I’m 25 years old, friendly and very easy going. I just moved to Melbourne 2 weeks ago from Denver, Colorado, USA on the working holiday visa. I plan on being here for about 6 months. I’m really loving exploring this beautiful city as much as possible. At the moment, I work in a restaurant full time. I enjoy being outdoors, going to the beach, hiking, photography and some graphic designing here and there. I’m very clean tidy and will help with keeping common areas clean. I also enjoy listening to music, going to the gym and a casual night out trying new restaurants with a few drinks.
I am a clean and organised individual who will always do my part in household chores. On my down time, I enjoy reading, movies/tv shows or simply gaming/browsing on my PC. I do not smoke and do not drink outside of special occasions, and I am a quiet individual who will mostly keep to myself, although I am not opposed to a good chat. I am in need of a place near Heidelberg within a relatively short period of time (within 2-3 weeks) so that I can work at full time at a pathology lab in the area. If you are looking for a tidy, good-natured housemate, please message me. Thank you for reading.
Bubbly and respectful. Natural social butterfly. Extremely clean and tidy. Literally get up, go to work, come home, eat and end up watching netflix on my laptop until I fall asleep during the week. On weekends I will usually be out catching up with mates. I don't drive so ideally the property will be within walking distance of a train station, as I work in the CBD.
I'm from Perth, a Political Science & Communications graduate from the University of Western Australia. Currently working as a Marketing and Media Specialist. Planning on resuming studies in either Semester 1 or 2 in 2019 in Economics & Finance in Melbourne while working. Sociable but enjoy my space.
We’re both laid back, tidy and respectful people. We have both recently just gotten back from 7 months on the road and looking for a place to call home. Jodie is a 22 year old nursing student (although currently taking a break from studies) who is also a part time nanny, and full time dad joke maker. She is fun and genuine and an all around cool chick. As for myself, I am a 21 year old American (and yes, I’m currently here running from trump) I’ve been doing chef work here in melbs but I’m in the midst of looking for something better suited for me. Also mildly obsessed with mountains, Krispy Kreme and photography.
The reason I need accommodation for a month is because I will be on placement for university, so I’ll hardly be at the apartment. I will also go home(Torquay) for most of the weekend each week (which is 3 days long every week!) I’m really easy going and friendly! I love being active and cooking :)
I'm new to Melbourne originally from Wellington, NZ. I love meeting new people and I'm really enjoying my time here so far! I'm 23yo easy going friendly chap with a good sense of humor who likes to be social but also have there space. I'm generally a very tidy person and like my things organised, love a drink on the weekend and to go out exploring the bars and restaurants having a good time
20 yeah easy going bloke, doing my chippy apprenticeship in Camberwell. Neat and tidy guy, will contribute to household chores, always up for a beer and a chat but also respectful of privacy! I’m the ideal person to live with, keep it pretty chill throughout the week with homemade dinners and a couple froths, tend to have a couple more froths over the weekend to! Want to know more just give me a message!
**I have an older female cat, please don't message me if you're unable to accommodate pets** Hi all, I'm 25 working and studying part-time. I study psychology and work at a software company in the CBD. I'm a social introvert, warm, open-minded and friendly. I love to laugh (I speak fluent sarcasm) and I can have a conversation with pretty much anyone about pretty much anything. :) I'm not really into social media and stopped using it a while ago, so that's why I don't have any linked profiles - still a real person though (last time I checked) Any questions, please feel free to message me.
Hi there. I currently live in North Richmond, with an ending lease (approx. end Nov/early Dec). I am trying to find a likeminded person/people to live with. I am 27, single, social, easy going, work full-time and study. I can/do always pay rent/bills on time. I am really clean/tidy. I love a wine/beer, chat, footy, music, to cook, be social and also love my own time. I am studying Nutrition, so I am pretty healthy, however, I have a good balance. Most weekdays I am out 7am-7/8pm. On weekends I tend to be social, however, I also love a quiet night in watching the footy/having a drink (or no drink) and just chilling out. I am looking for somewhere that will feel like home, a housemate/housemates I can hang out with (whilst appreciating our own time/space). I don't want to feel as though I have to live in my room. I also sometimes like to have a friend/friends over for a cheeky drink and would love to all be able to engage. I'm not looking for a party every weekend house, as I do need to study sometimes (ehhh). I don't require parking, however, close to some form of PT is required. I don't have any furniture to contribute except for my room furnishings, but I do have some niceeee houseplants! Cheers, Laura
friendly, clean, social, independant, loves to cook (for me and for you) loves yoga, loves wine. Hey guys, I'd love to find some chilled out people to share a place with and feel like im at home. I'm pretty relaxed. 29 years old, I work fulltime and Im into health and fitness but I also love to wind down with some vinos and go out with friends. I like cleaning and I'm tidy but not OCD, I’m social but I also know how to socialize just with myself, I love yoga but wine is life. i like to think I’m pretty balanced. I love to cook although Im out quite a bit. I’ve been away travelling the last two years and just got home, so I’d love a place to call home and settle with likeminded people. Currently staying at my sisters place in Collingwood so I'm ready to move in whenever suits.
Hi I am 31 year old male looking for a place for minimum 6 months. I currently work Monday to Fridays most weeks and sometimes overnights. Weekends I play sport and catch up with friends. I don't mind to have a chat and socialise at home but am also respectful of others space.
