am moving to Sydney from Brisbane to study a Masters at UNSW and work. I have been in Australia for some time now, however I have English roots and grew up in Hong Kong. I am looking for a furnished room to move into for the year. I have done a lot of travel and I am sure that we can find something in common!
I work as a registered nurse and actor. I clean and tidy to live with. I keep to myself but love the company of other people. Looking for a place I can settle into and call home. I like to be outside doing physical stuff but love to sit in and watch a movie just as much. Non-drinker, non-smoker.
My name is Emma, I'm 30 and I'm on a Working Holiday visa. I'm about to start a new job on Monday so I'm looking to get out of my friend's hair and move out. I have a place from March 15th, so I need somewhere for a couple of weeks. I love music, art and writing, I really want to learn to surf while I'm out here and also do a cage dive with sharks. I know how to have a good time but mostly I'm pretty chill. I love to cook (I'm veggie) and I love being in the water. I'm pretty clean around the house and like to contribute to wherever I'm living. Looking to make new friends while I'm out here and hopefully that will start at home :)
Hi my name is Per. I'm a 24 year old Norwegian doing a year exchange at UNSW. I'm an outgoing person which loves to get to know new people. In my spare time I work out, surf and I also like to go out for a beer or two. This will be my second semester at UNSW. My first semester I lived in Kingsford but I figured it is a bit too far from the beach and from surf. We have a big Norwegian community here in Sydney, but I also love to meet new cultures, that's why I don't apply with other Norwegians for a place to stay. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask. Regards, Per
Hey!! I am a 27 year old professional from london currently working full time in the building services industry.. I am looking for a nice spacious private double room to rent for the next 3-6 months (possibly longer) in either Coogee, Randwick or Bondi Junction. I love my own space but would also like to live with someone that would want to hang out and have a drink sometime and I also love to cook so happy to have meals together in the evenings etc. at the weekend I like to hang out at the beach and go for drinks with friends (potentially a few during the week too) if you have what I am looking for please contact me and also please note I have to give two weeks notice at my current place.
Hi everyone! I am a 24-year-old engineer from France but living and working in Sydney since mid-february. What is there to say about me? Well, first I am a very organized and tidy individual, and my friends never miss an opportunity to joke about it! I am also very open-minded, dynamic and serious. I travelled quite a few times and for long periods (US mostly) so I learnt to easily adapt myself to different culture and locations. My main passion is aviation, I have my private pilot license and if we end up sharing the same appartment then you can tag along with me for a flight! I also run on a regular basis, it' the best way to see around the city and burn some calories (combining the pleasant and the useful)! Cheers! Charles
Hey everyone! Two Lithuanian girls are looking for a room to rent from 3-6th of the March! We are willing to pay max360$ for a room! Both of us are really friendly, bubbly personalities, love to keep our place clean, and sometimes cook a nice meal! Both students and working. Always paying on time, so wont be any problems. We would love to move in a place with cool people!
I'm very friendly, respectful, calm-natured, tidy, house/share-house broken (I know how to do this!) I love to cook, create, love a laugh, explore the local scene, love to get a bit silly over a few chocolate milks and not only make a new housemate but make new friends too! I am an executive assistant/office manager, currently in new full-time/perm role transition (getting to the nitty gritty of final interviews now!) so my move-in date takes this into account. I like a bit of appropriate (and inappropriate) activewear use, I enjoy equal parts chilling out and being out & about, it's all about balance :) I feel that home should always be your happy place, in whatever form that takes! I like coming together as a house as well which can be as simple a mid-week glass of wine, a movie night, a night out, a few friends around for BBQ, Fleetwood Mac Sundays - don't even get me started on Tina Turner Fridays - while organising life for the week, mutually arranged ambient lighting...the options are literally endless! Haha
Hey! My name is Luke, I'm moving to Melbourne to begin my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I'm pretty easy going, I love animals and have a partner staying in Adelaide to finish her teaching degree. I'll be pretty busy with Uni during the week but I'm keen to get out and explore Melbourne or hang out and have a drink when I have free time. Other than that I like going to the gym, trying new foods or planning my next trip! Send me a message and we can have a chat :)
English couple who are in Australia on our second year working holiday visa. Hope to be working full time Monday - Friday and then enjoy our weekends. We enjoy going out to the beach and having a few drinks. Don't want a party house but would like to live with sociable people who enjoy the same things as us!
