I'm currently working Full time as well as studying. I am laid back, non judgemental, easy to get along with. I enjoy a social chat here and there as well as my alone time. I would prefer a solo one or two bedroom place although up for shared house with a large room as I love my space. Open to offers, feel free to message me.
Aloha! Singaporean pilot based at Moorabbin Airport, looking for a furnished room starting 1st June 2017. Able to commit to a room for 3 months firm, and request an option to extend thereafter on a monthly basis. Family man, so...definitely house-trained :p Happy to do my share of the household chores. Non-smoker, mature, sociable, tidy and helpful. I value my privacy and will respect yours in return. Low-maintenance - either out for work / recreation or hibernating in my cave, emerging now and then for a chat (preferably over food and/or drinks!) My main interests are: aviation (pretty obvious, that!), classic and sporty cars, current affairs, reading, film, classical and light jazz music, soccer and long walks. Also, sight-seeing in the world's Most Liveable City. Character references are available upon request. Thanks for reading :-)
Hi, My name is Ana, I'm a full-time secondary school teacher working in Frankston. I am looking for a peaceful but social place to properly settle into Melbourne, as I have recently moved here from Sydney for work and to complete my Masters degree. I am a bubbly, outgoing person and get along with everyone pretty easily. But while I am looking to meet new people and settle here, I am also pretty chill and like to keep to myself when I am focused on my work. I'm a highly organised person - so bills will always be paid on time! I LOVE dogs, and in my spare time I like to go boxing, watch Game of Thrones, and read :) Hoping to meet you soon!
I am a clean and tidy person that respects others privacy and values when sharing a home. I always help with housework and I like to live in a clean environment. I work for a property maintenance company based in Berwick. I have 3 kids that would like to spend some time with their dad, every 2nd weekend.
I'm currently a nurse student, studying in the city three days a week and looking for part time employment. I also have a 1 year old french mastiff who is very friendly and loveable, if you're okay with pets. I'm also independent, tidy, clean, approachable and very friendly! Always up for a chat and an outing, but also like those quiet nights in!
Young quiet, clean and tidy couple. Keep to ourselves, open and easy to get on with. Non partiers, non smokers, occasional drinkers, kind, respectful and considerate. James-I work full time and spend my spare time with Chloe Chloe-I'm currently searching for a new job as I resigned from my last, I'm an ex student that studied vet nursing and I spend majority of my time with james or visiting our families.
We are a married mature couple who love to keep places clean. We are very quiet we don't drink and my husband only smokes outside. We are very caring people who will help anyone out and love a peaceful life. We love to cook and share our food and have great times together. My husband works part time we always pay our bills on time and have never had any problems sharing we are only looking to share with another female thanks
Looking for a young social house - students or working professional. Prefer no rosters as I clean up after myself and any mess I make. Would be nice for the housemates to hang out every once in a while. I'm Hong Kong Australian. Currently learning Persian. I go to the gym and primarily do weights. I play the piano keyboard and enjoy water colouring. Fan of coffee. I'm pretty chilled and enjoy making new friends but also need alone time. Been told I'm also pretty funny so that's cool
Due to a recent cut in the hours at work, I had to leave my previous place of accomodation in Pakenham which was further complicated by my ex-housemates actions afterwards. I have been staying with a friend for the last week or so but I really need to move on from there and currently have no suitable place to stay moving forward leaving me homeless. I took yesterday and today (Wednesday) off work to attend a job interview (for which I was unfortunately unsuccessful) and to try and organise crisis accommodation but I am not ellegible. I suffer from OCD but have been coping really well lately but I am quite concerned that if I'm in a place which is not suitable I am concerned that things are going to fall apart quite quickly as I have been in that situation before. I have two potential places to stay, but they are too far from the only supports I have available and due to OCD complications I'm not sure I would be comfortable or able to cope in either location. I do have stable employment, it's just that with a recent cut to my hours I am no longer able to cover all of my expenses. I am looking at what I can do with this in the short-term to minimise my expenses while continuing to looking for alternative or additional employment as well. I do have money, but I am trying to minimise my living costs as much as possible to try and prolong things as long as possible until I can secure additional or new employment. If anyone is able to assist with emergency accommodation, or can offer any advice or similar, it would be appreciated. I don't have much with me in the way of possessions as my stuff is all in storage so don't need space at all so I don't even need my own room or anything, even a chair or couch to sleep on would be perfectly fine with me. Alternatively if you know of any job opportunities, or even know of anyone requiring any casual or home/small business IT work, please also let me know. My preference is for somewhere in the Pakenham or Carrum Downs area as I have some support available in both of these suburbs, but if I can find something suitable elsewhere I'm open to it. I do not drive so public transport needs to at least be within practicable walking distance. I am a genuinely nice person and regularly go out of my way for others, but sadly I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back from others in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Ideally I am looking for a granny flat ,studio or something similar. I work full time and long hours, I am non smoker, clean and tidy, friendly and likes good chat. Hi the names Angus. I'm a pretty laid back kind of guy. Not a lot bothers me. I'm 6' 4" or 193cm so am able to turn smoke alarms off and change light bulbs easily. I'm currently looking for a room to rent that has a window (the cell I was given previously did not have a window and my cell mate was quite obnoxious............I'm just kidding) and preferably its own bathroom. I do have a 16 week old puppy that I would like to bring with me but if that isn't possible I do have alternative arrangements for her. I work full time in the construction industry but before that I was a nurse. Hobbies at the moment include looking at dirt bikes to buy on the internet and scrolling through videos on Facebook. I also enjoy swimming, running and tennis. Feel free to contact me to ask me any questions. Thanks.

Our kids are little. Hope they will play with you. You will enjoy their company. You don't need to worry. they spend most of the time in their room. Cheers!
Looking at teaming up with someone that has their head screwed on Do not message me if you have a share house as I am not interested, as stated I am looking at teaming up to get a rental Hello, how are you going? I'm Mark I'm 26 years old, im very easy going, I love to cook, music, i like keeping fit by going to the gym. I work in full time 9-530 so I do need someone that has settled down and isn't a party animal, I have two dogs one a border collie and the other a kelpie, both well trained and very affectionate dogs, they a extremely hyperactive so they keep me busy, so you will have to be a dog person. I can afford to rent on my own but I would prefer to team up with someone else as it just makes everything a lot easier, as I am not limited. I'm looking for a nice house with a decent backyard, somewhere I can call home and feel comfortable, someone between 20-30 would be preferred, male or female, someone that also works a full time job. My current lease runs out mid August and the Real estate has told me that the owner will be knocking the house down to build town houses, so I will be moving Just before then.

Hey everyone! My partner and myself are looking for a room to rent. We are quite and normally stick to our bedroom, both of us smoke but we are more than happy to take that outside. We have two beautiful young cats, who are both well behaved (90% of the time haha). They are super affectionate kitties and Im sure you'll fall in love with them! Not sure how they would go with other animals but I dont think they would have any problems adjusting. We both work full time. I am a qualified Baker working at Bakers delight in Warragul and Beau is working as a tiler. Due to my hours I am home most of the day so Im able to keep an eye on the house and keep it looking generally clean and tidy. Hope to here from you soon! Kind regards, Rozzie