I'm Eleanor from Brisbane; studying full-time (Midwifery *the stalk that delivers babies*). Love a good laugh whether it be by conversation, books or television. Moving south to experience something new. Love music, art, food, exploration, good quality television and good times. I work in menswear and have for years. Always keen for a beer or a wine at the end of day. I'm a pretty decent cook/baker and enjoy feeding people. Dabbling into the indoor plant scene, so far so good. I enjoy keeping the vibes and calmness of a place.
Recently moved back to Melbourne for work after spending some time in WA. Pretty laid back & consider myself clean, tidy and respectful of others. Relax by swimming, yoga, playing guitar, moving sports, things of that sort...
Hi, I'm Maxi, The boring- I'm studying at RMIT and work part time as a swim instructor, so i'm always chlorinated and sometimes may use my teacher voice in public. I don't smoke and i don't go to the gym. I am tidy and can cook (pasta, just lots of pasta). I have lived in shared houses before and am looking for a bunch of friendly people who preferably also binge watch TV shows. The not so boring- i enjoy hiking & camping, I grew up on a farm in a small beach town so I absolutely love animals but mostly dogs & the beach. i have a pet fish named Percival (named after Dumbledore) and as you can guess i re-watch the harry potter movies even more often than channel 7.
Hi, I'm Soph I'm a 27-year-old Nurse looking for housemate/s to live with in the central/south Melbourne area. I am originally from Perth and have been in Melbourne since January and I love it here. I work at Royal Children’s Hospital in ICU. I am really easygoing, I love a glass of wine and a trashy movie, live music, the beach, eating/drinking out and hanging with friends. Looking for a place with similarly minded roomies! I’m always up for a house dinner/bottle of wine but am also really conscious of everyone’s space. I am super tidy and always pull my weight around the house! Contact me if you're interested! Probably better to text as I am not online a heap. Hope to hear from you!
Me and my partner Filip are travelling though Australia for a year. We both work remotely at the moment as a graphic designer and a copywriter. We are looking for a place to stay in Melbourne from 1st November till end of January. We spend most of non-working time exploring Melbourne and the surroundings, work quite a bit and like try Australian wines & beer.
I am looking for 3 BEDROOMS, a whole house if available. I am a hard working Services Operations Manager in the engineering industry, a home body, and my daughters and l are house proud, clean, very busy and quiet. We love to cook, and make our house a home. Our pet cat is a darling too, she is quiet, house-trained and friendly. We are looking for a whole property if possible, or to share with another female.
Hi! My name is Rachael. I am in my final semester of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree at QUT in Brisbane. However, I will be moving to Melbourne in January, as I was offered a position as a Graduate with a law firm. I'm not looking for a party house, as I will be quite busy with work during the week. Ideally, I'm looking for a housemate(s) who respects each other's space but would also enjoy having a cheeky wine or meal together, and someone I can genuinely call a friend. Added bonus: someone who is happy to show me around Melbourne and/or recommend spots for me to check out every so often! In my spare time I love going for a bike ride, heading down to the park on a sunny day, going to art galleries and/or the cinema.
Hey I'm Stu. I'm 24 and work full time in marketing. Love to keep fit with gym and sports, and enjoy getting out of the house, meeting new people and keeping social in general. I have a partner who lives on the Gold Coast so am regularly flying up north to see him on the weekends, and occasionally head home on to the country to visit the family. Ideally I'd love to live with people who are friendly and social (drinks, movies, etc.), like to hang out but also respect each other's privacy, and who are clean. My lease for my current apartment ends on Oct 19th, but happy to move earlier if I find the right spot. Hope to chat soon.
I'm a 30 year old man who has been living in Brisbane for the last 3 months but will be relocating to Melbourne for work. Looking for a private furnished room. Working as a Sales Engineer during weekdays, I like to go exercise either before or after work and love to spend my weekends outside exploring, playing sports and go out to try new cafes or restaurants (especially for brunches). Thus you'll mostly have the couch for yourself :) I'm a clean, really active and easy-going person who's always up for a chat or sharing great conversations when at home. Having 3 years' experience living with flatmates, I like to socialise but also respect other's privacy and space as I like my flatmates to do as well. If I sound like a good fit for you/your flatmate, send me a message to chat more, Cheers, Nicolas
Originally from the UK and have spent the last 3 years living and working in Austria. I'm heading to Melbourne on a 4 year sponsored visa to start work in the Australian subsidary of my current company as a Project Manager. I'm fairly well-travelled and will be coming from shared accomodation (5 people), so I understand how important it is to be a clean and respectful housemate! An outgoing person and like to stay active whether it be in the gym, playing sports or out on a hike, etc. I'm also keen on my music and would love to meet people to head to some gigs with; officially a pubs-over-clubs kinda guy (these days!) and always keen to improve my cooking skills (obligatory glass of wine/cold beer during preparation, of course.) Weeknights are admittedly quite low-key between work and keeping active, but it would be great to meet sociable housemates keen to enjoy the occasional meal together etc. If you've any questions, please feel free to ask!
I moved to Melbourne recently and am looking for a place to call home. I’ve lived in plenty of sharehouses over the years here and abroad and made some great friends from the places I’ve lived in. I work full time in the CBD in comms & events. I like keeping fit and being healthy (I never thought I’d say that 😂) but also spend my free time out and about, often at one of the many pubs and restaurants in this glorious city. Looking for a home with people who are friendly, easygoing and have got their shit together.
