I am coming back from university exchange in Amsterdam and I need a new place to live while I complete my final year. I am studying sustainability and environmental management at Deakin, Burwood. I had a casual job at McDonalds which I'm sure I will be able to get back, but if not, my centrelink payments and savings are more than enough to pay for my rent until I find a new one. I have lived in three different share houses since moving out at 18 and have always paid my rent on time. I am a very organised and clean person and I would like to share a house with just one, two or perhaps three housemates that also know how to clean up after themselves. I also have a pet snake, I always keep her enclosure in my room. I know that not everyone is comfortable with the idea of living with a snake, and if so I promise you will never have to see her. Have my own place which I rent out. Pay bills & rent on time Am reliable , good around the house and overall like to keep busy but have my own interests too. Have the means too to start up a place (new) with another likeminded individual so I could be looking to explore other options. ? Obviously looking for a good fit but happy to work toward that as a goal if the situation calls for it. ....... for now I'd be happy to live in a house where we'd have a normal lounge and dining. Not just looking for a roof over my head as I already have that,. but a home I can be part of & contribute to. Strictly no druggies / druggos , whatever else you want to call them, no smoking house,. and no binge drinking household either, being either social or otherwise. If you're kind , considerate & dont take yourself too serious we'll get along fine. We 're all on a journey & getting there is only half the fun. If I can a place that includes utilities in the cost of rent that'd be great? ! . Happy to pay a bit more for the right place though. Open too to other areas!
