G'day the name is Jordan. I'm currently studying Social work and working part time in hospitality. I have always been a very chilled out person and am not likely to cause any fusses within a household. Always prepared to pull my weight and contribute my fair share. I mean my bedroom may not always be the tidiest, but I like to make a point of not leaving spaces that are shared in a mess after I use it. Am always down for a chat, chill, beer, feed, more beer and chats. Yes, I do enjoy having nights out here and there. It would be cool to get to know my housemates over a nice cold one and some funky tunes. Even though that's what I'm into, if it's not your gig I completely respect that. Otherwise I might offer to cook up a storm here and there, if you're hangry. Peace
Am clean and tidy - love a chat, am social but not a party person and also value quiet chill out time - walk my 2.2kg Papillon daily between work shifts - am fit and healthy and am normally in bed by 9 as I start work at 5am
Friendly, compassionate and slightly eccentric, mature-aged lady looking for a place to call home for a little while. No pets. Flexible with - cost, move date, length of stay :) Need fast Internet connection or availability to set up own. Semi-retired professional in-between living situations. Love trees and nature. Get on well with pets and children. If you have a pool, aircon, private bathroom and / or use of a separate room/space for relaxing / office, these would be happy bonuses! Coming with references, Sunny Coast resident of 8 years and want to stay on here to be close to family. Currently located in Eumundi, needing short stay accommodation before committing to long term, but flexible about it. Love non-judgemental folks who know how to just relax and get on with it. Communication is key to most situations. I am very quiet most of the time but up for a chat at others. Cannot live in a house that has illegal drugs around, happy with social drinks and coffee!. Love good music, company and real food - can cook. Get on with all ages. If you have a space you think would suit and I would blend in with your situation, please contact me here on flatmates. I look forward to meeting you. *Lower rent would be wonderful & helpful - including all bills, fast internet availability and most of my wish list items.* Thanks for reading and good luck to you in finding your own ideal accommodation match-ups!
Hello :) My name is Grant Graving and I'm just chasing a little pocket of paradise. I am currently running my own removals company and working part time on the Sunshine Coast, while i take a break from a 4 year Occupational Therapy degree at USC. I've just returned from 4 months in India and Nepal and need a place to stay! I am usually pretty busy throughout the week, but i value a peaceful space to rejuvenate and play music + work on projects whenever i can. I would be super keen to check some rooms this week. Cheers, Grant
I am looking to team up with one or two people (preferably females) to start a share house or am happy to move into an established place with 1 or 2 people. Require my own bathroom and preferably aircon. I am flexible with my move in date as i will be staying at my parents until i find a suitable place. Can move anytime from the 26th February up until the end of March. Happy to pay up to $200 a week but around the $150/$170 mark would be ideal. I am very outgoing and love meeting new people! I have just graduated from a Bachelor of Journalism at QUT and am moving back to the Sunshine Coast where i grew up. I will be working 2 jobs and doing a bit of travelling this year so will be out and about. I enjoy having a chat and a drink with my housemate/s but also like my own space. I am usually very busy and like to keep active, go for runs, head out on the weekends and hit up the beach! I'm quite tidy and would like to find someone who cleans up after them self as they go so we can maintain a clean, happy and relaxed household! I have lived with housemates for 3 years so I have experience living with other people and am very respectful of others. Hope to find some likeminded people to move in with. Send me a message if you think we would get along :)
Hello potential new friends/roomies! I’m Savanna, I’m 24 and I’m looking for a place to set up camp/call my home on the Sunshine Coast. My specialties include telling bad jokes and being delightfully awkward, if these things sound like something you’d be interested in, then I’m your gal! I’ve been living out of home since 2012, I’m originally from NSW but I’ve sort of floated all over the place since leaving the nest, spending a couple of years overseas too, so, basically I’m well versed in the world of roomies. I currently work full time, so I am out of the house a lot. I have a long term partner, he has his own place so a lot of the time I will stay there and I would imagine sometimes he may stay with me but it would be very occasional, if at all, as he has property where I like to go to escape the hustle and bustle. When I am home I like to relax and wind down. Always open to a chat and hanging out (I’m partial to a bit of trash tv). Around the house I enjoy mostly having a sing song and playing my guitar, reading or gardening. I’m not a big party goer anymore but I enjoy a glass of red every now and then. As I said, I have had plenty of shared living experience, which has made me a conscientious and caring housemate. I clean up after myself and keep a super tidy room. And I am more than happy to contribute to any communal chores. I have no pets coming with me (unfortunately) a huge thumbs up if there is a dog involved in the living arrangements and I am a non smoker. I am just looking for a comfortable environment I can settle in and be apart of. If you would like to meet let me know and we can organise a coffee date or something. Have a swell day!
