Fun, Friendly, Outgoing, Clean and respectful housemates :) Recently moved over from Ireland and we are looking for a room in a share house or teaming up with someone for a house. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested.
I just moved back to Sydney after living in Germany for 10 years. I'm a dancer/Choreograph ... I'm a quite easy going and open person , but I also like my privacy .
We are a Chilean couple, both engineers and here in Sydney with the Work & Holiday visa. We're looking for a private room and we're planning to stay around 1 or 2 months there. We love sports and outdoors life.
My name is Liv, I'm 25 and work in digital marketing. I am moving to Sydney from London as I have a six-month secondment with my company out there. I am very friendly and chatty, and I like to go out and about exploring local bars, cafes and restaurants with friends, but also enjoy relaxing at home and watching a good TV show sometimes. I also enjoy cooking, attempting to gym and spending lots of time outdoors in the sun! I'm hoping to find somewhere I can get to know my flatmates and enjoy catching up over dinner or the odd glass of wine (or BBQ), but I'm also very independent and like my own space, so wouldn't be on top of each other all the time. Would love to hear from you! Liv
I'm 27 years old. I'm Irish, I've been living in Sydney for the last 3 years. I work full time as a Regional Safety Manager for an Engineering company. I usually work 7am to 5pm but can be longer depending on where I am in Sydney. My role takes me all over the Sydney region. When I'm not working I'm big into sports and the outdoors. I attend the gym regularly during the week and usually out hiking or doing some sort of activity at the weekends. During the week I'm pretty busy with work and gym so I spend most of my weekends meeting up with friends, general socialising dinner and drinks the usual story. Up for a laugh and fun at the weekends.
I am a 24yr old working professional. I work Monday-Friday full time doing business development. I grew up in Maroubra and I am very local to Sydney. I like to come home and relax/unwind as I am on the phone all day, however I also enjoy soicalising, whether it be over a drink or dinner. I am a respectful and tidy person who values a nice clean home. I am very sociable and love to go out with friends and have a laugh/drink. I enjoy nights in as well, whether it be relaxing and watching movies or having a nice dinner around the table. I love to meet new people, and I am always open to new friendships. I am very outgoing and easy to get along with. I have an open mind and I am always up for new ideas and change. I am looking for a place I can call home. I am very fair when it comes to household chores and I always do my part to keep the household in a good condition. I love pets as well (I have a dog of my own - lives with my parents).
Irish nurse, been living in Sydney for he past 3 years. Just back from some travelling and looking for a place in the eastern suburbs! Heading to Asia in January for a month so ideally would like somewhere just until then, but if I love the place I'm happy to keep the room while I'm away! I'm clean, easy going and social, play a few sports...and I guess that's it?!
My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.
Kiegan and I both work and study, he works 5 days a week and studies part time while I work 1-3 nights a week and study full time. We both have stable and reliable incomes and aren't the type to pay rent late! We are currently looking to move extremely soon, with very little notice on behalf of the leaseholder/housemate. Our house is getting demolished next Tuesday (26/09/17). I'm lucky I have next week off but this definitely isn't how I expected to spend my mid-sem break. I also have a little fluffy kitty that would need to be welcome as well. I'm struggling to find anywhere within our budget that would accept a couple and a cat, so if you know of anyone, please get in touch! We basically need to be out by Monday night as the demolition starts Tuesday morning.
I am a 21 year old french girl doing an internship in Syndey. I want to move form my actual place, so I am looking for a room which will be availale in one month (around the 22 of october). However if I found someone to take my actual room before, I will be able to move earlier. I wiil stay until the 21 of december. I am friendly, tidy, and calm. I am always ready to share meals, drinks or other activities with my flatmates. I would like to move in a place with uni students (locals or internationals students).
I will barely be there... I am coming down to Fox to work on a film. I am extremely tidy; just need a parking spot, a bed, laundry and bathroom. I will buy meals out so will only use kitchen for tea/coffee. I am also a Qld fire and rescue officer and any spare time is spent surfing and playing music or reading. Have two daughters and live on the Sunshine Coast. Will need room from 4-6 weeks. Cheers
Hi I'm from Scotland about to start my 2nd year visa. I currently work in the city for a wine company so I get plenty cheap wines for the weekends 😀! I enjoy cooking & socialising with new people. I'm looking for a house that's social who I'll get on great with. X
My name is Rhiannon and I have recently just moved back to Sydney for the third time after travelling South America. Looking for a double room in Coogee or surrounding areas I have previously lived in both Coogee and randwick areas I work hard during the week and am looking for somewhere I can relax and chill out after a long day. I do love to socialise of a weekend over a few glasses of wine I am a friendly, easy going person who is always keen to meet new people.
I’m a 27-year-old professional working in the Sydney CBD full time, mostly Monday to Friday. I’m very social, so I like to be out and about with friends on the weekends and I play netball at least once a week. I work in television production and travel quite a bit for work, so I will be away for a few days at a time, usually about twice a month. I’m very easy-going and like to live with friendly people, who like to socialise and have a drink together every now and then, but also respect each other's space. I’m not a clean freak, but I like things to be fairly tidy and I do my fair share of the cleaning of communal areas. I’m just looking for somewhere spacious, drama-free and comfortable with like-minded people.
I’m Kirsten, I’m 31 and from New Zealand and I’ve been in Sydney for two years. I am looking for a small flatshare or a couple of other people who are looking for a nice house that we could all go in on. I work in the hospitality industry (bartending in a restaurant in the city) so my schedule is mainly evening shift work. I’m not sure if you have any preconceived notions about hospitality workers, but I am not the rowdy type although I do like having a drink every now and then but I’d rather be out and not at home (unless I’m working on cocktail recipes). I am a non-smoker and don't mind living with smokers but as long as they keep it outside. I finish up work around about midnight, so would be getting home quite late but I would be respectful of everyone else in the house and keeping noise to the bare minimum. Spose a bonus of living with me would be that we'd never be needing to use the kitchen or bathroom at the same time when getting ready for work! After work (if I'm not already exhausted) I'll wind down by either (quietly!!) having a jam on the PlayStation or watching a bit of Netflix (where I currently stay there is no TV reception so Netflix is all I got!) On my days off, I'll usually be out and about doing my own thing, unless I've decided it's a cleaning day and I will attempt to sort out the house top to bottom. I am a bit of an introvert – meeting more than one new person at a time can be a bit daunting for me – but I am friendly and respectful and pretty mellow and chill. I do like listening to my 70’s/80’s and 90’s Spotify playlists (or having Black Books playing in the background) when I’m getting ready for work in the afternoons though. I would love to become friends with my flatmate(s) and make it my home, and not just be an extra body in the house to cover the rent, but I do also value my alone time. I’ve always been the lease holder of places I’ve lived, so I’ve been in charge of paying rent plus organising and collecting utility bill money from other flatmates. Bills and rent will always be paid on time. I’m tidy and always clean up after myself. I’m big on recycling and will even go through the rubbish (at work and at home) and separate the recyclables if I notice any in the bin. Move date and budget negotiable (for the right place!) Get in touch if you think we'd get along great! cheers!
Just arriving from Ireland. Hold a Residency Permit. So moving over to Sydney for the long haul. 40, straight, never married & no kids. Work in IT, Business Change & Consultancy. Looking forward to living in sunnier climes and trying new things. Any questions drop me a line.
Danielle and I are looking for 2 rooms in an existing flat/house share or an entire flat. We both work full time as a nurse and a hairdresser. We're pretty chilled during the week but like to go out and socialise at the weekends! We're clean and tidy and love to share cooking.
