hiii we're Charlie and Laura. Both work in hospitals doing radiology and nursing. Love being out and about, real social and adventurous. Even on nights in endless cups of tea, loads of food and spontaneous decisions and chilling is the one. Looking for people who also like going out, going to new things and drink tea.....lots of tea
I'm a recent graduate that is volunteering at a non-profit organisation as a Game Designer and work part time in the customer service industry. I am organised, keep to agreements, I respect others and spaces in the house hold, I clean up after myself keeping common areas clean for all. I am frequently coming and going and enjoy a good chat. I have an interest in gaming, reading, anime and films.
Hi there, We are looking for a place starting in November or December. Currently, I'm working part time at Monash, I will start full-time work in 2018. My partner, she will be working part time and studying. We are both friendly, super easy going, respectful and enjoy meaningful conversations or a hearty a laugh. Let me know if we sound like your people. Lushani
I am 25yo fun loving girl from Finland on my working holiday year here in Australia. I am coming to Melbourne beginning of November and looking for a nice room/roomshare to live in for the coming 3-6 months. Ideally I'd like to live in a shared apartment/house with cool flatmates near the free tram zone / CBD. I enjoy hanging out with housemates but also appreciate everyone's privacy. I like to party and go out but also enjoy spending a night on the couch watching movies, cooking dinner together or just having a glass of wine spiced with good conversation. I am clean and organized and I have experience living in sharehouses. Don't hesitate to send me a message with info or questions!
I'm super clean and honestly don't spend too much time at home. Usually out exploring the city or out and about with friends. I'm from San Francisco and will be in Melbourne for another year ish. I work in hospo and enjoy yoga running exploring outside the city hiking and camping. :)
Hi! I am Dan, a 30 year old Australian guy. I'm working as an consultant and also finishing off a PhD at Melb Uni. When that's not keeping me occupied, I enjoy going rock climbing, going out for a coffee drink with friends, or (trying to) learn Japanese. I've lived in Melbourne for ages, and I love it, particularly being inner city, where the coffees, beer and food is plentiful. Whilst I am a pretty quiet guy, I really want to move into a house where I can make friends with the other flatmates, rather than just exist together. Previously I've enjoyed cooking and going on trips with my other housemates, and it'd be great to continue in that tradition.
Hey I'm friendly clean and tidy! I love meeting new people and socialising mainly at weekends I'm fairly new to australia been here about a month traveling around now have decided Its time to settle down and find a place I can call home! Oh and I'm a barber/hairdresser!! :)
Hey guys, My names Ben, and I'm a pretty chill guy. I moved to Melbourne 6 months ago, and work as a Risk Manager for Vero corporate. Absolutely loving Melbourne and all this city has to offer. I've been loving in a temporary arrangement South Yarra since I arrived and its now time to move on. Ideally I'd like to stay around this area (South Yarra, Richmond & Prahran). I work business hours, and sometimes travel for work. I usually try an cross fit 4-5 times after work a week. Other than that, exposing the city and enjoying good coffee is my game. I'm easy to get along with, and funny I've been told. Work can be pretty intense, so I can be a bit of a hermit at home. I've worked for this company for 9 years and paying my bills etc is no problem. I'm super tidy, like legit clean. I'm a homo too, if that bothers you >.< Cheers Ben
Hi everyone! My name is Reece. I moved to Victoria two years ago, coming here from the Gold Coast to work and study (I completed my studies, for now, last year). I spent a year with relatives and the last year with a friend from work, but the time has come for me to move on! My goal is to find a share house with people nearer my own age. Who am I? Up until recently, my life was dominated by sport, but after playing cricket for 15 years in a row, I decided a few months ago that it's time for a break! I still love the game and might play again in the future, but for now I'm loving having free time on my weekends! I'm still surrounded by cricket, because I work in a cricket store, and also do some coaching. I actually want to explore other things and try new hobbies, such as volunteering and maybe furthering my studies at uni. Away from sport, I'm a bit of a geek. I play old computer games, reading (often about history) and love Game of Thrones. I prefer to spend most of my nights in when I'm not working (and I often work nights). I'm really not a party animal, and don't really drink other than the occaisional beer or red wine, which I've developed a bit of a taste for since moving down here. I'm pretty laid back, I reckon. I like time to myself, spending a lot of time on my laptop or watching TV, but would love to make friends out of my new house mates since I still don't know too many people down here. I'm more than happy to spend an hour or two chatting or just generally hanging out at the end of a day, and I'm keen to share the odd TV show or movie too. I think I'd be pretty flexible depending on what you're looking for. I see myself as kind, honest and just generally friendly. I'm respectful of privacy, personal spaces and relationships. I want to live with people who are similar - tidy and a bit docile. :P I can cook half a dozen different things and would be open to sharing a cooking load - if not, I'm all good to take care of myself. I'm clean, and I'm not at all afraid of scrubbing a pot, or a toilet. I would feel most comfortable with people who have a bit of share house experience and who can tolerate my lack of knowledge on some things (it's pretty straightforward though, right?). I currently live, work and go to a gym in the Ringwood area, but I don't mind commuting so I've got a wide search area. I am planning on travelling to Europe next year (around April-May) so 6 months would be a minimum stay. Depending on finances, I may move home to Queensland at that time, but otherwise I would like to stay in Victoria indefinitely. Somewhere with some storage space would be great. I have some stuff I've accumulated like a bike, cricket gear, golf clubs and stuff which I'd ideally not have to store in my room (depending on the size or cupboard space, I suppose). I don't own a bed but I'm happy to purchase one. I do have a TV, though (priorities!). Lastly, I am currently single, don't smoke, and have no pets (but I'm fine with them). LGBT friendly, please! I feel like I'm waffling on a bit here so I'll leave it at that. Thanks for reading!