I'm 23 years old and have a kind natured dog called Digger (he doesn't act on the name). I'm a qualified paramedic and am currently getting back into work on the Sunshine Coast. I'm a tidy, easy going and unobtrusive housemate. Looking forward to finding somewhere great to live soon.
I'm a friendly, creative chap (filmmaker and multimedia producer) and have a large library of music and videos to share. Can cook reasonably well and like to share meals sometimes. Clean, tidy, generally very private, respectful and quiet. I'm open to finding someone to teamup with. Non-smoker, not a party animal and keep music volume low... only very occassional drink. Internet access is essential. Other main need is enough space to setup my home office ie my work desk and computer etc. Am self sufficient with furniture - but open to offers ie smaller bed. That is till i get an outside office eventually.
Who can help me? I'm looking for a place to live. A share house with others or someone who wants to team up but I can't afford the bond or I'd be looking for my own place. I can afford up to $250 per week to share a house with other people. I have furniture to share if needed. I like growing nice vegies and I have a small solar panel setup to help save money off the electric bill. The solar is not connected to the house power supply it is independent and can be used on it's own. I use it to watch TV, use my laptop, recharge everything including batteries I use in motion sensor lights around the house. My last elec bill was $150, $100 is the connection fee so I only used $50 of grid power by using my solar panels. I am a computer tech with a mobile repair business. I have heaps of experience teaching computer classes at TAFE so I'm happy to help with your computer or anything you need to go with it. I would prefer to live in a country setting with trees and wildlife 'cause I am going crazy living next to the airport in Marcoola. It's making me sick with the noise echoing inside my little head. It's horrible and depressing. If anyone can please help me with a QUIET place where I can grow some vegies and work from home, I would be very grateful. I only have 4 weeks left to find a place but I will move tomorrow if you can help me :)
Hi there, I'm Laura and have a 6 year old daughter, Emily. I am a Lawyer and Emily will be in grade 1 in 2018. I am currently in the process of securing full time employment. I am looking preferably for 2 rooms but we can share 1. We keep active, go to the beach a lot, swim a lot, and I play AFL/soccer. We eat healthy and try to eat as much organic as possible. I love growing veggies in the garden. We are tidy and I am not afraid of helping out around the place. We lived on 11 acres on our own for 3 years and I maintained it myself. Emily is good at entertaining herself and is a well-mannered kid. Thanks for reading!

I work casual as an Aged Care Support Worker most week days. I enjoy yoga, the great outdoors, gardening and cooking. I am pretty easy to get along with, I like a friendly chat but will respect your space, would prefer a quiet household that's non smoking, ok if there are existing pets or even the possibility to be able to have my well-trained dog (12yo pugalier) part/full time.
I’m easygoing, polite, respectful, Self sufficient. I’m up for a chat but also enjoy time to myself. I’m Respectful of other people’s boundaries and I’m tidy and love to cook. I love to paint and write, spend time at the beach expand my knowledge. I’d be a great housemate for most happy, positive minded people.
I am 22 years old and a clean, respectable and mostly quiet housemate.. Though am more than happy to get together on weekends for a drink or 10! I like to live in a tidy, stress free environment and get along with everyone! I do not eat meat or dairy, and love to cook healthy, yummy and wholesome meals for myself and friends/housemates. I'm currently working casually at a ginger farm in Yandina but plan to start studying massage therapy full time in May (Maroochydore), which goes for one year so I will be sticking around for a while! I have a small cattle dog called Onyx (1.5 years old) who loves people and is very relaxed for a young cattle dog, she's very well trained and I am more than happy to keep her outside if that's better for the other housemates. We are looking to live with like minded, young people.
My name is Shannon I'm 24 and I've recently just moved up to the Sunshine Coast. I currently am located in Maroochydore and loving it up here. I am working full time - Monday to Friday on Aerodrome road. I can be pretty reserved and quiet when first getting to know however I'm a pretty social and friendly person. I look forward to my down time each day and like to keep to myself just as much as I do socialising. I do not drink and do not smoke. I am a clean and tidy person and will always clean up after myself. I love getting out and about and doing adventurous things such as going for a bush walks, going paddle boarding or camping. I do love pets however unfortunately I am unable to live in a house with cats as I am allergic.
Hello, I'm Max - I've recently moved back to the Sunshine Coast from the Gold Coast after being at University for a year. After deciding that University wasn't for me I am back on working on the Sunshine Coast and looking for a new place to move into. I'm a very laid back guy, easy to get along with and easy to live with. I'm usually at work every day during the week and surfing in the afternoons until the sun goes down. On weekends I like to kick back and relax doing my own thing - whether that's going surfing, motocross riding, camping or just hanging out with mates. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you think you have a place for me.
