Hi there, I am a Software Engineer, working full-time. Have been living in Brisbane for the past 19 years and now relocating to Melbourne for work. I am looking for a furnished place to stay short to medium term, ie anywhere between 2-6 months. I am a vegan and love all animals. I am very friendly, I enjoy having meaningful conversations but also need my own quiet time and respect other people's space. I enjoy running, swimming, cycling, and hiking. Love to travel and explore new places. If you want to learn more about me or have any questions, please feel free to send me a message! :)
I have a place available 1st of Feb- message me for more details! Hello, I'm Lauren, 23 years old, a generally chilled person who likes to travel, go to gigs, have a cider and a chat, always up to meeting new people, currently work in a supermarket. I have been living in Melbourne since 2013 in two share houses, so very respectful of the space etc. Also eat meat, and like to cook meals when I can, happy to share them with future housemates. Look forward to meeting you! :)
I recently moved to Melbourne from the UK and now work full time as a Sales Executive. I'm a foodie, love to explore the city and go for runs to clear my head. I'd love housemates that enjoy socialising, talking about our days and hanging out, but also value some alone time after a long day at work. I work office hours/weekdays so I'm not looking for a party house, but I'm happy to have a glass of wine on the weekend! Feel free to message me if you have a spare room in Southbank/South Melbourne - I would love to hear from you!
Looking to move into a new house any time from the start of Feb. Just finished my first year of Masters in Teaching at unimelb -one more year to go. I work in Albert park, teaching music, two days a week and I will be at uni in the city most week days throughout the day. I also have regular performances and rehearsals throughout the year that keep me busy some nights. Looking for a quiet household, not big into the party scene but do enjoy a quiet drink on the weekends. I do like a clean and tidy house to relax in and don't mind doing my bit for the house. If you have dogs, thats a bonus!
I'm Stef, I work full-time in recruitment - I'm a big subscriber to 'work hard, play hard'. I work standard Monday-Friday hours so I'm usually low key during the week and up for a good time on the weekend! I've lived in heaps of share houses and I'm looking for something clean but fun and respectful. I'm looking for housemates who are fairly laidback -- you like your own space at times but you're also willing to sit down and have a few drinks or a chat as well. Above all, I'm looking for a social, fun household with roommates that respect each other. I'm a huge AFL fan so liking footy won't hurt either! I'd prefer to make my own meals, generally speaking. However, very open to the idea of a shared BBQ or dinner every now and then! Not much furniture with me aside from an entertainment unit and a coffee table which I could store if necessary. I also have a washing machine. Looking for a minimum stay of 6 months, prefer long-term
Hi, I'm Jen from England. I'm an academic manager at an English Language school across from Southern Cross Station. I've been living in a one bed place in Southbank for 18 months, but the owners want to move back in. I can move anytime, but must definitely be out by the 8th of March. I would prefer to stay in Southbank / South Melbourne area. I'm friendly, positive, kind, and keep my place clean and tidy all the time. I generally work 9:00 - 5:00, but a couple of days a week might involve unpaid overtime... I like to run, see my friends the odd night in the week, or just chill in front of Netflix. I really like socializing over cheese and wine or wine and cheese. Not a party animal anymore; I would just like to live with someone who can be a good friend; not just a flatmate.
I'm a working professional who loves to travel and do beach hopping when weather permits. I also cook and bake goodies when I'm craving for one and wouldn't mind sharing the calories to flatmates and friends. I'm very clean, organized, friendly, respectful, a non-smoker, pays the rent and bills ahead of time, and not a party person. I'm looking for a spacious room in a house within 10Km from CBD and has convenient access to public transport, particularly the Metro. ideal move-in date is sometime in Feb but I'm quite flexible and would also consider moving-in on March.
