I'm a 26 year old busy professional working full time while completing my Masters. I've been in Melbourne for the past 4 years after growing up in Perth. I'm a tidy and a laid back guy. keen to both find some chill time but also up for a cheeky wine and to check out the bars, cafe's, restaurants, shops and just explore the city. I "like" to exercise most days, so if you're up for a run or a hot pilates class we can find motivation in numbers.
Hi! My name's hazel, I'm a student at Melbourne uni studying physics. I'm a tidy, easygoing gal, and when I'm not studying (or working) I love to bake, swim, rock-climb, or even just hang out and chat over some wine. I'm just after somewhere relaxing and comfortable near the city.
Recently made the move to Melbs from Perth to study Primary Teaching. I love kids, dogs, coffee and sleep-ins. Bit of a chiller but will never say no to a cheeky drink or two. Working part time at Woolies. Very tidy and respectful of privacy but also super easy to get a long with and always down for a chat!
I am a Finnish student currently in Melbourne for an exchange semester at Monash University. I am an easygoing person, who appreciates a clean house. I enjoy binge watching Netflix, eating out and good cocktails.
Looking at my options to move from central vic to Melb for more working opportunities towards the end of the year. I currently share a house with 2 males so very familiar with sharing. I’m quite clean, outgoing, I’m very social but also respectful of others space and enjoy my space too.
I'm Jake, a UX writer originally from Manchester who loves swimming, cooking, yoga (when I can be bothered) and writing - whether that's UX stuff or my own short stories, poetry and so on. I'm moving to Melbourne and will be free from the 14th March onwards. Top 5 things I'll want to do when I get out there are: 1. find some good places to eat 2. get some contract work 3. Start cooking for my flatmates 4. make some new friends, and take them to places I found in 1 5. Get out into the local spoken word/poetry scene. If you can help with any of those or, even better, want to live with me while I discover all of those things for myself (and you!) then hit me up. As long as I have my own room I can work the rest around that :) Let me know if you want to chat! Jake
I'm studying Events Management at Napier University in Edinburgh. Although I'm originally French, but i've moved around a bunch, so if you need tips on europe let me know! I love to travel, so here I am in Melbourne for 4ish months for a semester abroad! I enjoy cooking at home, exploring cities and the surrounding nature, and checking out as many unique events as I can. I keep things clean, respect others areas and aim to be an understanding. communicator (in case there's any issues, we'll try to sort something out). Message me if you have any questions!
I am currently studying at Deakin University I will also be working part-time. I am neat and clean. I like interacting with other people at the same time I like having my own space and privacy. Hi there! I'm Sophie, I'm 23 years old and I'm from Auckland, New Zealand. I moved to Melbourne at the end of September 2018 and am currently living with my aunt, however I'm looking to move out. I work full time at Mantra on Russell, as a Food & Beverage Attendant. My hours vary - some days I'm working morning shifts starting at 5:45am/6am and other days I'm doing evenings, finishing at 11pm/11:30pm. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends, explore new places and events, and keep fit by going to the gym and playing tennis. I am a neat and tidy, laid back person, who has respect for herself and other peoples space and belongings. Move in date is flexible.
In the process of trying to find my own place close to the city to avoid the long commute to work. Love to find a roomy who is in a similar boat and ready to attend apartment inspections. I love chill nights, sunsets and anything astrology. I am tidy and will always clean up after myself. Being new to Melbourne I do hope to make a friend out of my roomy - have bunch and chats, but I also understand the need for privacy and personal space.
We are a fun couple looking for a large room in an established share house or housemates willing to start a place with us. Nick works full time as an economist and Charlotte works part time in hospitality and finished her Masters of Social Policy this year. We are easy going and enjoy quality banter, craft beer, footy, getting out and about and going to gigs. Monday to Friday is low key filled with exercise and watching the Bachelor or Survivor. We are clean, respectful of others and can meet deadlines. Also make a mean caramel slice. About you: We are looking for housemates who we hope to call friends who are happy to socialise while being respectful of space also. Ideally you are clean, a good communicator and be able to meet payment deadlines. About the house: We are looking for a house or townhouse with plenty of space to ensure we aren't living on top of one another. Nick also has plenty of furniture and appliances including a fridge, washing machine, dryer, everything for the kitchen and a coffee table. If you are interested or have any questions send us a message! Cheers, Charlotte and Nick.
I'm 22 years old finnish bloke and I've been in Australia for 6 months now. I've been living in southbank with two of my friends and now our apartment contract is about to come to an end and they are leaving Melbourne soon so I'm actively seeking for a new room. I'm social, respectful and chill! Also because of my Finnish nature I respect privacy and personal space a lot so no need to worry about me being too noisy. I respect all kinds of people and I consider myself open minded. Also I have background working in the military so I know how to do my dishes and keep the place tidy haha.
Hi, my name is Mike. I'm moving to Melbourne toward the end of February for work. I work as a men’s tailor, specifically with bespoke suiting. I’m open-minded, tidy, playful and fun. I love to socialise yet I know my boundaries and enjoy my own downtime from time to time. I’ll often be out through the weekend and working hard through the week. Fashion is my passion and I love travelling.
I'm a 26 y/o software developer, working full time. I have lived in a flatshare previously. I love to travel, and to go out for drinks with friends. My hobbies include video games, reading, programming, keeping things clean and paying bills on time. I'm a non-smoker.
I'm from Melbourne's inner east working full-time as a geologist at GHD in the city (moving my rock collection is appreciated but not essential!) I enjoy riding my bike, hiking/day walks away, a little MMA and making model airplanes in my spare time. Looking for a place that I can ride my bike to and from work alright, is quiet during weeknights and with people who might appreciate the sincere majesty of a nice rock. Any gender housemates, I'm not fussed.
I am starting a new job in Melbourne, in the eastern suburbs. I am a pretty relaxed, considerate housemate, I enjoy socialising but also like my own company just as much. Always happy to watch some Netflix or enjoy some good food. I enjoy gardening so would be keen to set up a little herb garden or veggie patch if possible.
Hi, my name is Melissa, I am 22 and study law/ property and real estate full-time at Deakin, and work part-time in Richmond. I have been living alone for the past two years but have decided to look into share housing. As I spend majority of my time studying, I am preferably looking for a pretty relaxed share house where I would intend to stay long-term if it worked out. I consider myself a low maintenance, clean and friendly housemate. I like my own space a lot of the time but do enjoy socialising and would prefer to have a housemate I can enjoy a drink with occasionally. I am preferably looking for a housemate with similar qualities.
I’m a friendly, social and chilled person, working full time as a genetics research coordinator. I love going to gigs, yoga, hiking, long boarding, chai tea and getting outdoors. I’ve lived in a share house for the last 3 years and am moving closer to the city long-term for work. I’m pretty low key during the week but like to have friends over for a few wines or dinner & Netflix on the weekend - not looking for a party house though. I like living in a cosy, clean home with lots of indoor plants 🌱 I’m looking for friendly, likeminded housemates who are happy to hang out together, but also do their own thing. I also have a beautiful rescue greyhound, Luca. He’s house trained, loves people, is friendly with other dogs and doesn’t bark, jump or go on the couch/bed. He likes a run around the park once a day, but is otherwise pretty chilled and sleeps a lot. Enjoys: a scratch on the ears, sleeping in strange positions and being an absolute goose.