I am a fourth year Renewable Energy Engineering & Computer Science student studying at UNSW. For the first half of 2017 I will be undertaking a full time internship at a solar company in Redfern. I have had a lot of experience in shared houses/apartments, am super easy going but also value mutual respect and cleanliness. I love to socialise and am really excited about meeting new people and making new mates.
Hey, I'm a master's student researching on photovoltaics (harnessing the power of the sun!) and renewable energy at UNSW. I hail from Penang, Malaysia. I've been living abroad for the past 10 years, independent, disciplined, easy going, enjoy the cultural exchange with the different people I live with. I'm well organized and clean, looking for a quiet place that I can study peacefully.
Easy going, considerate couple. Very tidy. Love to cook, keep fit, socialise. Live food and wine. Always quite busy with work and after work activities so would not be around the house much. I am a hairdresser and Liam is a project manager. We are both from Ireland. We are permanent residents and have just applied for citizenship.
I work in creative marketing for a retail business which takes up most of my time during the week however, I do manage to squeeze in some space for friends, music and the gym. Weekends, you will mostly find me exploring the city, dining out at local cafes and restaurants, catching some live music or enjoying a good read in the sunshine. I'm looking for housemates with similar interests, are fun and respectful.
Hi guys, my name is Miranda, a 24 year old girl (or women, I think something in between haha) from the Netherlands. I arrived in Melbourne about 7 months ago and totally love it! Not only did I fall in love with the city but also with a real Aussie. I just finished my Masters in Nutrition and Health with an internship at the Royal Childrens Hospital. I am really excited at the moment because they offered me a part-time job as a researcher for 2 days a week (don't worry, I'm not a boring researcher who's wearing a labcoat and glasses all day haha). In addition, I will volunteer for another 3 days a week. In the meantime I will be looking for other full-time jobs too. I really like to bake and cook some healthy meals, sport so now and then (I even started playing footy), and like to be creative with my sewing machine. I've always lived with other roommates and that's really nice because people are often around in the common area. I am really social and like to get to known my roommates, eat together, watch a movie and drink some tea or wine. At the same time I'm very independent so I also enjoy moments to myself. I would love to meet you if you think we will be a good fit!

I will be working during the day from 6 'till somewhere in the afternoon. But after that and in the weekends I'm open to do all sorts of fun stuff, going to places, having a bbq at the beach, drink a beer, laugh, ... having a good times with strong vibes!!! If you feel like you've got a place for me, don't hesitate but feel free to contact me! Cheers & peace out! Sieb
I have a fairly busy routine as I am a full time student in UNSW and hoping to start part-time work soon. I am a friendly, easy-going and quiet flatmate. I like cleanliness and am organized. I have dietary restrictions so I cook myself and would prefer housemates who keep kitchen tidy. I am also looking for female only shared flatmates. I am open for longer length of stay
I'm a quiet, shy and tidy person. I'll open up in time. I come from England and arrived just before New Years. I love to read and go out and explore. I'm not a party person but I do enjoy a drink or two either in or out.
Looking for a place for myself and my Fiancee. Prefer room with ensuite.
Friendly and reliable professional (shiftworker -nurse- whose able to pay bills on time, can even arrange auto debit weekly if suitable) quiet, tidy, non smoker from the Philippines. Dog lover and won't mind sharing a flat with pet owners. Likes to travel (beach hop), cooks from time to time and loves to read, watch movies and tv series in her down time. Have shared a flat before and is easy going and likeable. Also rented a flat and knows the responsibility that comes with it. Looking at moving from the 6th of March as my current lease is ending from the 3rd week.
Hi. I'm a full time event manager moving back to Sydney. Originally from London but have lived in Australia for almost 8 years now. I'm a considerate and respectful flat mate, tidy, easy going, like to be sociable but not live in a party house ...if that makes sense! If I'm out of the house I'm usually at the beach, gym, yoga studio or eating something.....
