Hi, I have just moved from France to experience Australia. I am an IT professional and actively looking for a job (negotiating currently). I am searching for open-minded housemates who enjoy life. If you want to know more about me I'm happy to share a coffee with you. Cheers Dino
I'm a young woman who isn't afraid to break out the vacuume out and help around the house , will share wash duties and keep good company . I'm very respectful and not into partying so won't bring back drunk people making noise and disturbing others . Very easy to live with as long as respect is mutual :). Looking for a house near a train station preferably.
I'm a born Melbournian, worldly travelled, which I love...and enjoy the outdoors and keeping fit. I have my own business and am very busy during the week. I am looking for a housemate/s who seeks a little company at night, wine or meal together, but also busy with their own life and career etc. I am clean, respectful, happy to cook and share the household chores. I am social, love to laugh, and enjoy a good time on the weekends. Looking for someone like minded. Looking for 1 - 12 months (am flexible). I should also note, off street parking is important to me (let me know what your parking arrangements are).
I work full time managing my family's pet supplies store. I like to keep active and am often involved in sport/physical exercise in the evenings so I'm not home a lot. When I do have a day off I like to use it to relax at home and prepare for the week ahead. I like to keep things clean and tidy as much as possible but I understand sometimes life gets in the way! I enjoy reading and I like experimenting with cooking (though I wouldn't call myself a fantastic cook). I'm pretty content on my own but having someone to talk to everyday goes a long way to making a living situation great! I'm not in a rush to find a place, it's more important that I find a suitable location/place/roommate.
Hi, I am PhD student in Biodiversity and Evolutionary Biology Program of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. I am going to spend 6 months at the Museum Victoria as part of the development of my PhD thesis from 2 August. Although I do work hard and long hours, I do it so I can enjoy my free time as well. I love to travel, I've been in many countries of South America and Europe. Marroco and Turkey as well... Like experiencing new cultures and planning fun and new things to do and see. And be sure I do like good movies.

Hi I’m Brendan I am looking for a long term household to share with nice responsible housemates with my dog just as long as its a harmonious household. I’m 43 & just re entered hospitality after a long hiatus formerly worked as a personal carer in Aged care for many years. I am quite & easy going have a love of music & european films & book reading yes maybe a bit of a geek. I am looking for a household where we treat each other with respect & can keep a tidy house ( I am not a clean freak but a housemates record of leaving the dishes on the sink for 5 weeks is not for me) & communicate be social or have our own space if needed. I am able to move now but I am currently on a fortnight to fortnight basis for giving notice. a 15 kilometre radius to the CBD is preferred but not essential ( love the area around Williamstown where I currently am.) I can afford up to 680 pcm I am trying to quit smoking but will only smoke outside. If you just want someone urgent just to pay rent its best not to contact me. Lucy is a 8 year old Blue Heeler she would probably like to be the sole dog but she has lived with dogs before she is very affectionate & fully house trained she sleeps in my room the yard would need tall fencing & be secure she is not able to live with cats. Thanks for taking the time to read my add if you have a room or know of someone who my please message me ; I don’t have FB switched on my phone & no internet at home but will check daily so there might be a delay in my response.
Hi, I'm Kon, a Bassist who is very sociable, easygoing, vibrant, respectful and has a good sense of humour. I'm not a neat freak but like to keep things tidy. Originally I'm Thai but grew up in New Zealand. I lived in Sydney for about five years, worked full time as well as studied and travelled around. Now studying part time and working full time in a hotel on Chapel St. I'm gonna live in Melbourne for at least three years to continue my music career. I'm in love with Reggae and Funk music (actually all genres but these genres are on top), I also love Art, animals, psychology, philosophy, being with people and drinking. Cheers

Hi Everyone! We are moving interstate from NSW and in desperate need of place to move in by early August. We prefer a space wholly for ourselves and with a parking facility. If not we wouldn't mind sharing a house or apartment with private room, but we do need space for our stuffs like a fridge, washing machine, and a TV. Both of us are working full time and willing to explore the city in the weekend. Please message us if you are looking for something similar. thanks
I'm escaping the Sydney rat race and moving to Melbourne! Arrive in Melbourne on 24th July. I've got some friends in Melbourne, but looking for a house where I can make some more! I'm typically pretty busy with work, trying to get to the gym, and trying to cook healthy dinners, but always partial to a sneaky glass of wine or beer every now and then, and it would be cool if my future housemates were the same! I want to find somewhere I can call home, relax, chat about the day/life, but also respect others privacy. Oh and I can totally clean up after myself. On a weekend I'm into live music, catching up with friends, getting out in nature (are there beaches in Melbourne?!), and perhaps a beverage or two.