Hi, I'm Yumi, 39yo, I work Mon-Fri 9-5 as an Executive Assistant in environmental conservation. I'm pretty cruisy and enjoy socialising. Into creative stuff like art and music. Fairly quiet on weeknights but out and about going shopping, gym, out with friends, gigs etc on weekends. I'm clean and tidy and always happy to chip in for house chores. Looking for a tidy and respectful home with a friendly flatmate who is independent but wouldn't mind a chat over dinner or a glass of vino here and there :) I'm strictly an outdoor smoker and I make sure smoke doesn't come into the house and never throw butts around or anything I promise!
I'm pretty chill, can't say I'm that I'm a clean freak but I definitely like to keep things neat. I work part-time and am a full time uni student, doing post grad at Monash, so I'm pretty busy most days! I enjoy warm, sunny days, reading books and the outdoors or the comfort of wine and a good tv show or a good chat!
Hey future housemates! I'm looking for a place in CBD and inner eastern/southern suburbs. I have a rental history of 6 years in shared accomodation, so I have prior experience living with all kinds of people. I definitely appreciate cleanliness, mindfullness and respectfulness. As I am mindful of others, I clean up after myself and very attentive to social queues. I expect the same from my housemates. I'm a second year Law/Criminology Major at The University of Melbourne, and also studying Architecture and Interior Design part-time as well. I love what I do and I like to surround myself in positivity. Idealistically, I'd like to live in a home environment with people of my age demographics (18 - 28) that are capable of cleaning up after themselves, mature and pragmatic when it comes to monthly bills or maintenance, and is respectful of others possessions, privacy, personal lives, affiliations ect. I get along with positively charged people who are socialites and loves to have a beverage and can take a lighthearted roasting every now and then. My schedule is filled with study commitments on weekdays, and recreational activities generally on weekends/and or afternoons. I love my alone time and as I've mentioned above, privacy is important to me! I'm very upfront and likes to work on resolutions quickly. I would expect the same from my housemates to ensure that we don't have petty issues. Although there are lots of activities/topics that interests me, the following are key interests: Fashion & Other Creative Pursuits, Travelling, Spirituality, Volleyball, Yoga, Philanthropy, Music, Clubbing & Social Activities, Hiking and Global Advancements (Being a good global citizen!) Cooperative, deadline orientated and stable; it would be fantastic if we have similar standards to what a healthy living situation should be. I am quite independent, but wouldn't mind having a relaxed, homely and fun house relationship as well. I want to be able to laugh at each other's horrendous jokes and puns, and be great pals. If you are keen to adopt me as the newest member of the family, then please don't hesitate to message/text or call me! You are more than welcome to leave a voicemail if I don't answer in the time of your calls, and I'd be more than happy to answer any further questions or queries that you might have through the messaging system on here. Kind Regards, Chee.

Hi! I'm a friendly girl from Sweden looking for a new home! I'm always up for an adventure or just a casual hangout. Very respectfull towards others privacy, tidy and easygoing. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey there, I just recently moved to Melbourne from Alaska and am looking to settle here and work in the hospitality industry. I consider myself to be very respectful of others and my housemates, chill, sociable, and well house trained. I'm also fully capable of paying rent on time. I like a wide range of music, tea, making attempts at cooking dishes outside of my skill level, and going out for drinks on the occasional evening and weekends. Generally looking to live with others who are social and like to chill together, either often you just occasionally. I can move in any time! I'm preferably looking for something longterm, but am open to subletting if it's for 3+ months. Also would prefer the room to be furnished. No share rooms please! Feel free to message me with any other questions! Cheers, Trever
Hey, I'm Ben. 27 years old, working full time as an electrician. Looking to move closer to the city for a change in lifestyle and to be closer to work. Lived out of home a few years now so I come fully trained and own almost everything required in a house (which I'm happy to put in storage or to bring along). Definitely social but also like to have time to myself, happy to share meals or drinks. In my own time and on weekends I'm normally at the gym, cycling or catching up with friends and family. If you want to know more feel free to ask
I have lived in shared spaces the past 4 years, and understand the mutual respect and responsibility that is required to maintain a house or flat with multiple people living in it. I love to socialize and hangout, but am also able to do my own thing!
Easy going, fun and don't mind a chat and a wine. I work full time as an accountant so my weeknights are usually very chilled and low-key but like to be out and about over the weekends. I like keeping very fit/active, eat healthy and am a pretty clean and tidy person.
Easy going, friendly and respectful gal from London (UK) looking for a room in Melbourne! :) Been living with other people in shared accommodation since I was 18 so very used to the concept of personal space and being respectful to other people. Equally I like the idea of living in a friendly/social house - basically I'm not one that likes to hide in my room! I like to go out and party occasionally at the weekends but as I'll be working full time during the week I'm mainly looking for nice/like minded people to cook dinner in the evenings with and make new friends! If you have a room that would suit please give me a message :) thanks!
Hey there! I'm Ellie and I'm 29 years old and work full-time as a Vet Nurse. I'm an easy-going, friendly gal who loves her music and movies, I enjoy a good chill session with a glass of wine but also enjoy heading out once in a while for a night out. I'm a tidy person, I like to cook and live healthy and although I enjoy my own space at times, I'm also very social and friendly :) I'm all about low-drama and good vibes, and would be looking for roommates who are like-minded!