Hey! I'm english and recently moved to Sydney. I wanted to live abroad and get some sunshine for once in my life and hopefully explore a little bit of Australia at the same time but ideally concentrate on work and would like to make some roots in Sydney! I'm laid back and down to earth, very clean and tidy, respectful of others/noise levels and I enjoy cooking. I like going out for a few drinks or to a gig with friends but I'm not a clubber anymore :)
Hello, I'm Didier, a postgrad student from Paris. I'd just completed my 2nd year of master degree and I'm coming to UNSW for starting a PhD in Physics (for 3 years). I'm looking for a nice place to live very near of UNSW, (4 or 6 months minimum, but I'm flexible for more or less) (in the area of Kensington, Randwick, Kingsford). I'll be landing at Sydney on Tuesday 7th of March. I prefer a private room; shared bathroom and kitchen is fine. Please send me a message or SMS. I can give you more details then. Best, Didier
Hi all! My name's Antoine, I'm a 24 yo French engineer who just got to Sydney. I'm fun to live with, pretty relaxed, clean and tidy, and I enjoy having a drink at home. I'm not the hardcore party type but I can enjoy some clubbing from time to time.
Hey, I'm a super chilled dude looking for an amazing spot to stay. I'm a 27 year old builder so I'm at work all week and most weekends. If I'm not at work I'm busy , at the beach, training and/or eating. Looking for a place with good vibes and great people. I'm social and love a cheeky bev but respect everyone's space and quiet times. I'm clean, considerate and all that good stuff that makes living together great. Happy for a 12 month lease at the right place, something longer or shorter works too.
I am an American exchange student at UNSW this semester. I am looking for a private room in a shared flat in walking distance or a short bus ride to campus. I am a very social creature and I enjoy having a drink with friends on occasion. I also enjoy dancing, swimming, and hiking. I do not smoke and I don't own any pets.
Hi there. I’m currently looking to move into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a like-minded working professional. I have almost everything to furnish a place except a washing machine and whatever you need for your bedroom. However, I’m willing to get rid of a few things if you have some furniture too. I’m neat and tidy to live with and people say I’m friendly and respectful. I don’t have pets but I grew up on a farm and I love animals so if you have pets that’s totally fine and I don’t mind helping out if needed. I travel for work sometimes so every couple of weeks you will have the place to yourself for a night or two. I like to keep healthy and reasonably fit and enjoy hobbies like Salsa dancing, tennis and sketching. But I also like my quiet time at home some nights enjoying a good movie or TV series and a glass of wine or two. Will only live with one other and must have separate bathrooms.
Hello future friends! I'm a respectful, social and active person who thrives on laughter and happiness. I work full time as a network technician in Watson's Bay and hoping to move closer to the east. I am required to travel throughout the year, which will be to your advantage of course. I try to be as active as possible and in general just love being outdoors, especially in the summer. I'm always up for trying something new (anything is fun in good company). I love being in the water and pretty much anything associated with it. Ideally I would like to live in an environment where I would build a relationship with my housemates and live in a place that we all share and feel comfortable living with each other. If you have any other questions please ask. Thanks for reading. Giancarlo
I'm Alex, a 25 year old, vegan, carpenters apprentice, ocean swimming book lover. I have early starts and work six days a week so I'll be around mostly afternoons and evenings. I'm definitely keen for group meals / cooking roster / sharing a bevvy and have lived in a few different share houses over the years. The first sharehouse I was in was fully communal with everything (one shared bank account) which I loved but I've also lived in less communal places too and am into creating a home environment everyone feels comfortable with. I do have a van that would love a car space and ive got all the tools that id be happy to share/i think i have a green thumb if a veggie patch exists or is on the cards (although ive only ever lived in apartments so never had the chance to flex it). I also have a worm farm and a beer brewing kit to contribute (i'm a pretty good/ok/passable beer brewer)
Hi! My wife and I just arrived to Sydney and we're looking for a place to share. We're really organized and clean, really easy going and as couple we are great partners. We are in Australia by ourselfs so we're really great mates looking to start a new life. Non smokers, no party people, love cats and dogs, really easy going, we are from Colombia!! Please let us know ASAP as we are in an airbnb and running out of time!!! Thank you! Carolina & Oscar
I'm from London (but don't hold that against me!) I'm a freelance copywriter looking to rent a private room for the next 6 months at least. Please don't hesitate to get in touch. Thank you.