I'm very easy going and active. I work full time for my own business, often work late nights and Saturdays, I go out a lot with friends or go to gym/yoga, so I'm hardly ever home. Looking to live with a 1 female, who is also active, doesn't stay home all the time, but sometimes enjoys dinners and class of wine with me. I don't mind pets, love them. Someone who is also easy going and fun. Ideally looking for nice and cute furnished room with flexible lease terms. I work in Prahran, close to Chapel street, so anything that is not too far from Prahran and Chapel street is perfect. My current lease will end on the 21st of August, so looking to move in either on the 20th or 21st.
I am from Korea and I love traveling. I especially like to meet local people who live in that city. And that's why I came to Melbourne as an exchange student. I wanted to experience real Aussie life by living with them for few months. And yeah past few months here in Australia were the best days of my life. And now I am about to start a new life with working holiday visa. I like small talk and finding a good restaurants or cafes in new place. To be honest, I am not a tidy person but! at some point when I feel it's unbearable, I am the first person who clean up everything so don't worry:)
I am a Taiwanese in my mid 20's. I am fun, reliable, clean, socialized, but still respect others privacy and space. Currently, I am urgently looking for a place. Immediate move in will be fantastic! If you have any, just let me know. Everything is negotiable. Either short term such as two weeks to longer term (prefer 4,5 months) are alright
Easy going, tidy, cheerful, Enjoy a drink or two and meaningful conversations with flatmates. If suitable please message me on flatmates. Looking to live with people between the age group 25-35. Not comfortable with pets.
I've been in Melbourne 4 months now and am looking for a place to call home. I am currently studying full time, and work most days i'm not at uni. Tidy, clean, quiet - but enjoy socializing.
I'm doing a PhD in physics at the University of Melbourne. Australia is a very generous country so they decided to give me a salary/scholarship, which means that I can always pay my rent and bills in time, without having to rob any Woolies. In my spare time I like to do sports (running, swimming, yoga, soccer etc), annoy people around me playing my guitar, read books and travel as much as I can even if that just means going for on an adventure to the nearby pub. This is my 5th year living abroad in shared houses, before coming to Melbourne I lived in Ireland and Canada, so I am an international expert in the art of sharing a house. I value a lot the relationship with my housemates, so I'm looking for a bunch of people I can feel comfortable with, inside and outside the house, sharing dinners, drinks, lazy afternoons and any random moment life brings about. Luckily I also know how to respect others' privacy so I promise I won't follow you inside the bathroom. Living in a clean house is fundamental for me, so I hereby solemnly commit to put my efforts in keeping the place tidy and neat, and cleaning regularly.
Hi, My name is Lydia, Im 18 and a visual arts student. Im currently living in Preston but my lease ends in October and I'd like to find somewhere closer to the city. I can cook and I don't mind cooking communal meals. I went to boarding school so I have experience living with other people in a shared environment. I love a nice cup of tea, chats with housemates and baking delicious treats, whilst also trying to get some artwork done as well. Id really like to find a nice share house with people similarly aged to me, enjoy arts, music and laughing about memes. Im more than happy to do chores and help out around the house. So if you've got a room in a fun and close knit share house, please consider me! :)
I'm born and raised in Toronto, Canada. I'm a passionate sports guy who loves to get out for an adventure. I've spent my entire undergrad living with my fellow fraternity brothers. Cleanliness is important to me - keeping my shit organized is important for peace of mind, but I'll probably leave a pizza box out every once in a while after a late night. I love to go out and have a good time, but I've also learned the importance of respecting the schedules of my fellow roommates. Some of my talents are eating more than sixty McNuggets in one sitting, licking my elbow, and being an Olympic athlete. Okay, one of those are a boost. (Licking your elbow is impossible.) I grew up playing competitive hockey so I have a competitive nature within me that is likely to come out during video games, beer pong, or scrabble. Don't fuck with me when it comes to scrabble. Seriously. I'm super excited to expose myself to Ausie culture and am really looking for some cool roommates willing to come along.
Hello, my Name is Dora. I'm 26 years old. I lived in Brighton, U.K for the last 5 years. I'm moving to Melbourne this summer to work as an engineer. I'm a clean and friendly person.