I'm a registered Nurse working part-time and living in Melbourne. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and tidy, up for a good time and a massive foodie. My time off involves F45, restaurants, cafes and bars. I'd love a housemate that enjoys food as much as I do, a wine or two in the evenings, as well as watching Netflix and having some time to themselves. G :) x
Hello, I’m Julian. I am here visiting Australia on a working holiday and am looking for a place to stay for an extended amount of time. The amount of time itself is flexible, but I am looking for the opportunity to make a longer term commitment. I am very clean, courteous, and usually keep to myself.
Hello, I’m looking for a room to rent in Prahran, Windsor, South Yarra, Southbank Or Footscray. Ideally the closer to The Alfred hospital (Prahran) would be best as I’m studying there. Or alternatively looking for someone else to share a 2 bedroom apartment with. I also put down Footscray as I also have my gym there, it's close to my family home and if the place for rent is close to Footscray station, I may also be keen as it's easy enough to catch a train to the CBD and to Prahran for uni. I’m a student who also runs a semi lucrative side business. Money isn’t an issue so I have no trouble with paying rent and bills on time. Can provide a reference for this too. I’m a busy person and easy to get along with. So if you need some time alone or nights alone, just communicate and we could work something out. I have a cat which I wish to take with me. He’s black and white and very domesticated and sweet. I also love many other animals, so if you have dogs, I happy to help out with dog walking or minding your pets. I’m very laid back, non judgmental, respectful of others, clean up after myself and have interesting stories to tell. Get in touch if keen xx
Hi, I recently finished a game design degree, and my house is getting knocked down. I like SciFi books and British comedy. I like to keep my mind moving so i have a passing interest in everything from politics to chess, and enjoy a good discussion about all sorts of things. I'm fairly introverted, but enjoy being sociable if we get along well (which is important to me).

Hiya! I'm on the lookout for a long term room for rent in the inner northern suburbs, anywhere around Fitzroy, Carlton, Abbotsford, Collingwood etc. Just wondering if anyone has anything available at the moment? I'm looking to move between now and early Feb, my price range is anything between $600-$800 pcm (including or excluding bills). Now just the usual little bit about me; I'm super easy going, clean and tidy, easy to get along with and like to hang out. I also really enjoy just a good laugh! I'm not fussy and just want a fun place to live. I have a steady job and this year I'll be studying Biomedicine at Latrobe University. I know I'm a young chicken, although you wouldn't pick it at all. I have experience in share houses, I'm very respectable and low key. Definitely not your usual early 20's party person. I can provide references, payslips, etc. Shoot through a message if you have any questions or think you may have a room. Look forward to hearing from you! Many thanks! Lola
Hi! I’ve been living in Melbourne around 2 years. I am studying and working in Hospitality Industry. I am 36, non smoker, I like everything clean and tidy, friendly. I love my privacity and I’ll respect yours as well.
Thais, brazilian, 23yo, graduated in visual arts, now working as graphic designer and studying. I'm a easy going, quiet, clean and tidy person. I'm always working during the week, so I'll be home only at nights & also I don't mind to share time with my flatmates and socialize. In my free time I like to go out with friends but sometimes I rather stay at home chilling. :)
My name is Kadir, I'm 28 years old, engineer and I came from Turkey to learn English. I lived in share houses for long time and never had problams. Clean, funny and easy to live with person. Hey all! I'm from the UK on a working holiday visa and will hopefully be working a hospo job in the near future.. I sing and play the ukulele (I have mine with me), I'm an avid cat person, I've seen most episodes of black mirror twice and the dream is save up for a campervan and drive the east coast. I have shared a few houses/apartments so I am fully house trained and try to keep the place tidy! Looking for accommodation asap near the city with friendly house mates x
Hey guys, Im Michaela, I currently live in Canberra but I am relocating to Melbourne in mid February 2018. I work in Project Management in the construction industry. I have done a fair bit of travelling and lived in London for a fair few years too. I’m pretty easy going, like a clean house, enjoy cooking, although it’s boring when it’s only for one! Im the kind that would like to share a drink and good banter with a flat mate but also can appreciate my own time.
