I am a mid 40's professional working for a large organisation in the city, love my sports. Also love to eat good food, drinking a good glass of wine now and then ( weekends only) and enjoy travelling and going out to movies or theatre. I enjoy some cooking now and then mainly on weekends but if there is a BBQ in the backyard I will make use of it. If sports are not on TV I usually watch the ABC until after Q& A or lateline, then hit the sack. I am friendly and try to get on with everyone I meet along both in my professional and private life. I am respectful, tidy, clean ( I like to clean up when I'm done and expect others to be the same) easy going and happy to have a chat now and then and I have a good sense of humour.
Hi, I'm Sophie, I'm looking for someone to move into my family's flat in Klemzig with me. Due to current tenants, I'm unable to make a listing at the moment, as I'm unable to take pictures. The flat is fully furnished and priced at $125, although negotiating a price that includes bills is ideal. About me, I'm an independent, country girl who loves to spend time and socialise with others, however, I do enjoy having my own space and time to myself. I am a very organised and clean individual who gets along well with others and enjoys getting out with friends. I'm a very easy going, considerate and non-confrontational person. I play netball, however I play for my home town in the country (about 2 hours north of Adelaide) so most weekends I won't be home. If you're at all interested in the flat, flick me a message and I can pass on some mot details!
I am very, very clean and tidy. I don't smoke, I don't take drugs and I drink wine in moderation. I am 63 years old. I have references. I'm a Kiwi and have lived in Adelaide for 5 years. I would like an unfurnished place as my belongings have been in storage for 13 months and I'm missing them. I belong to a bookclub. I love the beach. I don't go out at night very much. My eldest daughter has been living in Adelaide for 11 years and I see her every week or two. I don't have visitors as I prefer to go out if I find spare time. I love music but don't listen to it with excessive volume. I don't have a "partner" and have no intention of acquiring one.
Im friendly, really easy going, but can also help out with cooking or cleaning. I play video games and generally keep to myself but have a pleasant attitude and good at socializing as well. Preferably looking for a fellow video gamer to live with to share an interest in the hobby
I'm a 19 year old student in my fourth year of Uni and am looking to move to Adelaide for my final year. I don't mind having some fun but also don't like things getting too untidy. I can cook and won't complain when housework needs to be done.
I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations.
Hi my name is Melvin and I'm looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or any nearby suburbs that is close to the city really as I am starting a job soon there. I'm a tidy person, non-smoker and would say that I'm a pretty easygoing person. :) Looking for furnished rooms preferably!
Any Area East, South preferred, happy to move further away from the city, clean and non-smoker, drug free, alcohol occasionally, non interfering, single, happy to help around house work, walking, like to travel, looking for 3 months plus.

I am very active and social, I get along with most people with my wide range of interest (Football, gym, art, hikes etc). I am laid back, have stayed in hostels for long periods of times without problems before. I guarantee I will have no problems in paying rent I have a dog that is perfectly house trained, currently I leave him inside and has never destroyed anything. From what other people have said he does not have a strong dog smell. Would prefer for someone who enjoys the company of dogs as he loves people.
I work part time as a barista. I love animals and Im very easy to get along with. I enjoy playing cards and going to the gym as well as cooking at home.

Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
I have rented properties for the last 6 and a half years, I have a perfect rental history. Great rental reference and personal references. I am down to earth, friendly and keep to myself, although always happy to chat and join in and have a movie night etc.
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together. My budget is (or anything around this mark) $160 p/w exc utilities 190 p/w inc utilities Hope to hear from anyone interested

Young professional, sustainability minded humanitarian, who occasionally smokes outside, works part time in retail whilst seeking next job, normally work for NGOs, looking for a quiet place to keep to myself initially, with similar aged females. Have lived in some great share houses, always with women, can provide references and pay bills on time. Mechanically minded, would love a place to park my 4wd under cover. I'm moving out from living with my partner of 10 year so initially I need a quiet place for a little while, then a chance to meet some new people and get back out there. I'm a calm, down to earth, compassionate guy with Buddhist leanings and a love of art, music, politics and culture. I'll likely be seeking a place from mid April, and may stay anything from 3 months or more depending on work ( may seek interstate work for next year). Cheers
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
I'm in my last semester of uni studying marketing at Adelaide University. Looking for a place for 3-4month length of stay and will move in on April 8. My budget for rent is between 130-160 (not included bills), and 160-200 (included bills) I am an open minded kind of person and very respectful
I am an easy going person who likes to be social but also enjoy time to myself. I like to keep my space tidy and am respectful of other peoples property. I am an active outdoorsy kind of person and enjoy getting out on the weekends for breakfast and activities. Love a casual mid week drink after work and a few drinks on the weekend too. I am clean and responsible, always up for conversation and a great team player. I am looking for somewhere close to the city or in the city. Anywhere from Goodwood around to Walkerville including Norwood, Glenunga, Parkside, Unley, St Peters, North Adelaide etc I have an adorable three year old cat who I would love to bring with me however I do have a back up for her if the perfect opportunity came up that she wasn't able to join. Lily is an independent, smart, clean cat that spends most of her day sleeping. Flexible with move in date

Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 21 and a student to be. My current share house recently had an enormous gumtree branch fall through it, leaving it uninhabitable, so I'm looking to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a fantastic cook, I'm clean and tidy and I am a responsible, well mannered person. I enjoy my own company but I can be sociable and would be happy to have a glass of wine or two with you. I enjoy going out for coffee, and a night out in town from time to time! My interests include, art collecting/galleries, going antiquing and op-shopping, watching indie and foreign films, and listening to and collecting music. I am available to move right now. I would love to become friends with the people I share with.
I am 27 year old physiotherapist looking for a place for me and my dog Archie. I am from Adelaide, but was previously working in Victor Harbor then spent a six month stint in Melbourne. I have recently moved back home and am now looking for my own place to rent. I am tidy and organised, love a glass of wine or tea depending on the time of day and exercise lots. I play touch football and go to the gym, can cook amazing dumplings and can be friendly and sociable or quiet and respectful as required. I would love to find some housemates who are friendly and easy going, who keep a tidy house and love dogs. Always happy to share a meal or a glass of wine, or watch awful TV shows on Netflix with others. Ideally am looking to the south of the city (Unley/Parkside) but am flexible with location and move date. Budget is $150 (or $200 including bills).

I am doing a Working Holiday Visa and I am looking for a quiet place to stay ideally arount Stepney/Norwood. I will be staying for a year but I'd like to be sure if the accommodation suits me so I'd like to stay for a week first if you're fine with that. Because I'm in Belgium at the moment, I cannot visit the property. I like my privacy to be respected so I like to respect other's privacy too. I am easy going, open minded and social. Whether you are vegan or not I don't mind as long as we respect each others. I am empathetic and I would dream to live in a place surrounded by nature and quietude. This time has come and I'd like to share that with someone too.

I'm an easy-going young professional who is looking to join an existing sharehouse or find a place with 1-2 other people. I have experienced both sharing and living solo, so I understand and respect other's space, boundaries and lifestyles, and always keep on top of the bills and keep things clean and tidy for myself and others. Responsible and trustworthy, but fun too! I enjoy music and reading, as well as a drink and a laugh after work and on the weekends. Nice, friendly, social, like-minded housemates would be ideal!
